I purchased an Infiniti QX50 in December 2015. The salesman was friendly and polite, we agreed on a purchase price and I was sent to the finance department to finalize the transaction. Once in the finance department, after a wait of an hour or more, I was ushered into the finance manager's office to begin the paperwork, he was very aggressive in trying to sell add on products. The one product I was interested in was the pre-paid maintenance agreement. The manager could not get the details of the coverage straight and I ended up explaining to him what was really covered. The contract included this maintenance program. I later cancelled this program within the time limit provided in the contract without penalty. I took four months after cancellation to get a partial refund and now six months after cancellation I am still waiting for the balance of my refund. I have left numerous voice and email messages with the finance manager and all I get is a promise which has never happened. The General Manager, Arnold Lal, has not once answered his telephone, returned a voice message or answered an email. Why would anybody do business with a company like this - NOT ME. And I buy a new car every three years.

Purchased a certified preowned JX 35. The process is simple and there was no pressure. Had a small scratch on the front grill and they without question offered to repair it/replace it with no questions asked. Would would highly recommend purchasing a car here as well as having service here.

While talking with the sales person our daughter sent me a text for the same car at Tustin Infiniti and WOW did we find the right car at the right price. I was looking for a QX60 and went to Tustin Infiniti first because it was convenient. I met Arun when I first walked in. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. That night I researched the inventory of QX60s at all the dealers in Orange County. I left my house the next morning with a plan to travel from dealership to dealership negotiating then head back to Tustin in the afternoon. On my way out of town I decided to turn around and go by and see Arun first. He struck such a great deal for me I had to look no further and bought there. The next time I am in the market I am going straight to him.

I sense a real difference in the service department since I bought my first Infiniti at your dealership in 2000 and my second in 2012. Back then in the Service Dept. there was Tom and others, then followed by Melissa. All gone now. My experience with the current service dept. is that all service folks are new and no one knows my name...and the service is not proactive,.. just what you call to have done on a given day. I sense the morale of this dealership has gone downhill, based on who is now gone and the overall experience of the service. I have been a committed Infiniti buyer for over a decade with this dealership, but I have strong doubts that I will choose to buy another car from Infiniti Tustin at this point.Julia Boynton

After owning many different automotive brands, we wanted to give Infiniti a try. We built/ designed the vehicle online and worked with Jordan Taulau via phone calls to locate the exact QX50 we wanted. When we arrived at AutoNation Infiniti, we were happily greeted by Jordan. He went above and beyond to make our car buying/ leasing process go very smoothly. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the car, he was also very friendly and patient with us. The finance associate, John was also extremely nice as he was able to get through the financing of the lease with ease. I would definitely recommend Jordan and this location to anybody that is in the market for an Infiniti. Thank you again to Jordan Taulau and John for providing us with such excellent customer service and a great vehicle, we couldn't be happier!Jordan has also continued to go above and beyond just the purchase of the vehicle. He has continued to help with the "installation" of some of the extras that we added at the time of purchase/ lease. Jordan's help in coordinating with Jim in the Service Department to have the Perma Plate applied (Appearance Package), and the roof rack crossbars and cargo cover installed was exceptional. I spoke with Jordan on the phone about what I wanted on my Inifiniti. I was also able to deal with Arnold Lal (General Manager) to discuss pricing. Arnold was very easy to deal with and made the negotiation process simple. Jordan explained features to me and then we worked with finance. Anne was funny and made the financial portion of this process entertaining; while still explaining each area of the contract. I can't comment on what it's like to lease or purchase a car for personal use ... but as a 5-time business renter, I can tell you it's frustrating. My experience in mid-December was typical:- I had to tell them what kinds of documents I'd need.- They didn't understand what a corporate agreement was, and didn't understand the borrowing resolution, requiring an additional set of work.- On the Sunday I came in, despite an appointment & promise I'd be out quickly, after 2+ hours (and having emailed all the documents ahead of time), they still couldn't complete the deal. I had to take the car away as a "loaner" and then the salesperson came to my house (that was decent, anyway) to finally complete the signing. They still had to bother my home office.- The finance manager I dealt with was condescending (despite the fact that I knew more about the corporate agreements than he did), and made it seem like I should know where to sign when he didn't even bother to explain where or what I was being shown.- The finance manager spent time trying to upsell things from oil change to tire rotations, and when told I wasn't interested, acted as though I was an idiot. Hey buddy ... who's paying your salary through the purchase?Oh ... the on-line info? Completely unreliable and useless in terms of doing anything other than generating leads for AutoNation. The car I "built" (red, various features, 2016) got a response for a white, 2015, with none of the features I wanted.Trying to book service online? I've done it twice ...each time it's required a PHONE CALL to the shop to confirm that they'd a) have a loaner vehicle for me; b) be able to do the appointment in the time frame I asked about. They don't read the "special comments" section and don't respond by phone or email. That means you will spend time online, only to waste time with a call later. It's the 21st century ... customers don't want to waste time with calls.

I have been looking for a Q 50 for about a month after turning in my G 37 back in September. The specific Q I wanted only existed at a few dealerships and kept getting the run around at different dealers. "we can't get the car, please give us another week, etc etc"Finally after a month I contacted Tustin Infiniti. I wish I did earlier! I spoke to Chris and Albert and they were awesome! Literally found my car and did a dealer trade and matched the quotes I got else where. Was in my car within about 30 hours and LOVE driving it! I got a q 50 sport and its a great car. I was shopping for the QX50 few days ago. I went to couple of the infiniti dealers and i wasn't satisfied with the price they offered me. I was gonna gave up on looking for infiniti. My wife told me to look for one more, which was AUTONATION INFINITI TUSTIN. We went there, Chris Johnson was the one who got me an extremeeeeeeely good deal. I couldn't believe what i've got from this guy. It was a total surprise when i went pick up my car the next day. I really thank you for Chris for the great service, cheap price. The price that i got from Chris, no body out there could do it. You gotta look for Chris if you are really looking for infiniti. A lot of people buying car would spend hours with the sales negotiating price back and forth, i was only there for 15 minutes and i got the cheapest deal. Chris Johnson is very polite and he cares his customer so much. I even added another $500 bucks on the price i got from them just because i've experienced a great service from Chris. Obviously car buying is not supposed to be "fun", however I had a very professional and no hassle experience buying a USED Honda Odyssey and trading in my old Toyota Sienna. Gil Navarro was the sales person. I originally viewed the car and test drove it. Then went home and we exchanged some emails, and negotiated a bit. But at the end of the day, it was a good price, a good exchange, and more than fair value for my trade in.

I have never enjoyed purchasing a car more. We used to be loyal BMW & Lexus customers, respectively. Avoid this place! Please buy your car anywhere but here. Literally the worst experience I've ever had dealing the service dept. They promise you the world while buying the car but once you sign the dotted line, forget it. I'll skip half of the things they dropped the ball on but my biggest issue with these guys was the fact that when I came back to them for my permaguard (a two hour drive) they completely ignored every single service request I had discussed with them. The oil light has been on since I bought it and was never fixed. The broken visor was never fixed and the tail license plate bracket had completely fallen off when I drove it off the lot and asked them to adhere it better and that wasn't touched. The sales manager was dismissive and condescending to me the whole time. Fought not to give me the loaner I was absolutely promised while I waited the 5 hour process. Finally after over an hour waiting I was able to get one and finally go eat something. Then the most important part of my whole trip back there was to swap my old stereo and put it in my new car which they completely destroyed. Broke the microphone and didn't return a piece I needed for best buy to properly secure my bass resulting in me coming back and then having to make yet another appt for BB to install it again. The only redeeming thing about this place was Jordan and Matt who tried their best to help when everyone seemed to just not care at all. The whole experience was just painful.

I found a used Miata at this dealership. In working with the sale folks, they were receptive to adjusting the price if I found something that was non-factory (the car had a cold air intake, "interesting" wheels, and an intermittently working radio). They performed a oil change, coolant change and full inspection before putting the vehicle for sale, and it showed. It was in good condition. The buying process was easy and relaxed, definitely better than some experiences in the past. I've had the car for about a week now and can't be more happen with it and the whole experience. For over a month, I researched the G37 Coupe. I narrowed it down to a specific model and trim. The 2012 Blue Slate Infiniti G37 Sport Coupe with a 6-Speed Manual Transmission. This car is RARE. This dealership was selling one of the two models in the US with these specs. The other was in Florida, so that was out of the question. Yet, I wanted to make sure I was getting a great car and didn't want to "settle."After researching this particular model, prices, packages, etc, I finally came up with a list of questions. Other dealers at different dealerships were either pressuring to purchase/finance/lease the Q60, buy a different used car, or whatever else would put their dealership on top. When I called the dealership, I spoke to Sam Parker. He was very informative and answer all my questions with ease. In addition, he offered additional information about buying used cars (in general) that other dealers generally do not disclose because it will hurt their profit from the sale. I was very comfortable speaking to him and agreed to drive 60 miles in 2 hours of traffic to come in and see the car that Saturday.When I visited the dealership I was not bombarded with a squad of salesmen trying to get me to finance a brand new Infiniti or lease a Q60. Instead, Sam greeted me and politely set me up with another sales rep as he was with another customer. In the few minutes that I waited, I checked out the lobby. The dealership was not crowded for a Saturday afternoon. They offered Seattle's Best and Starbucks coffee with doughnuts, pastries, cookies and apple fritters (love this stuff). The dealership was very clean and friendly.The sales rep brought me straight to the G37 I was interested in. Unfortunately, I have to take away 1 star because the sales rep wasn't very knowledgeable about this model and the previous owner. The sales rep let me take my time to examine the car and didn't pressure. The test drive was great, as expected, and the car was in excellent condition. I knew I wanted this car.The negotiations went well and so did the buying process. The dealer was humble about the loan I would receive from my credit union. In addition, they did not pressure me to purchase extended warranties or maintenance plans. Sam Parker was able to meet me very close to my price, which I am very grateful for. I signed the papers and agreed to pick up the car following a third party used car inspection. The inspection results came as expected. The car was in excellent condition, and nothing other than the tires treading at 50% depth (I did expect this when I inspected the car).Now here is the best part about the dealership that put them at 5 stars, and would definitely have me returning to the dealership for my next car (if available) and recommend others. The dealership was willing to hold onto the car for a week until I could drive out there again. Still, driving the 60 miles was no joke the first time. Fortunately, Sam Parker drove the car out to Sherman Oaks, himself, and drop off the car. In addition he filled up the tank and gave the car a car wash. This was over the top. Hands down the best first time used car purchase experience I ever had.

My wife and I were looking fror a Certified used car. Never thought of looking at an Infiniti but we parked in front of the dealer and typically wandered onto the lot. Feeling no pressure from any sales person we looked at a couple vehicles then a sales person approached us, He introduced himself as Ryan. He asked what we were interested in and pointed us to a few models we might like. Ryan was polite, knowledgeable and never pressured us into something we really didn't want or was out of our price range. We took a test drive and decided we needed to think about it overnight. We returned the next morning for one more test drive. An hour and a half later we drove off with the car of our dreams. Thanks Ryan and Infiniti for a stress free experience.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIPI purchased a vehicle with just 1,000 miles from them completely over the internet and via notary. The purchase process went smoothly, but post purchase Ive run into a number of issues, most importantly Ive been unable to register my vehicle after 6 weeks!-Have been unable to get a copy of the title and the dealership has been unwilling to help in any way. Details of all my attempts are below.-Was told that since the vehicle was a demo and never titled, that the factory warranty would start once I took possession. This was not true and Infiniti corporate confirmed that I lost a full year of warranty.-I paid for an independent inspector to look at the vehicle and it checked out well. Only had 2 scratches which were less than an inch in length (photos were included with the inspection). Upon receiving the vehicle, I discovered that the dealer had completed an awful touch up job that looks many times worse than a scratch. Overspray extends over a foot wide for a one inch scratch and there is no blending or metallic flake in it. I never asked for the touch up and they only made things worse.Title: I've made 5 trips to the County Tax Office and have yet to be successful. The office is asking for a copy of the title. I talked with Bank of America, who we financed through (via their finance office), and they provided me a copy of the print out which says that its titled in my name with them as the lien holder. It's a report though, not a title since California does electronic titles. I took this along with letters from B of A stating that they financed the vehicle and permission to register it, but that was not good enough. They are still persisting that I have a copy of the title. B of A is now requesting a paper title from California to be printed and mailed. This will take 4-6 weeks more which means I wont have the vehicle registered for a full 3 months. This is costing me additional funds to extend the temporary tags, in addition to my lost time. From talking to the tax office, they instructed that the dealer should be able to provide me with a copy of their title paperwork. I have been unsuccessful with getting anyone at the dealer to call me back. During my last visit to the tax office, they called the dealership and was given the number of the person that does all the titles for multiple Autonation dealerships, Lee O'Neal (I think that was her name, hard to hear her name on the voicemail) 949-585-6816. After multiple voicemails over the last 10 days, she still has not returned my calls. I also tried their finance department and talked to Nicolas. He seemed very helpful on the phone and promised a call back, but I have not heard from him.As a last attempt I left a voicemail with Cory Blackwell, the GM for Tustin Infiniti. Continuing this same theme, he too never called me back. It seems that they are eager to sell you a $50,000 car but as soon as you take possession its no longer in their interest to help you.This is my third Infiniti Ive purchased in the last 5 years and I can definitely tell you that I will never go through Tustin Infiniti again.

I first stopped at this dealership on a Wednesday night. There were sales people around, but they were just talking to each other and totally did not pay attention to potential customers in the used car lot. I almost wrote this dealership off at that point. Then I returned on Saturday in the day time and ended up buying a car there. I had a good experience at this dealership after all. The used car selection was plenty. The sales person Stephen Mann was polite, friendly, motivated and helpful. No pressure at all. When I thought I ran out of options and felt a bit disappointed, Stephen did additional research and found me the car (2012 G37) at a fair price that met my budget and overall requirements. The negotiation and financing approval was swift and no haggling. Automation offers a 3-day no question asked return policy, that's unheard of, but a real nice policy. It sort of tells me that they are confident in customers' positive purchasing experience. They also offer a 60-day limited mechanical warranty on the used cars. That is another confidence builder. Overall, I would recommend Autonation Infiniti in Tustin.

I had an accident that totaled my vehicle so I needed a car. I found a vehicle on the internet and through the website a message was sent to the dealership. My salesman, Gilbert Navarro, emailed me that same day and we set an appointment for the next day. Since I did not have a car, Gil drove from Tustin to Pomona to pick me up, and had I not been able to take the car that day, would have driven me home. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and they were all very friendly. I was able to drive the car home and have had no problems. It was the car I wanted that I could not get at the other dealerships I went to.

I just recently purchased my second car from Tustin Infiniti. This time I purchased a 2014 Q50, and Joseph Satarzadeh was my sales guy. He made the car buying process from start to Finish great. Not only did he take the time to go through the numbers with me, but showed me every bell and whistle in the car, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left the lot. This process started a few months ago while I was trying to sell my other car, and Joseph worked was very patient with me and walked me through the whole process for buying a new car and was very upfront about everything. When it was time to sign on the line, I felt very confident due, to the overall process. I would recommend that you go to Tustin, because they are able to give great deals, that other dealerships were simply not able to do. Also ask for Joseph, he is a standup guy and do you right through your whole buying process!

Though it was Sunday finance people & Siamak stayed till we had keys in our hand ( around 10pm). We are happy with their excellent service !!!

I was surprised to find that my recent purchase of a new car was an extremely pleasant experience. I began by using the internet and staff were able to provide me all the info I needed to compare the cars available. The salespeople were friendly calm and not pushy. They were honest in pricing my trade in and made the negotiations fair and simple. This was a great place to buy a car.

Dealer agreed to check for version of GPS map and confirmed date by sales rep called on Sunday. When arrived at the dealership, they said they didn't received request from the sales dept. They told me that will call sometimes this week however, i told them I received a phone call from the sales and show them a copy of the agreement, they then try to provide me with mediocre service.

The sale was quick and easy. Paperwork took a little long due to the amount of people in that day but the entire staff from Sam, with whom I made first contact, to Daniel, who closed the sale. Very happy with my car and with the service. Since I drove from San Diego, I was relieved that the experience was so easy.

I've been doing business with this location for over 20 years and a total of 7 vehicles. When the original dealership was sold to AutoNation, I was concerned that being run by a large corporation would cause them to lose the excellent, personal service that had been the hallmark. No need to worry - they have remained the best from sales to service and all in between. I just got a new Q50 everything is great. My first hybrid and I'm really enjoying it.

My wife and I were shopping for a new (used) car. The sales tactics used by some of these dealerships were nauseating and my wife was losing faith in the process. We ran into Sam from Tustin Infiniti and he turned out to be a straight shooter. After test driving an EX35 we left the business and had a follow up call by Sam. I called Sam back and told him the price we were looking at. I did not want no go back to the dealership if they were not willing to drop the price-which Sam said they were willing to do. Four hours later we were driving home in a 2010 EX35. The one negative thing we can say is after the filling out the all the paperwork, when we were walking to the vehicle to drive it off the lot, we discovered there was only one (1) key. If we had known this during the process, we might not have purchased the vehicle. Financially, this is an added $300.00 to $400.00 cost. It really bugged my wife to know there was another key to our vehicle somewhere out there. We will be getting a new key as soon as possible.

I had a great experience in the purchase of my new Infiniti G37S. I had actually just gone in for a test drive, but I ended up buying. I dealt with Alain Chidiac. He was super nice and not one of those salespeople that swoons in like a vulture to hard-sell you the second you step on the lot. From the test drive to the purchase, it was an all-around surprisingly wonderful experience. Everyone I dealt with was really friendly and upbeat. I always dreaded walking onto a car lot, but they changed my mind, and I would buy from them again in a heart beat. I highly recommend the dealership, and especially Alain.

Great overall experience. I knew pretty much what vehicle and the features I wanted and shopped it online via email. Hooked up with Juan at Tustin Auto Nation. I negotiated hard on the price via email and by phone and he delivered. Ended up spending about 90 minutes in the dealership to complete the paperwork. No major sales push to upsell anything. What topped it all was the after sale process. Juan and Andy delivered the vehicle to our house and spent about 90 minutes with my wife and I to walk us through all the features of the vehicle - 2013 JX35. This was truly service above and beyond expectations. Look up Juan and he'll take care of you.

I had one of the best experiences I've ever had with a salesperson and his manager, Roman Pitsil and Darin Osborn. Roman was very honest and fair with me and the negotiation process was almost effortless - they not only matched but beat the best deal I could find between 3 other local Infiniti dealerships, and they did it with pleasure. Being a credit union member, I was referred to Auto Nation. I was investigating a couple models and had a specific price ceiling for money spent. Johan with Car Nation in Fl. referred me to Infinity Tustin for the car that appeared to match my wish list ans also be within my price goal. After visiting two dealerships in the competitive area of InfinityTustin; both which could not supply a vehicle close to my specificatiosn, though it was their brand, I was please to arrive at the lot, have Phil direct me to the car (which was honestly more than I expected after those two disappointing visits to Hyundai dealer), test drive the car and complete the purchase with ease. Phil was attentive to my time schedule and even helped me deliver the car to my residence that evening.I appreciate Auto NAtion and Infinity Tustin. Spoke with Aaron Gehlken and told him what time I was gonna be there, upon my arrival he was standing outside waiting for me which I thought was awesome. I went in to get a quote on a G37. Xavier was great to work with, no pressure, very knowledgable. I get almost of my car repairs done at this dealership when I am not mystery shopping. Work with Tom K. Never had a bad expierience with Tustin Infiniti, ever. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a car or getting theirs repaired. One time, I took it in and drove off the lot, the battery died and they replaced it for free. Like when does that ever happen! Keep up the good work Infiniti, you have my vote. Only one voice but I'll cheer you on anytime!

Saw decent deal on CPO car at this dealership. Called and asked to speak with internet sales manager and they transferred to Xavier. Right away, I can tell he's an upfront, direct guy which is not true about 99% of this industry. I tell him I'm interested in this car but not for the price listed. He tell me to e-mail him and I do with supporting websites and documents. We agree on a reasonable price for both parties through a total of 3 e-mails. I go in later that night, test drive the car and sign the papers. The only thing that took long was the paperwork which was no fault of anyone but just the process. Drive home with the car that night at 9:45 pm. Best car buying experience ever. I feel like I got a good deal (not fantastic but reasonable, under KBB) and I didn't have to deal with dishonest, shady people. Xavier was very straight forward and honest. I also bought a CPO Toyota from Buena Park Toyota which is also part of the Auto Nation group and had a good experience. I recommend and Infiniti of Tustin.

1) Delivering the car as promised was missed by three weeks, more than twice as many weeks, work not performed as promised, then want me not to come back to the premises- wow!2) Install wrong color part in $50 plus car, damaged other items while doing work and then wants to blame the factory.There are some great employees work there unfortunately this dealer is off my list.

Im a resident of Surrey BC, Canada and found a infiniti FX35 on line. After a few emails of questions and negotiating i came to terms with the manager Tom Cruz. He was polite, accurate and helpful with all aspects of the purchase. I did not view the car in person or even speak to anyone on the phone during the entire process. I was comfortable and confident in the abilities. I would strongly suggest anyone to use this dealership!!

I had purchased a ex35 at another dealer and had made a bad deal which was no fault but my own. After 6 months I decided to try to get out of it and went back to where I bought it and of course could not make a deal so I began looking on the internet and I found several choices of the car I was looking for at Infiniti Tustin. I sent them a email in the morning and a few hours later was speaking with a salesman named Xavier. I explained my problem to Xavier and informed him to just work the best deal he could for me as I din't want to wheel and deal. One chance what do you have? Not only did he give me a much better price than any one else, but himself and his Manager Darren Osbourne went out of their way to help me!! I had made a bad choice on where I had purchased my EX35 and Darren understood that and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy!! If you want a geart price and be treated well and really know that the guys of Infiniti Tustin are doing everything to make sure your happy then buy your car from these guys. I've bought several cars in my years and some from "friends" but never was I more satified with a car purchase. I would recommend Infiniti Tustin to everyone!! They're The best!!!!!! I have been bringing my Infiniti G37S 2008 to this dealership. My most recent visit will be my last. I brought my G37S because the muffler was not sounding correctly and the car needed an oil change. The service representative, first told me that I needed their 15,000 mile service, because my car is a lease, and the lease contract requires it. This is a most dishonest statement. Any lease contract requires the vehicle to be properly maintained, but does not necessarily obligate the customer to purchase any particular dealership service package. This practice of lying to the customer that the lease contract requires certain services from the dealership is extremely dishonest and quite probably illegal. I did purchase the 15,000 mile service, at a cost of $480. This is basically a glorified oil change and fluid top-off and very little else, and it is not a good value for the money under any circumstances; you can get the same service minus the throttle body service for under $50 at any mechanic or even at an oil change specialist. When the car was returned to me, it had noticeably diminished power, and stank of burning oil. I called the service manager (Randy), who told me that the oil smell was from replacing the muffler, because they have to use some grease to loosen the muffler bolts, he said it will burn off over time; I accepted this explanation. Then I asked about the throttle body service which was done as part of the 15,000 mile service I purchased at their recommendation and about the reduced power I am experiencing. The Infiniti G37S is a fairly powerful car, and I am being passed on the freeway by Toyota Corollas. Randy said that there should not be anything wrong with my vehicle, that it should be running the same or better than when I brought it in. He said they sprayed the throttle body to make sure the throttle plate doesn't stick. After another four weeks, the car has experienced a complete failure. It starts, but it won't rev-up when I press the gas pedal, and if I put it in gear, there is no power whatsoever. I called Randy again today and he said he assumes no responsibility for anything transpiring with my vehicle and that he doesn't want me to bring it back. I have called the general manager several times and he doesn't return my calls. I strongly advice anyone reading this review to stay away from this establishment; they have no integrity, and the technical ability of their mechanics is dubious at best. This is an example of a dealership that employs scare tactics to try to get customers to buy useless service packages at exorbitant prices, then when the service is done improperly and degrades the car's performance, they assume no responsibility for anything and treat you like dirt.

This dealers estimate for service was way out of line. What turned out to be just a simple adjustment was quoted at many hundreds of dollars. We simply cannot recommend their service department. Polite letters sent to the general manager and service manager went unanswered, so it appears they are not at all interested on investigating a problem and improving their performance.

bought a car from out of town that i found on autotrader.com. had financing already in place, took 3 weeks to get car. the salesman, sales manager and the finance dept. all performed as if it were their first day on the job. also lied to me about the car not ever been painted on and didn't even get floor mats with a $25K purchase. probably could have sued but i'm hoping to trade shortly and put this chapter behind me. absolutely horrible experience. first time in 30 years of buying cars i bought from out of town and will NEVER do that again.

I bought my new G37 in December, and had a wonderful car-buying experience. I dealt with a sales guy named Dave Postmus, and he was very friendly and informative. He was very knowledgable about the car, enough to give me information overload. On the few questions he didn't have an answer to, he was able to ask the service guys and get an answer for me later on.When it came to buying the car, negotiations were friendly throughout, not getting hostile or combative at all, as I've had in some previous experiences. Deal went smoothly, finding an agreeable price about halfway between invoice and MSRP. Considering the G37 has only been out for less than 6 months, I was hoping for, but not expecting, a great deal. Overall, very happy with the car after one month, no problems whatsoever.Finance guy Paul Lerma was very friendly, and made the financing paperwork go pretty smoothly. Was able to get the 2.9% finance special that Infiniti was running in Dec. 2007, so didn't have to do a loan through my bank. They didn't push the service plans that hard on me, as I can always get that later.Only negative thing about the buying experience was that I couldn't find my first color of choice for the G37. I wanted Athens Blue with particular options packages and a manual, and there were none in Southern California. I ended up with the cool Amethyst Graphite color, with the Premium and Nav packages, but didn't want the Technology package nor the rear spoiler, since I like that silver trim piece on the trunk. Of the 40-something G37s on the lot, there was only 1 that matched what I wanted. Several black G37s on their lot.Overall, it was one of the smoothest and best car-buying experiences I've been through. I would easily recommend buying a car at Infiniti of Tustin, and if your sales guy is Dave, I feel confident that he'll make your car-shopping experience a pleasant one like what I experienced.About 2 weeks into owning the car, I ran over a nail, and went back to the dealer to have it patched up. Dropped off the car, walked to Joey's Smokin' BBQ for lunch, and about 1.5 hours later, the car was ready. Everything went smoothly, absolutely no complaints. I plan to do all my servicing for the car at this dealership for the first 3-4 years, even if dealer service prices are higher. If you want to own an Infiniti, might as well pay for the service. If you want to save a few bucks, get an Altima instead.

I On Saturday, September 15, 2007, I visited the Tustin Infiniti Service Department as my rear tire was flat. A service consultant told me I had to purchase a new tire after visually inspecting it. Here is my complaint: He refused to have the technician take the flat tire apart to show me the inside of the tire it was defective. I want to know what my rights are when it comes to this issue. Upon request, a customer should be allowed to confirm the findings of a service department "consultant" before purchasing a tire. Here are more details about my visit to the Tustin Infiniti Service Department: Another service technician visualized the tire to confirm it was defective. Both of them still refused to help me! I was amazed and shocked at there actions; therefore, I refused to buy the new tire. I told them to have someone install the spare tire only. Later, I walked to the service shop and a second technician kindly took the flat tire apart and showed me the wear and tear. At this point, I agreed to buy the new tire and I became upset the bad customer service I received; I should have bought a Lexus IS250 as the breaks are squeaking.

I took my car in for warranty service...Steve (I think it was), the service manager, had my car checked out...<br>came back saying that my tint was affecting the problem...<br>but instead of charging me $80 for labor...he just went ahead and fixed the problem for me... and gave me my keys with a smile...<br><br>now, I went in there pissed about my car, but came back amazed at what happened... I thought the sales dept make returning customers, but I guess in this case, the service dept did the dirty job...<br>oh and i did NOT buy my car at tustin...i bought it at their rival dealer...but they still took me in as a friend...
