I received a recall notice from Chevy saying the dealer had parts. I made an appointment, went to Beck,waited for service then was told they did not have the right parts. I will have to make another trip for service when the parts arrive. This is not the first time that this has happened. Not Happy.

On March 9, I had #2 7,500 mile service; Completely outstanding, They also inspected the RECALL sun roof window, and odered a replacement. It was installed on March 24, again completely satisified with the outstanding service.Thanks you again for the fine service.

Went to Becky Chevy after another dealership didn't want to make a sale. Met Holden and a couple hours later I was driving off in a new car. Great staff from the salesmen to the finance guys.

Friendly staff and great customer service every time. The staff gets you in and out in a timely manner. I wouldn't take my car any where else but Beck Chevrolet!

I've been there a few times and it's always a pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly.The waiting area is clean and well maintained with free coffee and donuts! A large screen TV and vending machines are also available

Everyone did a great job. Billy had my paper work ready to go upon arrival. The service manager and tech. took the time to go over my issue and other concerns with me about my vehicle. The cashier was also very helpful. Thanks Everybody.

I was looking for a specific GMC Terrain (Interior and Exterior colors) I found one at Beck. I requested an internet quote and quickly received one from the internet salesman (Chase). After further checking this vehicle was not available. Chase said he would find one. Chase looked from Orlando to Atlanta and finally located the vehicle (south of Atlanta) we wanted. We negotiated over the internet, price, incentives and trade-in. This was important as It was difficult for us to visit the dealership (we live in Ponte Vedra Beach). We had talked to other dealerships in Jacksonville. However, Beck was the only dealer that offered to look for the vehicle we wanted. The others wanted to sell us what was on their lot. We feel we got a fair deal on the new Terrain and a very fair price on our trade-in. The entire sales staff was very helpful. Everyone asked if we needed anything. All offered water. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Beck Chevrolet. We have already recommended them to our friends and neighbors. People in Jacksonville should take the ride to Palatka. It was worth the trip for us. Next time we will check here first.

I worked for a dealer for four years and few have given as good service as I got from Chase. Even when a big issue arose with the vehicle we initially inquired about Chase handled it very professionally and fixed the issue by getting us another vehicle from another one of the Beck lots. Negotiation was quick and painless. Chase ensured we got a great deal. If your in north Florida give Chase and the team at Beck a try. You won't be disappointed. We love our new to us Ram!

I was shopping for a specific vehicle online and Beck Auto Group (in FL) had a vehicle that interested me. During my vacation to FL Gary Fowdy helped me thru the normal drive evaluation and purchase process. He did an excellent job thru the whole process even though it was not the normal process. The vehicle needed some warranty work and since I was returning to Michigan before the work could be completed, Gary stepped up and helped me. He followed up on the repair and helped with the vehicle shipping after the repair was completed. He did a great job and unlike others, the service did not end when the purchase was complete. I will definitely consider Gary Fowdy at Beck Auto Group when purchasing another vehicle!

Gary not only sells you a car and hands you the keys. He goes over every setting on the computer and sets them to your liking. Never has a salesman done this for me. He told me price of the Buick and that was that, unlike Jacksonville dealers who go out of their way to confuse an senior like me.
