The salesman Gabriel Tucker was great I had called before showing up on which truck I was wanting cause at most places they show you a new one then at the end you leave upset but I called and spoke with Gabriel Tucker on the phone about the truck and when we got there he met us outside and then went and got the truck and then we went for a test drive and then we went inside and started the paperwork and he did great on getting the numbers where we wanted it and then after we sign all the papers he help with the switch over of stuff from old to new and I know he didn't have to but he did and it was nice so we've bought 3 vehicles from the Bob Moore auto groups now and they have always done great with us so thanks again Gabriel Tucker

First off if I could rate them a 0 star I would. My experience with them was awful. The salesman we were in contact with was Carlos and also the used cars manager(can't remember his name). We wanted to purchase an Explorer Sport from them and offered the highest Kelley Blue Book price and they decided to send it to "auction" , instead of negotiating price with us because it had been on the lot too long. They told us the vehicle wouldn't be on the lot the following day but what do you know, it was still on the lot the following week. My husband asked Carlos about it and he gave him the run around about how they didn't send it to auction but that a sister dealership was going to buy it from them. He asked which dealership so we could keep an eye out for it and he wouldn't tell him. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone!

I'll be honest. I showed up expecting to buy a vehicle. I had already went to the bank to be pre approved and had my check in hand. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I had the pleasure of working with Mack. He asked what i was looking for and about a price range. Which was expected. But instead of instantly showing me vehicles. He went through all of the features available and asked what would best fit me. Once we finished that he pulled a couple trucks around. Test drive the first one. I really liked it. Got back asked if there were any other colors and I looked at a black one. It had a few less features so as expected was a little cheaper. Instead of Mack trying to push me to the more expensive truck that I really liked. He was very accepting of me liking the black one better and reassured me he wanted me to be happy. I expected him to try and convince me why I needed those additional features. But he didn't. So I get to financing and worked with Thomas. As I mentioned I was already pre approved. So I expected push back to use their finance company. They informed me I could have an additional 500 dollar rebate if I financed through them. I politely declined and wasn't pressured at all to use their finance company. They explained the pros and cons of the extended warranty. And when I expressed i would like tire and wheel coverage as well as resist all for the cloth. He was quick to work with me to meet my price point. He made it quick and enjoyable. I couldn't recommend Bob Moore enough. Great experience, not pushy, fast, and most importantly. I felt like they were there to make me happy and not upsell me. 5 stars!

I was in the market for a Ford Raptor. I contacted Bob Moore (Worked with Carlos Lopez) and worked all the terms out over the phone due to me being out of state. We drove there and the truck was exactly as described. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We headed back to Kansas with the truck and made it about 100 miles when the truck broke down on the freeway. I called and had the truck towed back to them and we went ahead and went home. They were very apologetic & got the truck right in the shop (the repair ended up being VERY minor), kept me updated regularly and then delivered the truck to my doorstep late that night!! I never once felt frustrated or worried that I wasn't being taken care of. Amazing customer service and integrity at this dealership!

Brent Montoya was really easy to get along with. We had done a lot of research beforehand and knew what we wanted so Brent didn't push us to look at other stuff. Now, I don't know anybody who enjoys the car-buying experience, but this was much better than some other places as far as transparency. The dealer is going to make some money, that's why they're in business and there are many ways they can do it. But Brent, Danny Dewberry (sales mgr), and Krystal (finance) were more open and honest about it than other experiences I've had. They talked to us about different finance options, which rebates we got and which ones they kept, and we felt informed. Their price was as competitive as anybody. Do your homework and then go to Bob Moore for a look.

First of all there online prices are not accurate,it might say 65k on there website but when you ask about that same truck they will say 85 or whatever.But anyway. So we buy a bran new 2016 f350, we spend 15 minutes negotiating a price, we agree on a price, everything seems to be moving smoothly. After its all said and done and we received our finance papers in the mail they had tacked on 10k worth of extras!!! Not 3,not 5, 10!! I couldn't believe it! And now when we went back they can only explain 5k worth of them, saying oh scratch and dent coverage oh gap coverage oh windshield coverage,WE ASKED FOR NONE OF IT!! The only thing we might of kept was gap but because of how shady they were (Zach) and how they couldn't even explain the other 5k extra on our loan we just decided to have it all removed, and now 8 months later nothing has been removed!! We agreed on a price and they charged us whatever they wanted, luckily they made copies of the agreement price and we will see them in court.

I had been searching for a truck for a while and after going to several dealerships in the OKC area I found myself at Bob Moore Ford. I drove up on the lot and was approached by a salesman named Jack Howard. I was wore out from the other dealerships and told him here is what I want what do you have. To my surprise he paused and said no problem. He then showed me several trucks in my price range and I had found the perfect truck in no time. He didn't waste any time and didn't try to push me in a direction I did not want to go. After a short test drive I was at his desk and he wasted no time trying to get me the best price. Jack didn't hesitate to bring in the sales manager and strike up a deal. Within a short time he had the truck I selected cleaned up with a full tank of gas ready to go. It was a good experience and I urge anyone who is interested in a vehicle to go see Jack Howard down at Bob Moore Ford of OKC. He is to the point and doesn't waste your time.

I recently purchased a used f150. My sales rep Cayla Passerman was professional and down to earth. I greatly dislike car shopping mainly because of pushy car salesmen. This was not a pushy experience at all. Even tho I was buying used and not new. I was not pushed into a truck I did not want or need. Bob in finance handled the transaction between the dealership and my bank as if I were going through there finance department. This is the 2nd car I've bought from Bob Moore and the experience was better than the last time.

I have been searching unsuccessfully for a fairly priced Ford Focus RS in Nitrious Blue with the RS2 and moonroof options in the DFW metroplex, seeing Westway Ford wanting 18K over sticker for the car when I saw Cars.com had a vehicle in the Bob Moore Ford inventory that matched what I was looking for. We were looking for a good truck to pull the new fifth wheel we had just purchased, and had stopped at several dealerships and used car lots to get the best deal possible. The thing that I liked most about this dealership was the approach the salesman had in finding a vehicle that worked best for us. We worked with Justin Bowers, he did an excellent job; as opposed to other dealership we had stopped at were mostly letting us roam to find what we liked best, he found the best vehicles in our price range, with the best features we had identified, and explained why he felt the vehicle would be best for our purposes. The only issue in the buying process was the monthly payment was over what we had wanted, but Krystal in finance was able to get us the best payment closer to what we were hoping for. I would highly recommend this dealer, as well as the employees we worked with to my friends, and coworkers.

Jack Howard was our salesman at Bob Moore Ford and he is the absolute best! We went to him with a very special Mustang request for our daughter (her dream car for over 13 years). He was patient, attentive, and so knowledgeable. He found exactly what she was looking for (even when it meant not just going with something easy which was already on the lot). He talked with my husband/daughter on the phone many, many times until we found the right car at the right price. He came through with everything he promised and made sure that everything was right (before, during and after the sale). My daughter found a glitch with a newly installed rear sensor and instead of making us set an appt and drive back 40mi on a return trip, Jack and his team got it all fixed while we were there. We were so impressed with Jack (and the dealership) that we went back the next day and bought a new 2016 Explorer. He answered all of my husbands questions and worked with him on getting the best deal on his trade-in, as well as worked extensively with him on getting everything programmed, as well as us trained, before we left. We were also impressed with our finance person and the people who helped with the final tweaks getting the upgraded floor mats and other add-ons. We have traded with several other dealerships in the OKC metro area over the past 20 years. We would have told you that most of them were just fine and we had no major problems. That being said, our awesome experience at Bob Moore Ford was definitely worth the drive and this will be our first stop and final stop in the future. We feel that we have found the best place dealership and definitely the best salesman in Jack Howard at Bob Moore.

My sales consultant, Greg Huff, greeted me with a very polite "Who are you here to see?" I said "I'm here to test drive a few cars". From then on, Greg was my guide and a good one, too! I drove two cars and then decided what I wanted to purchase. Greg was awesome! We sat down and figured out the exact car I wanted and within minutes Greg and his management located a 100% perfect match 300 miles away. They arranged delivery within 3 days. Fantastic! They were also able to give me a discount. The financing office got me financed quickly. To top it off, I was able to drive home a car similar to the one I purchased! I never experienced that before.

This is the 4th car I have bought from Bob Moore Ford. I had Justin Bowers as my salesman this time to buy a car for my wife. He had the car ready and waiting for me as I had to do this deal over my lunch break. Finance was quick and relatively painless. I worked with Krystal Marazzi to finalize my paperwork. She didnt push me into buying anything I was not interested in. She helped me get the best warranties and coverage as we were buying used. I had a slight issue with the sync buttons on the steering wheel and service fixed it for me, no problem.

Salesmen not following up on car deal, not returning calls or text or emails. had some custom work done on truck and I had to do all leg work with shop to know what was going on and time frame of completion. Truck was not done when they said it would be so had to have it finished elsewhere. They tried to bribe me with a oil change for a good survey and was not happy when I gave honest survey.

I was a huge Bob Moore fan. Bought a Nissan Murano from the Norman dealership. Was so impressed with the experience that I was overjoyed to do a testimonial. So of course when my son was in the market for a good used car, I told him Bob Moore was the way to go. The Norman dealership didn't have any used Jukes at the time but checked the Bob Moore inventory and found one at their Ford dealership which was actually closer to our home. My son called to make sure that the car was still available and for sale. He was informed that it was and made an appointment to test drive it. I took off work to go with him. We arrived at the dealership, the car salesman was very nice and polite, and took us on the test drive. Car drove like a dream, my son loved it. Now its time to start the paperwork but instead of that the salesman tells us he has bad news, the car had been sold already by the salesmanager that morning or that he was supposedly working a deal to sell it. He conveniently neglected to inform the sales staff. So the Bob Moore Ford salesman lost a sale, I lost time off from work, my son didn't get the car there. All of that could have been avoided had there been better communication at the dealership and a simple phone call. However there was a happy ending, my son did find and buy a 2013 Nissan Juke with more amenities that very same day (May13, 2016) at Fenton Nissan East. I bought a used Ford F150 on a Tuesday. I explained to them it would be a cash deal and that I could put $3000 down but wouldn't have the rest until Friday or possibly Monday. They were ok with that and accepted my down payment and sent me on my way in the truck. As I said I would do took them the money on Friday and all was well. They were easy to deal with and did not try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want like extended warranties and other add ons.

I essentially had to sell the car to myself. The salesman as well as the sales managers were completely unknowledgeable about one of their own Ford products. They even went as far as to try and say the price was based off the inclusion of accessories that the car clearly did not have.The vehicle was a CPO. The recalls were not fixed prior to it being sold, which per a Ford customer service representative, should have been. The paperwork for the CPO was not filed with the manufacturer and they had no record of it being a CPO. It took several calls with the dealership to get this straightened out. I was told someone forgot to finish the last step.To get the recalls fixed, the salesman assured me that he would have it done in 2 days. This timeline continued getting pushed out as they discovered they needed to order parts to implement the recall fixes. The dealership was in possession of my car for 7 days to fix a recalls that should have been done before the sale--leaving me without transportation. No loaner was offered to me.After getting the recalls fixed for the door latches, I discovered that they neglected to hook up the drivers side door lock switch requiring me to return to the dealership yet again to have this corrected.The finance department handled the financing like they said they would; however, they insisted that the lender was requiring GAP insurance and would not process the paperwork without me purchasing it. This is despite the contract saying it was optional coverage. This was later verified with the lender directly. Upon requesting to cancel the GAP coverage, the finance department has been unresponsive in filing the paperwork and I've had to follow up multiple times.I've bought plenty of Ford vehicles over the years, but this was a very underwhelming sales experience by far. They gave the impression that they were not interested in selling the car. If you buy a car here, be sure to watch them through every step of the process to make sure things are done as promised.

I essentially had to sell the car to myself. The salesman as well as the sales managers were completely unknowledgeable about one of their own Ford products. They even went as far as to try and say the price was based off the inclusion of accessories that the car clearly did not have. The vehicle was a CPO. The recalls were not fixed prior to it being sold, which per a Ford customer service representative, should have been. The paperwork for the CPO was not filed with the manufacturer and they had no record of it being a CPO. It took several calls with the dealership to get this straightened out. I was told someone forgot to finish the last step. To get the recalls fixed, the salesman assured me that he would have it done in 2 days. This timeline continued getting pushed out as they discovered they needed to order parts to implement the recall fixes. The dealership was in possession of my car for 7 days to fix a recalls that should have been done before the sale--leaving me without transportation. No loaner was offered to me. After getting the recalls fixed for the door latches, I discovered that they neglected to hook up the drivers side door lock switch requiring me to return to the dealership yet again to have this corrected. The finance department handled the financing like they said they would; however, they insisted that the lender was requiring GAP insurance and would not process the paperwork without me purchasing it. This is despite the contract saying it was optional coverage. This was later verified with the lender directly. Upon requesting to cancel the GAP coverage, the finance department has been unresponsive in filing the paperwork and I've had to follow up multiple times. I've bought plenty of Ford vehicles over the years, but this was a very underwhelming sales experience by far. They gave the impression that they were not interested in selling the car. If you buy a car here, be sure to watch them through every step of the process to make sure things are done as promised.

I took my truck over to bob Moore, to have mirror wouldn't work, and have the update to the computer done as per the website. Left it with the dealership 5 hours later I called them Amanda said this dealership won't honor the warranty because they didn't sell the truck and there was a small mark on the mirror. Then said it will cost 1450 dollars to fix it. I got no paper work no information. Still can find the mark she talked about

We hit a few bumps in the road but in the end Bob Moore Ford is willing to do anything to make it right. I had an awesome sales associate "Shawn Hodges" who was excellent in his customer service and made sure he made my experience pleasurable and we will be back to buy future vehicles from him. Shawn left for vacation for a week and another sales associate stepped in "Blake Blakeney" and he did a great job even though it wasn't his original sale until "Shawn Hodges" returned. They gave me an offer on my trade in no other dealer could even get close too, and sold me a 2014 f150 FX4 at the best price possible with Manager "John Tracy" doing everything he could to find a vehicle and get it brought in from over 200 miles away. Then had an awesome Finance guy "Dan Gilaspy" who is the best in the business at what he does! Very friendly and professional and can get things done when they need to be addressed. My overall experience hit some rough spots but everything was 100% resolved and they made things right with me to make the overall sale worthwhile. Will be back in the Future! Bob Moore is the only dealership I will use in the future. Stay away from Reynolds and Seth Wadley bad experiences at both.

Krystal called me up Saturday morning to let me know they'd gotten the appraisal information I'd submitted Friday night and invited me in to see what they could do to help me close the gap (I was upside down in my trade-in). I got there at the same time as 3 of her other customers, so I volunteered to be handed off. Zack had met me in the parking lot, so he was the chosen one! We visited about my concerns, he took my car to appraisal, and we test drove the car I would drive away in less than 3 hours later! Whole process, from test drive, through finance (where Mike did an awesome job) to delivery where we all met up again like family was GREAT! It has been a over decade since I've bought from a dealer. Found Tahoe online pointing us to Bob Moore Ford. We were met at door with "Hi" and directed to our salesman. Salesman David was outstanding with showing us our vehicle and handling the our deal. Finance was the fast. Like wow. I came back next day to pay off our Tahoe and with a squeaking problem needing to be resolved. Sales manager Chas tried to fix issue himself. Problem turns out to be passenger's head rest mechanism. I was very impressed at the actual work put in to helping me get the car I wanted. The first impression I got when we walked in the door was comfort. I did not feel like I was being overwhelmed with fake salesman and I liked that. I hate buying cars and this was not a bad experience for me. Blake took very good care in knowing I didn't want to spend hours trying to get to a good price. The finance guys were really good about helping me as well. That was really impressive. The fact that they shred tips with me on getting my credit score up was very impressive. They actually made it happen. I can say that although I would've been disappointed had I not walked out of there w a car I feel they all did their absolute best to get me one. Thank u guys! David "Blake" was the "lucky" sales man that sold me my 2015 Ford Explorer. I didn't know what color I wanted, but knew that I didn't want white, black, red or silver. I went into the dealership to look at the brochure to see what other options were available and found the perfect color "Bronze Fire'! Since they didn't have it on the lot, David asked me what features I wanted and then he went to work. Within about 5 minutes, they found the perfect vehicle with everything I wanted. David was awesome! He came in on his day to make sure my car was delivered and that I was taken care of. There was NO PRESSURE and I appreciated that very much. Now on to Finance, where I couldn't have asked for anything more from Colt and his manager. They really went above and beyond for me and made me feeI as if I were important to them. I wasn't just "another car deal" or just "another customer". I am very grateful to Colt and the Bob Moore team. I got a great interest rate and I paid what I wanted to pay. Everyone was very friendly. I feel as if I not only bought a car, but I also made some new friends. I would definitely recommend Bob Moore to my friends. I will be back to visit very soon!

I had been shopping for weeks deciding between 2014/15 F150 including participating in 2015 F150 road show. I never considered another franchise because I have purchased so many new vehicles from the Bob Moore Auto group. I usually work with the GM, however in this case Jason Hutton did not return phone calls or emails and never really seemed interested even though I bought from him directly earlier in the year. I dealt with a salesperson who was assigned to me by him on the last purchase, and on several occasions was told by her she was in constant contact with Jason and was told twice by her that Jason assured I would receive a certain trade value for the 2014 I bought in May and pricing on 2015 F150. When it came down to putting it together the deal I was assured completely fell apart.....A sales manager named Rayme got involved and completely ignored all I was told. Trade $6000 less, new purchase $1000's more for a total of more than $10,000 difference. I was so disgusted since this year alone I had purchased from Bob Moore Auto group 2 Kias, 1 Ford, 1 Infiniti, and helped my niece by a Nissan and now was shopping again for a Ford......all from Bob Moore, never even considering other dealerships. I completely feel let down, by Jason Hutton and his team and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this Bob Moore dealership or shop there again, if Mark Moore would ever like to discuss I would be happy to have that conversation. A side note I recently purchased a 2015 GMC from Bob Moore GMC and received the service and pricing I have been accustomed to at The Bob Moore Auto Group.

I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport on November 8, 2014. I traded in a 2011 Explorer. This is December 3, 2014 and I have yet to receive any paperwork to tag the new car. Bob Moore also has yet to pay off my trade in. I have emailed, called, and even returned to the dealership. They have nothing but excuses. I bought a new F150 the weekend before from Reynolds Ford in Norman and received the paperwork and tagged the truck in exactly two weeks to the day. I'm not sure what Bob Moore's problem is. All I ask is that they do what we agree upon in our contract. Nothing more, nothing less. Long story short, don't buy here. Go to any other dealer in the city, but NOT Bob Moore.

I've had poor experiences with car lots in the past -in particular a Nissan one- and was a bit worried going into this one, but it was great! They picked me up, got me a car that I love, low down payments and not only worked with me on the down payment, but helped me to find lower insurance! You really feel like the people there care, whereas with most car lots they seem to only want to get your money and get rid of you. I would recommend this place for anyone who is in need of a car. The entire staff were friendly and tons of help!

Called to buy a new truck. Couldn't get anybody to return my calls. Had to call them multiple times and still no call back. Finally talked to someone and they gave me a price on truck and agreed on it. Waited for call back and it never happened. Finally called them back and was told that they couldn't sell me the truck for the price we agreed on..... Called the next day and once again never got a call back. Found the truck I wanted the next day and bought it. Felt like they didn't want my business so I took it to a dealership that was friendly and actually worked with me..

I am very happy that I ran into Daniel to assist me in my search for a new Ford F-150 after arriving to look at new trucks. My new 4x4 Lariat with all of the great options like back up camera, navigation, ecoboost power, ect are very nice and this F-150 is a joy to drive and I just love this truck with all of the features it has.I drove my new truck up to Tulsa OK this past week end showing it/giving rides to many friends and family members. All were impressed with this particular truck. One of my friends drives a 2012 Toyota Tundra 4 door pickup. After he rode around in my new F-150 Lariat he was so impressed to the point he said he may just buy a ford truck for his next truck since he liked mine better than his. I will be watching for that review letter Daniel told me I would be receiving in the mail so that I can rate my Buying experience at Bob Moore Ford and rate Daniel Gillaspys assistance in the sale. Blake met us in the lot we figured he would be all over us and very pushy. Well were we wrong!! He was very polite ask us what we were looking for . Took us right over,Then went and got the keys to the Edge and the Escape . He answered our questions . We thought we might want a new one so he let us look at the new ones. We decided on the Used and what a deal he got us . This thing had all the bells and whistles. He worked hard to get us the price we needed but never pushed us either way. I commend him on his on his honesty and best of all his sense of humor we laughed all the way through. Then he handed us off to Evan the finance guy He worked even harder to get us the warranty deal and the percentage rate we needed .People if you don't go to Bob Moore ford on I-35 and 89th then you've went to the wrong place. It only took about 3 hours to get it all done . We drove out with the car we wanted and didn't feel like we lost the shirt off our back ...Wow what a pleasant surprise..

I bought a new ford explorer for my wife at this dealership about 18 months ago. They were very nice when I bought the car. When it started having problems it was a different story. The car still has problems and I'm still waiting on a call back from the dealership. It has been about a month since the last person I talked to told me they would call me back later that day. I have asked this dealership to buy back this car from me so that I could buy another brand new one from them, you would think they would jump all over that with car sales being down because of the economy and all. Maybe someone from another dealership will see this and offer to help me trade this piece in and buy another brand new one.Update: I am happy to write as of this moment that I was contacted by Jason (GM) at Bob Moore Ford. He has been working hard with ford and the dealership to make things right with the issues I was having. So far we have managed to find another explorer and it should be at the dealership any day now. Just some paperwork to get through and I should be once again a happy ford owner. Jason has worked really hard to make sure that my wife and I are happy with everything that has been done since I originally posted this and has taken steps to make sure all his customers will be taken care of in all departments of this dealership. Bought a brand new vehicle, a week later check engine light and navigation system was not working, took it in to get it serviced and was "fixed". Two weeks later same problem again, took it in and was recieved by very arrogant and rude techncians they did not offer much help. I had to make three diffrent trips and ended up not being able to fix my vehicle. I do NOT recommend the service department at ALL.

I have brought 2 Mustangs from Bob Moore Ford and each time it has been a great experience. The first one I brought off the lot mainly for my wife so she would have something while I was deployed (I'm in the Air Force). They took care of us and gave us a good deal, not great but good. Also while I was gone the service department did an excellent job taking care of the car and my wife's concerns and wants with the car. When I came home I decided I wanted a fully loaded '14 V6 in deep impact blue instead of the black '12 V6 we already had which only had a couple options. So I went back to Bob Moore to order one this time and Krystal Marazzi my saleswomen and Mitch the manager took care of my every need and want from order to delivery. Krystal kept me updated often throughout the entire process and they even accommodated my demands for when the car arrived at the dealership. No washing, no stickers and front license plate, lol. Overall I'm very happy with Bob Moore Ford and I will always go to them whenever I want to buy a Ford or have service needs on my pony!!-Anthony

We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted, with the trade in value we wanted and the financing rate we wanted. It was about as close to perfect as we could get. The detailing on delivery took a couple of tries to get it right but ultimately we were happy with the results. I would shop here again and recommend to friends and family.

I came in January for an oil change. I asked for "the works" package but was charged nearly double and was brushed off when I asked about it. I've been receiving phone calls and letters to come back for another oil change. I have called twice to be removed. I was finally connected to a live person today to be removed. I was told they could only block my number. Also, I wasn't asked why my experience was bad. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

My husband and I did some online shopping for an SUV with a third row, and after reading many reviews we decided on a Chevy Traverse. After shopping around for the best price, we ended up at Bob Moore Ford in OKC. Dennis and I were actually in communication a couple of days before we came to see the Traverse, and when we arrived the car was pulled up to the door and already cooled off... that went a long way with us :) We drove it around and were very pleased with it's performance. We told Dennis what price we wanted to stay under, and how much we wanted our payments to be and he delivered! They also gave us a very fair trade value for our 2007 Ford Edge. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience at Bob Moore. We never felt pressured or haggled... or like they were playing games with us. From the time we pulled in until the time we pulled out, we were there for about an hour and a half total. We will definately be coming back to Bob Moore (and Dennis) for our next vehicle :)

I live 3 hours away from this dealership. And even though there are many Ford dealerships between where I live and OKC I chose this one after some phone calls. I spoke with a salesman named Doug and he was courteous, informative,and there was never any pressure. Out of all the Ford dealerships I dealt with I felt Doug went over and beyond what most car salesman usually do. Bob Moore Ford also gave me the best deal compared to the other dealerships. We did the deal over the phone and when I got there he had the car fully gassed up and ready to go along with all the paper work ready. However I saw something else and changed my mind, and even after that he was still patient, informative and friendly and got everything done in a timely matter. Vehicle purchased had not been detailed at time of purchase, made appointment to return. Upon return the vehicle was rinsed off and returned to me. I commented that the vehicle was receive a full detail and that I had an appointment, I was told that the detailer was very busy and I would have to come back. (ended up washing/cleaning it myself) Second issue is that the vehicle had a vibration at about 70 MPH it needed the tires balanced, I returned the following day after purchase and informed the sales manager of the problem and he replied that he would get it in service as soon as he could and that he would cut me a deal and do it at cost. I replied that it should be included in the purchase, he replied that wasnt in the "deal". (I had it done elsewhere) Third, the heated seat in on the passenger side didnt work I brought it back to the dealer about two weeks later for this issue and the sales rep told me that he would charge me for ha as well because I waited too long to bring it back. sounded like an excuse, he wouldnt balance my tires the very next day. I dont think the time span had anything to do with it. I fixed it myself cost for a new heatig element from Ford online was $33.Fourth issue is that today I received a letter from the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority informing me that i had a fine to pay for a "toll viloation" committed in the vehicle I traded in (tracked me by the license plate) that was in the possesion of the dealer. Fifth issue, I purchased the vehicle on Nov.12 and as of today Dec. 14 i have not received my title paperwork.
