Found the vehicle we wanted, and they worked with us in getting it purchased, and after purchased were willing to help get the car delivered as we lived 300 miles away.

We were stranded in Rapid City after our car broke down and we were towed to the Kia dealer. The service department was efficient and very helpful in contacting Kia and getting approval under warranty to replace our engine. Because of the length of time this would take, we began to consider buying a new car there. The sales department was equally great, making the experience low pressure, fairly priced, and efficient also. We were extremely pleased with the excellent service and caring people, and we are very happy with our new car!

We bought a new sportage from John Lipp. John was good to work with and no problems with the purchase process. Wade walked us through the paperwork and explained any questions I had. Being new I really have not had too much interaction with other aspects.

I go to the dealer because they have always have given great service. This number 2 Kia Serento my wife and I have owned and we will buy another when the price is right. It was close 2 months ago, I will give them time to try again. I know they will make another great deal for my wife and I. See you at my next service!

We have been looking at SUV's for a while. Went to Billion to look at the Sorento and my wife absolutely loved it. It had all the features we were looking for and more. The price was mulch better than other brands that did not offer near the features and the salesman was fantastic! The whole process went very smoothly and they were very professional throughout.

Went in looking to buy. Salesman showed us a 2010 Pontiac G6 with 77,000 miles on it. When they couldn't get us approved for that car they tried tag teaming and shove a KIA Soul at us. We kept telling them no but they kept pushing. We left and went to Toyota and bought a 2012 Camry with only 47,000 miles and a 8 year 125000 warranty all for the same price they were selling the Pontiac G6 Billion said they couldn't get us in. The experience at Billion was the worst I have ever head with a car dealership. I recommend Black Hills Toyota, they know how to treat their customers and don't try to rip you off and push a vechicle you do not want. Stay away from Billion unless you want to feel pressured to buy and filled with a lot of lies.

billion auto is by far the worse place i have ever been to buy a car. they sold me a car that had warped tires on the inside knowing that i was about to be traveling 8 hours on my way home. good thing i had them checked out befor i left because goodyear said they where about to go. there was a airbag light on inside the car and they refused to check it out to see if they could fix it because they would have to pay the shop. they are way over priced.
