Carlos our service advisor was very polite and open with our concern and cost of the repairs, including any discounts. The service technician showed us in real time video of the issues that needed attention. Overall, I recommend the service that the listed dealership provided and I never felt out of place as I was treated like a lifelong customer.

Always professional and they review in detail the work that will be done on your vehicle. At my most current visit, I was thrilled to see that my former service advisor, Theresa, had returned to the dealership. Definitely recommend this dealership for both sales and service having purchased my last 3 vehicles there and have all my car servicing done there.

Francisco, Sales, and Steve, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate a tricky situation. In the end, made a buying experience fair and smooth. Open communication and timely follow-ups on all issues. Would recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a BMW, new or used. Been going there 15+ years.

This was my first time at BMW of Norwood and I can confidently say that my experience with them was 5/5! My service agent was Lorenzo and he was absolutely the best! Aside from being so friendly and super polite, he took care of all my car needs without any problems at all and made sure I was informed and happy every step of the way. Truly, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced yet. I will definitely be returning to this specific location for all of my future car needs.

I am so pleased with the Autocare at BMW Norwood! My service advisor Dan MacDonald is so honest and helpful! I keep my cars past warranty and Dan has always advised me as a family member! This is truly a dealer that goes the extra mile. Some employees have longevity, 2002 was my first experience and I have never had a problem!
