I've been to Bob Bell a number of times and had great experience. So much so that I was willing to continue using them, even though we moved and they're now quite out of the way for us, but my most recent experience leaves such a bad taste in my mouth I just can't recommend them to anyone for service. I have an 11-month old and we have one car seat, so my spouse and I (and our cars) both had to be present to make the drop off and pick up. I scheduled my appointment for a Friday, dropped the car off on Thursday evening, and told them that I would be available to pick it up on Wednesday of the following week. To their credit, they were communicative; however, they initially told me it would be ready on Friday. Then Tuesday. Then Wednesday. Then Thursday. On Wednesday, they told me that they could put me in a rental because they were waiting on parts to complete one of the repairs, but that was after they had had my car for two full business days (Monday was a holiday). My service advisor was brusk, and although he cited a number of extenuating circumstances, I can't help but feel like my vehicle was just never a priority for them to complete. I brought it in for two recall repairs, an oil change, and a buzzing diagnosis. In three business days, they completed one recall repair that the manufacturer indicated would take less than 1/2 day to complete and the oil change. I have to have my car back today (Wednesday), so I am leaving with only half the work done. I am so disheartened. What a waste of time.

I had been using the internet to search out a white Mustang GT with manual transmission. I contacted several dealers but the folks at Bob Bell Ford were most responsive. I live 90 minutes from them. Damon was the internet rep and not pushy. He provided me with the information I needed quickly and escalated me to Mike for final pricing which I received quickly. When I visited the dealership, Mike had everything ready and turned me over to Beau for evaluation of my trade and getting me through financing. I was out of the dealership in a bit over 2 hours with my new Mustang. I really appreciated the fact that the staff was not pushy in the internet sales process as other dealers had indicated they would not provide pricing unless I came to the dealership. I appreciated the no pressure approach of Bob Bell staff and would recommend them for a smooth purchase experience.

My salesman, Kenny Gold was very nice and helpful, but after purchase, it all went down hill. Problems with truck, and no help from this dealer at all, they don't stand behind anything, there is always an excuse why they wont cover anything, and that's even with the pricey extended warranty that I pay for in addition to my factory warranty. Its very sad and frustrating because I like my Ford truck, but this dealership does not stand behind what they sell. My advice would be to purchase at another dealership, but do your homework and make sure the dealership you buy at stands by their product.

I had to be a difficult customer. I wanted a light pick-up that got 30 mpg (no one makes this vehicle).. I decided to buy a sedan (for gas mileage). Since I keep vehicles for 10+ years, I had to find a vehicle that met all my needs. Terry James was helpful, and patient. Bob Bell had a large inventory to chose from. I found my car in 30 minutes. They gave me an excellent price. They explained their many options for financing, and I went to my credit union. I found the dealership to be helpful and not pushy. I am very happy with my purchase, and I recommend Terry James and Bob Bell Ford ,

Unfriendly staff. The guys at the front desk are great, happy and friendly. The ladies who print your invoice are rude and disrespectful. Smile once in a while.

Bob Bell's service department installed a battery in my 2002 Mountaineer August 2014. The battery died in November 2015. I was told over the phone my battery had a 3 year warranty and would be replaced at no charge. They kept the car 2 days. I was told that the battery was bad and they would replace it but I would have to pay a $90 diagnostic fee. So basically my FREE battery replacement cost me $90. So I had no choice but to pay this bogus charge in order to pick up my car. Complete rip off.

Slow service , Don't fall for the free oil change pitch, unless you have all the time in the world to wait.Don't expect them to know your vehicle or if there are any safety or service recalls. Brought my Hyundai Santa Fee in 2013 and have taken it to other service departments and paid for oil change rather than wait 2 1/2 -3 hours . Always seem understaffed and don't call unhappy because if you get do talk to any one they won't care. Find another Dealer

Wow, came in for the "quick" lane service that I received as a benefit to buying here. This was a huge reason I bought at Bob Bell. It took 2 hours and 10 minutes to even get my vehicle in the bay. Why? Because for nearly an hour they were only using 2 of 4 available service bays. This is ridiculous. If you don't have the manning to run all the bays when things get busy, stop selling your service package as a perk to buying here. Oh, and they cant be hurting for money, they just renovated the waiting room, basically putting lipstick on a pig. As obscene as an $80 oil change at Jiffy Lube can be, it beats sitting here for well over 2 hours. This place makes "quick lane" a cruel joke.

When trying to call to schedule the oil change, no one answered the phone. I ended up scheduling the appointment on line. I called the dealer about a recall on my Ford, after trying 4 times finally got a person. They just passed me off to someone else, but I needed the person who answered the phone. I get to the dealer for the appointment, and now I have been sitting here for over an hour and 30 minutes and my car is still not done. This will be the last time I use this dealership!

I brought my first "new" used car from Bob Bell with Terry James. Terry James helped me find the prefect vehicle for me even though I was in the market for a new car, she found a used "new" car that was just in my price range and got me an even better deal on it than I had thought. She worked for me and got me the best deal on my trade in and got me a great deal on my 2013 Ford Escape. If you are in the market for buying a car go to Bob Bell and find Terry James, she will help you through the whole process and get you the best deal for your money. Also, Missy Blair in financing had all the paperwork ready and got me in and out quickly. I couldn't be happier with my Escape or the wonderful customer service I received!

I was referred to Terry James by a friend. Terry was great, she helped me through the entire process (first time buying a car) and answered all my questions and never pressured me in any way. They worked with me on the amount my trade in was worth, and I am very happy with the car I bought. I have definitely found my future home for car buying thanks to Terry James. Missy Blair was also a huge help with all my financing questions.

took my car in for an oil change at 3 P.M. and at 3:50 saw it had been done and was parked outside , gave then ten minutes to complete my paper work , then went and asked what was the hold up , they said problems with the paper work , it would be ten more minutes ... I went back in at 4:20 and asked and they told me it would be 1/2 hour to do the recall , I said I wasn't waiting any longer , to get my car keys ... I needed to leave , they said they couldn't release it , that Hyundai's policy was to make the recall first , I then demanded that they get my keys , they lied and said that the oil change wasn't done until the recall , I said I already saw it up on the lift over an hour ago and that I saw they did the oil change and the guy behind that service writer told him to get my keys ...

To buy a Ford go to Bob Bell and find Terry James. She is great, will save you money, stands up for you. I had prices from buying services, tru car,3 other dealers and one I made up. Terry BEAT all other prices on a 2015 Explorer XLT and found me $750 from a rebate I didn't think I qualified for. At Bob Bell there is no double talk and they are willing to bargain even in the finance dept. Steve Tappa and the service dept will keep you coming back

Purchased a 2014 F-150 last February and Terry went way out of her way! Exceeded all my expectations! So much so, just purchased another F-150 from Terry. Again, went way out of her way to make this deal happen. She is everything a salesperson should be!!! Any questions and needs she is right there! If you need something to drive, Terry will get you there! I hope when you read this review you will tell Terry how much I appreciated everything she has done!

Dealt with two dealers in NJ only to get tired of all their broken promises and total bull____! Found Bob Bell Ford on the Internet and dealt with them by Internet and phone. Was thrilled to find the car I wanted and made a deal with no problems or broken promises. Also was a better price than I could get in NJ. I would definitely reccomend Bob Bell Ford.

Let me start by saying I do have a problem with my credit. I was upfront about this walking through the door. I made my deal with the salesmen and the sales manager and they started the credit process. An hour and a half went by and no one came over to me to tell me anything. I went to the salesmens desk and got his mobile number from his card and called him. He told me that he was over at the used car lot trying to get my application approved. We agreed that it would likely take some time, so he would call me when he got something. We exchanged text messages back a forth that evening and eventually I increased the amount I was putting down. I texted him the amount I could swing and he told me he would work it and to hang on. I havent heard anything from him since. Roughly 24 hours later, I called Kirk Smalls to get a status and he told me that he did not know and that he would call me right back. I also never heard from him again. I now have an email into the Mike Fitzpatrick Sr, the GM, but Im not hopeful. I have purchased many vehicles at Bob Bell and they know who I am. I am very surprised that treated me this way. I can understand if there is nothing they do to help, but at least let me know****Update****I did not originally post this review, my wife did, but after talking with her, I see her point... Let me tell you the rest of the story...I reached back out to the salesmen Friday night (against my better judgment but I just had to know) and to my surprise he actually texted back. I gotta give it to him, he did everything he could over the weekend but was unable to get the deal done. The GM did actually call me back on Monday, now I know why. I was asked by the salesmen, who is a really nice guy BTW despite what this review may sound like, to take this posting down. The fact is however, had I not reached back out to him on Friday night, I would have NEVER heard from anyone at Bob Bell again. I called my wife, first to ask if she wrote this, then to tell her the sales guy wants it down. As you can see, she talked me into adding to it....I have purchased 8 vehicles from Bob Bell and my extended family, countless more. I know their in business to make money. I also know that they have to get people in, sell them a car, and get them out. I don't begrudge them for this. I'm just a little ticked that after all these years and all the vehicles, that they wouldn't give me just a little courtesy and pick up the phone. The salesmen told me he didn't want to keep blowing me up with no news. I can understand that, but he didn't even respond to my texts I sent him after his "hang on" text. It is what it is. and truth be told I'll probably end up buying another car there in the future. Just now it won't be out of loyalty, just convenience....

I was looking for a particular Model and color. I found it at Bob Bell Ford. A CPO, Gotta Have It Green 2013 Ford Mustang GT Convertible. I live in Florida. Bob Bell Ford is in Maryland. I started a chat online with, Joe Bothoff. I called, Joe and, we talked on the phone. In a matter of minutes, we had a deal. Joe is very personable and, professional. Missy Blair, in Finance, was very pleasant and, helpful. Both Joe and, Missy answered all questions, quickly. Joe kept me updated regularly. Joe even sent me a picture of my car being picked up by the transport company! In the future, I would not hesitate dealing with Bob Bell Ford and, Joe Bothoff.

Bob Bell Ford is by far the best car dealership I have ever been to. I bought my Explorer there about 10 months ago and have brought my service there every 3 months since then. When I went to purchase it, they told me the price was cheaper than I had seen online. They could have easily told me the online price and charged me more money but they didn't. I don't know many dealerships that would do that. This was the beginning of a great relationship. The used sales department was very relaxed and not forceful in trying to sell me a car. Their approach is to allow the customer to browse and seek help if needed. Ask for Used Car Sales Manager Dave Smith, Salesman Brad, or Salesman Dustin. My most recent visit to Bob Bell Ford was this week when I called the service manager, Steve Tappa, to replace my tires, brakes, and oil change etc. Steve ordered all of the parts, gave me a loaner car, and broke down the cost of everything for me before I dropped off my Explorer. They even found a power steering leak that needed to be replaced and it was covered under the extended warranty. He called each day to give me a status update as well. I picked up my vehicle this evening and everything had been done perfectly. The cost was even cheaper than I had anticipated! I STRONGLY recommend asking for the service manager at Bob Bell Ford, Steve Tappa, if you own a Ford vehicle and need service done; he will take absolute care of you.All in all, I have had an excellent experience as a customer at Bob Bell and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service. I will absolutely be a long time customer at Bob Bell and look forward to purchasing my future vehicles and having them serviced here.

I have purchased 3 used trucks from Bob Bell Ford in Glen Burnie and have been treated fantastic each time. The entire crew in the used car department is awesome. Dick Miller is one of the greatest people I've met. He and Joe have always gone that extra mile for me....that is why I drive an hour anytime my family or I are looking for another vehicle. I can not say enough how pleased I am with the service I have received... I am a customer for life!

I went to Dustin looking for a SUV as I am sick of my car, I was not able to go through with the deal due to other reasons but he was very informative and went the extra mile to help me. My experience at Bob Bell was much better than any other car dealership I have been too. Dustin most certainly is a great asset to the Bob Bell team!

After looking for weeks for a car and dealing with several unprofessional dealerships I finally came to Bob Bell. At first I was a little apprehensive because of the building but as soon as I got out of the car I was met with a very professional and friendly gentleman. He was very down to earth and really took the time to find out what I truly needed and not just putting me in a car to have a sale. After looking over the lot I found something that was perfect. Come to find out the person helping me was actually Dave Smith, the used car manager. I have never been somewhere where the manager actually took the time to take care of me and not push me off onto someone else. Once inside the rest of the staff was friendly and really made my experience great. I would highly recommend them and their vehicles.

I have never been so pleased with a company before. When I have been turned down by others and told they couldn't help me the team here went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. They worked for hours to make sure it was the best deal that I could get. Dealer did not honor internet price online. They said it was a mistake. The manager sent me a very rude email. He was arrogant and condesending. When I pointed out the price online, Bob Bell tried to blame wrong price on everyone else but themselves. My point in writjing is to let public know this dealer plays games with their pricing, speaks rude to customers and talks down to them. Dealership did not offer any drinks or did anything to make my visit comfortable.

This dealership was nice to me until I bought the car. But they fired my sales rep. Tracie Nataro, and now it seems there is no one who will help me. I believe my biggest sin was complaining about the service department. Since then I have been riding around with my engine light on because no one will call me back to make an appointment to have it fixed. I wish you better luck with Bob Bell Ford than I have had. This will be my LAST purchase from Bob Bell.

Drove over 2 hrs. to purchase a vehicle that they said had already been sold between 9 a.m and 11:15 when I got there, seriously doubt it! Total BS bait & switch tactics on their part... Of course they had a couple other cars there that were similar to the one I had talked to the sales rep about. Then had to drive another 2 hrs. to get home. Wish I had listened to all the bad reviews on them in the 1st place, but was thinking what the heck, all I'm doing is buying the car there. Will never go back or recommend them!!!

Dave Smith, Dick Miller, and the rest of the team at Bob Bell Used Car Sales have been incredible to work with. They were genuine and upfront from the beginning, providing a very different experience than what we experienced elsewhere as we looked for a used car for our family. They are clearly proud of the company and represent it very well. Not only were they very professional in helping us get the car we wanted at a fair price, they have been great in terms of getting an issue corrected that none of us could have anticipated. I believe another dealer would have washed their hands of us at the first sign of a problem. Bob Bell has not. I know where would buy from again and know who I will recommend to any of my friends and family in the area. Thank you!

Was approved for a loan and found the car I liked on their website. Contacted Dave several times to set up a test drive and go ahead with a purchase. After several attempts he told me to come in on a Saturday to finish everything and the car was already sold, best part, he couldn't even tell me himself. Horrible customer service all the way around, would never go back. I should not have to chase around the salesman for a purchase from their lot. Completely ridiculous

Total rip off when you get your car serviced in the shop!. They charge you with labor price twice the amount. If the service was 200$, Steve charges you 400$. Stay away!!!!. Daryl from the shop is good to work with but Steve is a total rip off. Beware he charges you with Diagnostic fee even if you get your car fixed at their shop where as other dealers and shops out there waive this fee just because you got your car serviced there. Also they rotated my tires for a fee even though I serviced the car, which is usually done for free with a service at NTB/Merchant tires. I strongly DO NOT recommend and I know I am not going back ever!!!

I originally came to Bob Bell Ford/Hyundai/Kia to buy a new Hyundai. Ray Kaz was my salesman and he did everything he could to find me the vehicle I wanted. Ray was professional, friendly and very accomodating. He explained to me all my options, both financially and vehicle-wise. However after reassessing my finances I realized that I could only afford used vehicle. Ray then turned me on to Dick Miller. Dick had the exact vehicle I wanted in his Used Cars lot. After filling out the paperwork/application for financing, Dick was extremely helpful in working his magic for me to have the monthly payments which I could afford, especially when it came to how much I was going to get for my trade-in. He literally bent over backwards to make this work for me and I am very thankful! Even the finance manager was super friendly and made sure that I didn't leave the dealership without the amazing bumper-to-bumper warranty that Hyundai offers. He made this possible by 'tweaking' the numbers on my loan application to end up with the payments which I could afford and which I had discussed earlier with Dick Miller. Overall, Bob Bell Ford/Hyundai/Kia was the BEST dealership that I've ever bought a car from and I am definitely going back to buy my next car!THANKS RAY & DICK! You guys did a GREAT JOB and made me VERY HAPPY!

I have been having my car serviced at this dealership since 2006. I am always greeted well and profesionally. I get all my maintenance done here. In fact I had a concern and was prepared to pay when Mr. Tappa explained it was covered under my warranty. They know who I am when I come in and get me in and out. I usually wait for the car to be done, but once, I had to leave it and they offered me a loaner an no extra cost. Can't really say enough about the place. Very good dealership to deal with. And at my age, I have dealt with many, from Houston Texas to York Pa. and everywhere in between. Thanks to the entire Bob Bell family.

I would not recommend this dealership at all! My fiancee and I had went in to look for a vehicle for her. We took two vehicles for a test drive, then we were told we had to do a credit check. My fiancee was not pleased with either vehicle she test drove. Instead of trying to find a car that fit around my fiancees' work, school, and day to day activities they were trying to just "get a sale". When they pulled her credit history, she has very limited credit, we were told "you have a problem" who in their right frame of mind would tell a customer you have a problem. Then to be told that we would not be able to co-sign for a loan due to us not living together. From the start niether of us felt comfortable dealing with this sales representative. And to basically be told go ahead and go elsewhere because you will be back is outright insulting. I understand as a car salesman you are commission based and my fiancee and I may not have been buying an expensive vehicle, it is nice to be treated as though you are wanted as a customer. I did not get that experience at all. I have gone a long enough rant, plain and simple Bob Bell Ford - You will never get any of my business. In the grand scheme of things I may not effect your business, but I will do whatever it takes to tell friends and family, not to go to you business for a new or used vehicle.

I was completely ripped off by this dealership, they installed used parts on my brand new veichle !!!!!!!! Then i returned to get my first oil change and tire rotation (only reason i went there was b/c it was complementary) and after waiting 8 hours in their poorly decorated, plain, and uncomfortable waiting room, the work was not performed. I secretly marked the oil filter with a sharpie and marked the tires with chalk on the inside and when i got the vehicle back everything was the same. NOTHING HAD BEEN CHANGED OR ROTATED !!!!! I went to service writer, cashier, manager and general manger and No one could help or explain. Wrote a letter to Ford and they said theres nothing they could do b/c each dealership is individually and privately owned. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you to Rob Myers and Dick Miller of Bob Bell for making our used car buying experience painless. When small obstacles came up, they were able to quickly act and think of solutions to keep the purchase process moving. The vehicle prices are fair and the staff seems to truly care about your car buying experience and well being. A positive experience through and through!

Went in with a specific problem engine missing due to degradation caused by leaking valve cover gasket and oil contamination. Got a phone call back stating that it would cost ~$1,000 to "fix the problem". Detailed estimate had the dealer replacing the gasket, ignition wires, spark plugs, and doing a general oil cleanup in the area. Also, there were $400 in line items for "injection system cleaning" and "major tuneup".Now, it was probably true that I needed a new valve cover gasket, ignition wires, and maybe spark plugs. I'll never know. The "injection system cleaning" and "major tuenup" charges were bogus. I resent the implication that these were necessary to fix the problem. I also resent the ~$600 charge for parts and labor that could have been done for half-price at a local repair shop.Mostly I resent the implication that I could be taken for a sucker by claiming that 1,000 would be "necessary" to fix my car's problem. The $1,000 estimate contained a lot of padding.I ended up paying ~$600 for the "truly necessary" repairs (which were done very well). I couldn't back out because I would have to pay a $90 (?) diagnosis fee.An elderly or naive customer could have been taken for $1,000 for repairs that could be done elsewhere at $300. I left with the feeling that this dealer's repair shop could not be trusted to minimize their customers' repair costs.

I give Bob Bell Ford, and specifically the Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Dept, the highest score possible for several reasons - they are honest, knowledgeable and caring people who did not treat me like just another "sale". While I have had "decent" experiences purchasing cars in the past, my experience with Bob Bell Ford is clearly the best ever (I have purchased 7 used cars over the years). I went to the dealership to look at a specific car (Subaru Forester they had on trade) and was under unusual constraints...my own Forester had recently been totaled in an accident, and I had 48 hours use of a rental car while I still awaited a check (my sole means of paying for another car)from the insurance co. When I arrived at Bob Bell, every person I met was welcoming, informed and helpful. Luckily for me, I became a prospective customer of Mr. Don Miller (Asst Mgr), from whom I got a very good feeling even before test driving the Subaru Forester (2005) and then sitting down to talk further. He listened to my situation, my financial constraints, the fact that I am self-employed without a guarenteed "paycheck", and the fact that the insurance co. was not being helpful or cooperative. (How is one, realistically, supposed to find and buy a replacement car without transportation/considerable extra cash/a check from the insurance co. in 2 days?) Despite the misfortune of the accident, I felt very fortunate to have met Mr. Miller, who went far above and beyond what anyone would expect in order to help me. I honestly felt, through all of my interactions with Mr. Miller, that he was trying very hard to actually help me, not just sell me a car. Not only did he work in an honest and kind manner to put me in the vehicle I wanted with the (limited) funds I had to work with, he juggled the various obstacles involved (my transportation, money and insurance company issues) like the pro that he is (I learned his career in sales spans 25 years of experience). Mr. Miller did not say "I'll go out of my way for you" - he just did it. His actions made it clear that he viewed me as an individual with individual circumstances- not just the next sale. Similarly, I was very impressed with the woman who handled my tag/title work (Missy) and with the lot attendant (Darryl). Missy was professional, knowledgeable and so innately nice, and Darryl (who I am certain is mentally challenged, and told me he considers Bob Bell Ford his "family") helped me in several ways including the thorough detailing of my vehicle. He was so polite, interesting and funny. My positive feelings about Bob Bell Ford were enhanced by seeing first-hand that the dealership hires people with various challenges, which obviously extends to their interest in selling to people with various challenges....I am so happy with my "new" vehicle and never expected the buying experience to be the one positive thing that came out of the whole accident debacle. I was very much dreading having to find another car, and so quickly. Mr. Miller, and all of the other people I met at Bob Bell Ford, made what I expected to be a tedious and aggravating experience the exact opposite. I would encourage anyone who is looking for an excellent used vehicle of any type and under any circumstance to contact Bob Bell Ford (and specifically Mr. Dick Miller)for assistance. Mr. Miller told me he does not view his job as "selling" so much as matching the right car to the right customer (I am paraphrasing his words). I liked his philosophy very much, because my father (whose career was in real estate) often told me the same thing- he wasn't into selling but in matching the right home with the right person....I was sincerely impressed with Mr. Miller's integrity and kindness.

If I had employees like Mr Chisholm when I was in business...I would still be in business! After looking through your inventory, Chuck found the perfect car...he was like a mind reader...he got me the most for my trade and my payments were below what I thought they would be....thank you Mr Bell!

Came to the dealership looking for a new Escape. A very friendly staff person approached me and offered for me to test drive some cars. I was able to test drive 2 different Escapes and then asked for the Edge. After test driving the Edge, Terry gave me very knowledgeable information about both vehicles. She sat down with me and went over all aspects of each vehicle. Terry new the information very well and gave advice for the kind of car that would suite me best. I had always been a Chevy girl, but after my experience with Terry at Bob Bell Ford, I am now a Ford girl for life!

I have never been a Ford fan, I always stayed with GM but my car broke down in front of Bob Bell and while I was waiting for it to be towed I went inside to survey the cars. While I was doing that I met Joanna. Her personality, her style and her knowledge were exceptional. So much so, that I started to look at the idea of buying a Ford, a first after 4o years. I was so impressed with her honesty and that she did not use a sales approach to my questions that I just told her to pick out the car , witin a range, and make the detail decisions and I will come back that night and by the car. We were so impressed that after our Ford was totaled, we insisted to go back to her for its replacement. She is the best of the best

When we were looking for a new car we went to several Dealerships and were told we did not qualify. That is if someone even accknoledged we were there. We went to Bob Bell Ford and Terry James helped us through the entire process. Terry was knowledgable and freiendly. The process was the easiest we have ever expierenced. I have told friends and co-workers that after years as a Chrysler/Dodge owner I would certiantly purchase a Ford from Terry James.

Terry and the whole staff worked very hard in locating the exact model we wanted, it took them several days to get my Escape as no other dealers wanted to part with their Escapes. Terry had several deals fall thru as the other dealers would back out of trading Bob Bell for the Escape we wanted. Overall we are very pleased with the effort it took to get us in the model we wanted!

I've been going to Bob Bell Ford for over 10 years and buy my vehicles from them as well as get service done there. I've never had a problem with any one there and my sales person, Joanna Chaney is the best. She's up front and gives you the best deal without trying to "hound" it out of them.

After being disappointed by another dealer - twice(!) earlier in the week, Bob Bell Ford was able to provide the car I wanted at a great price. Chris spent time on the phone prior to my driving in (from an hour away) to confirm the details of the car matched exactly what I was looking for, and to review the pricing to be sure there would be NO surprises when I arrived. Pete was friendly and helpful as we completed the necessary paperwork, and Chris spent nearly an hour teaching me how to use the Sync and Nav package on the car.

Initially looking at buying a used Mustang, we went through a few dealerships talking over the phone and finally ended up with an new one from them. Everything was over and above our expectations, and we plan to buy from them again in the future! To put it mildly, you just don't find the kind of service that Bob Bell gave us in today's market.

I have bought a good number of cars in my life and my purchase of a new Taurus on June 26, 2010, at Bob Bell was the best experience ever. Mr Connelly and Ms James were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. They are to be commended for their service. I think the price they gave me on the car was fair to both myself and the dealership - a "win-win" transaction. When I buy my next car, Bob Bell Ford will be the first place I go. Great job!

I went to BBF hoping to get a test drive in a 2011 Mustang GT. Instead I was told that if I wanted to drive it, I had to buy it. I said realy... It's a Mustang?? get over it. What if I signed all the papers and it had a problem or two?? Or maybe I didn't like the wat it drove?? The sales lady agreed with me, saying that several customers had walked away because they couldn't drive the car. I asked her if I could at least sit in the car, for a "test fit" since the 2010 model had an issue were the console rubbed up against my leg. She drove me around to the back lot in a golf cart, she gave me the key and said "here ya go". She sat there in the cart while I gave myself a tour of the car! lol. The bottom line is if that test drive had been nice, I would have ordered my 2011 Mustang right then. BBF's lack of customer service didn't really suprise me though, I attempted to buy my first new car from them at the age of 18 back in 1988. The sales guy left me standing in the middle of the dealership, as he dumped my Escort deal to do a deal with a couple buying a more expensive car. I went to Koon's instead and got treated well .Once again I'll be going to one of BB's competitors to buy my car.

I purchased a pre-owned Escape from Dick Miller at Bob Bell Automotive May 2009 and I have been so pleased with it. It's been such a reliable vehicle that I went back and bought a pre-owned car for my daughter's graduation present just a few days ago. Her car is also like new and a steal at under $10,000. I must say that Dick is an awesome person. To me customer service is so important and he's the kind of guy you remember because he's more than a salesman. I trust him. I will always purchase my vehicles from Bob Bell Automotive. They have a huge selection to choose from at can't-pass-up prices!

After shopping many Baltimore Ford dealers we drove 25 miles out of our way to Bob Bell Ford of Glen Burnie. The salesman was ONE of the few to listen to what we needed and did not try to talk us into an in stock vehicle and found the exact match at a dealer over 100 miles away - gave us the price we wanted and went an got the vehicle for us the next day. Great Job and we will send you our family and friends!
