Salesman Jake Conover, Tom Sommers and Jared in Detail were all excellent. Nick, sales manager, lied about what Billion could do and was difficult to work with. He would return to the "little room" and work on other things and leave us sitting in the waiting room. We were certainly not a priority to him. Jake did everything he could to make our wait bearable. Jared was able to make the things we wanted work and acceptable, but it is certainly not what Nick promised Billion could do. Nick only wanted to make a sale and appeared to say whatever we wanted to hear to make it. Then would not return my phone call when we picked up the truck and his promises were not delivered. Luckily for us, Jake and Jared held up their end of the deal.

I most always have had outstanding service at Billion Chevrolet in Sioux Falls. My Service Advisor Jesse Gomez has gone above and beyond to earn and keep my business as a repeat and return customer. If any issue has ever come up or I have a concern. Jesse is always right on top of the issue and fixes the situation to ensure that I am content and happy. In doing so he has been the only reason I have been a return customer to Billion. I know dealership vehicle maintenance services come at a premium price. A price that is usually worth the cost for Piece of Mind Service. However, when a customer feels like the dealership is milking you for every extra penny they can squeeze out of you. Then a customer no longer feels the service is worth the cost. I am at that point. This is due to Billion having an additional 15% tack on fee to their already high labor costs. This additional fee is for Environment Fees and/or Misc. charges (Shop Materials/ Hazardous Waste) for repair orders. Of which you also have to pay the South Dakota State sales tax on this fee also. I checked around with other service centers. The going rate is a 5% EPA / Shop Misc. Fee. Billion is 15%. Come on guys! This is an obvious rip off! Your company is huge. I know you have overhead and lots of cost associate with doing business. However, please consider this. If you lose customers by ripping them off by high fees and high service costs. You have to raise your prices to make up for your lost revenue. You then raise prices again to make up that lost profit. Soon you have no customers and no business. All of your good customer have gone elsewhere. Some times being the areas largest volume dealer is not a good thing. Your too big for your own good. Your prices already are through the roof. Change your tune and your attitude. Your customers are why you are in business and how you make money and support your lifestyles. If you don't treat us right, someone else will.

Ralph picked us up at the motel where our truck had a mechanical problem. He showed us several vehicles and we test drove two. He was very professional and answered questions we had . He gave me a descriptive tour of my new Malibu features and I was confident as I drove away. I am pleased with the mileage on my way back to Tennessee. The Service Advisor & Shuttle Driver were awesome. I know the carrier bearing replacement is a big job, but around 7 hrs to fix seems alittle long. Also the cost was alittle higher than a couple of shops I contacted after the fact. Overall the service was good.

I love my Sharp. My overall experience I would rate as high. I did have Cruise control added to the 2014 that I bought, however, the lever for the cruise control could have been better placed. The cruise controls on 2013 Sharp were placed on the steering wheel which makes it very accessible for the driver. I hope that the cruise controls will be placed in a more accessible position in the future. I love my new car and am very happy with it at this time. Marlys

I had similar experiences as Unprofessional. It is a freakin' nightmare! I went to car shop last year...... they wouldn't let me even SEE the vehicle that I wanted to look at. They said I had to fill out a credit report and then they told me to leave and come back later. Then they pretended to be my friend and tell me my vehicle was all ready for me to take a test drive. I get there, and they took ANOTHER credit report and tried to sell me a lemon... "you can't afford that one....let us show you something you CAN GET BY ON". I complained but only got several scoldings from different people there. Never got to speak to the high ups. I used to shop at Billions when Dave was a young man. He introduced me to his dad, who was just the best. They don't know how their staff are mistreating people. No, they won't let you know what lot the vehicle you want to see is on.... they want the money BEFORE you can even LOOK!!!!!! That "negotiate online" is pure bull......... they called me and said the car was in another STATE and to pay for it sight unseen and they will deliver it: FULL PRICE... NO NEGOTIATING AT ALL.................THAT IS JUST TO GET YOU TO OPEN YOUR DOOR (PHONE, EMAIL) TO THE SWINDLERS TO GET THEIR FOOT IN YOUR DOOR AND HUMILIATE YOU!!!! I don't know how they sell so many cars!!!!! I have tried and tried........... all I get is kicked in the teeth and told that I am a bad person for wanting to car shop. Who ever heard of choosing one without even test driving a few models...............that is nutz....... and there is no choice around here unless you drive an hour or more away!
