We broke down in Pocahontas on a Sunday night and had our truck towed to Baltz. When they opened on Monday, I called and spoke to Larry Busick. They looked at the truck and said it could be done that day. When check out time came at the motel, Larry came to get us and brought us to the dealership. After a short wait, they had us back on the road around noon. Thank you Larry and your mechanic for the quick and courteous service.You made a difficult situation much easier. I hope it does not happen, but if I ever break down in your area again, I would not hesitate to call.

I have been doing business with Baltz for a number of years and on average they work to do above average service to everyone they come across. None of us are perfect and for a business to be around as long as you guys have means that you do work very hard at doing all you can to please your customers. Bought from them before nice lady helped me out got vehicle down to reasonable price and overall great experience. Liked how they were last time so went back, she wasn't there anymore, older guy who helped me seemed like had no interest, kept talking with co workers. I had a down-payment in hand but seemed like had to beg him to even run an application after I bought from them in the past. May go back later and try again but for right now looking elsewhere

we were treated very well felt at home while waiting for the service to be done to our car the car went back for service at the time we were told did not have to wait this team is a five star team same as when we purchased the car from them just a great bunch of folks to deal with if you are in the market for a great car at a great price and followed by great service after purchase these are the guy's you need to see they will put you in one and take care of you after with all service needs they are as willing to help with service as they are to sell you the car.

From the salespeople to the manager to the finance manager, they were all very courteous and helpful. I hadn't car shopped for over 10 years and was a little scared and apprehensive. Everyone I dealt with was honest, made things easy to understand, and even though it was obvious I wasn't rich, they treated me with respect. I am more than pleased with my car, and the dealership.
