I worked and internet sale with Chris M. who really made the whole experience easy and quick. When working the deal, Chris was straight forward, knowledgeable, communicative, and easy to work with. Even the financial closing was quick and straight forward. When they say “That’s No Bull” it really is just that. This was the easiest and fastest truck buying experience I have ever had, even during the chip shortage. I will definitely return back in a few years for my next truck from Bill Fick.

My family and I had car problems in Huntsville and we were able to make it to Bill Fick Ford last friday on our way to Galveston for vacation.The service advisors were extremely nice and offered us assistance to continue our trip to Galveston so we could still take our vacation. The service here was outstanding and they saved us from having to cancel our vacation. I highly recommend this dealership and service team!

My husband bought his truck from Bill Fick in 2012 and because of his experience I now take my Expedition here for service work and oil changes. We live in Navasota and I could easily drive ten miles to get an oil change at a local dealer but drive to Huntsville because I can trust the care of their service department.

I took my truck to their service department for a recall. Every other dealership has tried to sell me a dozen other services when I've done this in the past. We just moved to Huntsville and this was my first time to Bill Fick Ford. The service department was GREAT. They were laid back, competent, listened to what I had to say, and so easy to work with I was in shock. They were quick and efficient. There was absolutely no pressure. Seriously, I had to stop and make sure I was at the right place. It was so easy that it was (I can't believe I am saying this about any dealership) PLEASANT! Customers for life now. Highly recommend them.

They where great had broke down on the sidd of the road. They where there in about ten minutes got it started and followed us to the dealership to have itooked at. They let us know in under 30 minutes what the problem was. Gave us a ride home that afternoon. And had the car ready to pick up the next afternoon. I highly recommend Bill Fick Ford.
