We’ve bought many cars in the past and its always felt like we had to get ready to go fight. But for the first time, I didn’t have to haggle for a good deal. This was very refreshing. My husband got the car he wanted and at the price he was willing to pay for it. We are so grateful for the excellent service and overall experience. Tony our sales rep was extremely helpful and patient. And Jose our loan rep was also great. Buying a car can be so stressful but They really made us feel so comfortable with our decision. Once my lease is up in March with Nissan, I will definitely be coming back to Bomnin. Thank you guys for a great experience

First and foremost this is my second purchase in two years from Manuel Sanchez at Bomnin Chevrolet at West Kendall. This guy is the most up front, straight forward sales man that I’ve ever came in contact with. With me living out of state he makes my car purchase so easy to fly down and drive back. He even checked in to see how was the drive coming along and just to make things personable. I didn’t once feel like I was just a commission under his sales books. I appreciate him a lot. I’ll be lining up my 3rd purchase here soon.

Took good care of me. Made sure to show me that all functions on the vehicle worked. The one defect we found, they worked with me to fix it. Great people who know their cars, listen to their customers and provide quality customer service. They made buying a car from another state as smooth and seamless as possible. Once at the dealership, their attention to detail only continued. I will definitely look at purchasing another vehicle from Bomnin in the future.

My experience here was AMAZING! Joseph was the one who helped me from beginning to end. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He explained everything thoroughly if I didn’t understand something. He communicated with me through the whole process and never left me just sitting there. I would definitely do business here again. It started off pleasantly enough with Jorge. The two hour oil change turned into a 4 hour oil change. I was clocked in at 11 and I understand we had to chat first and provide information. I did not leave there till after 2:30 in the afternoon. I was the last one in the room. Jorge had come in and realized I was still sitting there waiting on my car. He apologized and he grabbed my paper work to see it was still on the lift. When he inquired to the delay they said because I had a nail in my tire and they wanted to know if was to be fixed. Apparently, when someone came out to ask he was not there so they moved on. I know that was around 12:30 because I looked for him as well and figured he was at lunch. No one went back to him or bothered to come into the waiting area to ask me directly or even give a message to the cashier to page me. NOTHING WAS DONE to follow up. Then the icing on the cake was after my 4 plus hrs of waiting for an oil change the receptionist had an attitude like I was bothering her. I waited for the person in front of me to leave, I handed her my paper and started to pack up my belongings. It was to my surprise that she did not process my paper work until I stood in front of her and stopped her from chatting with her co worker. Now picture this your sitting in a hot waiting room with a mask on for 4 hrs straight watching people come and go. Then you are finally released and the cashier tells me I have to wait for them to bring my car around. Yes, I snapped a bit because after all that time in the heat that was the last thing I wanted to hear. I have been a loyal customer for many years and made multiple purchases off that lot. I try to keep using the service but the wait time over the years gets worse and worse each time. The communication from the shop to the staff outside needs to improve and please cool off the waiting room. It keeps tempers down and germs as well. :) Be safe
