My name is Ramon i whent to my local dealer on colonial this my second time going there to finiance my second car. The first time was fast my second its the worst ever. The sales rep was did his best to help me he whent above his manger bob to get the price i wanted after he got me there he took the paper work to the finiancial personal for the final paper work it took about 2 1/2 hrs after we get called in to start singning the paper work there was something wrong with the down payment after it was zero down it showed up on the paper work i was already agrevates with all the waiting in auto nation toyota ft myers fl the finiancial persenal said i could take off half of the douwn payment and the monthly payment will go up i told him you have the paper work that says zerow down he said that the only rhing he could do is take off half of the down payment after that i called my sales rep i asked him to come to the finiancial office he was upset becouse what they have done i got up asked for my old car keys and left itsnot the sales rep fault i told him that but i him i would problably would not go back to that dealer

I have dealt with my local AutoNation Toyota dealership for several years now, and can not recommend them more highly. Service, though sometimes a bit slow on busy days, has always been complete and without any oversights or omissions. Sales has been extremely accommodating and efficient and though I have not felt that they short-changed themselves in the process, I always felt respected and dealt with fairly and with knowledgeable intent.I am pleased with my 2016 Prius, replacing my prior 2014 model. It has a remarkable power and surge despite the fact that the same 1.8 liter engine is provided. The interior is a bit more comfortable, and though not reflecting a substantial upgrade in quality of materials, the electronics and displays are more sophisticated. The power outlets are moved to a less convenient spot on the armrest compartment instead of being under a central unit that was very convenient when using the outlet with a windshield-mounted GPS device. The electronics provides GPS functioning comparable to ones own device. Except for the fact that it does not come with a retractable tonneau cover in the baggage compartment as did my 2014 model, and provides an embarrassingly cheap foldable cover that is entirely manual instead. The rest of the rear compartment is accommodating. Doors require a little greater push to assure full closure, but the touch unlock feature in the handles has been supplemented with a touch locking option also. Overall it lends a sense of increased body, engine, suspension, and drive train quality while not offering greatly improved interior classiness, which to accomplish would likely have increased the cost unduly. It is a fine stepped up vehicle obtained from a first class dealership.

Can't get over how open, friendly and comfortable it was to work with some of the Ft. Myers Toyota team. Charles in financing was awesome. Typically the signing of a new vehicle is as painful as a kick to the face with a steel toe boot but Charels made it more like having a beer with a friend. Jay Richardson deserves a double or triple promotion. Where most people's reaction to faulty, failing crappy computer issues and several other distractions is to loose it Jay held it together. You can see his USMC training in his reactions. He was by far the best sales person I have ever worked with. The promptness of a text from Chris about the breather valve on the rear axle of my brand new 2017 Tacoma TRD OffRoad brought me to the parts department where I purchased some parts and the invintory person I worked with was also extremely pleasant to work with. I can see a great team there at Ft Myers Toyota and I will be recommend the team to anyone and everyone I can. Thank you for the best vehicle purchase I have ever had.

Buying from Ft Myers Autonation was very easy. The sales people were comfortable to work with. They did not pressure me to buy at all! They stayed at the dealership well after their business hours to accommodate my needs. The staff worked well together and made me feel at home. The only negative during the whole process was that the finance department was short-handed that day, so I had to wait a while to get the deal done. Other than that, great overall experience.

We checked out cars online and Victor our Salesman was very nice and gave us all of the information we requested. He kept in touch with us but was not pushy. We finally decided to purchase Camry and love the car. I feel we got a great deal. We gave a down payment but were financing the car on our own. We gave them the down payment on a Saturday, The were putting side moldings on the car so it was not going to be ready until Tuesday. We told Victor we would be in between 6:30-7pm to sign all of the paperwork for the new car and my trade. We texted him when we were on our way. (we left them the title to my trade on Saturday) We got there at 6:45. NONE of the paperwork was ready for us. We sat there until 8:50 waiting for the Finance Dept to get the paperwork ready. No one was very concerned that we were waiting that long. We spoke to a Manager and he wasn't even helpful. FInally we got out of there at 9pm. Friday evening on my way home from work I received a call that they filled out the trade paperwork with the wrong VIN number and wanted me to drive back down to resign. It is 70 miles to AutoNation. I told them to bring the paperwork to me as it was not my mistake. I emailed our Sales Person and he said he just sold us the car this was not his fault. The Finance guy called on Saturday and said he would be at my house at 3pm on Sunday afternoon and never showed and never called. He finally showed up Monday night. Very unhappy with the service. I have never purchased a car and the paperwork was not ready especially since we gave them from Saturday to Tuesday night. Very unhappy with the whole experiance.

I am from out of town and have a screw in my tire which I needed plugged. I was told it would take 2 hours because the computers where down. I called for a ride and then gave my information too Yara. After she informed me I had to speak to specialist about my situation. And sign my paper work, that she was holding in her hand. I asked how long this would take (ALL I need is a plug for the tire! THATS IT). She informs me 15-20 min. (2 hours for the plug and 20 min to speak to the specialist. I didn't know there were "tire plug" specialists. Why?) So I inform her my ride is not willing to wait. 2 other employees proceeded to walk over and rudely explain to me that I can not get my plug until I speak to a specialist. So I inform them I no longer want it. I can't wait that's why I was dropping it off. They all walk away as if I was no longer of interest. Leaving their trash and paper work in my vehicle and my key sitting on the dash without even informing me it was there. I had to remove their belongings and return them and ask for my key. The customer service is SEVERELY lacking at this Toyota. Things could've been handled very differently. I will NEVER return to this Toyota. Good job guys

Worst Customer Service they do not take care of the customers properly. They gave us a run around in reference to our vehicle diagnose. Didn't call us to let us know about the problem. We didn't get the information that we were looking for. Staff wasn't helpful nor informative nor pleasant to us at all. I don't like how the advisors handle the situation. Everything was a great experience except trying to ship my new Toyota from Ft Myers to Kansas City. Lisa was great to work with and very helpful with details about the Highlander. My only disappointment was setting up transportation. Autonation evidently does work with any transport company or at least won't give any recommendations for this service. Lisa asked another former client for contact on the company they used but when I called them, they never returned my call. I was forced to deal with unknown experience and ended up paying $400 more than I thought was agreed to. Vehicle made it here and it's exactly as described.

This is the fifth car we have bought for the Toyota dealer in Fort Myers, FL. It was the First since it became an Autonations dealership. We have been there too many times to count while getting regular service on our last 2 Toyotas (a Camry and a Rav 4, both bought new in 2007. The car we just bought is a new 2016 Rav 4.) so we knew what kind of customer service to expect ad we were not disappointed. Our sales person, Roberta, was wonderful. I met Roberta many years ago when I was just looking at and had questions about new cars (with no intentions of buying, just keeping up on Toyota products) and ever since, she has been my go to person when I had questions about new cars. She was wonderful to work with, has called several times to be sure everything was good with the car or if I had any questions. That has never happened before...not even before it became Autunations Toyota. And we always take our other Toyotas to Autonations for service even though they are almost 10 years old (still doing great) and the service is without question Great.

Like a lot of people I dislike filling out surveys, but I feel that Auto Nation Toyota of Fort Meyers deserves this send off. It was a wonderful experience. Eric greeted us at the main entrance and asked us about the model which we were interested in, then showed us their inventory which was wonderful. The last dealer we went to only had 2 cars in that model. Eric gave us a lot of time and no pressure helping us pick out the car we wanted. When we took delivery of the car, about an hour or so later, Eric took the time to explain all of the buttons and gadgets the car had to offer. He also downloaded our smart phones. By the way I should mention that they beat the other dealer's price by a wide margin.

As I am writing this review, I am still stuck in an unresolved situation. We have a problem with the brakes of our 2003 Corolla that we bought at this place last year. Called Monday evening for an appointment. Got appointment for Tuesday morning at 10:20. Were told on the phone by Andrew Jenkins on Tuesday 4:30pm that they need a part which would only arrive on Thursday. In order to receive the part by Wednesday, they would have had to order by 4pm. First disappointment: Why did he not order before 4pm? He had the car in the morning at 10:20! The situation is that we live most of the time in Canada and our son with 4 friends is in Florida for a one-week vacation and no access to rental cars due to their age, so they are stuck without a car. That situation was shared with Auto Nation on Monday already. So we already lost one day due to them not ordering the part in time. He furthermore said on the phone on Tuesday, that as soon as the part arrives on Thursday, they would work on it immediately and it would take 2 hours. So getting the car on Thursday instead of Wednesday was a blow, but what can we do? Today is Thursday and I called at 9am to get a status update. I was told Andrew is with a client and would return my call within the hour. I called back one hour later since I had not received the call back. I was then told that he is still with a client and would call back. Another hour later my husband called and was told that Andrew is not in today until Sunday!!!! We were also told that the part has been received and "somebody should work on this" and that we "should give it a day". When we ask to speak to the manager, we told no-one is there. This is unacceptable and not the agreement we had! The 5 young people lost already 3 days of their one week vacation. Auto Nation service does not keep their word! They keep changing their story and blow us off on the phone, refusing to connect us with a manager. The biggest disappointment I ever had with a car repair service! And I am person who usually writes positive reviews...

I found a truck i wanted to look at on there website. While looking at the truck Mr. Edwards approached me and my family. Very friendly and polite introduced himself and asked if he could be of help. I asked him if i could look inside of the truck and he went and retrevied the keys. He told me about the truck and was not pushy or arogent. After looking over truck he asked if we wanted to test drive it. Afterwards i liked the truck and since i was there for that truck we started the paperwork. Mr Edwards was very helpful and family oriented he made sure we were conformable and keep us in the loop while paperwork was being done. My experience was great and would recommend talking with Mr Edwards.

Erik is AMAZING! He always has my budget in mind with no pressure. He is extremely knowlegable and patient and works to save me money. He keeps me in the loop on everything via either text or calls and has brought me into the family there. I just had my water pump and drive belts replaced and two tires put on...my car had to be towed in due to water pump failure)...he took care of me and my end price was less expensive than another trusted shop my family and friends have taken their cars to. I am a firm believer there is such a falicy in the dealers always being more expensive. Why chance it with a tech who is not up to date on all the new tech, factory training and knowing these cars like the back of their hand, as well as easier access to the right parts? I will ONLY EVER keep Erik as my advisor, even though my little Scion is the only car in the truck/suv section of service. I go where Erik goes. Thank you autonation for having a team member like Erik.

I was driving a 2005 Avalon that I had 125,000 miles. It was still a great car, but I thought it time to replace. My wife and I came in to look at the 2015. Joe Collins was great to deal with. He showed us the available cars, and we decided on the car I wanted and he was able to deliver the price that I was comfortable with. At the time of delivery, he thoroughly went over every aspect of the car. He has followed up with me on several occasions to make sure I was still happy witht he car: I am more than happy. Being that our 2016 Camry is brand new, I haven't been able to check out the facilities as much as I'd like to have but I can tell you that being on 36+ acres, it is extensive.Although, as I said, our car is brand new, I do have to bring my car in for an adjustment to the car's "Bluetooth" system as it shuts down unexpectedly several minutes (at best) after initiating start-up. I'm hoping it's a minor adjustment.As far as our experience in purchasing our 2016 Camry, I couldn't have been happier. Great price and not much haggling as with my adventure at the Toyota dealer in Sebring.! Great ride, nice and tight, handles well and I really enjoy the sequential shift option on the automatic transmission.Our sales representative, Tania Clements, was outstanding in answering all our questions and concerns!!

I came in to have my Corella service n left w a brand new 2016 scion IA. Wasn't expecting it. They did everything to get me our of my 2012 manual corolla... Which I've tried to get out of for 1yr due to extreme back problems which made it uncomfortable to drive. They managed to lower my interest from 12.9to 1.9. They were awesome, got me in a brand new scion which I absolutely love. No pressure n understood my situation. I recommend auto nation to everyone. They are very profession but not pushy. Was offered a car on new car lot at zero percent financing; could not happen as it was purchased and return in one day with only 100 miles on it -----so it was used. Suddenly zero percent financing ended. Then there was the agreement and let's go across the street to the used car dealer to close. Over 1.5 hours later I finally completed the purchase. The car is a great buy as I was able to take advantage of another's loss. New 2015 with lots of extras at a used car price. I am now hoping that the service will make up for the inaccuracies of the new car purchase experience. We will see...

We just wandered in on a rainy Sunday afternoon. We sat down FIRST with the salesman "Dallas", who was polite, funny, well mannered, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable about every detail. After discussing our needs and he walked us right to the perfect car.The manager came over several times just to check on us and did all the Financials extremely fast, He was also very polite and extremely pleaseant tpo deal with. They both made the whole thing fast, easy and gave us the word on keeping costs down--Every detail, insurance calls, tags, folow up detailing was done, I totally dislike car shopping but this was an extremely stress free fun transaction. Some mix ups when doing the paper work that were pretty poor. Don't like that they basically force you to take some way overpriced dealer installed options. They are supposed to be options not mandatories. Got charged for lifetime nitrogen and couldn't get it taken off because they had allready put it in the tires. So now after interest im paying hundreds of dollars for nitrogen in my tires!? Love the car and my sales man was great Chris Munn

Came to AutoNation Toyota, Fort Myers on a Sunday with my girlfriend to purchase a 2015 Scion FRS the day I graduated from college. I was passed on by two male associates before Roberta Billing came and introduced herself. She was the most accommodating and friendly of any car salesman I'd ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and she helped get me exactly the car I'd wanted. It wasn't like talking to a salesman at all. The color I wanted wasn't on the lot, so she set up a dealer trade and drove herself the next day to Miami to pick it up for me and drive it back. Through the entire process, from the first day at the dealership, until a couple days later at signing, she text me updates on where the car was and when it'd be ready for me. Additionally, she's kept in contact with me regarding the car, even after signing, to ensure that I am satisfied with the purchase or had any additional questions. Long story short, if all the associates at the dealership were as accommodating and sincere as Roberta Billing, I'm sure you'd sell a lot more cars.

I bought at Toyota Avalon XLE Touring, and enjoyed the whole experience. Paul was the first person we met at the dealership, and he took us on a test drive and explained the vehicle to us. He was very well informed and personable. We had our minds made up about the car, we only needed to make the deal which was relatively painless. No high pressure there at all. I visited Auto Nation Toyota in Fort Myers to accompany my sister in leasing her first new vehicle. Her sales person, Kris Temkin was very helpful and knowledgable. They got her into a new Corolla, and as they finished up her deal they asked me what my car situation was. I let them know that I was currently leading a Toyota and my lease was up in a couple months.I wasn't shopping or planning to get a new car that day, but it was too easy. I previously drove a Corolla and I was looking to get into a more spacious SUV, but I wasn't interested in the Toyota SUVs. Kris mentioned the Scion XB, which had the space I was looking for in an SUV, but was more my "style" than a RAV4 or 4Runner. He took us for a ride in the XB over to the lot where my sisters new car was. He was very knowledgable about the car's features from handling to audio features and everything in between. I really liked this car. It was exactly what I wanted. I didn't have time that day to test drive the car, but I asked Kris to run some numbers and let me know. Ryan Barnstead, the sales manager, sent me the numbers the next day, and they managed to get my lease payments to what I told them I was willing to pay per month, and without a down payment! I couldn't believe it. It seemed too good to be true. I really wanted a white XB with all tinted windows, but I knew the dealership only had a red or black in stock. All XBs come stock with tint on the back windows, but not the front. Ryan told me not to worry, he would get me a white one and have the windows tinted for me at no addition charge. What?! Too cool. Long story short-ish, I got the spacious car wanted, in the color I wanted,, with the features I wanted, at the payment I wanted, with no money down. The sales and payment processes were easy and stress-free (mostly), and I have no complaints at all. Kris is an AWESOME sales person with a passion for what he does, and really made sure I was happy with my car before I drove it off the lot. He's reached out to me since I got my car to make sure I know that he's there to help me, if I have any questions or concerns. Thank you, Kris, for helping me get into a car that I really enjoy. Thank you, Ryan for working out a deal for me. And thanks, Zeke (finance manager), for making the signing quick and easy. I will definitely be referring my car-shopping friends and family in SWFL to Auto Nation Toyota Fort Myers! :)

We drive north once a year and take two or three other trips annually -- the car had 90,000 miles on it and we were considering to replace it with a new Prius soon but not immediately. We drove home with our new car. The salesman followed us to our home to pick up a check for the purchase. We exchanged our old for new in about half a day.

Three very important AutoNation folks made this the easiest, quickest and most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. First, Natalie Pyka responded quickly to our initial inquiry about the car buying service thru USAA. She took the lead and guided us through the initial stages of this process, including confirmation of price and availability of our chosen vehicle. It was very painless and almost effortless on our part. We were then connected to Blair Roskow at Ft. Myers AutoNation. Blair greeted us in a very friendly, professional manner, showed us the car, went with us for the test drive and explained every feature of the vehicle. He is obviously familiar with the Toyota product and it showed. Our finance experience was smooth and seamless with Norma stepping us thru all the final paperwork. We initiated the entire process about noon on a Saturday and drove home at about 5:30 PM the same day. I can't imagine anything faster and more efficient. A great AutoNation team all the way around. Outstanding service at AutoNation. I made the rounds of dealers, looking for something smaller than my Outback. Zack Bolling, my salesman, spent about a half hour on the phone with me when I made the initial call to AutoNation to ask about their inventory of Corollas. I drove to Fort Myers because they have a big inventory, and Zack listened to all my priorities, patiently weeded out models that would suit me, and gave me a lot of comparative info about the Accord, the Jetta, etc., which saved me a lot of time. The prices on the Corollas were so good that I upgraded to a Camry and couldn't be happier. Plates, insurance, everything was done in less than an hour and off I went in my new car. Buying a used car in not my favorite thing to do, it's right up there with visiting the dentist or having a colonoscopy, But not this time. My salesperson, Skip Sinclair, was very helpful, honest and sincere about his job. He did his best to make a day long task enjoyable. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a good used car. The only negative was the length of time it took to do the paperwork. If they can streamline that process I would give them 5 stars. I have gone over 500 miles and the wheels haven't fallen off yet! :-)

I just have to let people know, I purchased a car at Palm Auto in 2012, and they treated me very badly I turned around and traded it to Auto Nation within 1 month, because it was so bad, and Palm would not help me. I have always been treated with kindness, and great service, so i just went back to Auto Nation to see how much I could get for my 2012 Rav 4. I worked with Joe Wright in sales, and Martin in financing, and they gave me a great deal on financing on a 2015 Rav 4, so I am very happy, always professional people.

Over all my experience at Autonation was average. We do love the vehicle that we bought, and I am satisfied with the price. However some of the service, repair issues were not handled as professionally as would have expected. A few minor repairs needed to be done and I have yet to hear from anybody on getting them repaired. These were issues that the sales person was aware of at the time of sale, but were dismissed as nothing major. I know it is a used vehicle and they can't know everything but there was a warranty with the vehicle, (which just two days after the sale nobody seemed to remember I had!) They worked with me on the price but there was some confusion between the sales people and the finance office requiring a down payment that I did not initially agree to. My experience was average but not outstanding. I did expect a little more service out of the whole deal.

I recently traded in my 2010 prius for a brand new 2014 prius. My sales man was Jesse Hardee. He was AWESOME. He was new so you could tell he was very eager but he was not pushy at all. Upon getting to the numbers game his partner Nick Mundo came over to help and he knew alot more than Jesse but he was just as laid back which was surprising for a seasoned salesman. They made everything work out for me and I have been contacted several times by jesse to make sure I love the car. I cannot say anything better about the place or staff. Great place to buy a car. The staff was very friendly and and willing to go the extra mile to make a deal. The only bump in the road was the very last person that I dealt with (Norma) She was very upset and very cold when I did not buy the extended warranty. Calling me irresponsible for not doing so. I understand that it's part of the car buying process but i feel that you shouldn't call the buyer names in fromt of his or her spouce. That said I love my new car and I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

He worked with me on price, patiently showed me all the features of the car....and that's not all! The buying of my new RAV4 Limited was a process which followed what I though would happen. The sales person, Roberta Billing, made the appointment time, was ready to go through my needs for the car, showed me the car that fulfilled those needs, had me test drive the car, and then worked with me to satisfy the financial requirements. Once everything was worked out she went over all or the various options and how they worked. The next day after I had the car she called to see if there were any questions and in fact one area that I was having a problem she talked me through a further understanding on how it worked. I had the happy experience of working with her when my wife purchased her car a year ago. I have since recommended her to other friends of mine knowing that they would be well satisfied.

2014 Toyota Corolla - Love this car. This is my third Corolla and I have to say that I'm impressed with the quality and resale value of this car. There are only two things that could have made this car perfect. First and most important to me is the auto headlights (or lack of). This convenience, in this day and age, is to me a standard. Headlights should come on and turn off automatically. Once you have this, you NEVER want to go back to manual operation, and this is not an expensive cost to incorporate. Second, is a sunglass holder built in. This is Florida and this is a necessity. Again a low cost accessory that was missed. This can be fixed by myself, but is an inconvenience. The first, is not fixable and a slight annoyance. Last but not least, make the floor mats standard guys. You got an excellent product, why make a buyer leave the lot without floor mats? I would recommend this car to ANYONE. Love the extended range of this car too. Great mileage!

I have never experience worst customer service, unethical, missinforming, an unprofessional staff. The sales representative missed informed me throughout the whole purchase experience. I left the dealer thinking all the paper work was done, when in fact I received a phone call 2 days after informing me that the deal wasn't final it was still pending the banks approval. I was going to receive a military discount but, I had to use there Finacial department in order to receive it. Using a different loan company doesn't entitle you to the military discount. This is something that should've been explain in the beginning. All this dealership cares about is selling cars, customer service is the last thing in their mind. Good luck. I hope you don't make the same mistake I did. And don't purchase a vehicle from Auto Nation Toyota of Fort Myers in Florida.

Rick Sanetti Helped me and my wife get into a van that was normally priced well beyond our price range. Unusual that a sales person would allow me to beat him into a lower price with his own arms and then thank me for it. But Rick was a no nonsense kind of negotiator. 40 minutes was all it took to close the deal. And my Toyota Sienna was mine for about $7000 below NADA. In fact the Credit Union almost didn't give me the loan. They thought there must be something terrible wrong with the van to be that much below NADA. So they had to do their own investigating. Needless to say, everything was cleared by the bank in the end and we got the loan. I was able to afford a chariot fit for a Queen for my wife. She is so happy! Thanks Rick, and thanks to your manager as well for signing off on this deal. On another note, when I took it home there was one tire out of balance. I took it back the following day and they balanced all 4 tires. Then the Service manager said he needed me to drive it with him on the highway to ensure there were no other problems. He said he didn't normally do this, but because we have only had the van for 1 day, he felt obligated to ensure it was 100% OK. I left feeling that these folks really do care about customer service all the way around. With people like this, Autonation Toyota in Ft Myers will be in business a long time!!!

This turned out to be a very satisfying and enjoyable buying experience which comes primarily from the attention and professionalism I was treated to by Glen von Skal, my salesperson. I especially enjoyed his wife's Key Lime cake/pie!!! That aside, Glen provided me with great service, helping me find and get exactly what I wanted. I am a retired car dealership manager from up north. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle. I have been on the sales side for over 30 years so trust me, I know what to look for. We visited some other Fort Myers dealerships and I was frustrated in their lack of courtesy and respect. We went to Auto Nation and were greeted by Alicia S. I told her about my background in the car business and that I was ready to purchase if there was no nonsense. After finding the vehicle we wanted in inventory (a Rav4), she brought over the sales manager. He was courteous and respectful. The deal offered was fair to both the dealership and us. We drove away in the Rav4. After this sales process, I also have confidence in the service department. Sure, they are a big dealership, but as a customer I was made to feel welcome and appreciated. Don't listen to some of these negative reviews. Auto Nation is a great place to do business.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. 5 trips to dealership to purchase it, saleslady smelled like a bar at 2am, service to car never got done that was supposed to be done, so I had to get it done after I purchased it, went through 3 different sales people and 2 finance people, was very disappointed, will never go there again.

I came into the dealership to Try and work a deal on a New Toyota Tundra Double Cab with Long Bed, they showed three of them on their website and when I got there they didn't have any, my salesman was in-experience and I could tell that right off the get go. So they showed me other trucks and I told them that if I was going to Trade in my current Toyota Tundra I want a long bed, so they found a long bed at Stadium Toyota in Tampa, and they tried to negotiate on a price and wanted full sticker price yet when the ones on the website showed over $5,000 off. So they could not get payments to work and I left then they text my cell phone with a new figure so I accepted and ask at a few times that they will do those payments, oh yes. This was on the weekend so on Monday I never received a call so I called and asked what is the deal and I got told I could either pick it up Tuesday or Wednesday I told them Wednesday, which I figure gives them time and it was Wednesday afternoon I told him. I get a call Wednesday confirming and I come in on Wednesday afternoon, they still detailing it which I thought should have been done already. Anyways I sign new papers and wait for finance guy and he comes and says that they can't do the financing at the payment at that point I almost got up and left he said they will fix all that. I wait and wait then they take me to finance guy and he has everything bundled and I truly don't know if they met what I agree to or not and they were insisting on extended warranty. I got it, and I regret it sometimes and not but I decided I am going to keep it. Then I get the truck and get it home and the sticker says that the Truck is supposed to have a 4 piece connectivity package and did not so I called salesman and said that its the USB port and Aux port for the Radio, and I told him that it clearly states Connectivity package 4 piece, USB car charger and three USB cables 2 for apple phones or devices, and mini USB for other types of phones of devices. I will get back to you and he left a message stating the manager said it just USB port and AUX port. So I decided to call Toyota and they contacted David Sales Manager and I had to call him afterwards and I did. In the meantime I called the Finance Manager to cancel my Extended warranty the day after I got my truck and he said I can't cancel there is a prepayment penalty and I have to wait seven months. SO when I called David I talked to him about the connectivity package and the extended warranty, and he said the connectivity package should be in the glove box, I told him that was the first place I checked and it was not there and neither was the harness for the trailer like should be there I thought and he said yes. Like I told him the manual was not in there either it was in the center console he said they would get it ordered and I should get a call Tuesday, Tuesday came and gone never got a call I waited till Friday and I called him, the Trailer harness came in not the connectivity kit so he said next Tuesday, Never got a call so I called him Connectivity did not come in so he said he will give me a call back he did and pulled a connectivity package from another car and I came picked up both items then I went to Finance Manger Lance and he was not in, I called Toyota Finance Already too and there is no prepayment penalty for cancelling so I was prepared, but I finally decided to keep the extended warranty but I am still Mad that Lance would lie to me over the phone. Lastly I called this weekend to see how much they would charge for window tint and they told me they would have a service advisor call me back this was on Saturday April 12,2014 it is now Tuesday April 15, 2014 and I still have not gotten a call back and I am not calling them. All in all I am happy with my truck and but I think the Customer Service from the Sales end is horrible and hope that the Service side is better. Communication is probably the worst thing there lacking in.

Well, if you are in the mood to be jerked around and poor customer service than this is the place for you. We bought a car from them on a Tuesday and were told that it needed to have some work done. We were told that it would be ready by Thursday. Thursday we call to check on the car and it is still not ready. Friday comes and the story is the same, part didn't come in and it won't be ready until Saturday. This is completely unacceptable but unfortunately nobody there cares. The used car dealers are used to dealing with people with terrible credit and because of that they treat everyone one like a scumbag. I would highly suggest going somewhere else. So far this has been a horrible experience.

The 2014 Toyota Avalon by far exceeds to the 2014 Lexus ES 350. Warning! The staff at the Lexus dealership In Fort Myers, FL are extremely rude and disrespectful. Once my wife and I mentioned to them that we were also considering The Toyota Avalon, they basically gave us an ultimatum. Take their offer right then or it won't be available to us if we decided to return. In other words: Don't come back to us. But on a brighter note, we love The Toyota Avalon and would recommend it to anyone!!

Excellent information and communication on line in anticipation of coming to AN Toyota. My wife and I drove 35 miles up from Naples to look at the Buick I had researched on line. It was beautiful and beyond our expectations. We agreed that night to purchase the 2008 Buick Lacrosse and agreed on a probable trade-in value for my 2000 Chrysler Sebring JX I. We agreed to come back Saturday afternoon after 12:30 PM to complete the paperwork and the deal. We gave Mr. Young a check for $1000 deposit on the Buick Lacrosse. We did arrive at about 2 PM Saturday. As on the prior visit we were cordially greeted in the parking lot and escorted to our salesman, Jeff Young, who also cordially greeted us and took us once again to see the freshly cleaned Buick Lacrosse. We were then invited to wait until one of the finance managers could complete our paper work. We were offered coffee, chairs, a large screen TV to watch, and we waited and waited and waited and waited. Finally we asked if we couldn't leave to go to a local shopping mall to get some food and put in some time and come back. We were advised that if we did leave we would lose our place in line and it could be as long a wait again. After about 75 minutes, a finance person came out to us to confirm some information that had already been provided twice, and disappeared. We both suspected that was to try and appear as though something were happening. After another 35 minutes we stood up to walk out and were advised that we were next in line and in fact could go in with a finance officer. At that point multiple copies of multiple required sheets of paper had to be printed, signed, photocopied and stacked in place. This took an additional 35 minutes. It had been my expectation that between Thursday night and Saturday afternoon the completed stack of papers would be in my file, we would walk in and fairly quickly signed documents medial car and drive away and the new car. The absurd delay came within a few minutes of terminating the deal. We were literally ready to walk out and drive away her old car out of the frustration of sitting around waiting. The waiting room was so cold, my wife and I took turns going outdoors just warmup, take the chill off. At least once or warmup trips outdoors overlap one another and my cell phone which had been stored in a duffel bag on a table in the waiting room disappeared, never to be recovered. Every thing about this experience on line was perfect. The original visit went very well. The salesman, Jeff Young, was very knowledgeable about car, knowledgeable about cars and car dealership in general, and an enjoyable and helpful companion on road trial. He engineer the entire deal very smoothly and professionally. Obviously, we feel that the final paperwork should have been performed much more expeditiously!

I was just in to service my 2012 Tundra. I love my Tundra, in fact it was my second from Auto Nation. I only use it on weekends and vacations, barely had 20,000 miles in over two years. My wife will not drive it because its so big. My daughter is 14 now, we have been planning on giving the Camry to her when she turns 16. Yes the Camry is my wife's second Toyota from Auto nation. Just playing I started looking at Highlanders and 4 Runners. I tow a motorcycle when I am on vacation, so with a little help from Angelo Adamcyk a very nice young salesman we found a 4 Runner that fits my needs. I drove it home that evening, just that simple. What a great vehicle to have for vacations, and the wife loves it. When my daughter turns 16, my wife can have the 4 Runner and I can get a new Tundra. We have both been doing business with Auto nation for over 5 years. Never had an issue with Toyota, service at Auto Nation, or purchasing from Auto nation, I guess that's why I keep going back. A car accident got my car in this collision center via Allstate insurance. I was promised an estimate, never got it. After 2,5 weeks I was calling for state of work and of a sudden right now was received the part. Another week passed I called again Allstate and was told they had left a message for me. I did not have a message. I called in and was told the message was 30 minutes ago on my phone. There was no message. The repair was done next day but since the alignment had to be done by Mercedes they could not finish the car drivable. The bill is $ 820. I arranged an appointment with Mercedes for next day 1.30 pm and told them. An hour later they called me that the car would not be available before payment and the bill is $ 960. I told them Allstate pays, they didn't car. I called Allstate and was told they sent two checks to Toyota, one $ 860 and another one $ 640. So I thought this would be fine now. Next day they called me that the car is ready but I have to care the towing. I told them there is enough money. Nevertheless I ordered roadside service from Allstate to be there at 1pm and so was I. What was not here was the car, which they said smiling they have towed it already to Mercedes. I will never enter this service shop again, and I do not think that I would by free will get a Toyota.

I ended up buying a fully loaded Avalon, thanks primarily to Vincent Munno (Vinny). Vinny and the other sales and financial personnel were very friendly, gracious, answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and did not put on a "full court press," as salesman at some car dealerships do. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, I love the car, and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to others.

I stopped there to look around at trucks after going to Chevrolet and being ignored by their salesmen. Paul Marietti came out and greeted my wife and I, explained to us the difference in models and showed us a Sequoia and a 1794 Tundra. We struck our great deal on a new 2013 Corolla over the phone with Tania Clements - easiest negotiations ever! Tania went over the top to make us happy with our purchase. The dealership also arranged installation of cruise control at their price rather than the more costly retail price. The only complaint we have, which caused the lower rating for customer service, was that the sales manager promised us one thing for the cruise control, then came through we something that cost us out of pocket. We've not had repairs on our new Corolla yet, but all of our Toyota vehicles are serviced at AutoNation Toyota, Fort Myers, FL and we're always pleased.

Car Taken in for repairs on 6-6-2013 Car needed $1500 in repairs which was covered by a 60 warranty. (I almost didn't get this car/ at closing the MGR said that the Salesman could not give a 60 warranty on an older vehicle) This was the ONLY reason I decided to buy from Autonation! In calling to speak with Mike Saenz ( found on this review board) I was told by the Secretary that I had a Protocol to follow. I thought I was calling Autonation, not the CIA, but ok. She said I needed to speak with a service manager. Sean (Service Manager) Called 9-5-2013. Nothing of any resolve came from this conversation except his wise guy remarks about the check engine light coming on for more reasons than the first problem that I had. I have owned pre-owned vehicles I am %100 aware of that! I have NEVER, EVER bought a pre-owned car and had these issues within the first 6 months to a year, let alone once a month for the first 3 months! I bought this car because I needed a SAFE, RELIABLE CAR. My spouse is in Afghanistan I need to be safe when traveling out of town and realistically if I had the money to blow on car repairs I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED A NEW CAR TOYOTA!!! I have taken the car to my MECHANIC and the repairs will be done by someone who has my best interest and that I CAN TRUST! I really wanted to like this Dealership (I WAS WARNED) but INTEGRITY speaks in VOLUMES!

I purchased a used car from Autonation on 5.25-2013. on 5-28-2013 Check engine light came on. I highly REGRET not returning the car at this point! Car Taken in for repairs on 6-6-2013 Car needed $1500 in repairs which was covered by a 60 warranty. (I almost didn't get this car/ at closing the MGR said that the Salesman could not give a 60 warranty on an older vehicle) This was the ONLY reason I decided to buy from Autonation! I went and test drove an avalon. After that I asked the salesman to make me a good deal on a lease. He shows me his calculations with different down payments going from $ 4000 to $1500 and monthly payments for a lease close to $1000 to $1300 ! Either the sales people at this dealership think customers are idiots or people that to go this dealership may really be simpletons if the sales persons are quoting such ridiculous numbers. At the higher end of such quoted prices you can get a $100, 000+ maserati and with lower payment that this sales person quoted, a top of the line jaguar can be leased. I just walked out because it was a waste of my time at this dealership. There are several other dealerships where sales prices are within reason and sale people deal with you respecting your intelligenc as a customer. Don t waste your time. P.S. Since this dealership is part of autonation, I mentioned to this salesperson that Wayne Huizenga may be one of the owners of auto nation. The sales person vehemently denied that Huizenga was. I double checked. Huizenga is.

We've bought 2 cars from Ft Myers Toyota within a year. Great prices and car selection. I would highly recommend and I do recommend going there if you need a car. Their maintenance dept on the other hand was not up to par. When we bought our second car they gave us our first free oil change. They called and reminded me that I have a upcoming oil change. When I arrived they had no idea I was coming; it took 15 minutes or so before they got me back to do a oil change. They rotated and balanced my tires. Three days later I had a warning light while driving down the road. I pulled over and checked my car manual- it was warning me that my tire pressure was low. I thought maybe I ran over a nail. No nail, they apparently don't top off the tire pressure when they rotate and balance your tires. Then I was told that my car was ready. Again, it took 4 other people coming and leaving with their cars before I had to ask where my car was. A hour procedure took almost two hours. I had my 1 yr old with me so the long, needless wait was uncalled for. I emailed the dealer yesterday about my unpleasant expierence. As I expected they haven't responded back to my email. So, I would buy a car from this dealership but when it comes to car maintenance, go to the local Firestone off Tamiami, by Edison Mall- they will get you in and out quickly and they have always checked my tire pressure when I get a rotate and balance.

We went in there not know if we would be able to purchase a car because of our bad credit. Tim Paden was very nice at explaining everything since this was my first time buy a car. When we went over to the preowned we had a hard time getting financed because i did have a license,but they push hard to get us financed. In the end we ended up with a certified preowned Toyota corolla 61K miles and get about 30 MPG.

We were led to AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers through the AutoNation website. We located a used car we were interested in and negotiated a price before we ever saw the car. The person we talked with on the phone set an appointment with a salesperson a few hours later. When we arrived at the dealership, everyone was so welcoming and personal. The salesman had the car pulled up and waiting for us. We went for a test drive and began the purchase. The only thing that was hard, was that it took a little longer to get the paperwork done than expected. However, we had been pre-approved from our lender and the delay was to make sure we left we the car the day we went in, so we didn't have to drive an hour the next day to pick it up. Originally - a friend - taking his car for maintenance was the starting point= checking on used cars low millage - followed [ here the key issue ] I liked the used car - not the price and left to maintenece building - The sales Rep - said - hope I ve been helpful but in less than 10 minutes -He was back - over that building offering me - 'A SPECIAL ' He got from his Manager,,, and delivered A PRICE - very close - to the one given for the USED ,,low milleage model {Corolla] = He looked - surprised ,, of what he had accomplished ,, ,, ,, FOR ME so, that did it GOOD price'' [ now = IF we compare used and new model car ] I did leave but I was already ,,, for the first time - to buy NOW and not just doing research for another Month == good to know also I had visited other 6 dealerships in the area = Foreign and not foreign Car Dealership NO one showed - this kind of focus _ attention _ appreciation _ no preasure,, just answers -STRAIGHT ANSWERS - to customer concerns . I took my Toyota Highlander in to have it serviced after just buying it at the used (Auto Nation) car lot. Not very happy that on day 3 the check engine light came on, I was fit to be tied. Not knowing exactly what to expect from the Dealership I went in to see one of the Service Adviser's . I must stay that she handled me very professionally and with extreme care. All of the issues were worked out and I left 100% satisfied! OUTSTANDING Customer Service. Thank you TINA! This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Ft Myers Toyota and Roberta Billing. She is super knowledgeable of the cars she sells. She checks up after the sell to see if you are having any concerns with the new car. The truck service dept. needs to quit washing the vehicles or do a better job. Every time I take my car in it is covered with water spots and looks worse than when I took it in. I know they are doing it as a bonus service to Toyota owners, but do better or forget the service.

First, my wife and I were very pleased with the salesman assigned to us. He was very patient and tried real hard to put us in a RAV-4 or Camry. We test drove a 4WD RAV-4 also a 6 cyclindr RAV-4. also the 4 and 6 cyclinder Camry. We decided on a front wneel drive, 4 cyl. RAV-4. We are well pleased with our selection. The help we received from our salesman was excellent. He left no stone unturned in trying to put us in a car to our liking.

Ended up buying a used Corolla when I had just planned to look. Why? Good car, good deal and no haggling. Financing on the spot. Only downside was the pitch to buy the perma -seal finish and the theft protection gizmo that I declined. Engine light came on within a week of owning the car. took it in and got it dealt with in minutes. Professional and fair.
