Hi I can only give great reviews on every purchase I have made. My sales rep Ray Washington has been there thru every step and every chuckle. Eric Oliver is always there to step in when I have questions if Ray is not available. Chad Duke did a great job to get me my Pathfinder which I love.Lamar Williams worked very diligently to get the loan done and taken care of.Just awesomeness in customer care.Cordially,Carla Jones

Sales rep and manager went out of their way to find the exact car that I wanted to purchase. The car that I wanted was not located on the lot so the sales person and manager made a phone call and found the car and the sales person Mr. Johnson drove and picked the car up and brought it to the dealership.

I purchased a car in April of 2016. The dealership let me take the car on an extended test drive overnight, which was nice. Haggling was lengthy, their sales techniques are aggressive, and most of it was directly with the sales manager bypassing micromanaging my salesman. They wanted to claim that my trade in was only worth 3K because of the VW Dieslel scandal (note, I did not have a TDI). Claiming that the value of all VWs had dropped dramatically. Played this card that their computer wouldn't allow for a generated appraisal. However, in the end they did give me 6k trade in value, which was over KBB. But, I had to fight for that. When it came to financing, I specifically stated that I would sign their paper to run credit check run to get a loan going, but i wanted them to only apply to one credit union. I told them that I did not want to have them shop various banks for me and I had already checked out the interest rate with that FCU and knew my credit score. They said that would not be a problem, they can simply reach out to that credit union. Smoke and Mirrors. Lo and behold, I received 20 different pieces of mail from various banks a few weeks later. My credit score went from being 745 to 648 after the purchase of this vehicle. However, I did give my salesman the benefit of doubt for miscommunication with their finance dept.In addition, they described their Jones for a lifetime and carwashes to be misleading. The carwashes were described as a full service car wash. Eh no, not the case in the slightest. Fast forward to servicing. 1st servicing occurred -- I noticed that there was an odd sound occurring when turning the steering wheel at low speeds. The service attendant, casually explained to me, that he had looked it up in their system, but I would have to say the phrase, "it sounds like a knocking" in order for them to fix it. Knowing, that the techs were able to reproduce the sound. (seemed silly to tell me make me say the phrase) He said he'd call me when the parts were in to replace the washers. 2 months later no call, i called back no record of it in the system. Asked me to come back in to show it to them. Came back in, the tech's said, this is normal -- all Rogue's sound like this. Nothing to worry about. So i googled and found a service bulletin "Description: NISSAN: SOME VEHICLES ARE EXPERIENCING A POPPING NOISE WHEN TURNING EITHER RIGHT OR LEFT COMING FROM FRONT COIL SPRINGS AND BOTH FRONT COIL SPRINGS AND STRUT BEARINGS NEED REPLACING. MODEL 2014-15 ROGUE. *PE" and showed it to them. They claimed that it didn't apply to the 2016, so there's nothing than can do. Now that this Rogue was totaled, I want to get another one because of how safe everyone was. But I really don't think I will not be buying from Jones and I definitely won't be getting a crappier interest rate thanks to all of the unnecessary hard inquiries. Free oil changes aren't worth all of this.

I purchased a car on Wednesday 6/8/16 from Ray Washington. The purchasing part of my experience was great. Customer service was great until you actually have an issue. Seems like the managers at the Bel Air Nissan doesn't want to deal with any problems that come their way. When I purchased my Nissan Versa Note, Ray told me that I was required to pay a deposit. I told Mr. Washington that I didn't have that kind of money but that I would be canceling the manufacturer's warranty, extended warranty and GAP insurance on my trade in and it should be close to that. I also explained that it could take 4-6 weeks to do so and that they (your company) would have to hold my check and I would call in to give the approval to deposit the check. Ray told me that would not be a problem to hold the check until I called. I think there was a disconnect between the finance office and the accounting office because my check was deposited 2x in June (2 weeks apart) causing 2 overdraft fees. I was also told that I would get all of these discounts by one of the owners (Brian Kilby) for buying 3 cars previously from Jones Junction, and my first payment wouldn't be due for 45 days. I checked my paperwork and noticed that I didn't get any of the discounts that I was told that I was getting and that my first payment was due on 7/8/16. I had left 3 messages for the Nissan manager Chad, spoke to Chad 2x (said he would look into and call me back), left a message for the office manager Michele Rubino, and left a message for the owner Bryan Kilby to call me and have yet to hear from anyone. On July 1st, Lamar Williams called me and told me that he could fix the due date for me and proceeded to tell me that he would meet me anywhere to sign the new contract. I explained to him that my company closes at 9 and that I could be at a Mcdonalds by 9:30. He said he would meet me there. I waited at the Mcdonalds for 45 minutes before he texted me to tell me to come to Jones. I could have been home in bed by 9:45 if he had told me to just go to Jones in the first place! The reason why I stopped at Jones Junction to buy a car was because I would get free oil changes, and free car washes for as long as I owned the car. The first 3 cars I purchased from Jones went without a hitch but this 4th car has been nothing but issue after issue. The car is great but the customer service is something else. I'm hoping to get this resolved as soon as possible so that I can further enjoy the purchase of my new vehicle instead of resenting it. I believe this will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from Jones Junction. I only gave 1 star because the customer service I received the day of purchase was great and you also have to give a star rating.

I can see why this service department only gets an overall star rating of 2.2. I had to take my 2014 Rouge back 4 times for the low tire pressure light coming on and not going back off. All they would do is add air to my tires and tell me it's because of the weather. No one cared enough to really check it out until I contacted Nissan Corporate. Then I got a case number. They told me the next time this happens to contact Frank (the manager of service). He even called me and told me to do so. Well 3 weeks ago it came back on, so now I will be contacting Frank and drive all the way back out there again and really hope they actually fix the problem this time.

Dominick Avena at Jones Nissan is a class act. My buying experience with him was flawless, more so than I expected. I originally contacted him because I saw a used car I liked on the lot. He called back and apologized because the car was already sold but immediately asked me what I wanted. Though he was persistent, he was very considerate about my time and very personable, even when I disappeared for a few days due to work. We negotiated a price over the phone, one which he worked with me on the entire time. On my way up to the dealership (40 miles away), I was worried that something might happen with the deal. I was also stressed out because of work. He gave me an apple and a granola bar when I finally arrived, and he was still extremely nice. Again, I thought something might be up. It couldnt be this smooth. It was.He gave me a fair trade for my Camaro and hooked me right up. And the Murano I finally purchased had a few upgrades they threw in because there wasnt one on the lot. No extra charge. Nothing. When I went to pick up the car the following day, Dominick made them take it back and wash it once more. He didnt have to. The deal was already finished. Unlike today with a car market filled with sharks, Dominick is a throwback to the 80s and 90s when car salesmen looked out for their customers. This is missing from todays car dealerships. Dominick understands about taking care of his customers, which will earn him my business in the future.I would also like to point out Jay Region at Jones Nissan as well. Hes a super guy who helped me out the following day with showing me the ins and outs of the Murano. Again, a very personable guy who had some great stories to share. He even made sure I had a full tank of gas when I left the lot. I would recommend working with either of these guys.

$200 document fee added when sitting down with financing after I agreed to sale price with salesmanager; this was not disclosed prior to being presented with purchase contract. Salesmanager said it was on their web sit; I told him that was far from full disclosure. The sales manager said they charge everyone and I could just not buy the car.

As you may have heard, the transmissions in the 2013 Pathfinder are completely rotten. We had ours replaced not even 12 months into owning the car. We've still been having trouble with the new transmission. We have brought the vehicle in multiple times reporting the issue, and within 24 hours, they said they've reset the computer chip and it drives fine. Within a week, the Pathfinder's transmission is on the fritz again. Chuck, whom I have learned is no longer with the company, and Carol have never been of any true help. Carol is just a xxxxx. There was one situation that arose that came close to harming my two year old daughter. When I asked what they were going to do about it, they initially didn't offer anything, only following through with a credit towards our next major check up. I have come to loath the brand of Nissan and Bel Air Nissan. We have vehicles from Toyota (Jones as well), and service is always beyond expectations. They always fix what we've asked and will let us know if they've notice anything else wrong about the vehicle and the necessity of fixing the found problem. They've even fixed found problems for us, for free!

The experience started out great with good online communication by Ray Washington that let to a quick close when I came in. It was a little rocky experience in the middle when the dealership was trying to supply the car and could not get the car lined up when they had originally said. However, in the end they threw in an extra incentive, and were able to get me in and out the door to ensure I left a happy customer. I will definitely be doing all my oil changes at the dealership and will recommend to those looking to buy a care in the future.

After purchasing my 2014 Nissan Maxima Sport Edition from Jones, I looked forward to taking part in the Jones-for-a-Lifetime program. My last dealership for my previous car had been in Hunt Valley, so I was happy to work with a dealership in the neighborhood. Unfortuantely, the very first time I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, Jones Bel Air Nissan ruined my faith in their ability to perform a simple maintenance job. The mechanic or technician over-tightened my oil pan plug. Why is this a problem? Because my $38,000+ car, at less than 4 months old, dropped ALL OF ITS OIL in my driveway! Scared to drive a vehicle without any oil in it, for fear of damaging the engine, I had to to have my BRAND NEW VEHCICLE towed into the service center. And you know what the service advisor said? "Oh, we're sorry about that. We put in a new oil pan plug. And we gave a new oil change too"! At no point in time did she apologize for the damage to my oil pan (which they DID NOT replace), she did not apologize for the major inconvenience and she DID NOT acknowledge that Jones Bel Air Nissan was at fault for the improperly installed oil pan plug in the first place. The entire experience was left a sour taste in my mouth. I paid for the Jones-for-a-Lifetime service agreement. Why? They stated that in order to price match a competitors lower, internet-advertised price, the Jones-for-a-Lifetime would not apply to my vehicle. After all of that, and they still can't properly change the oil. Frankly, I have all of my Nissan service performed at a dealership near Baltimore. At least I can trust their mechanics.

Martin treated me as if my satisfaction was the only thing that mattered. He was very personable and geniune. I believe he has the ability to connect with any customer. Gave me a discount. Mechanic was great too...took a test drive with me to try and identify an ongoing complaint of hesitation sound in my vehicle. Very accommodating!

Ray Washington & Steve Zell provided exceptional service in helping me find a new car that would best fit my needs. They answered all my questions & took extra time to make sure that I knew how to use all the features in the car that I bought. They made sure that I had their contact information should I have any additional questions or concerns about the car.

I purchased my Nissan Rogue from Jones. I took my Rogue in for a scheduled oil change. I was advised by a service advisor that I was due for my 90k service. The advisor gave me a list of the recommended service for the 90k Jones for a Lifetime warranty. She gave me the price for the service and told me it would take 2hrs. for the service. Unfortunately I did not have 2hrs available but would schedule the appt for the 90k service soon. She then stated that my Jones for a lifetime engine warranty would be voided since I declined service. I again explained that I would schedule the appt, but did not have the 2hrs required for service available today. She never offered to schedule the appt for me or offer any reasonable alternative, just stated that she was going to void my engine warranty. She did state the the warranty could be reinstated if I had the required service in 30 days. I asked to speak with her service manager. He again stated that if I declined the service my engine warranty would be voided, but i could have the warranty reinstated if service was completed in 30days. So my warranty was going to cancelled because of service that I was just made aware of, could not be completed at that very time. Nice way to provide customer service, do this or else!. After much heated discussion, the service manager agreed to keep my warranty, but it would be voided in 30 days if service was not completed. Again, no one offered to schedule an appointment for the service. I requested a service appt the next week. I am not feeling confident that my warranty is actually still valid, although I did have them make a note on my service ticket for the oil change. I cannot recommend Jones nor will I purchase a car from them in the future.

I took my car into Nissan to have the 100,000 mile check on my car completed. Came to pick up my car later on the day and my jaw about dropped to the floor when they said the final cost for the service was 594.25. All the 100,000 mile service did was cover inspections which by itself was 445.52 and it included lubricating locks/hinges, replace incabin air filter, replace spark plugs and just inspect the rest of the engine. They then charged 82 for the spark plug and 33 for the air filter. Then they wanted more money by telling me a needed a brake flush ($179.95), power steering flush ($189.95), engine coolant flush ($189.95) and a transmission flush ($279.91). But all those apparently could wait cause the major problems was a Oil filter housing O-ring seal that cost $435 and a sub oil pan reseal $281. I left out disgusted. Less than a week later took my car to a local mechanic, those major repairs that jones wanted more than $700 for he only charged me $250. The flushes he said I could hold off for, they were only $70 a piece. Never again will I go to Jones for a major repair, I will only let them change my oil for the lifetime cause thats all they are good for.

There was damage done to my car and this dearlership has refused to fix this problem which is around $500.00. Have tried on several different occasions to have this resolved within the past week and i have been told there is nothing that this dealership can do for us. Which i find very dishearting due to the vehical only having 6,000 miles on it.

Wife brought 2009 Nissan Altima in for oil change, also check engine light on. Informed Bank 0 sensor 1 (air fuel ratio sensor) bad. These THIEVES, yes CORRUPT THIEVES, wanted $689.00 to replace the sensor. I asked the cost breakdown. The crooks responded as follows; $289 for the sensor, $400 for the labor. I googled the OEM part, $94, from DENSO, aka NISSAN. I then located the sensor, its right in front of the engine, no other part has to be removed to remove and replace the sensor. the sensor itself, for those of you who do not know looks just like a spark plug with 1 wire sticking out of the top. I challenged the service advisor on the cost, he said he couldn't do anything. In other words, its standard PRACTICE to STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS. I bought the part from a local auto parts store, videoed the replacement...the entire task took just under five minutes...they wanted $400 for 5 minutes labor...their advertised rate was $125 per hour. I spoke to service manager, Chuck Sansom, stated he didn't want my business any more... no problem. I asked Chuck if I should let his boss know. Chuck said sure and tolsd me his bosses name was Larry Jones. I asked Chuck if he thought Larry Jones would agree with him that losing my business was acceptable to Larry, after all I buy two new cars every three years, I know that's not much, but Im not so sure Mr. Jones would agree with a lying , stealing , service manager that because of him, he would not be the beneficiary of a guaranteed sale of two new vehicles every three years. Chuck gagged...stuttered and said sure ...um go ahead.Bottom Line Jones Junction Belair, MD., would like stupid customers who feel trapped by the service needs of their cars, and feel helpless to choose between driving away to get your service done elsewhere or getting ripped off like a sap from Jones Junction. If they figure out you know what your talking about, they no longer want your business, according to the Service Manager, the owner, Larry Jones fully supports this philosophy...so this is what they get as a consequence...an OUTING on every single rating board there is in the world...and no purchases from me of any new cars EVER. In addition, I have sent the video of the self-repair (with timer clock in video) to the states Better Business Bureau and the States Attorney General...5 minutes work does not ever translate into $400 if your service rate is $125. And for dessert the knowledge of the loss of several car sales from any of my friends and acquaintences from the military who moved here from NJ...we are all interested in who the trustworthy businesses are in this area we were forced to move to...so believe me when I tell you, they are all aware NOT TO GO TO JONES Junction EVER. Good job Chuck! Larry, I might come back, but only after you fire that crook, Chuck and issue an apology to my wife for attempting to rip her off... If this is not reasonable to you then you agree with Chuck, stupid morons are your only desired customers...as you fell most people who come to your dealership are complete morons, so you boldly rip them off through your dishonest lazy service manager

My 2009 maxima was destroyed in a rear-in collision. I went to Jones Junction to purchase another maxima, 2010. I haggled over the price of $24,900 down to 22,000. Later to find out that nissan added 249.00 to the price. Then I explained that the tires on the 2010 was not exceptable. I pplaced a peeny inside the tread of the tire and showed Mr Styon that all of Abarham Lincoln's head was showing. He told me that there was nothing he could do. He stated that the car was found to be legally road worthy by their mechanic. I refused to take the car until the tire issue was resolved. So, I told Ed to have the service department takethe tires off my 2009 maxima and exchange them with the tires on the 2010 maxima. That was fine with Jones Junction nissan, because I had to pay for it out of my pocket. I did not take possession of the 2010 that day because the service department had not comnpleted the tire issue. When I got off work the next day I returned to Jones Jnction Nissan. The work had still not been done on the 2010 maxima. I had already signed all of the documents and my loan was already approved.I should not have had to pay for tires to be put on the 2010 maxima because that car should have had good tires on it already. There is a lot more that I want to say describing the way business is conducted however I'd rather stand in front of a panel who would be willing to listen and do something about it.

I was a little nervous going out to buy my first car. When I got to Jones Nissan I was met by Melissa who put me right at ease. Melissa made the whole day great and I am so excited to be driving my beautiful black Altima! I would definitely recommend Melissa and Jones Junction!

The Best customer service I have ever had. Lamar Williams has sold vehicles to three of my family members, and everyone was totally satisfied with his professionalism and customer service. Recently i traded in my 2012 Nissan Altima for a 2013 Nissan Maxmia, Lamar made my trade in so easy and everything was still in my price range, he really works hard to get you the best deal. Every time i go up there I'm treated like family, i would recommend Lamar Williams to anyone that is interested in purchasing a vehicle.

After spending 4 hours at their Nissan dealership I finally blew my cool. They would not provide me with the price of the vehicle that we could accept. They sent in a woman to try and sell me add on services and told my wife and I congratulations on our purchase she looked confused when we said we did not have a done deal. In the meantime the salesmen said the finance manager would go over the final numbers for the car and they would be substantially lower they the monthly charges he had showed us. When we talked to the finance manager he told us the price would be well out of our price range. We got up to leave and then all hell broke loose. The salesmen came running out to our car as we were getting ready to leave and was begging us to come back in so the Sales manager could work on getting the price to where we needed it. We went back in and the sales manager worked on it for a few minutes and they were still we beyond our price range and by that time I had had enough. Worst car buying experience of my life. Will never recommend or go back there.

My Wife and I traded our 2008 Nissan Quest in to purchase a 2011 Nissan Quest. Steve Was very helpful throughout the week we took to look at the vehicle. Since Car purchasing is so expensive and time consuming, we were not going to rush into a purchase. Steve understood and was there every step of the way. He was not pushing, and did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied. We have three kids, and had to take them with us to finialize the purchase. We have done this is the past at Carmax, Which I would never recommend, since there service is so horrible. SInce our experience with carmax, we only deal with Jones. The dealership offered to have one of the women there watch all three kids while we did all the paperwork, which only took about 30 minutes. This was a huge improvement to the 6-7 hours we spent at Carmax last time. They even went and got Rita's for all three kids! That was excellent service during the sale!! Steve Was honest and did everything he could to get us the best deal and to make sure we were completely satisified. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was good with the new car! We strongly recommend Bel Air Nissan (Jones).

I have been looking for a new car for some time, but was not ready to make a buying decision at this time. Having talked to Steve Pagotto who answered my questions fully without "pressuring" me into buying before I was ready, I decided that when I did decide to purchase, it would definitely be from Steve. Steve Pagotto was courteous, friendly, informative, quick to respond and above all... He was a salesman with "character". Even though Steve could not answer many of my questions, he "immediately" knew just who to call to get the correct answer so that I always felt I had the expertise of the entire dealership at my fingertips with Steve. I enjoyed working with everyone at the dealership and they made my purchase easy and efficient. I will continue to remain a loyal Bel Air Nissan customer and hope to refer future customers to Steve as well. Keep up the good work!

Earlier this year my son (20 years old) bought a car from Bel Air Nissan. The car was purchased on a Saturday and he had to take the car back to the dealership the following Monday. The car had many things wrong with it including brakes, rotors, transmission cables, it needed tires, and the winshield was cracked. The car should not have passed inspection. My son owned the car for two weeks and the car was in the Bel Air Nissan Shop for 12 days. Several times, my son asked if the sale could be "undone" and have his traded vehicle returned to him and he was always told no. After 2 weeks of not having his vehicle he ended up trading the car to another dealership and ended up losing thousands of dollars. The vehicle he traded was still on their lot. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEL AIR NISSAN.

I had a very good buying experience with my sales rep Jason Johnson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and wasn't pushy. The good review stops there. Sitting down with the finance guy I noticed that my price was inaccurate. That is because the sales manager tried to raise it $65 without me seeing it. When I questioned it the response was that that was the lowest price available for my purchase plan code I was using. They eventually agreed to honor the price they agreed to earlier. The following day my battery died on the brand new vehicle. The response was that it was very common with brand new cars and that it just needed a jump. If that is the case why not do that at the dealership. They suggested jumping it and bringing it up to the shop. I did (visit #2 now) and of course the battery was fine. I took the new car on a trip the following day. On the way back I got a flat tire. I called the dealership to see what I needed to do to get it replaced. They said they would look to see if it was patchable and if not I would have to buy a new tire. Now I am getting fired up. I bought a brand new car with every ounce of service and maintenance coverage they offer and the first thing that happens isn't covered. I had to do the research myself on the Nissan website to find out that it was covered, at least partially and had to call to explain it to them. Once that was all worked out I scheduled my visit to get the tire replaced. They didnt have it in stock so I had to have them order it. They didn't know what kind of tire it needed. Guess what, there is only one available for my year, make model, trim. I had to go online again myself to tell them which it was. They ordered the tire and I went to the shop (trip #3) to get it replaced. Guess what. They ordered a tire for a different vehicle all together. I had to come back two days later to get the correct one (trip #4). I couldn't believe they pulled my car off to the side to wait in line for the service at this point. It gets better. In the middle of this I received an email from the sales manager Chad Duke saying that the discount code I was using and had confirmed with them was valid because I suspected it had expired had indeed expired. The kicker is that his email said that I need to get it renewed and bring it to him to avoid changing my price. This is all after I have signed everything. I decided not to send the reply I had typed up because at that point I didn't trust the dealership enough not to do something with my car while they were fixing the tire. So, to wrap this all up. I recommend that another dealership try to hire Jason Johnson and that you don't buy or service your car with Jones Junction. FYI, it isnt any better at Toyota. The sales rep thought the 4 runner was an FJ, and the FJ was a Sequoia.

This is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered and they actually made him a manager. They only show care and concern until the contract is signed and you make a purchase, they are not there with you for the long haul. "Jones for life".... yeah right!!!

Bel Air Nissan is definitely the best place to buy used cars online.
