Mike, in the service area, is amazing. The most knowledgeable person I've ever encountered related to BMW. After the last dealership I dealt with, I was done with BMW....but he renewed my faith in BMW. I've already scheduled my next appointment and will be buying their service plan. I hope they know how lucky they are to have him.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews but this one was a must for me. My wife and I have purchased several luxury brands of vehicles during the last 20 years. The staff at BMW of Waterbury is exceptional. The amount of effort they put into to making sure everything is perfect is amazing. If you are looking for a luxury vehicle this is the place to go. The Hoffman team is A-plus.

I had a phenomenal experience working with my sales professional Jonah. He made me feel comfortable during the buying process, answered all my questions, and gave me a great deal on my new 330. My experience with BMW of Waterbury was absolutely top notch. I was coming from out of state to Waterbury for my specific vehicle and Khaled and team from start to finish made the process smooth and seamless. They also worked with me on very personal levels being responsive and attentive. I would definitely do business with them again.

I dealt with Amr and Ashley for the purchase of my 330I today. Not only were they incredibly helpful and professional, but they truly went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted as quickly as possible. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Edit- I spoke with Dennis Smith because I had a minor issue with understanding something on the car. Dennis was prompt and accommodating and resolved my issue no problem. Overall a completely excellent experience with Hoffman!
