The staff was very welcoming. It was early so they turned on the TV and offered me coffee while I was waiting in the lounge area. The car was serviced properly and efficiently. Will def use their services again!

Wonderful experience!! We worked with Bryanna and we walked in on Tuesday night at almost 6pm, and we drove the car away on Thursday. Extremely easy process and everyone that worked there was excellent! They did their best to keep us under our desired monthly payment; we were very picky about what we wanted so it was our own fault that we ended up a little over it, but we are very happy with our new car and will definitely return to Blasius for any other car purchases! Highly recommend!!

I recently purchased a car from Blasius Kia. I was an out of state buyer. Please be aware if you are an out of State buyer they will send your information to a third party constituent to process your paperwork which will cost you $135 that was not disclosed to me. In addition the $135 is not part of the $695 processing fee that this dealership charges. It took approximately a month and a half to process a plate transfer. Several follow-up emails were not returned. In addition the breakdown was sent to me in an email and if I had any questions to ask. I asked questions that were not answered by anyone. I was charged $15 because the funds sent to this third party constituent handling the plate transfer was not enough that was sent by the dealer. In addition I stated with the financial department my physical address was not the same as my mailing three separate times and they still got it wrong. I honestly believe they were just pushing the sale through and not concerned after they already got their money for the vehicle even if my registration was messed up otherwise someone would have followed up with me. The last day I received the email was the 15th on questions and concerns regarding what I was charged and have not got a response back. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on the lack of communication lack of professionalism of customer satisfaction. FYI Matt.... Is one who has not responded to my email and the doc fees were not explained on what they cover....

Dealing with Blasius Kia was awesome from start to finish. Buying a vehicle from them was actual pleasurable and super easy - two words I never though I would say about buying a vehicle. Our sales woman, Bryanna was amazing. I highly suggest dealing with her. She was very knowledgeable and knew everything about the vehicle I purchased not to mention, she is just super fun. I had a question about the vehicle and she called me on Sunday morning to walk me through it. Talk about service. We will refer anyone that we know who is interested in a Kia and we will be repeat customers. Thanks for getting me into my dream vehicle!
