Traded in a 2013 Ford Edge and purchased a new 2015 Ford Taurus from Jeff Wells. I have always dreaded the car buying process - the haggling, the back and forth and the waiting. This experience was the polar opposite - Jeff had numbers ready within moments, the test drive was a snap and even with a backlog of people waiting in front of me for the paperwork aspect I was still in and out within less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend this dealership and will recommend Jeff to anyone I know.

My search for a new Fusion began online. Christine Adkins, from Auto Nation Ford in Amherst, Ohio, responded to my initial inquiry and answered my questions but was not pushy. She knows everything about the Fusion, which was so helpful! She picked two Fusions for me to test drive, which immediately helped me hone in on what options I wanted. She then found the exact car I was looking for another Auto Nation and I love it! The 2.0 Ecoboost is a great engine to replace my previous 6 cyl. Fusion. The technology is fantastic and the car drives and rides so well. The price and incentives were right in line with what we expected to pay. And you can?t beat 0% financing. The sales and finance people were knowledgeable and the facilities in Amherst were very nice and so easy to get to from anywhere. I felt like Christine was the perfect salesperson for me! Both the car and the purchase experience have been wonderful.

I called, gave them a price I would pay for the car. Matt phoned back within 10 minutes and stated we had a deal. The car was and is very nice, although I've only had it for 2 days. Chris, the finance mgr., was professional, friendly and quick to have all the papers ready to sign (I paid cash). It really is a good place to shop for a car. No high pressure tactics.

experience was good. Salesman was not pushy, Knowledgeable of the product and answered all questions asked. I think it would be beneficial to advise potential buyers of added costs should they want additional coverage up front so they may factor this into their buying decision. For example, if I were to know up front what the highest level of additional coverage was up front I could possible put more down on the purchase of the vehicle to keep the payments down to where I originally budgeted. To me this is an important factor. You invest a considerable amount of time & money into a product and you want the best coverage however unknowingly the end cost may prohibit that from actually occurring.

The truck was ordered January 5 and was delivered January 22. On this date, Jeff Wells walked me through all of the options and features of the vehicle. The staff was nice but the process of getting the car was awful! There was many different people working with me and there communication between them regarding my purchase was bad and always needed to call me back. It seems that they did know what they were doing and always need to check with each other and manager. The notary they contracted didn't know what he was doing leading to our paperwork messed up postponing getting our car; and he waited 2-3 days of when we where to sign paper to contact us pushing everything back. We started the process with renting the car at the end of November,it is now January and I continue to deal with them and not having my title, registration etc. It was frustrating they expect me to .take a payment on something they were late giving me and continue to technical not be in my name. They were slow in getting back with me, never thAt day but ME following up with them I stead of them doing things and getting back to me....I would not recommended this to anyone go to a dealership in person and make sure you get copies of everything.

Jeff Wells, Internet Sales Manager, is especially helpful and very thorough. He helped me to explore several vehicle options which would meet my needs best. He was available for any and all questions or concerns that I had or will have. He is very patient and attentive to his customer's needs. He is not pushy and did not try to "sell" me a vehicle that I did not want or need. I trusted him to guide me in this vehicle purchase and will continue to trust him for my vehicle needs in the future. I highly recommend Jeff Wells as your salesman!! This is the best place to buy a car!! I drive from Akron Ohio to Autonation Ford in Amherst Ohio every time I need a new or used car which is a one hour drive just because they are the best. This is my third car (2013 F150 FX4 with ecoboost) and I absolutely love it. The salesman Travis Click was very proffesional and worked with his manager Nathan Hite and the general sales manager Lonnie Sherrill to get me the best deal and they did. The financial services manager Chris Boger got me the best rate. So if you need a car, thrust me, it's worth the drive, just go there and look for these guys. Thank You! I decided to call John Barcia to talk about the value of my truck and whether or not it made sense to spend the $1,000 on a down payment on a new truck vs. new tires. The next day I went to the dealership. They had the right truck for me. My trade-in covered the down payment so I did not have to spend the $1,000 out of pocket. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure I was pleased with my 2013 F150. Great experience! PS - this was my 5th purchase at AutoNatin in Amherst. Each experience has been the same.

i have to say i stopped in to look at a used truck i seen from the street so i drove around to the new car side and stopped in to get a sales person to talk well i met tyrell let me tell you how this guy went out of his way to make sure i felt like i was not being pushed in to buying a truck he also went out of his way to pull up and let me drive 3-4 trucks as i was unsure what i wanted so to make a long story short this place treaded me like a rock star (bought a 2013 F150 xlt) but i did have a problem with the truck shaken so i too the truck back for service shawn at the service center took great care of me had a suv there waiting for me to drive for the day (brand new) after all said a done they filled my truck up for free and they washed my truck in and out and the GM Dennis is on top of things there great guy also and also willing to help. i am telling you this is the place to buy a car or truck from cause if your not happy they are not happy ...great job guys keep up the good work and me and my wife will see you soon for a new explore

In 2010 purchased a new 2010 Escape from Jared Lothridge at Mullinex. Great experience great dealership fantastic service dept. When I needed something a little bigger went to Jared for an Explorer. The experience is easy, NO problems what so ever, and financing was quick and easy. I will take it to Auto Nation Amherst for all service needs because the service staff are the BEST. Also in 2011 my father in law purchased a now Escape from Jared and my stepson got a great used car.All are running strong. Keep it up guys, I'll stick with Ford and Auto Nation.

We came in at the very start of our car shopping, fully intending to look at other makes of cars but we walked out several hours later with a gorgeous new Ford Escape. There are many dealerships closer to us, but we would never find the same level of service and support that we experience here. And the service doesn t end after the purchase. Our salesperson was exceptional, we were ready to sign for a Toyota but she convinced us the Ford was a better vehicle. Unfortunately every other aspect of our visit was miserable. We spent 5 hours at the dealer, mostly waiting on the finance department. The final straw was the arrogant "closer" that brought an insulting offer for our trade-in. We will buy a Ford, probably two, but Mullinax for will not see a dime of my money and won't double their money on my trade in either. In my mind, the only way they could have stayed in business this long is with local Ford employees being unwilling to drive a little farther to a dealer where they are treated right.

After our purchase she helped set up both of our phones using the Synv feature. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the cars. I understand the customer satisfaction but it only can go so far until it becomes aggressive behavior. All I did was apply for on line sale price for the new explorer, next thing I know I am being called and emailed from two different dealerships, which is not okay. If I wanted to talk to someone I would of called during the day or stopped by. I continued to get called all hours of the day including the morning at which time I am asleep due to the fact I work nights. Again I understand the whole customer satisfaction but unfortunately the manner in which it is handled becomes aggressive behavior, which is a negative feeling. I have owned a ford and purchased only fords and the repair satisfaction at mulinux Ford in Amherst, Ohio is very poor to the point I stopped going there altogether nor will I purchase another vehicle from that dealership.
