Terrible experience. Blamed everyone except themselves for the delay in getting a new car. Put a large down payment on a new vehicle and did not hear from them for over a week. Called multiple times and left emails, never returned. Had to finally go back to the dealership in person where they informed us they had sold our new car we put a down payment on. Finally got us a car, which was a lower grade model than the one we test drove, and forgot to scan certain items to complete the sales process. Huge hassle. Finance guy had the gall to say "you're next!" as we were walking out with the keys. I laughed at him. Never going back.

The service department is polite, professional and swift. The sales department is also very knowledgeable and very helpful as well. I highly recommend Ferrando Ford to everyone I know.
