They sold me a 2016 Explorer Limited with est miles of 9000 and did not tell me the vehicle had been wrecked with over $8000.00 in damages. The Service manager was rude. We had document showing the car had never been damaged. The repair work by their body shop was really bad . I would not buy a certified used car from them with out taking it to a body shop you trust to see if the car had been wrecked. They did give me my money back I had to take off work to take the car back drive from Enid to return the car and they would not give me refund for gas or for the fact our son had to also drive over so we could get back home PLEASE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP

This was my first time to buy a car, so I was super nervous about the whole process. Mario was so helpful, kind, and patient. He was not pushy at all! My dad and brother also purchased their cars through him, and after my fiance met him he told me he will definitely go through Mario when it comes time for him to buy a new car. After shopping for a week for a new truck across multiple brands I purchased a truck from Alton Cook at Bill Knight Ford. From the start he did an excellent job reaching out to find me a truck i wanted that was not in there lot. When the first one fell through he found another and got it to Tulsa in a very timely manner. Very professional no hassle car buying experience. Alton was a pleasure to work with. James the F/I person was as well. In and out on the F/I office in under twenty minutes with no pressure about anything. If a Ford is in your future I would recommend this dealership and Alton 100%

After contacting the dealership through Ford.com, I received a personal reply with a price quote on the exact vehicle I was looking at in inventory. I shopp2,000 ed the surrounding area and other dealerships, and found absolutely no one even close on price. I then contacted Lance on line, and explained I had a trade and was 300 miles away. We set up a time to meet and appraise my trade in, which was several days out, but he told me he would pull the keys, consider the vehicle mine. I arrived at the dealership about three hours ahead of schedule and my wife and I prowled the lot. Bill Knight Ford has a great selection of every product line offered by Ford. We test drove the exact vehicle being held for me. After my wife sat in the back and asked, "do you REALLY want the grandkids putting their feet on the back of these seats?", my answer was no...and we switched to a SuperCrew F-150 instead of the SuperCab. No problem...and the price only went up reflecting the $2,000 increase in sticker. I dickered over the trade in, and after stating my case, the trade in was increased $2,000, and made me happy. We went home Thursday, September 3, in our new F-150 returning to Perryton, Texas. I have not had as pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle since 1985 and this tops it all. There is a reason why Bill Knight is #1...his customers are.

Just bought my 5th vehicle from Bill Knight Ford in the last ten years. The reasons I return there are numerous. The sales experience is streamlined with no pressure and good deals, David McGuire has helped me many times over the years, he is knowledgeable of the product and is a genuine as can be. Closing the deal and paperwork in Finance is painless and timely. Service; well there is none better, Charlie is my Service Advisor and is always pleasant to deal with. Bill, the Service Manager, is the best in the business; very professional and always ready to help. With the number of vehicles we have had and currently have I am in there often. I spend a lot of time traveling for business in my trucks, they recognize this and make sure that the vehicles are in top notch shape and ready to roll. Over the years we have had a couple of service/warranty issues but they were dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner. My son asked me why I go back over and over......I just said "they get it" They understand customer care and the value of a long customer relationship instead of just making a customer sale. Last September, I went to the Quick Lane during my lunch hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told there was a 1 1/2 hour wait. Of course, I couldn't wait because I was on my lunch hour. So I had it done somewhere else. So today, I thought I'd try again but was told that there was a 1 hour 45 minute wait. Obviously, the Quick Lane is not quick, and is not set up for the working people. Very disappointed. This Ford location is close to my work and very convenient, but obviously doesn't have enough employees to handle the load. I guess it's time to throw in the towel on getting service here.

We purchased a new 2015 Ford Explorer XLT at Bill Knight Ford, 3 October 2014, after calling our 'go to' fellow there, David McGuire. We gave David our list, he researched, then called and emailed photos and information for the three vehicles we were interested in seeing. After choosing the Explorer we wanted, David arranged to meet us at Bill Knight Ford. We drove over to our credit unit and secured financing, and left the credit union with draft in hand. David met us at Bill Knight Ford, showed us the vehicle we had chosen, and then introduced us to Dustin who completed our purchase process. That process took less than 30 minutes. We made arrangements to pickup our new Explorer the following day. David was waiting for us, the Explorer cleaned and detailed. He handed us the keys to our new vehicle, then explained everything, answering any and all of our questions fully. David even connected my cell phone to the vehicle's blue tooth. He then told us to call him immediately if we ever have questions or need assistance after driving our vehicle from the dealership. David McGuire has sold us multiple vehicles from Bill Knight over the years. We have and will continue to recommend David, Bill Knight Ford and Bob Craig, our maintenance guy there, to all family, friends and acquaintances. We bought a new 2014 Ford Transit Titanium about a week ago. Have always had a Club Wagon but those have been phased out. So decided to go with something smaller that would fit our needs. Went to the Ford.com site and "built" one with what we wanted. Called Bill Knight in Tulsa. Jordan Phillips answered my call and said they had one on the showroom floor. It must have been destiny because when we got to Bill Knight and Jordan showed us the one he told us about, it had everything we had listed on our site build right down to the color we wanted. Jordan was excellent. He answered all of our questions and if he didn't know the answer he found someone that did. The buying process was very easy, including getting the Z plan Ford retiree paperwork done, and there were other incentives that we took advantage of as well. Jordan made the whole process very easy and very smooth. Dusten Sorenson handled the actual documents with speed and efficiency. We picked up the vehicle the next day and Justin spent a lot of time showing us all the features and even synced our cell phone to the My Ford Touch system. In summary, great buying experience from start to finish.

I have purchased seven vehicles in the last 12 years and this is by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I dealt with three people at the dealership. Jordan Phillips, my salesman. James Main, the used car manager. And Dusten Sorensen, in finance. All three of these men made this buying experience exceptional. In my experience, I find that a dealership is more interested in your money and making the sale. Customer service/experience is secondary, though they want you to think it is their primary concern. In the end, it is about moving vehicles. Not this time. Jordan, James and Dusten made it personal. It was about taking care of me and my wife. That was most important to them and they proved it over an over. In fact, I plan on writing the owner to let him know how great this experience was for us. I will absolutely do business with them again!

The salesmen Harry Birkinsha was one of the nicest, friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time. The finance department was outstanding as well, we were in and out in a matter of minutes not hours, and no pressure to purchase useless extended warranties.

I recently purchased my first vehicle from Bill Knight Ford in Tulsa and could not have had a more pleasant experience. Shosh Alani found the exact vehicle I wanted on another lot and had it delivered to their lot in Tulsa. Once I picked up my car, he sat down with me and my family, showing us all the ins and outs of the vehicle. He spent as much time as I needed to understand and even personally called me a few days later just to check in and ensure I was enjoying my new vehicle and not having any issues. I wanted to buy a hybrid sedan and had narrowed my choice down to two vehicles. I was very impressed with the Ford Fusion, and salesman Chris Hodges did a great job of showing me the various options. I settled on a Sterling Gray Titanium with lots of upgrades, and then the trick was to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Chris embarked on a thorough search and kept me fully informed as he sought to find a match. He found a car in Little Rock that was just what I wanted and he had it brought to Tulsa and delivered to me quicker than I expected. Then he spent lots of time educating me about how to use all the options. I had bought my previous car here 9 years ago, and I was glad to be able to continue to do business with this fine Ford dealership. I highly recommend Chris Hodges to anyone who wants a knowledgeable salesman without a high-pressure attitude.

We purchased our hybrid on 8/4/14 from Chris Hodges who was exceptional , stayed well over 2 hours past his normal shift to see us through the whole purchasing process and even took almost an hour to show us all the basic features of the car before we took off. Has maintained E- mail contact to make sure we are totally happy and there to offer anything I need. I never thought I would ever by another American brand car again after coming out of a lexus, then Mercedes. We entered this new car purchase more open minded than ever. We needed to trade trucks and found one listed on Bill Knight's.web site so we decided to go look. We worked with a very knowledgeable man, Harry Birkinsha. He went out of his way to hep us get a good trade in on our old vehicle and a good price on our new "used" truck. We had our dog with us because we were only going to look. He was very patience and kind with the dog and we really appreciated it. He answered all our questions and we are even going to be able to go back and have an expert help us with hooking up the phone. We love our new truck and even tho it takes a long time to buy another vehicle it was a pleasant time.

I had a great experience, being a first time car buyer, at Bill Knight Ford. I had seen their website and found my dream car, a 2014 Mustang GT. When I got to Bill Knight Ford I was greeted by Reagan Renfrew, who was very professional throughout the entire process, he showed me the car I was looking for and after I test drove it I was sold. I want to say that the whole process took about 2.5 hours, but it seemed like only a few minutes had gone by. Finally, a dealership that gets it! As a car buyer, we don't want or like pushy car salesmen that wants to show us vehicles we're not interested in. Upon our arrival at Bill Knight Ford, we were greeted by Harry, who from the get-go was a very pleasant, friendly, COOPERATIVE individual. Harry asked if we were looking at something in particular, to which we replied we were. Harry never tried to show us vehicles we were not interested in. He also never at any moment tried any pressure techniques we have experienced at other dealers. The entire buying experience, from driving onto the lot to driving away in our newly purchased vehicle, was by far the most enjoyable car buying experince we have ever had. Oh, did I mention they did not try to lowball us on our trade-in? We are already spreading the word. Cudos to the entire Bill Knight staff. They are here to stay!

Drove from Springfield, MO to Tulsa, OK to look at a 2004 Ford F150 FX4. Saw the truck online through a couple of different car websites. When we arrived in the afternoon it was 101 degrees outside so there wasn't really anyone outside. Went into the office and Lauden Bisel was happy to help us take the truck out for a test drive. After our test drive we discussed the price and agreed on a fair number. The salesman wasn't pushy at all like I've experienced before at other dealers. The finance manager was pretty easy going too, I think his name was Dave. Didn't spend more than 5 minutes in his office signing all the paperwork. Took roughly 2-2.5 hours from the time we pulled into the parking lot to the time I was able to drive away in my new truck. Lauden also put a full tank of gas in and had the truck washed before I left. Thank you all for the great experience.

I have to admit, I am a bit biased... Bill Knight is the ONLY place that I purchase my vehicles.. The only exception to that is perhaps a great deal from an individual and a cash sale or an older vehicle found by chance... But these guys are awesome and Bill Knight himself is an awesome man that takes care of his customers even if it means he breaks even or barely makes a dime on the deal - just to make sure that the customer is happy. These guys have given me some OUTRAGEOUS deals over the past several years and have also helped my friends that I have sent there.. I know just about all of the Sales Team and they have some real all-stars!! Tommy Coyle (The man, the myth, the one-legged LEGEND), Doug, Kelly, Tim, all of the Sales Managers are awesome and will do everything short of losing money (and sometimes maybe even lose a small amount to a solid return customer at least) to make sure that the customer gets the deal that they want!! Jim Kidd is another legend in his own time - Awesome Sales guy, will bend over backward for you! Chris Hodges is going to run himself crazy to make you a good deal if needed! This is just an awesome dealership to know and work with... Please keep up the good work guys!!

We were getting ready to move and my husband needed a truck for work! We had a very good friend of ours recommend Eddie Kimbrel to us as a sales person at Bill Knight Ford. We went in thinking we were going to have to buy a new truck. We talked with Eddie at length about what he needed to have and he showed us the best way we could go to save us the most money. Eddie went way above and beyond what he needed to, to help us achieve what we needed in a very short amount of time. I knew what I wanted when I came in and Bob Tyler helped to find it very quickly for me even though it wasn't in Tulsa or even Oklahoma. He found exactly the color of the exterior and interior and the top of my great new Red Mustang Convertible, in Texas. Bill Knight got it here in 5 days(one day was a Sunday) and it was just as beautiful as I had hoped. My first car was a 1966 Yellow Mustang, and here I am again in a 2014 Mustang. The classic dashboard look hasn't been lost so it was like climbing into my original Mustang and made me feel like I was 16 again!! Great Dealership--my second purchase from them because of their cusomer service, and wonderful service department. Everyone there seems to go beyond what they have to for their customers!!

My salesman was Chad Hight, he provided the best buying experience I've ever had with a car dealership. They didn't have the car we wanted due to it being the end of the model year, (2014 mustang) but they did everything they could to find the vehicle and deliver it to us. In the end we got everything we wanted and they even delivered the vehicle to the house while I was at work, since my wife didn't know how to drive a stick shift. I highly recommend Bill Knight Ford to anybody wanting a ford, if they don't have it they'll find it!!

My Wife and I had a great experience working with Shosh Alani at Bill Knight Ford of Tulsa, OK. Shosh is the Internet Sales Manager. From my first contact with Shosh through e-mail inquiries about the particular Mustang I wanted, to the last handshake as we left the facilities, Shosh was friendly and informative. Shosh met us at the door, and he answered all of my questions, and later on, all of the questions my Wife had for him. Shosh worked quickly to find the Mustang I wanted, and to get the car into Bill Knight Ford as soon as possible, so that the car could be given a detailed prep and inspection, making sure that there were no issues with the car. When Shosh turned us over to Finance, Andy worked quickly to find us the best financing package for our needs. He was very informative of the whole process, making sure there were no stones unturned in in our understanding of the financing process and procedures. Overall, the whole process, including getting the Mustang located and in to the dealership, was very short; on sales day, we were in and done in about 1 1/2 hours. Amazing! And, Shosh assured us that the Bill Knight experience does not stop when we walk out the door. Shosh told us we could call him anytime, and he would gladly be there for us, no matter what the problem would be. He said if he was unavailable, someone would help us until he could get back with us. My hat is off to Shosh and Bill Knight Ford. Dale and I bought an escape from Charlie and this week a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. We love both cars and are delighted to keep doing business with Bill Knight Ford. Charlie makes the experience great with his friendly attitude, easy dealing with great prices and no games! He took us on a couple of test drives and helped us to select a good model with great gas mileage for Dale to drive to work. He is on the top of his game and always provides excellent service to us. My husband and I went to purchase a used vehicle from Bill Knight Ford. The first couple of times we went there everything was fine. But after a couple of days a used car salesman called us and said another couple was looking at the vehicle we were interested in while we were on our way to the car dealership. That would of been ok if the conversation had ended there, but unfortunately it didn't. The car salesman made it a point to tell my husband that it was his fault that we didn't get the truck, because my husband said he was going to come the day before but didn't. Ok... thats obvious, although I'm not sure why he made it a point to say that. Well after he hung up we continued on our way to the dealer because he said the couple was just looking at the truck. After we got there we said "where is the other couple?" then he said, "they're in there buying it." Needless to say we were annoyed that he didn't tell us that they were buying it over the phone because we wasted a trip there. My husband wanted to just leave, but I made it a point to ask to talk to the manager, because I felt that what the car salesman said to my husband over the phone was inappropriate, and that they could of just been honest with us and said that the other couple was buying the truck. So I asked to talk to the manager thinking that we could just express that we felt that what was said was inappropriate, and that we could of been told the other couple was buying the truck over the phone, but when we went to talk to the manager he tried to say that the used car salesman didn't know the couple was buying it, and that it was about integrity, and apparently my husband doesn't have integrity because he said he would be there the day before but he wasn't. I don't know about anyone else, but to have a person question my husbands integrity all because we didn't buy a car when they wanted was absolutely insulting. Not only that, but the manager made it a point to yell his opinion at us instead of just talking and trying to resolve the problem. Needless to say, we are taking our business elsewhere. I would not recommend anyone buying a car there new or used from Bill Knight Ford.

The whole purchase process at Bill Knight Ford was easy, quick and essentially painless. This was process was probably a little more simple because we were buying under a Ford "z" plan, but prior experience has shown that this can be different as a function of the sales person. We were especially impressed with the salesperson who worked with us. Bill White did a fantastic job and we would gladly buy another car from him any day. This is in marked contrast to one of the other sales people we have dealt with in the same dealership. Asking for Bill is a great idea as far as we are concerned!

Chris W. was very informative along the way. Although we were buying using Ford Z plan, he made sure we were completely happy with the price. When the car we wanted was found to not have keys, he went further to find the car we wanted with a few extra bells and whistles for basically the same price. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Chris W. and probably won't be the last. Bill Knight's employees are very professional and customer service is key in their approach. My bying experience at Bill Knight Ford was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. I walked in, was met by Shosh Alani, who put me at ease immediately, with his friendly personality. He listened to my explanation as to what I wanted, and we struck a deal without any problems at all. He was there when my wife and I came in to sign the loan papers, and David, in the Finance office was a real help in taking care of the paperwork. As we prepared to leave, Shosh assured me that he wanted me to call him if I had any questions at all, or to come by when I got a smart phone, and he would assist me in understanding the SNYC sustem. I never felt any pressure to buy, or that I was being rushed into a decision. He later followed up with an email, thanking me for the purchase, and once again urging me to call him without hesitation if I had any questions or problems. I chose this dealership because I found the car I wanted on their website. I made an appointment simply to test drive it and see if I even liked it, and I ended up leaving that day with my "new" car! My salesman was so nice and extremely knowledgeable about the Ford Fiesta, and he and Andy Hodge worked with me to get my payments right where I needed them for a great interest rate. I never felt pressured at all, and as a single woman, I'm always concerned about that in this type of situation. They were very polite and respectful to me, and I love my new car!

Our experience at Bill knight was great! We called looking for a white Fiesta s model, talked with Shosh Alani , and he quickly gave us priceing for a standard and automatic. We told him we wanted to come and see one and take it for a drive. He had one waiting for us when we arrived and off we went. Shosh was very polite and not pushy (my wife hates coming to car dealers because of past experiences) and changed the way my wife looks at going to buy a new car. He gave us the impression he was there to help us in whatever we needed. We ended up buying the SE model, the one we drove. I saw a 2012 Ford F-150 for sale on line....however I was out of town and could not go to the dealership in person. I contacted the internet sales staff to ask if they could give me the value of my trade-in and financing options. They got me all the information I needed to make a decision. However, I could not purchase the vehicle because it sold before I got back to town...I guess that's to be expected when you want to buy from a dealership with excellent customer service....everyone else buys there too. He sent us some trucks we were interested in. We found one we liked, we went there that evening and test drove the truck. Before we knew it, we were driving home. The process was very nice. There was no hassle and the atmosphere was very laid back. We did not feel any pressure into buying our vehicle. The next vehicle we buy will come from Bill White at Bill Knight Ford. After I got home I noticed there was a floor mat missing on the passenger side of the vehicle, it was dark so I didn't notice until the next day. I contacted Bill and he said he had me one with no questions asked. This was a really nice process with everything. I would like to thank Bill White again for taking care of us. He is a really great guy and answered every one of our questions. My wife and I really appreciated Bill White. The finance guy Andy was great also. We are not a dealer and had no prior connection with anyone there at the dealership. But now I can say we do and we are very happy we found Bill White.

I went to Bill Knight to but a Mustang GT for my husband for his birthday. I never haggled over their asking price and was willing to pay it for the car, everything went ok until I asked for them to pay the TT&L also. I asked, the salesman said no. Then he said we could probably roll it in to the loan, I said fine. Then he said, well we have come down on the price of the car (which they hadn't) so we have no "wiggle" room for the TT&L, I said ok, then no thanks. Finally, they agreed to pay $500 of the TT&L. I took my husband to the dealer to check the car out, they offered us $7000 for our trade which was fine, my husband drove the car and liked it. When he looked at the body, it had about a 5 inch crack on the rear spoiler. We went to the salesman's office and said, we love the car but there is a huge crack in the rear spoiler, he looked at my husband and said, well, you're car isn't perfect either and these are just used cars. Then he said the manager said he would fix it, we said, you should probably look at it, it needs to be replaced. The salesman and the manager went to look at it, the manager claimed he hadn't even seen the car yet - obviously, it was filthy. They knew that morning that we were coming to see it that evening, they could have at least cleaned it up....we left soon after without the Mustang. I wouldn't care if they were giving them away, we will never go back. I will wait until Bob Moore has a used GT - we had an awesome experience there.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Today on my lunch hour, I went into the Quick Lane for an oil chage and tire rotation. I asked and was assured that it would be done and ready by the time I got back from eating lunch. My husband picked me up and we went to lunch. When we returned, we were informed that my car had not even been pulled in for service yet. Since I was on my lunch hour, I had to get my keys and leave without service. This is our second time to try this service as a few years ago my husband an I drove both of our vehicles from Sapulpa to have them serviced on a Saturday morning. We were informed that they could not even be done that day at all. We decided to try again today, and boy were we disappointed. You shouldn't promise that our car would be ready if you couldn't fulfill the promise. Bad business.

This is our first Lincoln. We changed from a car to a crossover. We drove several crossovers, they were all very nice, but Lincoln had the best ride by far. Jason Madison was our salesperson, he was very professional, no hard sale what so ever. We purchased a few aftermarket items for our vehicle. He arranged for us to have a courtesy car and then came out on his day off to make sure the car was detailed correctly (pin stripes, mud flaps, etc). This truly is going the extra mile and it was after the sale.

Beware of this dealership. You won't find the many reviews I did after our poor experience because they have a person on staff who leaves replies which are empty promises for the sake of officially addressing reviews. We started with them in 2008 after purchasing a 50k+ vehicle. The salesman lied (mostly because he was uninformed and over zealous) about features the fully loaded vehicle had. One feature was the most important one I needed for my family of seven to be safe on the road. When I brought this to their attention afterward, they did nothing to fix the problem. Other salesman did nothing. Management did nothing to take responsibility. We had more poor experiences with the service department. It seemed obvious to me that the service reps were poorly trained and strictly about their commission. My feeling on this matter is more than a hunch or being oversensitive. I try to give every situation a "fair shake" before writing something like this. I'm not one to leave reviews. But I truly want anyone who is planning to do business with Bill Knight Ford in Tulsa to consider elsewhere. If you see a reply from them to this review saying, "Sorry, we will do anything to help...", then please know they are empty words. I've been through this once before online and was shocked at how they handled. Just a web marketer with no intention of doing anything. I've even seen manager-level replies that are for political purposes only. Great businesses don't need that kind of damage control personnel on staff. Just my opinion.

The wife and I set out to buy a Super Duty to tow our Travel Trailer that is a bit heavy for our Navigator. We tried all of the local Ford dealers and finally decided to get a used truck to fit our budget. We met with Dee Waid at Bill Knight and looked at their used inventory. Dee was very helpful and as we changed our minds time and again, Dee remained calm and helpful. We finally decided to buy a new 2012 truck and had Dee get it ready for delivery. When we went back to get the truck, we decided to look at one more which we ended up buying instead. Overall it was a great buying experience and we are extremely happy with our new F250 Super Duty. We are still putting break-in miles on the truck before taking a trip but I did back it up a steep grade to the garage apron which the Navigator couldn't do. This is our second purchase from Bill Knight and our Navigator has been serviced and repaired at the Lincoln Volvo shop.

We came to Bill Knight to purchase newer truck for use with our toy hauler. We had already reviewed what you had on your lot, so basically just needed to settle on purchase price. Our salesman was Craig Yi. To be honest we were kind of uncomfortable with a younger person since any questions we had he either didn't answer or had to check with someone else. He had a really easy sell with us, so I would suggest that he needs further training, because everyone that walks through your door-ISN'T going to be sold so quickly. We wrote checks to purchase our vehicle, so why does it take so long to get everything finalized ?? When the truck was ready to go-why was it OK to send it home with water spots and smudges ?? It looked better before it was detailed.

I bought a brand new 2012 Ford Focus at Bill Knight last year. It was overall a very good experience. The sales person was not pushy but friendly. He helped me get the car I wanted through a dealer trade and didn't push towards cars he had in stock. The car did have some service issues, especially with the NAV but they corrected it to my satisfaction. The service dept has always been friendly and trustworthy.If I were to buy another Ford, I would definitely use Bill Knight Ford again, and ask for Reuben if you can.

Once we found the car we liked he had great communication and went through the whole process. The Finance Director was awesome and worked with us. He was very professional. The process of signing the paperwork took a whole 10 minutes, that is the fastest we have ever been out of a car dealership!! I will highly recommend Bill Knight Ford and we will be back.

My wife and I recently went to the dealership to look at a car we were somewhat interested in. As it turns out we were impressed with the car, but even more so impressed with the personnel involved in making the deal. No pressures to buy, just told what they'd give for our car and provided a fair purchase price for the car we were interested in (at least that's our opinion). Everything was handled efficiently and we even were given the opportunity to save a few bucks on the financing. We're extremely please with the Ford Edge SEL we purchased at this point. It is everything the salesman told us it had and more. We were impressed with the salesman, finance person and the Sync assist we received from your technical guru. Overall a great experience. It is our hope that the vehicle will perform up to par with the service we received from your personnel.

This is my first vehicle purchased from Bill Knight Ford. I had just wrecked my 2009 Mustang GT and wanted a 2014 Mustang GT replacement. My husband and I were very specific about what we wanted down to the color. Our salesman searched the computer to find the exact car and had it ready for pickup within 48 hours. it would have been sooner except for severe weather and the caution the dealership wanted to use to prevent my new mustang getting damaged. I was still in a back brace from my hospitalization and everyone was extremely kind and patient in dealing with my disability. The car was presented to us in showroom quality and every feature was thoroughly explained by our salesman. The experience made a difficult time in my life much more enjoyable. I was wanting a Focus ST with cloth seats (a Vegan thing). They are difficult to find in Oklahoma. I submitted a request through Ford's web site, specifying Bill Knight as the preferred dealer. Even though there are closer Ford dealerships to my residence, I selected Bill Knight based upon on-line reviews and my familiarity with their very nice facilities. I received a prompt response from Shosh Alani. He subsequently worked hard to locate a car that met my specifications and made arrangements to have it promptly delivered to Bill Knight. When I arrived at the dealership, I was very pleased to see a beautifully detailed car awaiting me. The paperwork process was very speedy. Once the car was mine, Shosh took the time to explain and review the cars functions - including Sync, with me. I could not be more pleased with the sales service provided by Shosh. I look forward to my first car service visit with Bill Knight Ford. P.S. Ford, I am very disappointed that I couldn't buy an ST with all of the package upgrades and non-leather upholstery. I would have gladly paid more for a car with an upgraded sound system and Nav system but leather upholstery was a deal-killer. Even the leather-wrapped steering wheel and shifter knob are problematic for me and my wife but this is a problem with the majority of car manufacturers.

This is the second car I have purchased from Bill Knight Ford in Tulsa OK. I previously had a 2012 Ford Explorer and a 2013 Escape Titatium. I loved the escape but it was to small for me. I purchased the EDGE Limited thinking that it would have at least the same features as the previous Limited cars. Wrong!! The MyTouch Sync does not have all the features that the explorer and escape had in fact it is acting like it is a 2012 version stuck in a 2013. The doors do not have auto up/down switch only the driver door has it. I have since contacted the new car department and they have said that the EDGE doesn't have the same functions as the Explorer and Escape and the 2013 EDGE does not come with auto up/down switches. If they new this why wasn't it explained to me at the beginning. To make matters even worst the driver seat does not go down far enough to be comfortable. If I had it to do again I would have never bought this car. As I look back at the purchase everything took place in less than 2 hours. So for those going in looking for a car take your time and check everything out before you sign on the dotted line.

I recently purchased a 2013 Fusion Hybrid. I wanted the Dune color interior and basically all of the options. I could not order a Titanium because it only comes with the black interior. My salesman Shosh Alani was most helpful in configuring the special order and got it placed very rapidly. I had seen on different forums where there are several delays in delivery of the Hybrid due to it being a new model (growing pains), and I was very impressed that Shosh did not try and promise the delivery by a certain date. Other dealers were saying 6 to 8 weeks or 8 to 10 weeks. As it turns out I took delivery of the Auto Show model that had all of the same options my special order had. The car I had ordered is being delivered to the dealer this week. That will be 16 weeks from order date. Another issue was a mis-build by Ford by not installing the correct gear shift handle. Shosh and the dealership agreed to order and install the correct one and after they contacted me, Shosh notified me that Ford had sent out a notice to replace all of the incorrect installs. Overall this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Bill Knight dealership and Shosh Alani if you want a pleasant buying experience.

If you go to Bill Knight Ford for a new car, ask for David McGuire! He is the best salesman and you will not feel pressured at all! He went over my new car and taught me every feature (and there were a lot). Kelly (the manager) was excellent at getting me exactly what I needed to get the right car for us. Bill Knight was present the entire time at the dealership and was so grateful for our business. He came and shook our hands before we left. My husband has a new car from there and got hit by another car, and Bill Knight Collision was amazing at getting his car exactly perfect with all brand new parts. We could not be happier with Bill Knight and his staff!

I arranged a meeting and drove to Tulsa from Norman. I was in and out in about two hours. Mr. Beeman was great to work with and made the experience very easy -- no pressure, just told me what I wanted to know. I got a great deal and good value for my trade in. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, they told me a price of 23,000 for 2013 ford fusion. I agreed got back to F&I and they added 895.00 for gap to my car deal saying I had to have gap my credit union required it. After buying the car 12-31-12 I called gap on 1-4-13 and asked about canceling it and they said I had to do at the dealership and would get full refund. I went up to the dealership 1-7-13 to cancel and they again told me I couldn't bc bank required it. I proceeded to call my bank with Ryan knight in front of me and he said okay we can do it fill out the paper work. He went on to say it would take a couple of weeks to get the check of 895.00 at my house. After 15 calls to all managers and sales rep and broken promises of them calling me back, 3/21/13 I have yet to see my check on the canceled gap that I didn't even need... So interest on 895.00 is not a ton but the good old bait and switch it what this dealership does to remain number one volume dealer! Not number one customer service.. We all know which one of those goes the furthest . (I'm self-employed they can't call my job trying to get me fired ) as of today GM is on vacation and his staff lacks ability to figure out minor problems .

I went to the Bill Knight Ford service center because I heard it was best to go if you are having issues with your Ford vehicle. Man I made a mistake! I have a Ford Escape. The problem I've had is that the Ford would shut off immediately at weird times when coming to a stop or slowing down. It stopped at an intersection which is very dangerous and I decided it needed to be serviced. The towman who helped tow my vehicle to service center saw it was locking up. He was able to get it from locking up so much and said the same thing as I've researched also online about the vehicle looks like a Torque Converter and fuel injectors are dirty or clogged. Maybe damaged thru wear and tear. I told the Service center rep of my issues and that information about the Torque converter also. I was contacted the next day saying they didnt see anything wrong with my vehicle except it needed a tune-up. I asked did he checked the torque converter. He said no and that there was no need. They charged me a crazy amount for a tune- up over 700 bucks and claims they were doing me a favor. I asked how long did this work take. He refused to answer... because the charge for the labor was well over 70% of entire amount . It only took them a couple of hours to complete the work (because they contacted me told me to pick it up few hrs before they began work) but over-charged for labor! I wouldn't recommend Bill Knight Ford to my worse enemy.

We drove several used cars and one or the other of us would like it but none were just the right fit. I had the opportunity to buy a previously owned truck from Harry Birkinsha, last week and was presently surprised by the process. . It took me 3 days to decide which vehicle and where to buy and during this time, I was not pressured to purchase or felt anything less than comfortable. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone looking for a car or truck. Thanks for taking care of me.

My wife and I have nothing but praise for Reuben and the rest of the fine people we met at Bill Knight while purchasing only the 2nd new vehicle we've owned. They worked with us to ensure we had all the time we needed to try out multiple versions of the F-150 and were eager to answer all of our questions and offered suggestions but absolutely no pressure. Our vehicle needs had changed and we were a two-driver family with three vehicles. They made the process of combining two of our previous vehicles into one very nice, comfortable pickup that can do it all. The build quality and equipment options list is incredible and Ford has done it on their own without government assistance. Combined with great rebates we are pleased with how it has turned out and will certainly have Bill Knight on the top of our list when it is time to replace our other set of wheels.

A great car buying experience! Our salesman Dusten Sorensen was helpful, knowledgable and straight forward. We looked at both the Edge and the Escape and had several test drives. We ended up buying a 2013 Certified Used Edge. I liked the fact that our new car salesman could continue to handle our sale on the used car lot and that we weren't handed off to another salesman. Dusten was able to demonstrate all the new features. I liked the no pressure sales technique. There was NO waiting in a cramped room for the salesman to converse with his sales manager. There was no wheeling & dealing behind closed doors or going back & forth negotiating. Harry provided us with the best information & deal to get us in a new car quickly. I appreciated the pressure-free buying experience! Financing was very quick, in fact it was the quickest process I've ever had buying a new car. A lot of technical support offered after purchase for learning the technology of our new car. Thanks!!!!

Could not have been a better buying experience! My wife & I came in on Saturday after visiting 2 other dealerships. We were looking for a 2012 F-150 in red. We thought we wanted the XLT & found one just like we were looking at elsewhere. We drove the truck while Reuben Mitchel got our car appraised. When we returned he had us a quote and a price. We told him & David Skinner that this is probably a good price but we were not sure this was the right truck. We left & ended up at another dealership. They did not have what we wanted but we did get to consider the Lariet package. We called Rueben Monday & asked if he had a 2012 Lariet, he said he did not But did have it and the color we wanted in a 2013. Reuben told us he would get us the discounts that were available on the 2012's on the 2013. We came back that day & bought our truck. We came back because of the way we were treated! A very friendly atmosphere. David Skinner was the best finance manager I have ever dealt with. So friendly and making sure we understood the paper work & we got what we wanted. We picked the truck up 3 days later and Joe Browne gave us the run down on all the tech features. He did a very good job. That was especially a nice function at the close of the deal.

Never used a Car Buying Service Before and was duly impressed by the Professional and Outstanding Service from Bill White and everyone at the Dealership to include the Service Dept. I had bought 5 Fords from another dealer and was worried about making a change. Glad that I did! The Car is Exceptional and that's saying a lot since I had a 2010 Fusion Hybrid.

This was the best buying experience in my 30 years of buying vehicles and my husband worked for a competitor company (GM). Originally went in to Bill Knight Ford to look for my husband a new work truck and ended up seeing the used Escapes and Explorers while he went in to see if the salesman(Doug Lewis) that he had delt with in the past was in so he could talk to him he had already left that day. So i went and looked at the Explorers while I waited for him to come out. I had found one that I had liked and we wanted to test drive it so another salesman got the keys for us and we drove it. I really liked it big change from driving a 2007 Chevy Silverado. We had been looking for a smaller vehicle for me since we are trying to expand our family 2 to hopefully a family of 3 and we wanted something that would be easy to get a car seat in and out and was comfortable and had a nice smoothe ride to it. So we traded in our pickup (which I really liked but knew that utimately that the Explorer would be a better choice for our future with children and safer for me as well as them). The process was really quick we purchased it the next day so that way I could get a few things together. The finace guy and the salesman(Doug) even stayed late so we could sign all the paperwork and I could pick it up the next day since my husband had to work. It has been a really great vehicle so far hoping to get plenty of miles out of it and will more than likely be back in the future to purchase another one. My husbands work also purchased a 2013 Ford Pickup from them a week or so after we got our Explorer for him to drive for work. We had a great experience with Doug! Hope to work with you all again soon.

My husband had been urging me to look a new cars. One Friday evening we stopped by Bill Knight just as they were locking the doors. Dustin Sorenson not only invited us in, but took us out in the cold weather to show us the 2013 Escape. Not wanting to test drive at night, we returned the following morning met with Dustin and drove the Escape. We bought a car! Working with Dustin is great! He is very thorough and very helpful. My family has used Bill Knight for several years and the experience has always been wonderful! Thanks, Dustin! I am loving my new Escape.

Charlie Ortiz is tops! Did a great job of finding my car and getting it as promised. Explained all of the purchasing details and was always available by phone. The finance manager also was very professional and completed a purchase plan at the lowest possible rate. The car was detailed and spotless in spite of the weather. Overall, I am very happy with the experience and the car.

Set out to purchase an Avalon for our company fleet. Was quickly turned off by the south tulsa toyota dealers 'tit for tat' traditional negotiating approach to selling autos. Decided to check out the Taurus at Bill Knight Ford which is where we purchase company trucks. Dee Waid was the rep who took care of me. No pressure, just lots of information, solid answers to my questions, and when I was ready, no nonsense fair pricing the first time. I was not planning to buy a car. I was only window shopping for possibilities, after my old taurus broke down again. After meeting the people from Bill Knight Ford. I had them in mind for my next purchase because of their personable, pleasant, non pushy manner of doing business. In the past when I had questions Harry Birkinsha was always helpful. My good fortune, he was still there. Harry is a great guy, a happy, patient man to answer all my questions, my kind of person because I always have lots of them. He actually remembered me from months before. I had one special car in mind. He made it an effortless experience for me and in two short days I acquired my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid. David Skinner made the financing all too easy, or I would have given up on it. What can I say about JOE the tech specialist, HE IS A TREASURE EVERYONE SHOULD MEET!! He has many great experiences to share from the "stone ages". and more knowledge of technology in the cars than I knew. Thanks Joe! I use my sync app often. Oh and a special Thank you to the door man at the used car offices. I didnt catch his name but he was always greeting me and helping me find my way. Even the tile layer was pleasant. Bill Knight Ford I applaud you all and will always recommend you to everyone, for your excellent and simple way of doing what you do, for everyone. Just bought a new Escape. Charlie Ortiz was great. Bill Knight didn't have one with the options I wanted on the lot. Charlie didn't try to sell me something I didn't really want. He searched and found one that was scheduled to be delivered to another dealer. He stayed in contact with them, picked it up and notified me the day it came in. The pruchasing process went smoothly. The finance guy was easy to deal with, explaining all options without using any "High Pressure Sales" techniques. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Ed Collins helped myself and my business purchase 3 cars in 2010. When it came time to purchase my daughter a good reliable car I contacted Bill Knight ford via the internet. Then Mr. Collins again who I refer to as Ed. Why? Service after sale and not a painful drawn out procedure to purchase. We had made a mistake in purchasing a used vehicle originally from other dealer. Long story short, car didn't make it a year. Fords we have had over the last 20 years last. The service department doesn't mislead you, they want your car to operate in best possible condition without charging for unessary work. Bill Knight Ford doesn't try to hard sell you more than you can afford or need. Looking at actual inventory online and pre-approval saves alot of time sitting at the dealership filling out forms and answering questions. Ed helped us surprise her by having the car in a service bay with the bow on it. She had been repeatedly told by her Dad not to even look at a new Escape he wasn't buying it. The car is the color she wanted and doesn't let even us behind the wheel. Thank you for the good pricing and working with us to surprise our daughter. My husband has even told me to look for a new fuel efficeint Escape for myself. Will wonders never cease, way to go Bill Knight Ford and Ed!

My boyfriend and I went in to look at the Ford Escape. I knew I wanted to buy within the next few weeks an affordable compact SUV. I was planning on looking at other cars, but once we looked at the Escapes on the lot and started talking numbers, I realized that I would by far get the best deal here. I did not feel hassled by the employees at all, rather I felt as if our salesman, Andy, was being rather honest with us - including drawbacks (such as the old version of the Ford MyTouch having issues). They were very easy to work with us, and helped me get the SUV I wanted with the right financing.

Just purchase a 2013 Ford Escape Titanium, and of all the cars that I have purchased in my lifetime this undoubtedly the best experience of my lifetime. My salesman Harry Birkinsha was extremely helpful and helped make the transition a one of a kind. I cannot say enough about Mr. Bill Knight as well as he was very informative, pleasant to talk to, and made sure his promises went through the selling process. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a good deal and no high pressure salesmen that they visit the Bill Knight Ford Dealership.

I'd been seeing glowing reviews of the new Ford Fusion, and wanted to see one "in person". Though I was perfectly happy with the Mercury Milan I'd been driving for 7 years, I was beginning to want a newer car.When I stopped to look at a Fusion on the lot, Chris Wannemacher offered to show me the features of the Fusion. After a test drive, I knew this was the car for me. The buying experience was easy; Chris knew what I wanted, and worked with me to get there. No high pressure (who likes that, anyway?), just friendly polite cooperation. This was a totally buyer-friendly exercise, and I love my new car! (It feels a bit like I'm Captain Kirk piloting the Starship Enterprise)

In my 66 years, shopping for used cars is just below going to the dentist on my list of "do not like". However Tony Breeman at Bill Knight's Ford made it a "painless" experience. I had visited a number of dealers in the Tulsa area looking for a slightly used Ford Edge and was so glad that I stopped in Bill Knights on that cold, drizzly, snowy day. Tony didn't mind getting out in the cold to show me their inventory and very patiently explained all the options on the vehicles that I was interested in. It was obvious Tony had "done his homework" regarding the various options and how they operated. Not once did he look at his watch, answer another phone call, or appear to be focused on anything but business at hand and I certainly couldn't say that about the other dealerships that I visited. Chris Wannemacher was very pleasant to talk to, and very knowledgeable about the product. Ive always hated the whole car buying process, the hassling over trade in, pricing, etc., there simply werent any hassles, and it was just a great experience. We make one stop as we knew Bill Knight Ford and Andy were the only dealers in town that we were willing to work with on our new truck purchase. Worked with Bill White to order a 2013 Fusion in October. It was delivered in recently and we are pleased with the vehicle and the delivery process. The entire team went out of their way to be sure that our purchase experience was first class. The paperwork was explained in detail and the features of the car were demonstrated before we left the dealership. Bill White, the financing team and the technology team are to be commended.

Salesmen Andy Hodges is great. Sales Manager Doug is great. I wanted to trade my 2010 Explorer in for a 2013 model. I told Andy and Doug that I wanted to do so with minimal time or hassle, while being sure to get a good deal. They did so in a manner that made me very happy. I love my new Explorer. Where I was headed is not where I ended up!! My search for a SUV started with "I'm not going to buy new or domestic!" But now I'm the proud owner of a new 2013 Explorer XLT! At the suggestion of my salesman I drove a new Explorer---was pleasantly surprised of how it handled and how quiet it was! And how it compared in price to the used non-domestic vehicles that I was test driving. Dusten Sorensen is the great example of the perfect salesman you would want to interact with when buying a vehicle---he was recommended to me by a friend and I would not hesitate recommending Dusten to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I have not been in for service yet, but my friend also recommended the service department.

Jim has been in my family since my mother was a child. He sold my grandpa all his vehicles, then helped my mom and my aunts with her car, and now this will be the 3rd generation coming to him for a car. My family has always spoke highly of him. We love Jim and will always be part of the family.

My husband and I drove several different cars and were lucky enough to meet Chris Wannemacker at Bill Knights. On our first visit the car we were looking for was just not there, the next day Chris called and said to come in and take a look at a car just off the truck, it was just what we were looking for and bought it the next day. I had been to many other dealerships and was being offered awful interest rates with no incentives. Going into Bill Knight Ford I was immediately offered incredible incentives and excellent customer service. I didn't feel like I was being held hostage by a typical salesman. They were genuine in their approach to selling cars and getting me the best deal.

I don't think anyone dreads the new car buying process more than a single woman. So, I tried to get all my research out of the way on the website which was great. When I actually got to the dealer the guys treated me with respect and I appreciated not being patronized. Tony Beeman was very knowledgable about the product he was selling and handled all my questions with ease. Everyone was friendly and they made the process very easy. I also love my new Ford Edge!

My family business is a construction company here in Tulsa. My brother, sister and I have been looking for more fuel efficiency vehicles for some time. We originally went to Bill Knight Ford looking for Explorers. Bill White from Bill Knight answered my internet request for more information the next day. We did go elsewhere looking for vehicles, but came back to Bill Knight because of the customer service we received. I was intimidated to shop in south Tulsa because of the stereo-type associated with the area, but once there my nerves were calmed. My brother and I went in on a Tuesday looking for something other than an Explorer and ended up purchasing 2 brand new 2013 Ford Fusions! I will go back to Bill Knight ford and I think they offer great service.

Drove a 1996 Ford F-150 for 16 years as my primary vehicle. After 304,000 miles still running strong. Am now retiring it to hunting and fishing expeditions locally. Am really enjoying the Ford Focus I purchased-especially the fuel economy. My wheeln' and dealn' purchases of the past were a nightmare. Not so with BillKnight Ford. I am unable to offer any suggestions to improve on. I would like to brag on employees James Main of finance and Shosh Alani of sales. I have bought new F series trucks for over 40 years and have become set in my ways when determining purchase. One and most important to me is the sales staff. I never stay long at a dealership that is forceful and not up front. I know what I want and have walked away from salesmen and finance officers when confronted with subtle lack of information pertaining to costs. I have know problem with profits and understand where they are made. When Dustin Sorenson met me at the front lot 3 minutes after i arrived I was expecting same forcefullness but was pleasantly suprised. He answerd my questions, and did not try to sell me on something I didn't want. His courtesy and professionalism and honest conversation requires me to recommend him to anyone that asks me. Further,The finance representative, James Main was equally honest and forthright. In my opinion Bill Knight Ford is privileged to have these men as part of their staff. This is more comments on any company and personel than I have made in my life but I am sincere in thought and action and will use this company as long as those traits of character are maintained. I worked with Charlie Ortiz to look at and ultimately purchase a used F150 that was on the lot. He was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. From the time I made my first call (I am from Edmond) to inquire about the vehicle to the day I scheduled to look at it and give it a test drive, I was treated with courtesy and respect and I was made comfortable and given the attention I expect to receive. While visiting the dealership and going on the test drive, Charlie was very cordial, easy to speak to and made us very comfortable with the purchasing process. I did purchase the vehicle I inquired about and they gave me a good deal for my pickup as a trade-in. Everyone I had contact with at Bill Knight Ford was very warm and friendly.

About 6 years ago, I purchased a 2005 Ford Taurus, and have kept up on it's maintenance including tires here at Bill Knight Ford. I have always been treated like royalty here--whether for major repairs or just an oil change. We needed a good truck for our steel fab business. We saw an F150 at another dealership who wasn't even open on a Saturday afternoon. So I called Bill Knight Ford and Tony Beeman answered. I asked him questions, he offered me exactly what we'd been looking for. We came in. I wish shopping for groceries was this easy! I can genuinely say this was the best vehicle shopping experience we ever encountered. He even took the time to school me on all the dashboard gadgets. He had my dusty Taurus washed and my tires aired--something he didn't have to do, but offered out of hospitality. I felt welcome and appreciated, and so did my husband. It's so nice to know that we don't have to shop anywhere else--Bill Knight Ford is home to us now, and Tony Beeman obviously loves his job!!! Thank you, Tony!!!

After getting the run around for over 8 weeks we decided to look online just to see if there were any out there. Bill Knight Ford had a beautiful black Titanium on the showroom floor & Ed Collins came over to show us all the features on it. I thought I wanted a red one but my husband really liked the black one and I liked it too so Ed sold it to us. My husband & I had been wanting a new vehicle for quite a while. We were going to buy a foreign sedan for the low gas mileage & our familarity with them. We felt compelled to buy American this year instead so we did our research and ended up at Bill Knight Ford! From the moment we walked in the door, we had the salesman's full attention and he was there to walk us thru the whole lot if that is what was required. He asked what we were looking for, and got to know me as a driver. We knew pretty much what we wanted but he guided us to my dream car! We purchased from Ashraf Salim, and so very glad we did! He really took care of us, with no pressure to purchase anything! I even slept on it for two nights! Once I called him to confirm I wanted the vehicle, he got with it & had it here ready for me by the end of the next day. Very impressive!! Ashraf stayed with us, explaining how everything worked until 10:15 pm, well after the dealership closed for the evening. We had a great experience and so glad we bought from Bill Knight! Salesman lied to sell us a $55,000 vehicle. When kindly presented by us, the dealership took no responsibility for providing a missing feature. Service department, specifically Charlie Patterson, seems to care only about service he makes money on and the Ford customer survey. You'll be taking a chance to do business at Bill Knight Ford. We've been in their world for four years now. And we are not the picky type.

Twice I have brought my truck out the day before the appointment expecting to get it back the next day and both times they call and they not even gotten to it the day they were supposed to. Once for the air conditioner and this time for the Sync that did not work with my phone.My question is why could they not get to it the day they were supposed to and why wait until late in the day to let me know that it would still be another day before they would even get it in the shop.This is very upsetting. We have bought several cars from Bill Knight and have never had trouble like this before and then on top of that you can't find anyone to talk to complain about what is going on.

I love my new Explorer! Charlie Ortiz listened to what I wanted including options and price then went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for me. He took the time to show me each feature then helped me get everything setup on Sync before I drove off the lot. Charlie was great! My last 4 vehicles have been chevy. I have to say I'm converted!

We bought a Ford 150 XLT Ecoboost at Bill Knight. The experience was the best we have ever had in buying a vehicle. Jack was very helpful without being pushy, and answered all our questions. The financial manager finished the purchase in an expedient and upfront manner. We were able to see every phase of the transaction on the computer screen. It is the first time we have ever bought an auto without wondering later if we'd been taken advantage of. The truck is great! After putting 150 miles on the truck, the average mile per gallon was 22! Wonder what it will be when the engine has been broken in?

I pretty much knew what I was looking for when I got there. Sales guys were very helpful in helping me fine tune my selection, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at. Without much fuss they helped me find exactly what I wanted.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Bill Knight Ford in Tulsa. We located the vehicle on the internet and worked a deal over the phone. We drove over three hours to make the purchase. I think it is important to feel that my money is as important as someone who can pay cash for a new car. The used car sales staff made us feel welcome and respected. I actually feel better about the car deal than I ever have about any other I've had. I would drive three hours again to deal with Bill Knight.

Sales Manager (Doug Winnett) at Bill Knight Ford is the rudiest person I have ever spoken too. He will do nothing to help you out and try to take everything from you. He will tell you to your face that he is making you a good deal and then turn around and call other dealers to notify them that you were looking for a vehicle and give them the price he quoted.He will also call your place of employment and try to bad mouth you to try and get you fired because you told him to his face that you were unsatisfied with his customer service.I will never return to Bill Knight Ford for any reason and I will make sure my family and friends don't make the same mistake I did buy purchasing a vehicle from them.Sincerely,Never Returning Customer

I contacted Bill Knight Chevrolet's sales staff, who were extremely helpful in providing information about my interest in a vehicle. The sales associate made several sensible suggestions which were incorporated into my purchase. The sales, post-sales experiences were both efficient and well explained. The dealership is tops, in my book.

Took my F350 in because of a strange shifting transmission. Was told that I would have to leave it so that they could try to replicate the problem since it was only happening only once a nonth or so and there was no check engine light for a fault code. Could not leave it that day and that evening got online at Ford Truck Forum and within 5 minutes after posting the issue I had 3 responses that there is a TSB that addresses the transmission shift issues.Took the truck back the next day with the TSB info and I was led to believe that the build date for my truck did not fall into the TSB. I then called Ford Customer Service to verify my truck build date, and found out that in fact it did fall in the TSB timeframe. I called back to verify the build date with Mike and then we were on the way to get things fixed.Had to leave the truck overnight as parts had to be ordered. Just picked up the truck and everything seems to be fixed.Wish there had been more of an acknowledgement that I had found the issue with the transmission, and hope that the next folks that bring in their F250 or F350 they can get them fixed without any hassle.

Internet sales person, Brian Wilson, was friendly, professional and competent. I spent maybe an hour including the emails and phone calls to negotiate my purchase and signing papers in person at the dealership. I had spent hours with another dealer in Broken Arrow to negotiate a deal only to have the finance person tack on extra dollars on payment without any explaination. The finance portion of this deal with Bill Knight Ford was incredible. I was offered an extended warranty and the finance manager politely accepted my refusal. A real joy to work with these people.Bill Knight will be on the top of my contact list for my next purchase for my daughter.

I brought my wife's Ford Focus in for an oil change & service. The car was clean when returned and the wait was within reason. I also asked that the left front tire be tested because it continues to loose air. They found the right rear had a nail and repaired it. Found nothing wrong with the left front. Granted, it is a very slow leak as I have to air it up at least once a month.

Had complete opposite experience from above poster. Bill Knight is a stand-up guy who honored his every word in the transaction process. I dealt with he and my salesman, Ed Collins when I bought my pickup. This is the only place to buy a Ford in Tulsa in my opinion.

The owner bill Knight is one of the most arrogant and egotistical people I have ever been around. I would not recommend doing business with Bill Knight Ford to my worst enemy. Talking to Knight was one of the most unpleasant business transactions I have ever done in my entire life. My advice, go elsewhere for Ford purchases. There is pleanty of competition, where the customer with a problem is treated with respect like a fellow human being.
