I have always dealt with Ryan LIst at Bergen Sales and he always manages to set me up with a reliable vehicle in my price range. Recently scored MY second car from him, plus we snagged two more for the family in past years. And they insist on giving every car a "last look" before it leaves the lot to make sure that everything is as they said it was. Buying a replacement car can be an angst ridden experience for most of us. Bergen Sales and Ryan have always left me feeling treated fairly and angst free. Make them your last stop before you buy from someone you don't know.

This dealer seemed really good and I would still say they are. But after my test drive there was some things that needed to be figured out. However, I never recieved a call back so you might want to take some initiative.

If your looking for a good quality used car, you should really check these guys out. Before coming to them I was very skeptical as I had some previous bad experiences with other dealers who didn't seem to want to deal with me. These folks have restored some of my faith in used car dealerships. After searching for quite awhile for the specific car I wanted I finally found it on their lot. Out of all the cars I looked at from other larger and much better known dealerships, the one on their lot was the cleanest, lowest mileage and by far best mechanically maintained of all the cars I looked into. The salesmen I worked with (Mr. Ryan List) went far above and beyond the call of duty and worked his butt off to get me financed, and all the while was the most friendly and honest salesmen I've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them as all the staff I dealt with were very helpful and more then willing to answer any questions I had. Again I must say, check these folks out, I have a few friends who have bought vehicles from them and they too were quite satisfied. However in my case, the icing on the cake (Pun intended,) was getting to drive my awesome new car off the lot on the afternoon of my birthday.

When you have a salesman like Ryan List on your staff, no way would we go anywhere else from now on. As a single woman, walking into a car dealer is not on my list of "fun" things to do. Although excited and eager to find the best fit, I was anxious and worried on how I would be treated by the "stuffy, pushy sales person". I chose Bergen Sales because they had some of the best deals on Cars. Com. I never imagined I would walk in to this laid back atmosphere where the salesman was polite, helpful and easy going. He was dealing with multiple clients as he was alone on a weekend and I guarantee all felt just as comfortable as myself. I was immediately put at ease about my choices, finances and worries. ANYONE who is looking should at least go talk with Ryan. I can't imagine anyone looking to purchase would choose a stuffy, arrogant suit and tie in your face approach VS the laid back, polite, friendly, treat everyone the same approach. Thank you Ryan. You will always be my first and only stop in the future!

I was trying to do some comparison shopping online before going out to the dealers, so I filled out the form on cars.com to have this dealer respond. They never did...not an email, not a call, not a peep from this dealer. I just bought a car from another dealer yesterday (from Hertz in Webster). They did respond to my inquiry...and they got my business!

Let me just say that Bergen Sales Inc. was a good fit for my situation, I went from dealer to dealer looking for a good buy on a 4-wheel drive vehicle without success. Low ball trade-in offers and verbal wrestling with auto sales associates was pretty stressful. I then went to Bergen Sales Inc. They were not overbearing in their sales approach, They offered me the highest trade in value for my vehicle right off the bat. Yes they do have cars they buy from auctions that have been damaged but they were right up front with me about it. I was able to get a low mileage used car for less than a dealer. They found me financing at a good interest rate. They made sure the vehicle was ready for me to drive.

I took my 2011 Expedition to Bergen Sales after hitting a deer a few weeks ago; Danny, Ryan, Vicky, Zack and Kristen were all very professional and got back to me immediately when I had questions or needed help . They buff / waxed the entire vehicle and detailed the inside. I got my truck back looking better than new, and it was done in 5 days. Best experience ever. Thank you!

i would like to take the opportunity to complement Bergen Sales on the wonderful experience i had purchasing a 2007 Honda Accord. I found the car on cars.com and came out to see it. They have a very large selection of used autos to choose from. Ryan LIst, my salesman was very accomodating. I took the car on a test drive and loved it. Ryan did not pressure me into anything and was very professinal. He wrote down all of my concerns ( which were minor) and they were addessed to my fullest satisfaction. Ryan and Vicky (who handled the papaerwork) treated me as the utmost priority, almost as though i were family or a personal friend. Their attention to detail and my customer needs was exceptional. I will, without hesitation recomemnd everyone to consider Bergen Sales when looking for a used auto. I know i will be back when i am in the market again. with great pleasure, Scott Shade

the 2012 malibu is number 7 for my family, great car, great price, the mileage where so much lower then are other car i could find at the same price. thank you ryan for the No pressure sales help and the small extra thing you did for us. hopefully wont need to come back for a little bit but will send friends and family your way.

Gave me the run around. They did not provide a carfax for the vehicle upon my own research I found it has a salvage title. This diminished the value of the 350z tremendously, not worth nearly what they want. I also could not get financed because of the title issue. Car has low miles but that means nothing with the accident history.

CAUTION caution caution!!!!! I made a deal with a salesperson (Vicki Rodriguez) on a 2011 Ford Fusion at this dealer, four days later after I bought a train ticket to go to Rochester NY to pick up the car, Bergen Auto Sales backed out of the deal. They then offered to sell me the car for $2600 more than what we made the deal for. Told them I wanted to talk to the owner. I tried calling a dozen plus times, but he (Brad Wilcox) will not call me back. Stay away from this dealer!!!!!!

Bought a used car from them, regretted I bought it from them the very next day. There were some visible faults on the car despite them saying they've checked it and fixed it all. Truth was far from that. I've drove up to them 3 times in just one week because my engine light kept going off. They may say they've fixed it, but I feel nothing was ever fixed and all they did was just reset the warnings and hoping it won't pester me again (of course things didn't go as they've hoped). Also watch out at their prices because they are way too bloated. The sales person who was helping me out wasn't being friendly or professional or helpful, but I tried to look past that (rude all together). I'm already selling that pathetic excuse of a car which has been giving me a migraine from the day I bought it. I strongly urge anyone to look anywhere else but here. I will have a hard time sleeping for a while knowing that I lost almost 80% of the value of the car in just one week, but I'm honestly better off and safer without that piece of junk!

On June 20 2013. I had purchased a car from Ryan. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very confident in his knowledge. He kept me updated on the repairs that where needed for the car. He made sure that the car was ready in a timely manner. I would defiantly recommend this company to anyone. Ryan has been a big help and he made sure I left with a smile on my face. I give him 2 thumbs up. I am very happy I went to Bergen Auto. Thanks a million Ryan keep up the good work.

We were really surprised at the quality of the used cars on the lot as well as the friendly, helpful sales staff. We were not pressured at all and were treated as though we had been long-time, valued customers. I was absolutely blown away with how clean the vehicles we looked at were (compared to other comparable used car lots in the area), and was I very pleased with the low price (absolutely no dickering necessary). Our salesman made sure the car met the few specifications we had prior to final purchase and made the process so easy. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to any of my friends!

For many the car buying experience can be a complete nightmare. Buying at Bergen Sales however, was quite a pleasant experience. When my car died over a year ago and I was in the market for buying a used model and preferred to buy from a local dealership, so that when a family friend recommended Bergen Sales to me. They said that Ryan (the salesman) had a great reputation of being honest and would only put me in a car that I could afford and would be safe. As a female, that was exactly what I was looking for in a salesperson. After going and test driving several recommended vehicles, I fell in love with my 2006 Honda Civic. It had great mileage for being 4 years old, was very clean, and was right in my price range. Ryan took care of all the paperwork for me while I was at work and I was able to stop by within days to sign everything and drive off. I had always driven Fords in the past and I could not believe how comfortable and amazing the handling was of the car. I love my Honda and I would certainly go back to Bergen Sales again. I have even recommended several friends and family members already in the past year to go and see Ryan for vehicles.
