I called Frank Lopez in hopes of finding a new or used BMW x3 after telling me what inventory the dealership had in Stock he invited me down to take a test drive with my fiancee. We both picked out the perfect black on black x3. It had CPO (Certified Preowned) and looked brand new. We have now owned the car for 2 weeks and are in love with it! I purchased my BMW X5 50i here 6 years ago and Anthony has been my service representative for the entire 6 years. He has always been courteous, responsive and helpful. He has offered candid advise when asked and has been very pleasant to do business with. My previous car was an Audi Q7, there is a difference in the quality and class of service here at BMW. I am now looking at replacing my 2011 X5 with a new BMW. Part of the reason I am purchasing another BMW is due to the great service I have experienced and BMW Peabody.

This was my best car buying experience. Frank Lopez from BMW of Peabody was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was purchasing and got me into the vehicle I wanted at the price and monthly payment I was looking for. He went over the 3 different financing options and let me choose what was the best option for me. I was able to order the exact vehicle I wanted and it got delivered in the time frame he said it would. Frank Lopez was referred to me by two friends who both bought vehicles from him at BMW of Peabody. I'm glad I listened to them. The Sales Manager and Finance Manager also took the time and explained things to me and helped get me in the exact vehicle I wanted. All in all I would definitely recommend Frank and the staff at BMW of Peabody. Great buying Experience!

I am not usually one to write a review on websites, but this one warrants some of my time. I bought a certified pre-owned 550i GT from BMW Peabody back in November 2015. The experience initially was quite good with the sales representative being responsive to my questions and requests. The car took about a week to be prepared with a full check-up prior to pick-up, which I was fine with. Then things went wrong:I took deliver of the car and within a couple of weeks that I noticed the gas gauge was not functioning properly. Brought the car back to dealership and they mentioned that the battery had not been checked properly and was the cause of the problem, which was fixed. Then a few days later, the check engine light went on, cause was that no oil change had been performed on the car for the past 9,000 miles. Service agent was kind enough to get it done and apologized. Fast forward to April 2016, started to notice a substantial vibration in the car from 40 - 75 miles an hour. Dealership had the car for a total of over 1.5 MONTHS and after multiple back and fourths, they were unable to diagnose the problem and while the vibration was still there, it was deemed with tolerance and dealership could not do anything more. They stated that the design of the car is the reason and they confirmed this with BMW USA, however, BMW USA will admit to no such thing. Therefore, no resolution to the issue. Worst yet, I had noticed coolant leak after the last Peabody had the car for over a month, which they indicated was nothing. I recently switched dealerships and they informed me that my car was not firing on all cylinders and had to replace spark plugs and coils, not to mention they identified a leak in the coolant hose, for which the quote was $2600. A necessary repair from what I am told because my turbos could overheat. Most of this not covered under extended warranty sold to me by BMW Peabody. Out of the 9 months that I have owned this car, over 3 have been spent at a dealership. Tried to address this with BMW leadership, even leaving a message for Warren Waugh, but guess what, no return phone call. I would have been happy to return the car for another, but do I want another lemon from them.

I cannot recommend BMW Peabody enough! I had my 2009 BMW 528xi serviced yesterday for the first time with the company. After visiting multiple dealerships, I decided on BMW and this dealership in particular because this place made the hectic car buying process EASY. Mohamad spent the necessary time with me going over the vehicle even after the dealership closed. Once I decided on the car, there was never a drawn out negotiating process. The sales manager Bruce was personable and genuinely seemed like he CARED about my business. I moved right along to the finance department where Dan explained everything in detail. I couldn't have asked for an easier car buying process. It was just FUN working with them. I would absolutely recommend BMW of Peabody to anyone considering a BMW. Although I've only owned my car for two weeks, I have a feeling I might become a long term BMW driver...a big part of that is because of this dealership and the team that helped me with my purchase. A+ experience.

It is rare to find a car dealer that truly cares about the individual buyer and pays attention to that buyer's needs. I was incredibly impressed and grateful for the excellent experience I had buying my new X1. After looking at the inventory without a perfect match, Ed suggested that I build one which I did - that was exciting because I got exactly what I wanted and then followed it's journey from the plant in Germany to my driveway. The bonus was that I saved thousands and I couldn't be more thrilled. BMW of Peabody is comprised of very genuine people who sincerely care about every customer - I feel as though I am a part of their family now and appreciate the relationship we have built. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mohamed Beydoun was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy which is rare in the car buying industry these days. He gave me a great price on the vehicle and my trade right out of the gate without all of the back-and-forth negotiations typically experienced when purchasing a new car. The whole process was quick, easy, and enjoyable, and if I could give more than five stars I would. I would absolutely recommend Mohamed if you are in the market for a BMW. Lets face it, as you know buying a car stinks but this place makes it pretty easy. Nice staff and not only helpful and welcoming but easy going. I came in to take a look at a pre owned certified vehicle they had online and they could not of been more helpful. Plus the person I had been speaking to over email was great and responsive, giving me all the details and even crunching numbers for me without me even having to pick up the phone once. The location is off a busy road near the North Shore Mall and traffic is tight, however the sales and finance department here was awesome and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a BMW to come here and check these guys out.

I purchased my BMX X3 at Peabody in 2008. Why I continued to bring my car in for services is puzzling to me. I believed each time there was an issue, it was just a one off, but after my last visit this month, I just cannot ignore it. The service folks are really uninterested in any real issue, problems the vehicle has is not a priority - unless it is a non warranty issue and can be easily fixed for a high cost. I struggled with the film that the dealership put on the car - which I paid extra for, and it failed. I had complained and brought my car in 3 different times within the year (for a list of other issues as well) each time, the customer agent, said there was nothing they could do. I felt BMW should stand behind their service, but they did not. We tried to speak with the Service Manager (no call back, after 2 messages), the Sales person who we purchased the car from (no call back) and a handful of conversations with our customer agent. After getting no response or help, we decided to call the place directly (that BMW contracts with) - and received AMAZING customer service. They only asked one question - are you the original owner of the car? - and yes I am - and she said - absolutely we will cover the cost of replacement. WOW. It's unfortunate the lack of customer relations and service they provide, they were not at all interested in a me or my 8 year car. I will certainly be buying another BMW, but not from them. Also, my husband just purchased a M235Xi (special order) from Maryland (closest dealer) and they could have serviced his car, but absolutely not now.

Every now and then I temp myself into exploring another car manufacturer and take a few test drives- Audi, Mercedes etc. but I always some back to the BMW brand. The quality and value are just unmatched in my opinion. I'm on my 5th BMW lease now and every time I have dealt with the same sales rep- Jamie McCoy. Buying/leasing a car can be such a hassle- especially for really busy people (like me). He GETS THAT. He does all the little things that makes the process as easy and hassle free as possible. He EARNS my business. His follow up throughout the process and all during the lease in phenomenal. I just did a new lease a couple of weeks ago- went from the SUV to a sedan- and love it. I just hope Jamie is still there three years from now- just like he has always been.

Enjoyed working with Rob Stein to find my new 3281 Diesel. Great fun to drive and the gas savings is incredible. BMW takes care of your needs. I had been servicing my older 3 series BMW there and knew that is where I wanted to buy my next car. Love that they help you with all the new features with their Genius program. Joe the Genius was so helpful in teaching us how to get the most from our car as well as BMW Peabody gave us a free tank of gas... and because this is a Diesel... I'll get almost 500 mies from that tank.

Being a customer at BMW Peabody is to experience a strange mix of polo shirt and greed, that only the underachieving children of wealth who work there could deliver. Here are a few things I've learned as a customer since 2011:1) After shopping for a BMW at Peabody it was clear their sales model is short term thinking, stick-to-sticker and offer poor trade value on BMW trades. Oy! I went on BMWusa.com, searched regional inventories, and saved 20% by buying the same car from Naperville BMW. Excellent transaction and I didn't even have to travel to Naperville! Easiest money I've ever saved. Shipped it to the north shore for $1,200, in an enclosed carrier, best of all the BMW dealer in IL handled everything- all the tax and insurance paperwork same as MA. I found that Herb Chambers and New Country in Hartford have a better selection than Peabody and 10-15% lower prices. Lesson: Don't be a tit for the sales guys at BMW Peabody!2) If you live on the north shore, BMW Peabody has location, location, location on its side because you'll need service and who has time to drive to Boston. Not much you can do about that. I feel bad for the guys who work service at the Andover St and Centennial Dr locations. They only have 3-4 advisors at each location and they are always there glued to their terminals 7am-7pm. They're all really nice, but the volume and stress level these guys are under seems unbecoming of a luxury brand, and especially greedy for the $175/hr labor rates they charge. It also negatively affects customer service because you need to know the name of a service advisor, stop in in-person, or have a direct line to get an initial appointment. If you buy a BMW from another dealer, you'll have to beg BMW Peabody for a loaner car until your warranty runs out. Then they will give you a loaner for repairs done outside of warranty. Lesson: Tacky at best! 3) BMWs are great cars but BMW Peabody doesn't build them, and they don't always have a consistent explanation on why you are being offered parts and services to fix them. In one exchange i had with my service advisor...Really, I need brakes? Why, the indicator light isn't on yet? Oh it says in 6,000 miles... Ok, then I can wait 6 months and then do them when they are needed. I've driven 15,000 miles and still the brakes haven't hit the replacement indicator! --I was very disappointed more recently when I needed emergency service due to hitting a pot hole. The car was towed in for 2 blown tires, once the work began I received a call that more damage had been found and needed to be addressed to make the car safe to drive. Surprised by the depth of damage I asked if it was related and the advisor said 'yes'. I authorized the necessary repairs. When I picked up the car even more related issues had been noted by the tech. When I submitted an insurance claim to be reimbursed for the repairs done at BMW Peabody, the service agent told the insurance adjuster a different story that some repairs didn't need to be done and others could have been wear and tear. Talked to the service manager who seemed sympathetic and said he wanted to something to help, said he'd sat it straight with the insurance adjuster. Never heard back from him-- 3 months later he's told me the conversation is over. Lesson: Beware the costly sham!One star because I do love the free hand wash, otherwise BMW Peabody is easy to forget.

I had a great experience here. Obviously they want to sell you a vehicle but these guys go above and beyond. I went to another dealership first and they didn't come close. These guys are accommodating, anticipatory and pleasant. I really feel like I entered a club that I am happy to be a part of. The service doesn't stop after they sell you the car either - if anything it gets better!

I was reluctant to purchase a BMW at first because of maintenance issues. I have owned by 428I X-drive convertible for a little more than 1 year and the car has been outstanding. So fun to drive and so many compliments from anyone who sees it. I have had two service appointments thus far with this dealership and the service has really been outstanding!! Everything was completed on time, the follow up contact before and after the appointment was reassuring that BMW Peabody values their customers. The ability to change your appointments online was a nice feature as well and very easy to use.

I got my car service done few months back and now seeing the service engine soon light coming again. I immediately called Tom and he make sure that I got an appointment even in the middle of the week and addressed my problem. Though I have to wait over there but most importantly my car was taken care of. That made me really happy and hoping I dont see the service engine light again for at least a year.I am satisfied with the service that was done and the professionalism shown by Tom and the manager.

I recently bought my third BMW from Jamie McCoy at BMW Peabody. He is by far the best Client Advisor. He makes the car buying process so simple and seamless. When I showed up for my appointment, he had the car I was going to test drive ready to go with the plates on and it was running. When I returned to the dealership, he had my second test drive car parked out front and ready to go. I did not wait at all. He shows great patience while explaining the cars features and is extremely knowledgeable about the cars he sells! Even the paperwork process was effortless since Jamie handles it all expeditiously. After the sale was complete, Jamie followed up to see if I had any questions or if he could help with anything. I picked up my new X-3 today and it was the best car buying experience I've had from start to finish. After doing some research I had not settled on one car make or model, however, BMW was my first stop and the service Chris Blasczak provided made it my only stop. He explained car options as well as financing options and after a test drive my decision was made, my trade in appraised and Dan wrapped up the financing process as efficiently as possible. When I picked the car up Chris again provided excellent service and went over all the car features in an extremely comprehensive manner. I could not be happier with the car or the experience. We picked up our new car at BMW of Peabody last night and I have to say this completed the best car buying experience I have had. We are avid car buyers having done business and multiple dealerships across MA. BMW of Peabody by far exceed them all. We knew a lot about the vehicles and inventory before we got to the dealership but John Cotter our sales reps was fantastic expanding upon all the features that we never knew existed. The trade in process was no haggle, great experience as was negotiating on the new vehicle. We were able to get in and out with a deal in under 2.5 hours (which included a 30 min test drive). The delivery process was also fantastic, John walked us through all the details and tricks with setting up the entertainment system and other functions in the car. We couldn't have been happier with this car buying experience. From initial reception in the dealership to management negotiation thru financing they were all top notch. I strongly recommend this dealership and team.

This is my second BMW Convertible and wanting another new, particular BMW Convertible, building one was my only option. With the patience and help from Craig, we built the 'most amazing, perfect 435I Convertible, and she is one 'hot' car!!! I had not been car shopping in a decade and needed to replace a Toyota we drove into the ground. I happened upon BMW of Peabody while looking for a pre-owned VW. Landed a 2010 VW CC that was already priced below Kelly Blue Book. I went there ready to deal with car salesmen shenanigans. No such thing happened. Professional, great service, and very straightforward dealing with them. Test drove, was ready to buy, and simply said what my budgeted price was. They countered with a very reasonable offer and that was it, paperwork was started, picked up the car 5 days later (holiday in between). No back and forth, no pushiness, none of the things you expect from old-school car dealers. They even took the car for inspection and since there was concern about the crank, they put in a new battery. I dealt with Frank, and he was great.

I totally lucked out. Called BMW of Peabody on a Friday to arrange a test drive for the next day, and got Kaitlyn on the line. She was friendly and accommodating, and made our whole buying experience really great. She is passionate and knowledgeable about her product: she's been driving BMWs her whole life and you can tell she really loves them. I got my car service done few months back and now seeing the service engine soon light coming again. I immediately called Tom and he make sure that I got an appointment even in the middle of the week and addressed my problem. Though I have to wait over there but most importantly my car was taken care of. That made me really happy and hoping I dont see the service engine light again for at least a year. Super happy with BMW of Peabody. Jamie McCoy made all the difference! What a thoughtful and kind sales person. We got a good price but during the initial "inspection" I had missed the scratches on the middle chrome console in the car. On the day of the purchase, my fiance noticed them and there was nothing we could do about it. Jamie called after the sale was done, and said that he noted my disappointment and his goal is to have a 100% satisfied customer so he is working with his manager to see what he could do about the scratches. Few days later he called to say that the console will be replaced free of charge by BMW! I was thrilled! Not only that, Jamie came to my residence to deliver the loaner car and delivered the car back when it was fixed! I will recommend Jamie to anyone who is looking to buy a BMW.

Jamie at BMW of Peabody is a consummate professional. He could write a book on customer service. He covers every detail, not just during the sales cycle but throughout your ownership of the vehicle. We just took delivery of our 4th BMW, still driving the first! and once again it was painless and truly a pleasurable experience. Within a span of only 3 weeks, Jamie not only helped us figure which vehicle to lease moving from an X5 to X3, but he also helped get the best possible deal allowing us to end our current lease 6 months early. The transfer process only took a couple of hours, where we were treated like royalty at their wonderful facility and just like that we were driving home in a beautiful new X3. I have worked with Jamie McCoy and his team at BMW of Peabody since 2008.Over the purchase of three different vehicles and (infrequent given BMW quality, but sometimes necessary) service calls, Jamie and the entire Peabody team consistently deliver. I have detailed my extremely positive purchase experiences previously. Today I will focus on service.It was unexpected and valued to have Jamie deliver and pick up cars and loaners when we lived in Boston. Tremendous time savings given busy schedules. After our recent relocation to Wellesley, Jamie continues to coordinate service schedules flawlessly. Weekends, nights, mornings, Jamie always has a smile on and is focused on making sure that all details are covered, and then some. I recently caught him re-drying my 335 - I had it detailed after a service appointment and he had delivered to our garage (on a weekend evening), encountering a brief spring rain shower on the way. We came home (in a top-notch loaner) just as he was finishing up this extra touch just to make sure that we got the full effect that Matt Hefron's and his crew at the service department had intended when the car left the shop. You just don't find this kind of service anywhere else!

Unfortunately I was originally using a a sales rep which felt like the car was more important than the customer and was very difficult to deal with. I tried for numerous months before giving up and restarting the search with Mercedes and Audi. I was about to purchase a Mercedes when one of my Friends said I need to talk with Jaime McCoy. After meeting with him for 5 minutes I knew my experience would be different. I had a brand new 2014 jeep grand cherokee summit diesel that I got rear ended earlier this month of this year 2014. Ultimately the jeep was deemed total loss by the insurance appraiser. So I needed an SUV that is diesel initially I wanted a Daily BMW X5 but I shied away from it because BMW like all European cars do not come with a remote starter. I also currently own a 1990 bmw e30 m3', a 2013 brand new e92 m3 competition package, and a 2010 S1000RR that I picked new in 2010 for fun:-) So I walked into that Dealership (BMW of Peabody) and I spoke to a very polite sales person who's name is Mo.(In 2012 I bought a brand new Ford F150 raptor from Watertown Ford, the customer services was not that great, then in December of 2013 I've traded that raptor for a 2014 Jeep Summit ecodiesel from Jeep/Chrysler in Danvers that experience was terrible and at that dealership Mr. Joseph depietro was a dishonest person who changed the numbers when it was time to sign.)Back to Mr. Mo, who was very polite no matter how hard I pushed him, and he had a 2011 BMW x5 35d for $40000 at about 53600 miles on its clock. I liked the car, it drove tightly like a proper BMW. I offered Mr. 37000$ which he agreed but need to speak with Tony for approval.... Tony was also surprisingly a very polite person however Tony stated that he can only go as low as 38k which I agreed to the price. The next day I spoke with Mo and Heather (who is the finance lady) who was also wonderful, honest and straight forward. A week later I find a black patch of oil in my driveway, I looked at the bottom of the X5 and it covered with black oil. I assumed it was the rear main seal that had given out.. I was steaming and went back that day ready to leave that x5 with its keys at the dealership. (I just bought that car and I don't need to be stuck in shop for major repairs) I spoke Tony and Mo who were extremely polite and offered a different X5.. Long story short my x5 was put on the lift and it was the drain plug that was put in cross threaded by new mechanic... The service manager and his people fixed it and I haven't seen any leaks since then. The moral of my long story that Mr. Mo and Mr. Tony did not want their customer dissatisfied with the car or service and there for I highly recommend that dealership.

Jamie McCoy is by far the best advisor I have ever had when buying a car. I do not use the term salesman because nothing about him is salesy. This is the 5th vehicle I have either purchased from, or been involved with purchasing from Jamie and BMW of Peabody. There has never been a need to haggle price or amenities and each car is delivered on time and in pristine condition. We bought our first BMW from Jamie several years ago and called him when we were ready to replace it. Jamie made everything easy for us, and fun. We actually bought this car from Jamie over the phone. Everything was taken care of. We loved the "training" Jamie gave us on all of the car's new features and he even had flowers for me. We wouldn't buy a BMW anywhere else.

Jamie was very helpful finding the cars with the options we wanted, allowing us to test drive multiple vehicles and allowed us time to decide without pressure. He was extremely helpful setting up the options in the vehicle after purchase.

In my opinion, BMW of Peabody treats and services their customers better than any other dealership I have dealt with. The staff, including sales people, service people, workers and even the chauffeurs are always pleasant, friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their customers. I have bought six vehicles thru this dealership over the past ten years for various members of my family and recommend them highly.

Just bought my first BMW here...what an incredible experience compared to my past purchases with other car dealers/brands. Our advisor, Chris Blazack is incredible and my partner has actually purchased 2 cars from him previously. Absolutely 0 pressure, personable and a car geek just like us! We drive to another state just to purchase here because they always have the best inventory and prices and very high standards on their certified program.I always thought car buying was suppose to be a nightmare where each side is looking out for themselves. Well all I can say is Chris in Sales and Daniel in financing, Rob in delivery and BMW of Peabody as whole is absolutely working 'for' the buyer. Though I imagine it helps when you are selling an incredible product. Thank you so much.

Just wrote a review about my recent sales experience at this dealer and saw the post on Mr. Rob Hannafin. We have owned a fifteen year old BMW with very high miles serviced at this dealership exclusively since new. (We follow the BMW Car Club "Old School Maintenance Program designed by Mike Miller).BMW Peabody and Rob have always been very helpful, quick to diagnose and repair problems, and fair in their pricing. Mr. Hannafin knows his BMW's inside and out and owns several classic BMW's and has several newer "daily drivers". He is by far the most competent and knowledgeable service advisor I have known in almost 50 years of servicing our cars (I currently deal with four cars of mine and another six owned by family members). Two years ago I bought one of our Hondas into my local mechanic for routine service (vehicle has over 200k miles) and asked him if he wanted to do some maintenance on our 1999 BMW. He knew I had serviced the car for several years at BMW Peabody. He told me his extended family had been in the car sales and repair business in the greater Boston area for three generations and they personally knew many of the owners and senior management at the domestic and foreign new car dealers in Mass. He then stated "you are doing business with the most honest and well respected car dealership in Mass - why would you even think of going anywhere else". I can and have bought many cars from other dealers. I keep coming back to this dealership, not because of price (I can save several hundred dollars buying from other dealers on the Bimmerfest web site), but due to the exceptional service I get from them. BMW Peabody's success starts with the owners and the senior management they employ. Rob Hannafin is the best Service Manager I've ever dealt with.

Never have I seen a dealership that would go to such lengths to avoid honoring a clear warranty replacement item. They blatantly lied to me about the test results, even after I gave them multiple opportunities to reverse their decision by substantiating their mistakes through other service facilities. The deceptions and outright stupidity is unfathomable at this particular dealership. Not only did they misdiagnose my vehicle's problem, but their insistence and unwillingness to acknowledge their mistakes goes even farther. In fact, after complaining about them to BMW headquarters' customer service, they even went out of their way to misinform them to con them into siding with their erroneous analysis and decision not to honor a warranty replacement. I would, with absolute certainly, never buy a vehicle from these jokers nor would I ever trust them with my vehicle to provide an accurate and/or professional repair. Their lack of comprehension for the mechanics of these vehicles is shocking and deplorable. Frankly a so-called dealership like this one should be SHUT DOWN...PERMANENTLY!!!

I have given Kaitlyn Marie Sarantos Bunnell a glowing rating for various reasons --- the bottom line is that she was and continues to be a pleasure to work with --- she made the sales process really easy and a pleasure -- even fun, which is not what I generally expect when buying a car. Specifically, she was really attentive to understanding what I was looking for in a new car my priorities, my level of experience and knowledge, my expectations ---- and, she worked with me based on my needs and wants. I really appreciated her understanding also of my budget parameters and my way of arriving at a price -- it was easy and we arrived at a deal really quickly. Additionally I have appreciated that Kaitlin has helped me to navigate all aspects of the process. from the sale itself, to the business office, to the service and parts department and is really helpful in learning about the features of my new car.

I just purchased my second BMW through this dealership. Both experiences were far the best car sales experiences I have encountered. My salesperson, Chris Blazcak, was fantastic. He responded to my calls and emails promptly and made the whole process something to enjoy and savor rather than dread. Their service is also outstanding having had my previous BMW (all 212,000 miles!) fully serviced at the dealership with very competitive prices. To sum it up they make you feel like family.

An extremely enjoyable and efficient car purchasing experience! Kaitlyn is a well informed sales professional with full knowledge of all of the features offed on today's automobiles. All aspects of the car were clearly explained as well as the pros and cons associated with a wide variety of options available. Her follow up throughout the was terrific, keeping me appraised of the vehicle status from manufacturing, shipping, arrival and delivery. Even though my vehicle was purchased overseas through the military/diplomatic sales program and was only being picked up at BMW of Peabody, they were extremely helpful! The sales representative, Rick Belgiorno, consistently went out of his way to track the status of our inbound vehicle, and once it showed up he went through its operation with us in detail. He even offered to drop by our house if needed for assistance. All of this, and BMW of Peabody was not making a dime from my purchase. I would definitely recommend BMW of Peabody and would also purchase a second vehicle from them in the future.

My fiance had never owned a BMW. I had to drag him down to test one out and see for himself what I already knew from being a BMW owner myself. When we arrived to this dealer, we were greeted immediately by a very friendly and charming sales rep by the name of John Cotter!!John Cotter was amazing!! Not only did he give a great deal. He also took the time to demonstrate each feature on the car after the purchase!! Most sales reps don't bother with you after you sign on the dotted line (I know this Because of my own experience when I purchased my BMW at another BMW dealership) and have made their commission! If you visit this dealer ask for him.. He was amazing! Daniel Chase (who processed the paperwork) was also very friendly and pleasant! Overall, this dealer was the best! I even checked the same vehicles in other BMW dealers and they were more expensive! Therefore, not only did this dealership provide the absolute best experience .. But also, the best BANG for your buck! I'm very thankful for John Cotter because my fiance is very particular and had he had the same service I was given, he would of walked out of the dealership and missed out on knowing what it was like to own "The Ultimate driving machine!!"

I could not be more pleased with the entire experience and with fact that I finally found a salesperson that did not play the typical games played when negotiating a car. Delivery of the car was great, Rick took his time and explained all the features of the vehicle to us and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left the dealership.

I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from BMW of Peabody. For the last 3, I have dealt with Jamie McCoy exclusively. I have to say without doubt that those of been the 3 most pleasurable car buying experiences I have ever had. Jamie is a terrific CA and is very easy to work with. He has been a calming influence even when I have been very impatient with him or have had many questions for him to answer. He is also a very thorough person and always make sure that I am satisfied with my eventual deal. I have recommended Jamie to many people on bimmerfest.com who were looking for a good CA in the Greater Boston area, based on my great experiences with him.

As always it is always was a great experience and this time a pleasure working with Kaitlyn. She is very nice, professional and the kind of person you want to work with. She understands purchasing a car is a process and decision that is an education process not high pressure. Kaitlyn is very knowledgeable of BMW products and allows the car to sell itself while providing me the necessary information to ensure I was making the right decision. BMW X5M Wow! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming. Kaitlyn was extremely knowledgeable and professional, but so warm and hospitable that I felt I was buying a car from a friend. I never felt pushed into making a decision, which was particularly appreciated since I had not yet determined if I was going to purchase a BMW, Infiniti, or Audi. She allowed the automobile to do the selling. I particularly dislike salespeople who put on the "hard sell". I did not know what to expect when I went to BMW Peabody, but I was extremely pleased not to have to put up with pressure. When I returned to the dealership to purchase the car, Kaitlyn and her support staff helped me to choose the perfect X1 and allowed me to bring my terms to the table. Additionally, she came to me with an offer which made me feel I had made exactly the right choice. I could not be happier that I came to BMW Peabody and that I am now the proud owner of a BMW X1!

Rick was a pleasure to work with. He made a very stressful situation of looking for a car very smooth. Everything from finding the right car to fit my budget to taking care of lturning in my lease from another dealership. He went above and beyond. I personally have to say that looking for a car is not my favorite thing to do. The back and forth of negotiating for prices and the many hours you can sit in the dealership when you have other things to do with your time. Rick did not waste my time, was easy to talk to, understood my needs that I needed in a car and within an hour I had found my car and all my paperwork was complete! The first time that has happened to me. Wendy was great in the finance department also. She was very knowledgeable with the warranties and was thorough explaining all my options.I would highly recommend this dealership and Rick to work with. It has now been 9 years since I first visited this dealership and met Jamie McCoy, and I've just leased my 4th BMW! Everyone at the dealership is always extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. The service is also terrific. Most noteworthy, however, is Jamie McCoy. Jamie has consistently and seamlessly made my experience with BMW near effortless. Whatever Jamie can do on my behalf to simplify the process, he does (and always with a smile and while running from building to building!). As I am in the military and new to the area, I had made three visits to the BMW dealership as I currently also own a BMW M3 that I had left in California. Of the three visits I made, not one person approached me to ask me if I needed any help. During my third visit, I approached a salesman and I got minimal help with some advice but nothing educational. I decided to give it one more shot to inquire about some offers and ran into Jamie McCoy. I walked in Sunday afternoon during the Labor Day weekend and drove off with my brand new BMW on Wednesday afternoon. Jamie is not only great with evaluating needs and circumstances, but was very professional, a great mentor and has a great personality. His work ethic and sense or urgency is above approach. As I am from California and there is obviously different protocols regarding the purchase of cars between the two states, Jamie ensured he stayed on top of this purchase with as minimal involvement from me as possible. He took care of everything, was extremely educated and handled my purchase as if it were his own. Even after the purchase, he gave me detailed instruction of the vehicle features and registered me into BMW drive assist. He also synced my iphone with the car, took a picture of me and my new vehicle and conducted followups to ensure I was pleased with my purchase. I keep his business card with me and will only refer future customers to him. I own four cars and this was my best purchase experience by far. Jamie should be promoted to lead from the front and mentor salesman on what a great salesman truly is. I believe Jamie's leadership and professionalism is in keeping with that of a leader in the military.

I had an excellent experience with Jamie McCoy. I'm not in the interest of wasting my time or hassling with salespeople.. Jamie was great from the start. He negotiated well over the phone and provided advice on the models I was considering. (I'm really happy I didnt choose the other one, and I almost did..based on what he shared with me and what I validated online) When I came into test drive, he had the car ready to go and didn't waste a minute of my time. I drove the car without him, came back and we quickly agreed on a win-win proposal. He was easy, quick, nice and professional to deal with. I can tell he does great from referrals and repeat customers. I love that. After the purchase he took time to go through my new car and I have to say, I love this car. Thanks Jamie. PS. BMW of Peabody used to have the best BMW Service in the area....not anymore. Instead of focusing their efforts on improving their service they are maliciously "improving" their Internet image by posting unrealistic stellar reviews here, reviews that seem to be written by the same person . Therefore these full 5 stars reviews here must be treated cautiously or rather disregarded by any prospect client, these guys are not stellar by any means. The Service Manager is never to be found, their work quality is bad to say the least and they will use your car as some sort of a week end loaner especially in cases when your car is a top of the line model. Moreover their sales team will not settle for less than the MSRP price....The BMW spare parts store has a "flavor" of his own....I went there to buy some BMW original windshield cleaner that really works great btw ....the guy behind the counter ( that showed up after 10 min or so) seemed bored to death and was visibly annoyed by my "preference" because I heard him mumbling ..."what's wrong with the regular (non BMW) windshield cleaner?". Based on my personal experience I would say BMW of Peabody is one of the worse dealerships in MA, an area with some pretty bad BMW Service overall.

I had a great experience at BMW Peabody. I found the car online and went and drove it. Jamie McCoy was the client advisor and was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and did a great job throughout the buying process. He made it seamless for me and took care of everything. I purchased my first BMW 30 years ago and along the way dealt with many BMW Sales and/or Service Departments in Massachusetts as well as other states. When BMW Peabody first opened, I was there, using their Service Dept at first, and I've never left...working with Kay Reichard there has been a joy!When I purchased my current BMW in Dec 2012 through Jamie McCoy, I did not expect to receive his "continued service." I had never heard from or saw any previous car salesman! Maybe that's why he's called Client Advisor.Most recently I heard a "hissing" in one of my tires and because it was a Saturday afternoon, I called Jamie's cell phone. On Sunday Jamie came to my house with a BMW loaner car, took my car into Service on Monday, and returned it back to my house Monday evening with 2 new tires (nails found in both). And, he had done a complete vehicle check, oil and filter change, replaced the filler cap, microfilter and brake fluid. Of course, there was the complimentary car wash, too.After reading all the glowing reviews given to Jamie, one realizes this is "standard" operating policy for him. Too bad most ratings only go to 10...I'd like to give him at least a 15. Jamie is in a category of his own!

Jamie was awesome. I had a problem with my car at 8pm so I called him to see what could be done since I had a long drive coming up early the next morning. He responded asap and even drove to meet me within an hour with a loaner car and took my car back to the shop for repairs. Repairs worked out well and I was able to use the loaner in the meantime. It was extremely helpful how responsive Jamie was!

He takes the extra time necessary to search out the vehicle you are looking to buy and makes the extra effort to secure it for you. I buy many german luxury cars on a regular basis and thus have worked with many dealerships in the Boston area as well as many client advisor/sales professionals. I have also bought and driven many BMW's. I first have to say that Jamie McCoy is the best that I have worked with thus far. He is knowledgeable about the car/brand and really went out of his way to make sure the sales process and delivery was a great experience. He also shows the same professionalism and customer service post sale which is very important. As far as the dealership goes BMW of Peabody was the top dealership I have dealt with so far. During the sales process the price we agreed on was more than fair and the level of customer service we continue to receive from this dealership is well beyond my previous experience and expectations. In conclusion, I would without a doubt purchase another BMW from BMW of Peabody and would be more than happy to work with Jamie McCoy again.

It was time to hand over our leased Lexus for a major step UP !! We have owned BMW's for years and are now back on board withmy new x1 which is incredible. Can't say enough how much I love this car! The seating is perfect for my frame and my lower back is pain free. We were also so impressed with Kaitlyn. She was extremely patient, thorough, efficient, knowledgable and professional. The day I dropped off my Lexus, she drove right over to pick me up and go over every little detail in the car's operation and even went so far as drivingwith me to my house in Winchester, MA to retrieve the second Lexus key that Lexus had to have that very day which was inconvenient, needless to say, but an excellent opportunity to offer her guidance while driving. Loved that so much ! : ) She took care of our plates andset up all the instruments in the car for me and got me the right rubber mats for the cargo space. I am thrilled with my new x1 and delighted to have met Kaitlyn Bunnell!

This is my 3rd 5x lease with BMW of Peadbody. Jamie McCoy is one of the major reasons I come back, he is extremely professional and goes above and beyond. I had some issues with my first x5 7 years ago and Jamie along with the Service department. was there working with me and the until the issue got resolved, I still get the same exceptional treatment from BMW today, I have not had any issues with my current X5 it is going in for it yearly maintenance, the service department and Jamie are there for me once agin, working around my schedule, to pick up the vehicle and service it.. I have been driving for 25 years and have had multple vehicles owned and leased, differnet makes and dealerships. and have never had the great experience that I get from BME of Peabody , and that is what keeps me going back

This is the fourth car I have purchased with Jamie McCoy as the salesman. This time jamie had to work a little harder as the initial car we had negotiated a deal on was not available right when we were about to finalize the deal. But jamie found another car that turned out to be a better deal and one we liked better. I appreciated his can do manner and his desire to be sure we were happy as loyal customers. It is this lind of service that will keep us coming back. I hope Jamie is there as long as I continue to buy a BMW.

I originally was interested in a certified per owned BMW which I did like when I saw it but when I saw the 2013 5 series I knew that was more the car for me. Kaitlyn searched their entire inventory and found me the perfect vehicle. From our first meeting she was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of her product. I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. Heather in the finance office was also a pleasure to work with. No questions went unanswered from either of these two very professional ladies. My last visit was a total disaster. This time I had to leave the car with them for a couple of days for the HPFP recall. I got it back with ~27 miles more. In the days the car was in their possession rained a lot. It seems they drove my car (God knows where) with the moon roof open. I cannot describe the $#at& that was inside they left black marks, sand and stains on the beige floor covering everywhere in the front as well as in the back ( I am not talking about the mats you can replace or clean). This is a 335 coupe and managed to brush their dirty wet feet from everything in the relative small space. I cannot describe how dirty the beige leather was. I spent ~3 hours to clean it up. I noticed immediately the leather had a big scratch on the back seat, seat never used. I still couldnt get rid of stains. About the work: after 4 days the car was with them they start working on the car after I show up. It was pathetic. The repairs were not satisfactory and I had to come back a week later. This time I choose to stay and wait. It took them 5 hours to do the repair . After ~ 4 hours I went to check through the window the car was nowhere to be found.40 min go by...nothingthen I go to the rep he replies I will go and get the car for you he came 10 min later from somewhere from the back parking lot. The gas tank fuel door was left openThe car had new stains and marks inside and a big dent on the side skirt. I showed them the damage and they replied It was already there. Worse, the car did not feel right, a little bit sluggish. If you go there make sure you inspect the car with the rep before signing anything.Let them know you noted the mileage and bring your own covers for seats and everything else.Their stellar reviews on this site are not real IMHO...appear to be written by the same person, a person with a lot of free time....not your typical BMW client. I wouldn't trust trust any of these reviews.

I came to this dealership on Sunday June 16 looking to purchase a new vehicle. They had the exact car I was looking for, both in terms of color and options. I currently have a 3 series and was looking to upgrade to a 5 series. I was not greeted and had to ask the receptionist if there was a salesperson that could help me. Given that it was a Sunday the dealership did not have many staff working and I was told that I would have to wait at least 30 minutes before someone was going to be available to assist me. Given that I currently live in Boston and made the 40 minute ride up to Peabody specifically to look at one of the vehicles in their inventory, I decided to wait... and believe me the wait was painful! After about 30 minutes or so, I asked again if anyone was available to help me to which the reply was "it's going to be at least another 30 minutes." Meanwhile the manager, overhearing this conversation, sat in his office without any attempt at an apology for the wait. It was Father's Day and I really had no intention of spending my whole day waiting around a dealership just trying to get someones attention so I decided leave and spend the remainder of the day with my newborn daughter. It's really is a shame because I was very ready to purchase, but given the poor customer service and the unpleasant experience, I will wait for now or try another dealership if I can find the car that meets my specifications. Cars are a commodity item that all BMW dealers sell. The only way for a dealer to standout and differentiate themselves from one another is through their customer service, level of fairness, and overall purchasing experience (from the perspective of the buyer). I can tell you that given the way I was treated at this dealership, I will not be back and would much rather take my business elsewhere.

We purchased our X5 after leasing it for 3 years. You are required to surrender the vehicle for inspection and service for an intermittent 3 day period. In this time we were provided a rental. When we picked up our car it was so clean it looked and smelled brand new, on the inside and out. I can't say enough about my level of satisfaction!

We picked up our vehicle last night and Rick spent close to 2 hours revewing our car and Navigation system with us; it wasn't a night for him to work but he stayed late and we never felt rushed.We also met with Heather McFadden for financing and she was so professional and calm; not once did we feel any pressure to buy anything extra. She reviewed our options and let us decide, never tried to sway us.Honestly I felt very comfortable and would say that everyone was down to earth and not snobby; which honestly I wouldn't purchase a car from a company that was 'over the top'.

I received multiple recommendations/referrals to work with Jamie, prior to visiting the BMW of Peabody dealership. These came from family members and personal friends - and also this website. I called ahead to the dealership and made sure Jamie would be there when I stopped by for my initial visit. It was easy to get ahold of him - I asked for him at the front desk and he was there with his handshake extended within a minute. Nicest guy. Always smiling. Eager to help and a great listener. He made my purchase of a new X5 painless and straightforward. He gave me the deal I asked for - but then, and here is what makes working with Jamie great: After we had negotiated the price and were wrapping up the paperwork, he approached me and said "I noticed that you are a USAA Insurance member. Did you know they are currently providing substantial discounts to their members that purchase BMWs?" He followed up with me via email that evening with instructions on how to find out if I qualified. It turns out I did and I received AN ADDITIONAL $1,500 off the negotiated price. Incredible service Jamie.Picking up the car was a great experience - Jamie took me through all of the vehicle's features and sent me away with a huge smile. Jamie took the time with my wife and I to explaine all of the vechicle features and go over the benifits of owning a BMW. We were in direct contact via phone for two days regarding the status and options of the vechicle prior to making the trip to test drive it. His no pressure sales attitude was much appreciated and made the buying process much more relaxing. With an hour's notice, he found time to get us information about a few models on the last night of the month as he was delivering 6 vehicles. This was the second BMW dealership I visited, and had such a horrible experience at the first that I was extremely hesitant to even visit a second. Jamie was able to turn that hesitation into excitement. From the moment we walked in, he was honest, friendly, and provided straight forward answers to my questions. He joined me on a 45 minute test drive in some less than ideal road conditions which allowed me to really get a feel of the handling. Jamie worked with me in getting the price I needed for the car I wanted. He made the entire process easy, stress free, and enjoyable. I couldn't have been treated any better if I'd been purchasing a $100,000 car. He really went out of his way, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend that anyone looking to lease or purchase a BMW visit Jamie at BMW of Peabody. Granted, it might be a little out of the way for those of us living in Boston, but the customer service and experience makes the drive worth it.

As she was telling me that she would page a sales person Rick came around the corner and took the initiative to come forward, shake my hand and within minutes I was in my future new car. John Cotter was great to work with. I went in knowing what I wanted which helped tremendously. John helped me patiently every step of the way. The greatest part though was picking up my car the next day. It took no more than 3 minutes to do all the paperwork...I loved it!

Jamie went beyond the call of duty when he helpd me purchase a new BMW to replace my old BMW, which needed extensive repairs. In less than 24 hrs I purchased a new car, and Jamie took care of financials, insurance, registration, sticker, and transferred all the stuff in my old car into my new car, even the transponder on the windshield. Then thanked me with a huge bouquet of flowers.

The experience at BMW of Peabody was wonderful. I was not even planning to get a new car that day, but Kaitlyn and the entire staff worked hard to get me a great car at a great price. From the moment I walked in the door, I experienced the first-class treatment that I have come to know here. Kaitlyn worked quickly to answer all my questions, but I never felt rushed. She took the time to explain all the various offers that were going on, and spent time making sure I was maximizing them for my particular vehicle. I didn't realize getting a 328i XDrive with specific colors and packages could be difficult. Thankfully I met Kaitlyn who spent hours over a number of days finding the perfect one. Her courtesy and professionalism made the process smooth and rewarding. John Cotter was a great dealer to work with. He has Irish Charm, very friendly. He was informative about my BMWx1. He explained from soup to nuts how to start the car, how to adjust windows, seats radio, blue tooth, ect..... My car is 14 years old so there was alot of up dating for me to catch up on. He did not make me feel like an idiot for never using a square key, or readjusting to a new gear shift. He was a great teacher and made me feel comfortable to call him with any questions. My experience was great and exciting to buy a new car, as I said before it has been 14 years since my last new car experience.

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned BMW X5 with the excellent assistance of salesperson Jason Fitzgerald. I looked all over the region, even in NY and CT -- and found the overall package and treatment I received from BMW Peabody and Jason was the best. They were thorough and there was never that uncomfortable feeling you sometimes get at other dealerships. Looking for a new car can be very stressful if done at the wrong place or with the wrong sale adviser; the thing is that you never know until you know ;). That can be a painful process. I visited BMW of Peabody and was directed to a sale adviser, Kaitlyn Bunnell. She was very courteous and pleasant to work with. I was impress by the depth of her knowledge regarding all vehicles in general. She was efficient to help me find the perfect car and very much professional. This is my third experience working with Jamie McCoy. I started 7 years ago leasing a X3, when the lease was done I deceided to purchase that vechicle. Recently I made the decision to go back to leasing and to sell the X3 and purchase the new X1. I had a particular price in mind and also wanted a specific color and option package. Jamie worked extremly hard to accomadate all of my wishes and was able to find a vechicle matching all of my requests in New Jersey. This was not an easy task! The car was promptly shipped to Peabody and was ready in just over a week. Jamie was available by phone and e-mail,for the numerous questions I had regarding this car. I have reccomended Jamie to my friends,family and co-workers. The new car delivery was unlike anything else i have experienced -- efficient -- simple and covered everything i needed to know -- no "shuffle you off to the manager to up sell stuff" Just had car in for annual service --- once again phenominal service-- and the BMWs are wonderful cars so they need little service.Jamie should be a case study for sales people -- he redefines the role to truly care for the client, and the dealership has a great team accross all the staff.This is the only place I would buy a BMW -- and Jamie is the only "*****" sales person I know of. This is the second certified pre owned 5 series I have bought from this dealership and from Jaime McCoy. Jaime is prompt, thorough, professional, and honest. His first priority is matching the buyer with the right model - as opposed to just pushing for a sale - and this is refreshing. Jaime openly said that if the cpo 550 i ended up purchasing was not the right car, we would wait for the next one or start from scratch. To a buyer, this is refreshing and reassuring - it means that the salesperson wants to find the right fit as opposed to just landing a sale. When it is time for the next car - I'll always come back to Jaime.

My experience with BMW of Peabody was great. From the start, they replied very quickly to my online request. I quickly set up a test drive, and felt no pressure that night to buy the car. This gave me time to think about the car and actually test drive another car. They did a follow up call a day later at which time I scheduled an appointment to come in and discuss options. I feel that I got a good deal on the car and definitely rec'd a lot of value for my money. The whole experience was very positive and actually very relaxed, which can't be said for most car buying experiences. Jamie was great to work with. He answered all of my questions, and was overly accommodating. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. You could tell Jamie was clearly a car fan as he was very excited to show me the various things my car could do. This added a lot of excitement to the purchase/delivery process.I would definitely recomment BMW of Peabody.

For each issue you have to pay them 2 -3 visits because you need to raise a complaint with the main mechanic to have something properly fixed. First, they badly dented my front wheel during a tire change. They managed to polish the rim and it's not very visible but the dent is still there.My last visit was a total disaster. This time I had to leave the car with them for a couple of days for the HPFP recall. I got it back with ~27 miles more. In the days the car was in their possession rained a lot. It seems they drove my car (God knows where) with the moon roof open. I cannot describe the dirt that was inside they left black marks, sand and stains on the beige floor covering everywhere in the front as well as in the back ( I am not talking about the mats you can replace or clean). This is a 335 coupe and managed to brush their dirty wet feet from everything in the relative small space. I spent more than 3 hours to clean it up. During cleaning I noticed the leather upholstery had a big scratch on the back seat, seat I never used. I still couldn't make the stains disappear. About the work: after 4 days the car was with them they start working on the car after I show up. It was pathetic. The repairs were not satisfactory and I had to come back a week later. This time I choose to stay and wait. It took them 5 hours to do the repair . After ~ 4 hours I went to check through the window the car was nowhere to be foundanother 30-40 min go by...then I go to the rep and he replies I will go and get the car for you he shows up 10 min later coming from somewhere from the parking lot in the back. The gas tank fuel door was open (!?)The car had new stains and marks inside and a big dent on the side skirt. I showed them the damage and they replied It was already there. Worse, the car doesnt feel right since then, somehow sluggish. I tried to complain to the Service Manager. He was not available and didn't return my calls.If you go there make sure you inspect the car with the rep before signing anything. Let them know you noted the mileage and bring your own covers for seats and everything else.

My opinion of Jamie McCoy relative to his professionalism, his knowledge of the product, and his attention to customer satisfaction is in a word, SuBLIME !! I have been a BMW customer for almost 30 years and I have never encountered a sales person that understands how to please the customer at every stage of ownership, during the sale, at the time of delivery and, most importantly, during your entire ownership period. In addition, BMW of Peabody has an excellent business office that makes the purchase easy and efficient, a responsive and diligent service department and a management team that is friendly and engaged in the the dealership. But most of all, if you want the best price, I think Jamie McCoy and BMW of Peabody are unrivaled in the New England Area.

I have visited this dealer twice in 3 years while I was shopping for a Bimmer for myself and later for my sister. I find this dealer OVER expensive but not very consumer friendly. The worst thing I noticed about this dealer is that its employees always have bad opinions of every other dealer in 250 miles radius which are definitely without any substance. It is one thing to boast what you do for your customers and it is another thing to spread rumors about other dealers in the area. Not to mention that you will find intimidated, most of the time, by the sales person here. This is something that I didn't see with other luxury/premium car dealers.I would advise to not expect much from this dealer whether for a car purchase or for service unless you are within 0 maintenance plan in the 1st 4 years of your purchase.I would love to let the readers know about the other dealers within 75 mile radius who will go out of the way to make you have an excellent experience with them but I won't do it here.

Lets start of with salesman of the year Craig Patel, do not waste your time with this fraud. Plenty of other honest BMW dealers out there.Without going into a 4 page review. Attempted to purchase a preowned vehicle here and after some issues the order was cancelled.However the check for the loan was already deposited and a $2500 deposit on a credit card was put through. Was assured that a "speedy" refund would be put through. After 2 weeks of attempting to contact these people, still waiting on a refund for both the loan and credit card. What is the most upsetting of all is that everyone refuses to acknowledge this issue or just doesn't respond.FYI his manager Tony Sclafani, pretty much a useless liar as well.Filed a complaint about Craig with BBB, consumer affairs and the state attorney generals office. Im in for $40,500 no way im going to walk away from this.

Recently my brand new to me CPO BMW experienced some problems with interior elements. I was in a different section of the state from where I had purchased the car and brought the vehicle to BMW of Peabody for warranty work. I worked with service advisor Anthony who was exceptional. He took care of the necessary repairs, as well as arranged for other maintenance service to be performed while I was there to save me another trip. The process was painless and the customer service was excellent.

I have purchased many cars over the last 25 years. The experience that I received from BMW of Peabody was exceptional. Jamie McCoy was very friendly and understood exactly what I was looking for in my car decision making process. When it came time to pick up my new car, all of the paper work was completed and organized which made the process much easier. Before I left the lot Jamie walked me step-by-step through the process of how to use the controls, road side assistance, and Sirius Radio. Who knew it would be so difficult to find a CPO 2009 X5 with all the features I wanted AND, find it in good condition? Turns out, the only place to find what you want, in near perfect condition is BMW of Peabody. They really do take pride in the vehicles and it shows in the overall presentation from the employees they hire to the care of the cars on their lot. This is my second BMW purchase from Jamie in less than a year (totaled the first in an accident) and I can't think of another person I would rather by a car from. Jamie is professional, energetic, extremely knowledgable and committed to helping his customers find what they want. Oh, and don't be fooled by Jamie's no pressure sales personality. He made time for us, despite the 11th hour call that we needed a car fast. I would highly recommend Jamie McCoy at BMW of Peabody for anyone in the market for a BMW!

Jamie mccoy is one of the best brokers i've met. i leased from bmw peabody for the past 3 years before making my purchase recently. staff are very knowledgable about the value of various features of the sale. he was able to assist with requesting specific options that otherwise may be difficult to get. personally, i tend to loathe high pressure sales and everything that goes with it. the best thing is that i did not get any of that in my experience with bmw of peabody. they were also quite accommodating to my hectic work schedule (and have been for the past 3 years). i plan to continue using their services for future purchases.

Went to buy a BMW (have purchased several Before at Peabody) and the sales staff had a approach of not interested in the sale. Rick (sales mgr) low balled all the trade-in values and offered no rebates or discounts. Sent email to GM 3 weeks ago still have not heard a thing back. I would recommend not buying from them, if this is how they treat return buyers I feel sorry for new buyers.

I was looking for a standard transmission BMW 3 series--which is why I looked further afield than my own neighborhood. We made the trip and our salesman, Ed DeHority, could not have been nicer. He was experienced, efficient, friendly and also knew when to give us a moment. Negotiating price went well too. We feel we had a good deal. They also delivered the car to us at DMV--and stayed through the registration process. I liked them and would certainly recommend them.

After reviewing the available pre-owned vehicle on the Web page, I visited two of the dealers who provided me with adequate info. The first dealer's contact and the sales rep. assigned ,though very courteous, were only interested in selling the car. The test drive was very dismal, to say the least, in a city traffic congested area. I expressed that I will like to drive in a highway as well, My request fell on deaf ears. The test drive was extremely short. In the showroom, the sales rep. persisted on selling the car. I felt the sales pressure right away. With disappointment, I excused myself and left the dealership. The following day, I visited the BMW Peabody with a specific car of my interest. I have reviewed the car details from Car-fax . I noticed the CAR-Fax alone not sufficient to make a complete buying assessment. I collected more information as Factory recall and others available from internet, both good and bad( such as recalls, customers' complaints , Federal safety reports, car reviews etc.). I met Jamie, the sales advisor at Peabody BMW, and expressed my interest in buying a 5 series. He took sufficient time explaining the availability of cars and other details. Then, I narrowed down to the specific BMW 535XI car in mind. I requested him more information, data and history of that specific vehicle as BMW keeps on computer files the entire record of each leased, certified or cars maintained by them. He took me right away to the service manager and went over the entire history of the car, all maintenance records, recall and corrections made etc.( many 3 and 5 series had HP fuel pump issues that were factory recalled ). This car had the issue taken care of. Also, he went over with the entire certification reports and what was corrected and updated to meet BMW standards. I was fully satisfied with the explanation, excellent condition of car and well maintained previous records. We took the car for a test drive both in the city and Highway drive conditions at dusk and night time driving. The car handled exceptionally well and I was very pleased with the performance. The final process of purchase negotiations was a breeze( I HAD A price in mind). With a couple of conversation with the Jamie and the Sales Manager, we completed the deal within 10 minutes. I signed the paperwork within 20 minutes. The folks trusted my words and I did not even have make a deposit on it. The Car was ready within two days as promised and delivered to my home(as I live in out of MA state in NH). They registered the car for me. I wrote a personal check for the full amount after all these transactions. It was the best car buying experience I had so far( I had purchased many cars in the past). I noticed that a duplicate key missing. I called Jamie and the Service Manager about it. The factory key shipped from Germany was made available to me the very next day. Peabody BMW is extremely customer oriented dealership. I am looking forward to their maintenance service as well in the future. I still have 62000 miles to go and 3 years period remaining for the BMW warranty, and all maintenance service options that came with it. I am extremely pleased with PEABODY BMW, Jamie and the Service manager to my total satisfaction and delight.

Jamie McCoy is bar none the best sales consultant I have ever dealt with at any car dealership. Period. No one hustles more, works harder, or has more GENUINE INTEREST in the client. On top of that, he carries none of the stereotypical "car salesman" ugliness. He truly works hard and cares about what he does and how he treats not only his customers but his coworkers as well. Not just a salesman, but a true client partner. Second to none.

This was a return visit to Peabody BMW, having leased a vehicle through them about 8 years ago. At that time our salesperson was Jamie, and he came right over to us this time when we entered the showroom (actually remembering us!). His attention to what we were looking for, and his easy, calm manner were great. He spent as much time with us as we needed, both when we test drove the vehicle and when we picked up our new car. He gave us that little extra "something"... making our buying experience an easy one! Would highly recommend asking for Jamie as your salesperson!

Harris Ali was a wonderful salesman. As soon as we walked into the showroom he greeted us and asked if we needed help. He was not pushy and allowed us to relax and spend lots of time browsing in the showroom. Only when we needed him did he help us with our questions. All questions were answered without hesitation. He definitly knows his cars inside and outside! He spent hours with us without any pushing, showing us all cars that were in our price range that we were interested in, even taking us to another lot to show us more. We fell in love with a car in the showroom and received a very good price. After deciding to buy the car the financing was explained to us in detail with a very good low interest rate. When we picked up the car, the car was in perfect order, nothing needed adjusting or fixing. The overall experience was excellent and Harris walked us through the whole process with ease.

BMW of Peabody gave me a great deal on my CPO 2008 335i, allowing me to step up into a 335 over a 328. The salespeople were pretty easy to work with and although there were a lot of extra insurances that were offered in addition to the car, they didn't pressure me into buying anything that I did not need. After having the car for about 1.5 years now, I have had some more than routine service issues, especially with the Bridgestone runflat tires, but that is not BMW of Peabody's problem and with the tire insurance that I purchased, all of them have been replaced for free. Although I had some service issues with the dealership, all of these were rectified after speaking with the general manager, Vin, who is fantastic to work with and really cares about the customer's concerns. He went above and beyond what I expected when I had problems with how some of my BMW service requests were handled and made sure that I left happy. Unfortunately, Vin is no longer at BMW of Peabody and my frustrations with the service department/management seem to be reopened. It was mentioned in another review, but I agree that the lack of visibility of the management at this dealership is "shady" and very impersonal. As much as I seem to try to like this dealership, they continue to disappoint me.

Terrible! I was comparison shopping with other BMW dealers in the area and stopped in Peabody at the 11th hour of my car purchase. I walked in and no one helped me. I sat in a few Bimmers and was never approached. I finally walked up to a sales guy and he was less than thrilled I was talking with him. I then finally said I wanted TO BUY ONE! Then, he was interested. However, he couldn't help me so he got another person. That guy was ok. However, I almost fell out of my seat when he proposed the price. It was at least 3K MORE than 2 other local BMW dealers in the area. 3K!!! So, I said, that is way too high. He asked me if I would sign and drive that day. I said yes. He then walked away to his manager. By the way, the manager's office is not visible and seemed like a shady process. Also, no manager came out or back out to greet me and ask further questions on the deal. A HUGE MISTAKE IMO!!! So, the price came back and there was MAYBE a 1K difference. I said no thanks and the dealer let me walk out the door. Everyone reading this...go to IRA BMW in Stratham, NH. Much more open facility and sales management that care about their customers, treat you with greater respect, and have fair and equitable pricing. Peabody tried to take way too much margin on their car (on the lot), and I will NEVER go there again.By the way...I wrote an email to two sales managers as well as the GM...got no response. No apology or any acknowledgement of a mistake. Just bad business

As with every previous purchase, Jamie was personable, professional, and conscientious regarding every detail of the process from sales to delivery. You might read a lot of these comments and think they are too good to be true, not so. Go there, ask for Jamie, and you will be amazed that a new car buying experience can be this satisfying. Just leased my 3rd vehicle from Jamie (535xi M Sport), highly recommend!!! Even if this is good enough (and it is), you then expect that like most salespeople he will forget about you until time for a new vehicle (and commission for him). Again, not so! Need service, have questions, etc... and Jamie is there. It's hard to describe on a webpage, he revolutionizes the auto experience. Go and ask for Jamie, you will not regret it.

I LOVE this dealership, especially Jamie McCoy, my sales/client advisor and Matt Heffron, my service representative. They always come through for me. My latest experience involved an electrical issue which arose at 5pm on Friday evening. The service dept was closed, but Rob, the Service Mgr, arranged for a Sat am appt at the Centennial Dr location. It appeared that there were no free-loaner vehicles at that late hour so I asked Rob to arrange for a lease. At 7:30pm that night, Jamie phoned me on the cell, asking whether I wanted a free loaner. When I asked where to meet him, his reply was "Look out your window." He had simply driven to my home, knowing that I needed a car. Matt kept me aprised of the service progress and Jamie delivered my 5-series wagon at 9pm, once my work day was finished. My 5-series wagon is my third. It's a dream to drive, works well for real estate, skiing, etc. I will ALWAYS buy my car at BMW of Peabody. I will ALWAYS service it at BMW of Peabody.

We cannot say enough positive things about Jamie McCoy and our car buying experience at BMW of Peabody. We had a very negative experience with our local BMW dealership but really wanted get another BMW. We received a positive recommendation from another satisfied customer in the Seacoast area and decided to drive the hour to do business with BMW of Peabody. We were not disappointed. Not only is Jamie professional and pleasant, but he is also very efficient and thorough. He even registered and delivered the car for us all the way to Maine. We have had the car for a year and received a call when it was due for service....also with a pick up/drop off and loaner vehicle. It couldn't have been easier and more pleasant. I once left my vehicle at the local BMW dealership, had to ask for a loaner vehicle and then called 4 days later to check on the repairs. They hadn't even started the repair work yet.....they had forgotten about it! BMW of Peabody and Jamie McCoy are both a pleasure to do business with.

Jamie McCoy was an excellent salesperson and representative of the dealership; I was looking for a specific year,color, trim of 5 series, and he didn't give up looking for something that would work for me. My new 2011 BMW X5 is the 4th car I have obtained from BMW of Peabody, with the last two through Jamie McCoy. He worked extremely hard to literally get me as good a deal as was possible. I know this because I researched the numbers very thoroughly. Jamie made everything go smoothly from the deal pricing to the ordering of the vehicle, to keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle production, to the delivery and paperwork signing. He also qualified my 2008 X5 for a "pull-ahead" program that allowed me to turn in the vehicle without having to make the last two payments on it. I have dealt with many salesman over the years, but none of them were ever of the caliber of Jamie McCoy. I can't imagine anyone better.

I have owned BMWs before but this was my first purchase from Peabody and their service is in another class.I have worked closely with Jamie McCoy since purchasing my vehicle from him a few years ago. He personally takes care of everything. They are ahead of me in arranging service, they pick up and deliver my vehicle to my house leaving me a loaner BMW to test drive and the service is always done well. This last time my son left his phone in the loaner. Jamie drove back out and dropped it off at my house.I couldn't recommend BMW of Peabody and Jamie himself more highly

Jamie McCoy worked very hard to find the exact car I was looking for, even though there are very few cars available meeting my criteria. They were quicker to return my calls than the other dealerships and we got the deal done within a couple of days.Beyond price factors, I have to say that the service I received from BMW Peabody was excellent from start to finish. Dan Chase ensured the paperwork was completed efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. I would highly recommend this dealership. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the sales staff. I worked with Jamie McCoy on the purchase of my new 528XI. He was knowledgeable about the cars that were available. During our test drive he pointed out features of the car and explained how to use them. There was no pressure to buy. I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a new or pre-owned BMW! He was a pleasure to work with. Even after I took delivery of the car, he followed up to see if there were any questions he could answer. I hope to work with him again when it's time for my next BMW!!!

This was our second lease with BMW of Peabody. Jamie was very pleasant and knowledgable. The car was ready when we arrived,registered, inspected and full of gas. He explained all the new goodies in the 2011 vs. 2007 we turned in. He topped it all off with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wife. Class guy throughout the transaction.

My wife and I just leased two new BMW's from Jamie McCoy at BMW of Peabdy. These are our 8th and and 9th BMWs and this was, by far, our best experience. Jamie was terrific to deal with- no pressure, up-front with explanation of pricing and options, kept in touch as the cars were built and shipped to the dealer and did a great job through the delivery process. He was first rate and made the entire process a pleasure. We will be sure to be back with him for our next purchases.

Alex was my sales advisor and was overall excellent to deal with; he was very professional and informative both during the initial sales process and in follow-through. He definitely went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied during every aspect of the process. Alex is a testament to the BMW brand and because of him I would recommend dealing with BMW Peabody in your search for a new or pre-owned BMW. Make sure to request Alex specifically.

This is my second BMW lease. I have worked with Jamie on both and have been more than happy with his ability to get me what I want. Jamie is personable, professional and above all knows the cars and what his customers want! I have never dealt with anyone that made me feel like I was his most important customer. How many times do you make such a big purchase, have it delivered to your house, and get a big bouquet of flowers to go with the deal!!! Jamie and BMW of Peabody are terrific and I have no desire to ever purchase a vehicle with anyone else!

They tried to sell me 2010 5 series with 10K miles on it which was previously damaged in the accident and fixed (front and rear). I asked multiple times for a full disclosure of this car and if it was fixed or had any body damage and didn't get an answer until the day of rescheduled delivery when after I pushed and pushed they finally told me that it's been in the accident.I can not believe they didn't know considering they own the car and had it fixed, but even if they forgot it why no one acted on my multiple requests and emails regarding full disclosure, that's just unbelievable.Now, as a result of this I'm stuck becaue my lease is over next week and other BMWs I was looking at some other places got sold while I was waiting on this deal to finilize.Seems like if you don't push they won't give you all the details and it's not something that shows up on carfax because they paid for repair out of their pocket without getting insurance involved. That's just terrible considering they are selling BMWs and not some 3K used cars.

It helped so much to have someone who understood how stressful it can be to make a decision about what car to buy. My Father had bought his BMW from Jamie McCoy and could not have had better things to say about Jamie, so when I was looking for a new car, he immediately told me to go see him. Jamie is so outstanding at what he does that in our sales team meetings (i work in real estate) I use Jamie as an example of how I want our sales team to treat their clients. I don't know too much about cars, and I am very forgetful about when things for me are due in for service cause I'm constantly worrying about our clients deadlines and needs, but one thing I dont worry about is my car, cause I know Jamie will be on top of it for me. He calls me up, tells me my car is due in for service, and then says he will come pick up my car, drop off a loaner, and then bring my car back the next day. I mean how much better than that can you get! He is so friendly and knowledgebale, that it is a such a pleasant experience every single time I speak with him. I recommend him to everyone that tells me they are looking for a BMW. He is by far the best, and if you are in the market for a new car, go see Jamie, he will not dissapoint you.

This dealership has outstanding client service and strives to exceed expectations. I would recommend this dealer sales personnel to anyone who is interested in having a pleasant car buying experience. During my car search I visited several other dealerships in the area and BMW of Peabody was head and sholders above its competion. It is worth the short drive to Peabody for a visit.

I've only ever done business with one other BMW dealership in my area and it was a good experience. But BMW of Peabody won the day for our third BMW lease car and the second in a row from Peabody. From my initial contact with the sales manager to the personal attention given by our client advisor, we knew we were in good hands.Kevin, our client advisor knows the product line exceptionally well. Whether it was a particular option we were considering or just the match up of interior and exterior colors, he was right there to guide us. There was never any pressure to steer us in one direction or another. Just great patience in helping us get to where we wanted to be.One of the most remarkable things about this purchase experience was that we didn't need to go to BMW of Peabody until our new car was ready for pickup. Everything was done via email or by phone. To me that shows a level of trust not just with the BMW product, but also interacting with folks that I knew I could rely on. No surprises, no hidden agenda, just great service from start to finish. I typically hate going into a dealership to purchase a car. However, working with Jamie McCoy and BMW Peabody was such a great experience. I worked with him twice w/in a 6 month period and each time the process was seamless and easy. I would highly recommend working with Jamie and purchasing your next Bimmer at BMW Peabody. Also, the Service department is professional and knowledgeable. My family has been working with Rob Hannafin for many years, as well as Anthony DiStefano (BMW Tech). They never try to get more out of you than what is needed. The car comes out running better than when it went in. All in all a 5-Star Dealership.

Upon purchasing my second CPO BMW from BMW Peabody a 2007 335i, I was very disappointed with the vehicle. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking at a 335i take a second look at other BMW models first. My problems have to deal with a skip in the motor a miss, stumble when sitting at a light or idling. I had the car to the dealership twice where the problem was confirmed. This is the tough part, no one at BMW wants to fix it. BMW corporate in NJ, says if the check engine light does not come on it is normal. The dealership head technician says if the car was an automatic I would not feel it. I have had six BMW's and this is the first straight six cyl. engine with a miss or stumble. All I wanted was a vehicle that I could have for many years. This one is not up to the standards of the ultimate driving machine. My 335i is not a pleasure to drive. Also, the family feeling I once had such high regards for at BMW Peabody is hurt. I can only hope others that read my story take a second thought in buying a BMW 335i. I have been working with Jamie McCoy for five years. My 325 convertible was a surprise 50th birthday present. Jamie continues to provide the most outstanding customer service...like I had bought the car yesterday. Every year without fail,Jamie comes to my home, provides me with a loaner, and arranges to have my car serviced. He is always pleasant, accomodating and professional, and REALLY knows his product!Peabody BMW is a great dealership. We bought a five series ten years ago. The entire staff is terrific, and I would reccomend them to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW.

This was our first experience with BMW and thanks to Jamie McCoy it was a very positive one. My husband and I are extremely impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, and personal touch! My husband was looking for a new car. He had been to other manufacturers' dealerships and was still undecided when we walked into BMW Peabody and met Jamie. Jamie asked some questions, of course, but mostly he LISTENED. As we were test driving the car we thought we were going to purchase, Jamie recalled an identical car that had just come off a lease which had more (and better) features. It was still being certified, but Jamie was so reassuring and trustworthy that we decided on that one. A few days later, my husband was handed the keys to his BMW and I was handed a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Since then, Jamie has been very pro-active in seeing that we are completely satisfied, from helping to set-up the various functions/menus to getting the car serviced. He has even gone so far as to pick-up and deliver the car to my husband on location. That is dedication and customer service!

Kevin Barkhouse made my first BMW purchase a fantastic experience. Kevin is extremely knowledgable about the various models and features. About a year ago, my wife bought a 328xi from Jamie McCoy. We had found the car on BMW's web site and went to see it in Peabody, thinking we may purchase it on our initial visit, if it was as represented. By chance, we met up with Jamie and he could not have been more helpful. It turned out the car was just in off a lease and not actually on the lot, but Jamie drove us over to another location so we could see/drive it. The car (and Jamie) impressed us so much we bought it on the spot. After a few days, the car was fully detailed and delivered to us in Chelmsford, personally by Jamie, complete with a huge bouquet of flowers. Talk about service!!Even more impressive, Jamie called last month to remind us that the car was due for an annual service and then brought a loaner to Chelmsford and picked up the car. While he serviced the car he also had the car inspected and even filled up the tank. After returning the 328, Jamie then offered to take my Z4 in for the same treatment, even though I had purchased it from a different dealer. We couldn't be happier with the service, and in particular the attention paid by Jamie. He's the best!!

A perfect rating for a perfect car buying experience! My husband and I had 2 leased BMW's close to lease termination from a dealership more interested in sales than service, in their profit margin over customer satisfaction and convenience. We returned the 328xi, bought out the 540, and purchased a new 335xi within several hours and picked up both vehicles 2 days later. I bought my 325 wagon from Jamie McCoy. His customer service and attention to detail is second to none. I found the purchase experience to be smooth and trouble free. I even received a bouquet of flowers when the car was ready for me to pick up. Even more impressive is the service post purchase - Jamie called me to remind me that the car was due for a service and then proceeded to pick up the car and deliver it back to me within 24 hours, leaving me with a 5 Series loaner to use. While he serviced my car he also had the car inspected for me and even filled up the tank. Now that is service! For me this is even more valuable than the purchase experience itself.Highly recommend working with Jamie.

We bought a car a couple of months ago and I'd like to note that Kevin was absolutely great. We went in to buy a fully loaded '07 328xi still under factory warranty (and all the CPO warranty remaining). Kevin was both very help full during the test drives and answered all the questions we had both about the car and service options. We never felt rushed nor was there any salesman tactics to try and up sell or give us something we didn't want.While we were bargaining on the price, he was up front didn't play the usual dealer games (we had been to Herb Chambers and Norwood before hand, both were less then stellar to say the least). We settled on a price and they agreed to hold the car for us till the following weekend. In fact, Kevin was nice enough to come pick us from Arlington (about 25 miles) on the day of the delivery.All in all, great service, very courteous and highly professional - I'd recommend Kevin and BMW Peabody to anyone.

The sleaziest sales staff I've seen in a long time. Ive explained that I was an existing customer and that I was seeking a good deal in a new car, after all they would get to service my car for years to come and they would make money in the process. Do you know what Vin McCauley replied? Yeah, I know that, but I personally dont make any money out of servicing your car. In summary, the dealerships sales staff dont care about customers, or about their own employer (dealership) whatsoever. They only care about their own sales commission. I recommend shopping around anywhere but in this dealership. Awful experience!!!

I recently purchased a CPO 3 Series from BMW Peabody. It was my first BMW purchase. Unable to decide between a 3 Series sedan or X Series SUV, I test drove both. Jamie was extremely helpful pointing out the advantages/disadvantages of both vehicles, but never subjected me to the "hard sell". There was never a hard sales pitch or pressure to purchase a vehicle. Jamie is the true professional, he knows when to talk, and when to let the car do the talking.In addition, during the purchase and subsequent paperwork process all other members of BMW Peabody were professional and courteous. It was a great experience!

We came up from Wareham, Ma to look at a 325i that we saw online. Going in we expected the usual "car salesman" pitch, but received the opposite. Our Sales rep was professional, friendly and answered all/any questions that we had. The whole experience was like no other that we had ever received!!! It was a no hassle, fast, stress free transaction. Who knew buying a car was so simple! Even the financial adviser was great to deal with. We truly did get the BMW experience and are in love with our new car! Thanks Flavio and Dan for making our first and definitely not our last BMW purchase enjoyable!

Jamie, our client advisor, was very knowledgeable about the different models and financing options we were interested in. He was extremely helpful in arranging test drives--even bringing the car to our door to give the model of our choice a final test before agreeing to the purchase. The delivery went very smoothly with the car in perfect condition, a full explanation of all operations and even a wonderful thank you present from Jamie for doing business with the dealer. We have leased other vehicles from this dealership before and have been very pleased with the sales and service experiences. For our next car, a call to Jamie will be the first call we make.

Tried to do a bait and switch. Saw an internet ad and called. Internet guy said it was available. Said I would get there within the hour and he said he would get it ready for me. Well guess what happened? I got there within the hour, got handed off to a sales guy, the guy tells me that the car was sold and delivered. I said WTF??? How can a car get sold, plated, registered and insurance bindered within the hour? Impossible and on top of that on Saturday??? BS!Tried to pawn of a similar priced car within way more miles. Ain't having that! Being open and honest would be expected from such a higher end dealer. Just being straight forward and saying that this guy was mistaken and the car has already been sold is perfectly acceptable and we would have moved forward but compounding the error and saying that it was sold and delivered within the hour is unacceptable.

I purchased my first BMW, a used 2005 330ci coupe, from BMW Peabody a few years ago and couldn't come away from the experience with one bad thing to say. My salesman, Frank, was extremely professional and polite throughout the entire process. Another customer was seriously thinking about buying the same coupe that I wanted (they actually came in to buy the car an hour after I had already signed the P&S), but Frank did not disclose any of this until I finished signing all of the papers because he didn't want to pressure me into buying the car. When I came to pick up the car, they spent a good 45 minutes getting me familiar with all of the controls and answering all my questions. I've been back periodically for servicing and to test drive some of the newer models and I get the same friendly service every time.

I went to BMW of Peabody after a less than acceptable experience at a BWM dealership 2 miles from my house. I had such a great experience in Peabody that I have recommended Jamie to two friends who also bought their BMW from him. He and the dealership really go out of their way to make sure you have a first class experience. They also take very good care of you once you leave.

I bought my new 2009 BMW 328xi from the BMW Peabody location and have to say this is the first time I bought a new car at a dealership and actually enjoyed it. Most dealerships have reputations for making the experience a nightmare, but BMW Peabody was absolutely wonderful to work with. They did not pressure me, spent a ton of time with me to explain my options and the various vehicles I looked at, and were easy to negotiate with. The closing process was quick and friendly, and they delivered the car personnaly to my residence the following day while also accompanying me to the town hall to ensure I had no trouble getting it registered. OUTSTANDING place to buy a car and I highly recommend you check out this location if you are looking for a new or used BMW. Special thanks to Dan Chase, my salesperson, who was a true pleasure. I don't think I would have bought the car that day without the people that were there to make the experience so great.Thank you!

I have brought my car in for service on several occasions. Some for regular scheduled maintenance, once for "weird," intermittent "problem". Everyone on staff took time to listen and were willing to go beyond my expectations to make things right. It's refreshing to feel that service staff is there to serve customers. I have spoken to more than a few people there, and I can't single out anyone in particular for praise because everyone had done his/her part. While any company has at least one person who is friendly and has a great attitude, consistency of experience over long period of time is the real differentiating factor.

I ordered an '09 335i from Kevin in early April. The car was in production within a few days and arrived at the dealership in mid-May. (I think the process was under 6 weeks which is truly amazing). Knowing I was interested in the entire process of ordering the car, Kevin would send almost daily status updates. Kevin went out of his way to let me take delivery on Saturday. This let me show off my car to family and friends at memorial day cookouts. It was great.There are a few cosmetic changes I wanted to make to the car and Kevin has been a great help with ordering the parts and recommending places.The price was fair with 0 hassle. Their fees are very reasonable (almost 30% less than the documentation fee I paid for a new Civic recently). Overall, it was a great experience. I'd expect good service when spending the money a BMW costs but I'd say Kevin went above what I would have expected.BMW of Peabody is about a 25 mile drive from my home. I think it is worth the drive especially since their service department will give out car loaners without hassle.

I special ordered my new vehicle and Jamie kept me up to date with the progress the car was making at the factory, in transit and at the dealership. During the sales process he was very professional and always upfront and honest about exactly what he could do for me. My son and I recently went "shopping" for a car for me and ended up at BMW Peabody. We never have experienced such outstanding customer service as we did there. Kevin Barkhouse couldn't have been more professional. He answered all questions thoroughly, was very friendly, offered helpful suggestions and took his time with us. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. His overview of the car I purchased (a Preowned)was extremely thorough. The car itself was so immaculate you'd think it was brand new.Kevin has since called and offered his services. My son and I are so impressed with him. He certainly is an asset to BMW Peabody. I have never had a worse experience at any dealership. Unprofessional and unhelpful. From the moment I walked in, the staff were unwelcoming and did not attempt to work with me to simply see a car I was interested in. I was told, "there's some on the lot." I was even encouraged to visit other dealerships and maybe find other cars of interest! Wow! After emailing the gen mgr Vin of my experience, he in fact emailed to apologize but alluded to the fact that "if my experience was in fact true" he would like to action. I recently purchased a 2009 BMW 535xi.My experience with BMW of Peabody was excellent. My sales associate Dan Chase was extremely knowledgable, easy going and a real BMW enthusiast himself. Having done my homework and had prices in hand from competive dealerships, BMW of Peabody was willing to match my best offer without any sort of hassle. From that point of ordering my car to delivery six weeks later, I continued to receive excellent service on my purchase. Dan made himself available for questions and concerns that arose as my car made its way through the BMW production machine. He also served as coordinator of the team working on the delivery of my car. Questions regarding Parts, Service and P&I were expertly directed to those team members working with Dan on my car.At delivery, Dan's knowledge of my car and instruction was exceptional. I was left with the feeling that I had just spent six weeks dealing with a highly accomplished professional organization. This professionalism has continued early ownership experience.I can not imagine any one of the other dealerships that I visited prior to selecting BMW of Peabody to be as detail oriented and jointly focused on true customer satifaction. I have just leased a second BMW, and the decision this second time around was even easier for me than it was the first time. That positive experience is thanks to Jamie McCoy - he is the most professional and hard working (!) 'sales guy' I have ever met. He is anything but your typical sales guy. Jamie is working night and day to ensure that his customers are taken care of. The personal service we received from Jamie during our first lease term was amazing. Jamie came to our house to drop off and pick up our car when it needed to be serviced. He offered to come to the house with the paperwork on this most recent lease signing. When we came in to consider leasing another BMW, Jamie met with us on a Sunday. I particularly like the way in which Jamie keeps in contact with his clients - he is not pushy nor aggressive, quite the opposite. Helpful, friendly, informative, organized. He sent us notes from time to time during the course of our lease and checked in by phone a couple of times as well. As a result his name always stays at the top of our mind when we think of BMW. While these BMWs sell themselves at a certain level, the pricing is not necessarily what you'd call rock bottom. :--) HOWEVER, if you are a busy person (as we are) and you are looking for the real deal on what you're buying, you should buy/lease from Jamie in Peabody. If you're looking for a seamless/smooth, professional and friendly experience (for the duration of the time you own/lease the car!!), again I urge you to go and see Jamie McCoy at BMW Peabody. BMW Peabody is by far the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and competent dealership I have ever seen for any make of car. (I have purchased 2 vehicles here.) It is a fine line to walk to be engaging and responsive, but not intrusive or pushy, and this dealership does it well. Jamie McCoy exemplifies this spirit. I was looking for the best car for the money (i.e., recent model year, low miles, good interior). I did not care about options (except for heated seats) or even whether it was a 3- or 5-series. Started looking in Dec 2008 and Jamie was incredibly helpful and answered all questions I had within hours of my call/email and never tried to sell me something I did not want. But when I did have questions, he answered them comprehensively and honestly, even telling me that I really did not want a car that I thought I did for reasons I had not considered. (Turns out he was right.) He could have made a quick sell, but took a long view of our relationship. When I eventually found the car I wanted it was still being certified and was not on the lot. Jamie drove me to the off-site service center to look the car over. Unfortunately, it was purchased by someone else sight unseen prior to getting back to the lot. Jamie helped me avoid this issue again but did so without being pushy. In fact, it was not until Feb 2009 that I saw another car I liked even after scanning the inventory daily. We locked this car in with a deposit, but I never felt pressured to accept the car if it was not what I was looking for after seeing it.Basically, Jamie knows when to talk and when to listen. When he does talk, it is not in that stereotypical "sales speak" that anyone can recognize even a whiff of from miles away. He lets the car sell itself and is never patronizing. On a test drive, I am more interested in experiencing the car (sight, sound, smell) and feeling its responsiveness to me and the road. Jamie did not rush to fill this dead air with random conversation. When I asked a question, he replied directly and succinctly. He practically sprints around (literally) to work for you. As popular as Jamie is, he must have many clients but he never leaves you feeling neglected. He will come to your house (if you want) for you to sign paperwork and generally makes your life as easy as possible. I cannot tell you how much this was appreciated since I am very busy. I have heard that he will deliver the same level of service throughout your ownership period (for service, repairs, etc) and I am looking forward to that.BMW Peabody may not have the absolutely lowest price in the area on first look, but they are upfront and honest. I have purchased 2 BMWs from them and each time I considered Herb Chambers in Boston since they appeared to have lower prices. (Actually, prices are similar on closer look and customer service is terrible. That is a subject for another post. I have actually had a Herb Chambers salesperson light up a cigarette in a car while I was test driving it after having me wait 25 minutes for him to disappear for who knows what reason and then walk me through the mud to get to the garage.) But even if Herb Chambers was cheaper by a few hundred dollars, you get what you pay for. If Herb Chambers is the volatile girl you flirt with, BMW Peabody is the nice girl you marry.

I live in southern MA and peabody is about an hour 15 minutes away, but I saw they had a used 330i with all the options/colors I was looking for, so decided to give a ride up and see for myself. I had been in contact with Kevin prior to going up and he was very knowledgeable and continuously emailed me back promptly about any questions/comments I had. Once I finally got up there to test drive we were a fair bit off on the price, but he was very very friendly and helpful, unlike most Client Advisors I've dealt with before. I'm only 23 years old and when sales people see me looking at "higher end" vehicles and such most give me attitude and brush me off. Kevin did none of the sort and treated me more like a friend than a customer. After arriving home and emailing him thanking him for the help we ended up agreeing on a lower price, which I accepted. I set several dates up to come back up to sign paperwork and take delivery but with several Snow storms here and there we ended up pushing the date back several times. He was very understanding, even caring, as he noted that driving the car in the snow was not really recommended and he did not want to see me go home in such conditions, especially in the long drive. All along we exchanged emails, as I had a LOT of questions about the warranty, which snow tires to get, maintenance, and BMW in general. He replied to every single email, and almost immediately at that. It made me wonder if he ever got a day off for himself. I finally got to go back up this past friday and he was there waiting and smiling. He had the car detailed, registered, and inspected all set to go. He gave me a very thorough go through of the car again, to show me every little intricacy and it was an excellent experience. I kind of wish I had more questions so I can continue to exchange emails lol. I feel like I did not only buy a new vehicle, but made a new friend in the process. Kevin is an amazing Client Advisor & I would not hesitate to drive up to work with him again, or to vehemently recommend him to others.

While BMW of Peabody came highly recommended,they have exceeded my expectations of an outstanding dealer experience. I have been driving BMWs for 30 years and have dealt with several dealers...none came close to delivering the quality of customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction I've experienced at this dealership. I was referred to Jamie McCoy from a colleague who said he was the best - and that was absolutely the case. I hadn't bought a car in some time and wasn't sure what to expect. What I got was a no pressure, friendly, knowledgable experience. Jamie, Vin and Jack were very accomodating with my schedule - even being available after hours to answer my questions and process the paperwork so I could take delivery late on Friday night. Both Kevin and Vin were both very professional and friendly to work with. It was a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to buy put on us. Vin was very thorough and honest in telling us all about the history of used car that we were interested in. Kevin was very thorough and patient in teaching me all about the features of the car after I purchased it. It was a very pleasant "car buying" experience and we were very thankful for the time they both spent with us. The price was also very, very good!

We've worked with Jamie before and we choose to work with him and this dealer over much closer dealers because of the service and overall ease of experience that we enjoy here. We just purchased our second pre-owned car and Jamie was so accommodating as to pickup, scheduling, plans for trade-in and all of the details surrounding our purchase. We're incredibly pleased with the professionalism and service that Jamie provides.

Jamie McCoy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was able to provide us with answers to all the questions we had, and even after the sale, continued to stay on top of us checking in on how our car was performing. He is extremely professional and has a great deal of knowledge of the product. Most importantly we did not feel as if he was pushing a car on us but rather he allowed us to buy a car that fit our exact needs. We will be sure to buy our next car through Jamie McCoy.Our only question is how much does he work... we ordered extra parts and he delivered them to us on a Sunday night!!! He seems to work very hard and loves what he does.

I have always received over the top service from your team and from Jamie McCoy in particular. Jamie keeps me informed of upcoming service issues and other matters and, in this case, took care of things when I was buying my car out of its lease. As always, Jamie bent over backwards to accomodate my schedule and timing and made the entire process painless and actually enjoyable. He kept me informed about the process at all times, had everything ready to go when I got there to sign documents, drop off my car and then pick it up after certification and plating, and he and Wendi worked together very well in finalizing everything and getting me on my way. The car looked brand new when I picked it up and I was very happy with the service I received. There are not many businesses like yours where it is a pleasure to visit and where you feel as welcome as you do at BMW of Peabody. In my opinion, Jamie is key to that feeling and atmosphere and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a BMW. Buying a new car is not my favorite thing, especially when I was very happy with the one I had. However, given it was a lease, it was time to get into something new. Even though we loved our BMW, we thought that we might try another brand. After a few visits to a number of other dealers, my head hurt! We should have just not bothered. Coming back to BMW in Peabody, MA and having Jamie McCoy"s help was what we should have done in the first place. What were we thinking!The entire process was very customer friendlyJamie just made it easy! Not only did we get a new car but I did not even have to drive my returning car in for the inspection. This has been a tough year on many levelsthanks to Jamie for making this process not be one in the tough category.Given the economic conditions, caring for your customers will go a long way.

BMW of Peabody was a positive place for me to buy my new car. Kevin Barkhouse has the distinct personality of being assertive but not pushy when it came to selling me my car. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the car, its options, and which options were best for me. He has a magnetic personality and a good sense of humor. He stayed in touch with me every day until the car arrived and until I received the car. I feel I got a pretty good price on the car and we were able to negotiate a bit. The most important thing about this dealership is its quality of work. They exude excellence in every way. Not only is their product excellent but their approach in selling it to you is the same. I picked my car up in the middle of a huge snow storm. I felt Kevin was as nervous about the snow as was I!!! When he saw me off with my new car he was proud and devoted. I guess, to sum it up, this dealership combines excellence and professionalism with small town caring and concern and I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a quality car from a quality dealer.

In these times of change and a tight economy, it means a great deal how you look at a large purchase such as an automobile. The men and women at BMW Peabody make you feel very much like family. In every aspect of the purchase of my certified pre-owned BMW I was made to feel very much at ease. Upon the commitment of the purchase price that was negotiated, I was treated very professionally. My Salesperson. Mr. Dan Chase, went out of his way many time to call me, answer my phone calls and even made time for a second test drive. I was introduced to my finance person and my service representative. The experience was one I had never felt or seen before in purchasing a vehicle. The transaction to finalize my purchase was very well detailed, I had to do nothing except sign and drive. All Registration and Insurance work was done for me. My car being used had a few minor scratches that were brought to my attention before taking ownership, and this is where the dealership goes way beyond my expectations. A loaner car was provided to me at no charge and the car was detailed to perfection. I look forward to many happy years of ownership. I highly recommend the family of BMW Peabody for the purchase of a new or used BMW, it is an experience you will not believe. The team at BMW of Peabody made a typically stressful process a very pleasant experience. I relocated from the Boston area down to North Carlina several years ago and I have not been able to find a dealership down here that is as customer-oriented. As a result, when I needed to purchase another car, my first choice was to work with BMW of Peabody. Within two weeks of the first call describing my ideal car, I was driving my 2006 325xi back down to NC. During those two weeks, they emailed me pictures of cars they thought I would like based on my description along with what they considered the pros and cons of each car. Because I have always had such a positive experience with this dealership, I trusted their opinion and bought the car sight-unseen. I would highly recommend Marshall Cabot and his team at BMW of Peabody if you are looking for a dealership that truly values their customers.

I was looking to buy my first car and Corey went above and beyond to make sure I found one that was right for me. Since it was my first time looking for a car, I did not know what to look for, what I needed, quality, price ranges, etc. I put all of my trust in Corey and he found me the perfect car. After figuring out what would be best for me, Corey called me about a recent trade-in that he thought I would be interested in. It was just what I was looking for and I brought it home with me the next day. Corey was beyond helpful. He sat in the car with me and showed me every button and every little detail I should know about. He has called a few times to follow up and make sure everything was going well (which i greatly appreciated). I couldn't be happier or more satisfied about my first experience looking for a car and I owe it to Corey. He is a fine salesman and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

Jamie McCoy is like no other!This is the second BMW I've bought from BMW Peabody. And although the first experience was well above average of any other dealership in the area, my second purchase this time from Jamie set a new standard! I've since recommended 3 other people to Jamie all who have bought cars from him. The car I bought from Jamie started out a lease that I then decided to purchase. Jamie went above and beyond to make sure everything on the car was perfect when he delivered it to me with the title. I haven't since I met Jamie had to set foot in the dealership, unless to see what the new models are, as Jamie picks up and delivers my car. Service I didn't know existed outside of the 100k+range. In all those years, we had been loyal to the service manager of Smith Motors Haverhill.Since making the switch from Mercedes to BMW in 2003, we began to truly recognize the difference in service styles. Matt Hefron had taken great care of our needs.When my wife needed a new car in October 2007, she was torn between the Mercedes 430E & the BMW 5 XI. While you may feel somewhat bias towards the BMW, the real decision between the two came right down to good salesmanship. Jamie McCoy was not hard sell but managed to listen to our needs and sold us on service.Most recently, Jaimie came to pick-up Annes car for its 1-year service; which in itself is a tremendous convenience. Coincidentally, her Mass. Vehicle inspection sticker was about to expire and she said: I wish I had remembered to ask Jamie to get a new sticker for me too . . . My car was due for service and Jamie goes above and beyond in that he personally picked up my car and delivered me a loaner car to use while my was being serviced. The service department contacted me to make sure that all of my concers were addressed and they completed the necessary maintenance 100% to my satisfaction and in the time promised. Both Jamie McCoy, my salesperson, and Matt the Service person I dealt with, were more than accomodating and extremely professional. As always, it was a pleasure to do business with them.I have recommened BMW of Peabody to everyone I know looking to purchase a BMW.

First-time BMW buyer. I was a walk-in customer. Met a wonderful salesman named Mark DiMeo who gave me a test drive of the BMW 328xi. He demonstrated the strengths of the car and how it compared to my 2000 Honda Civic. Afterward, he gave me a great deal on a Titanium Silver 2008 BMW 328xi and got the plates, sticker and registration done in only a few hours. When I came back to pick up the car the next day, he spent over an hour walking me through the electronics of the car so that I would be very comfortable with the vehicle. A+ service and I would recommend him to any other BMW buyer.

Sure, you can save money by going to them last, but to save time, go to them first. Every transaction I have had with them has been terrific. Worst car dealer experience of my life. Two years ago we purchased a new BMW X3 and leased a BMW 325CI convertible. At the time, we were told that if we paid them $ 733. to install LoJack in the leased vehicle, that we would be credited for this at the end of the lease (which was written in as a separate line item next to our deposit amount). Throughout the lease term, we had all the service work performed at BMW Norwood, (the service from BMW Peabody was pretty poor - never returned phone calls, etc).At the end of our lease period, we returned to BMW Peabody. We were told by Rick Belgiomo, leasing manager, that he had "no way" to honor the Lojack credit and we were "out of luck". When asked if we could speak to a manager, he said he "was it" and we had two choices: either leave the car, or drive it home and refuse to drop it off. We drove the car back home and have negotiated with BMW corporate for the return of the car to another dealer.This is not like adding premium wheels or tires (which would not be credited). The addition of a LoJack system helps retrieve a stolen car for the benefit of the owner (BMW Peabody), and we had it fully insured for theft for our own protection.We have also heard from others about this dealership not doing anything at all for customers after the sale is made. They have a huge investment in a new building. Hope they can find new customers to help them pay for it, because they lost our business for good. UPDATE: 11/7/2013 Sales Manager Vin McCauley is no longer with BMW of Peabody (he runs his own business now). His explanation of me trying extort $500 dollars was ridiculous to the point where it still bothers me from time to time. Every few years, when I have a few minutes and I reflect on it, I check in to see what's up with BMW of Peabody's sales staff. My friends who know me agree that I hold onto things too long, but with me, this was just one of those experiences that needed to be addressed.

We bought our 325xi (certified pre-owned) with Jamie in May 2007. Since we live about 30 minutes from the dealership, it was difficult to arrange a time to drop off the car for its annual tune-up. Jamie not only drove down to our house to pick up the car for service, he also arranged for us to have a loaner in the meantime. Pricing was very competitive. We were pleased, as usual, with the service provided by Jamie and Peabody BMW.

They wouldn't let me leave (well, made it so rediculously uncomfortable) until I had all the numbers worked out on buying the car. I left their so overwhelmed and annoyed that it was making a $40k car purchase feel like torture..I called up Flavio and told him what I was ready to move forward. Everything was fantastic from there.

BMW of Peabody misrepresented the money factor on my leased car. Their sales person told me a low money factor for leasing of the vehicle when I was interested to buy and while he was trying to sell me the vehicle. Then, when I signed the contract they calculated my monthly lease payment based on a higher money factor. My experience is that the staff at this dealership is pleasant before selling you a vehicle, but then after the transaction is comlete and you sign the paper, they don't do nothing to get your satisfaction. I am not even taking my car to this dealership for service any more as I have had a horrible experience with my leased car purchase. The bad experience was definitely not worth the little less money I paid at purchase.

Jamie McCoy is the main reason I bought from and will continue to buy from BMW of Peabody. He is simply superb and offers an unparalleled level of professional service with a personal touch. Time and time again since my purchase he has proven himself to be even more attentive post-sale! I don't know of any dealer who brings a no-hassle loaner car to your home each time you need a service.Matt Hefron in the service department is also an excellent professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Corey was willing to conduct all buiness over the phone / e-mail. All other MA dealers had no interest. All they wanted to do was get me in the showroom. Once dealer actually treated me like dirt once I arrived. I knew exactly what I wanted and knew exactly what my trade was worth etc. He never insisted I come "visit." He got me the model I wanted with everything I requested, no more, no less. It was the best experience I have had purchasing a car and I have purchased many. Thanks BMW of Peabody and Corey!

Just a smooth process from start to finish. No hard selling at all. Jamie explained the retail to invoice mark-up and told me how much they would discount the price without any haggling. We discussed various options, such as,used, former loaner fleet cars, and new. When I made the decision to buy new, Jamie was able to locate the specific car I wanted. The trade-in value for my existing car was reasonalbe, unlike other dealerships that were low-balling my trade. My new car came in much sooner than promised, which was a pleasant surprise. The paperwork was error free. I spoke to Jack over the phone and he told me to see Wendy that evening. Jack had everything ready for Wendy, so I was in and out in 10 to 15 minutes. The delivery was very professional. Jamie took the time to go over every feature. Jamie was enthusiasm was evident throughout the process.

I was referred to Jamie by a friend who owns other dealerships (other brands). Jamie used to work with this person and came very highly recommended.He did not disappoint. His level of service is truly outstanding. I expressed a concern that his dealership was not as close as other dealers and he explained that shouldn't be a consideration. I expressed my concern about the distance for service appointments, test drives, etc. Jamie explained that he enjoys getting to know his customers and personally delivers the cars to their homes for the inital sale AND service appointments. My car has been in for routine service and one minor faulty sensor and Jamie has arranged to pick up my car each time. He makes owning a BMW an absolute breeze and pleasure. If you are looking for good customer service and attention to detail - you definitely need to go see Jamie McCoy. Unlike any other dealer I have ever worked with, he knows me, my wife, kids, etc. He truly understands the meaning of long term value of a customer and he has me hooked.

Jamie and the Peabody team always go above and beyond. I found Jamie through two friends who had also bought their BMWs from him. When several independent source line up on the same message, you have to believe that this is the real deal. Both in the sales process and in subsequent service, Jamie and the Peabody team are the best I have ever dealt with.

My experience with this dealership is all about Jamie McCoy. He has made the process of dealing with service, trade in and new car purchase as simple as buying a newspaper. He picks up my cars leaving a loaner for my use while the work is being done. He delivers the cars to my home when finished, and even plays with my dogs. He has brought us cars to think about for our next purchase as loaners giving is the opportunity to drive them for days not just a few minutes. He is in constant touch with us about future needs - about once a month. I have been driving BMW since 1995 beginning in Florida. Jamie is far and way the best sales/service professional I have ever dealt with.

Dealing with Jamie McCoy at BMW Peabody is a pleasure. As a woman, I have felt real discrimination walking into other luxure car dealerships, treated as if I knew nothing about the vehicles for sale. AT BMW, not only am I respected as an individual, I felt I was given the same treatment as anyone else shopping for a car, or just browsing in the showroom, regardless of gender. The service I have received on my previous BMW was not only excellent, but on a couple of occasions, I needed to have my tire pressure looked at immediately, and I stopped into the dealership without an appointment, and they took care of the problem right there on the spot. The dealership has gone out of their way to make sure we are happy with our two BMW vehicles.

I conducted my lease deal with Jamie mostly via email to replace my 2005 BMW X5 also leased from BMW of Peabody. All of the communication was straight forward and when the numbers met my satisfaction, I ordered a 2008 BMW X5 through Jamie. The vehicle was delivered about five weeks later, and I went to the dealership to meet Jamie for the first time and to sign the paperwork. Everything went without a hitch. Jamie was very patient at going through the entire vehicle, showing me all the features, pairing my bluetooth phone nad instructing me how to use the iDrive screen. All in all, it was a very awesome experience dealing with Jamie and BMW of Peabody.

I am about to go over to Germany to pick up my 3rd car purchased through BMW Peabody (familys 5th). From the very beginning of the process, Jamie was fantastic in his communication and most importantly his follow-through. A lot of people can talk, few back it up. I'm extremely happy with the service, and will continue to recommend Jamie and BMW Peabody.In addition to the excellent sales service, where BMW Peabody truly excels is in its service department. Rob is super. He is always patient (even though he constantly has a lot going on), and takes the time to go over the problem and make sure it's resolved in a timely manner. With such poor customer service out there, it is so refreshing to have a place that is reliable.

Absolutely fabulous service from my initial interaction through to the last one I had. The sales person - Jamie McCoy - was courteous and totally upfront from the beginning.The entire process was a pleasure. Which was very different from my previous car buying experiences including other BMWs at other dealersThey provide excellent follow up service including picking up my vehicle at my house and providing a loaner. Their service facilities are top notch.

The biggest difference about BMV Peabody customer service is that they are proactive in the care of your care i.s.calling you to set-up a tire change-over, providing loaner cars in a reliable and convenient way. I also find the servicing performed on the car to be timely.

Jamie on the sales side and the entire Service Team do a great job. When I purchsed my first BMW a 530XI I looked at a number of competitive cars. I actually walked out of one dealership they were so high pressured. Jamie and BMW of Peabody were able to answer all my questions about the car, all in a very comfortable and collegial manner. We were so impressed when we were looking for a used car for our daughter we told Jamie what we were looking for and had all the confidence he would find the right vehicle for us, which he did.Service is the other reason for the ratings above. To a person the service team appeaer to support one another. Our contact is Mat, however anyone of his colleagues can easily take care of us if Mat is tied up. They all are well trained, polite and knowledgeable. They do a great job of keeping me updated on how the service is going and what might need to be performed, etc. The loaner car system works great.

I swore I would never by or lease a BMW, until I went to Peabody.OUr salesperson Jamie was fantastic the service dept couldn't be more helpful.We are on our third BMW and we are getting a new one in the spring of 2009.My wife liked the fact that they treated her like a human and not jst as someone who came along for the ride.Excellent all the way around.As for price I felt like it was a fair deal to both sides.

I have dealt with BMW Peabody for almost 8 years. Both Sales and Service have exceeded my expectation in every respect. After having worked alomost every other BMW dealers in the MA area, I would easily recommend BMW Peabody above them all.

Spoke to a Sales Manger on the phone, he told me to come in to finish the deal we agreed to. When I showed up I got a run around and was told that the car is gone. I cant imagine that in the matter of 40 minutes the car went from no one is looking at it to sold, ESPECIALLY on a brand new car. Not trust worthy people.

This dealership is worth the short drive from the "Automile". I emailed their web site Friday night and got a phone call the next morning. Two follow up calls with Kevin secured my X5 with a trade by days end Saturday. I secured financing on Sunday via email and was driving my new X5 by Monday night. Their offer for my trade was generous and they came down to MY price on the new vehicle.No Stress, no pressure, no sweat.They now have my business.

I called about a 330ci that I really wanted. The guy on the phone said "yeah, come on in" etc. I went in and he was gone for the day, even though we agreed to meet after work. Immedately, they stuck me with an obviously experienced older sales guy who tried to hit me with the bait and switch. When I made it clear that I could not budge from my limit, he basically shrugged and walked away.Very smug dealers and my sister-in-law has had service trouble at the same dealership. I went out and bought an Infiniti the next day.

i went in for a new lease on a 07 328 coupe. gave them a deposit and submited a application for the lease. then lease wasnt approved because i just got a new 07 x5 4.8 3 weeks ago so i asked for my deposit back. its a month later and they still havent returned my deposit. i called my sales guy again and again and he keep on saying he will check on it.

I purchased a 2000 540i from this dealership and from day 1 it had problems with the driver seat. The dealer tried to repair this ten times but each time the problem came back after a few months. They refused to replace the seat or offer any solution other than "we'll try to fix it again". We are now in court over this.

I got fired as a customer from BMW Peabody for giving them a bad rating when BMW NA called me and I gave them a low CSI score. {I have the voicemail to prove it -- email me and I will send you the WAV file - very poor form for them.}<br><br>My problem started when the service manager would not honor a 20% discount on parts -- that I earned by being a BMW CCA car club member. Just a real jerk with a big ego who needed to beat up a young (but self-made) customer.<br><br>Anyway, the dealer never made any attempt to keep me -- just a nast voice mail. I have had my BMW's serviced in San Francisco, Marin, Annapolis (MD), Charlottesville (VA), Dulles (VA) and never experienced such a pathetic treatment from a dealership. Beware! <br>

I had worked out a good deal with the salesman on a new 330Ci. Plus, BMW was offering 1.9% financing.<br><br>Then, Rich McNeil takes over as the new sales manager. My salesman tells me the APR is 5%. I asked about the special financing rate. There is none. I said, Oh, not even the one that all the other dealers are offering and that is listed on all the websites? He says hell get back to me. He calls later and says that they can only offer me 2.9%, and that 1.9% is just their buy rate, and they have to make money on the financing. I said, "Well, other dealers are giving 1.9% financing." He doesn't know anything about that.<br><br>He told me the car was ready for delivery the next day. I said great, but since theyre trying to screw me on the APR, I need to secure financing from my credit union first, which may take a few days.<br><br>Then Sales Manager Rich McNeil calls me 5 minutes later. "Do you want this car or not? If not, we're going to sell the car this weekend. I NEED AN ANSWER RIGHT NOW." This, after I waited TWO MONTHS for the car to be custom built and shipped from Germany.<br><br>"You need an answer right now? Then no."<br><br>If sales is like that, the service department must be horrible.<br>

once they done with sale of the car they have nothing to do with you. they didnt program anything on my car. when i requested they said will do on 1 st service. i have to get it done else where by paying another dealer. incorrect number of keys given. gotto call the bmw usa to push this guys to gimme the keys.

BAD EXPERIENCE<br><br>I dropped my $50K+ 2002 BMW M3 off to BMW Peabody for a routine service. When I returned to pick up the car a few days later, it had an extra 460 miles on the odometer. <br><br>I have to admit the service manager was responsive by returning my calls and they did not deny anything as well as they took corrective action by changing their policy how employees could get keys to the customers cars. However, they never caught the culprit and did not seem to go far enough in trying to find the person. Whoever did it still works there, and what is saying he wont do it again? <br><br>It is a shame; they were a good dealership when it came to repair work. <br><br>Wont ever return. Not sure Im ever going to buy another BMW again either because I cant find a good dealership in the Boston area.<br>

This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Alex, especially is a great guy, easy to talk to, always nice, and treated a 16 year old kid with as much respect as a grown man. This is not to draw attention away from the service department where Rob Hannafin and Jeb Brackbill have helped me beyond their call of duty would require. I can not say anything more about this dealership, I have only had positive experiences and suggest it to anyone in search of a BMW.

John was very pleasant to deal with. No major problems. Actually took delivery in Spartanburg, but my trade in experience was excellent and getting the inspection sticker afterwards was a piece of cake.
