Overall, I started out very happy with my conversations with RK Belt and Sons, ordered a trailer from them and felt I was working with a good dealership and trailer manufacturer. They convinced me that they were a quality dealership and worked with a local trailer manufacturer (Finishline trailers) that sold quality products, however, that is not the case I found out. Yes I bought my trailer in 2017 but by August of 2018 I was contacting them about excessive rust on the trailer. They informed me that Finishline Trailers had closed and nothing could be done, however, H and H, opened up in the Finishline building. I owned a H and H trailer for almost 10 years and sold it to buy the Finishline, which they convinced me by saying it was an offshoot of H and H and they built a better trailer, my old H and H is still looks good (my uncle has it) and mine looks like a rust bucket. I reached out to them again recently after a couple of years of frustration and they still won't help. This dealership does not stand behind the products they sell and recommend, so buyer beware if you want after the sale service or any type of assistance from them. I think that go from trailer manufactures back and forth so they can blame it on someone else and not help out the customer if something is wrong. Overall, I would look elsewhere for a dealership that cares about the customer and will help them out after the sale.

Messaged him about coming to buy a fourwheeler. He told me it’s still available he’ll be there till noon. I said alright I’ll be there in around an hour. An hour and seven minutes later he messages me and tells me it’s sold. I was on the way. Never do business there again.
