Was out casually shopping for a truck. Stopped in to look at their current inventory. Found a beautiful red Ford truck. Salesman Ben Rosado was friendly, professional and experienced with the process of buying and selling. Overall great experience, purchased the truck, they had it ready to go the next day.

I had a Honda Element and called because I needed a transmission. I saw that my same car was being sold. I spoke to Danny LaLanne. He told me a few people had come by to see the car but did not take it because it was missing engine mounts and a windshield was broke. I told him all I needed was the transmission and he assured me it was in great shape even drove well. He told me to bring my plates and I could drive it out of the lot. I got to the lot he drove it around and it seemed to be fine. He told me I could not drive it on the road it was there policy. Once again he assured me the transmission was good and took all of my money. After he had all of my money and had told me to bring my plates he told me that they recommend I tow it off the lot and had to sign paper work stating this. I asked him why and he said they do this for all of their cars it is part of procedure but once again assured me the transmission was good. I singed and went to drive the car. It was fine until I got to 40 miles an hour then it started to buck and broke down. It was a bad transmission. I tried to text and call but he would not answer. I tried to call the dealer and not response. It is disgraceful that someone would lie to just sell a car. I am trying to return it to them so I can afford a transmission repair which I now feel is the best way since people are so dishonest in this world. Don't go to this place you will get screwed by lies from Danny LaLanne and I am sure his co-workers as well.

Danny Lalanne was AMAZING. The entire team at Auto Wholesalers was amazing. Danny and the team literally went above and beyond to put me in my beautiful new car. They were honest, reliable and just all around friendly. You walk in there and immediately feel welcomed, no pushy sales vibes, just great positive attitudes and people who truly care about putting you into a vehicle you WANT!

I was having a hard time with another dealership and when it came to being in a bad spot I was there. Luckily I had Danny to help! That next day I was in a beautiful car I could afford after 23 days of hassle. I couldn’t be more thankful to the team there and to Danny who went above and beyond for me. I’ll never recommend another dealership and when it comes to Danny and Katelin I can testify the customer comes first! Thank you so much again!

Just bought a used car for a great price here and couldn’t be happier. Entire team was extremely patient and helpful. Danny Lalanne was great, very knowledgable about the inventory they had and super helpful in general. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the market for a car.

I purchased a vehicle from them recently. The buying process was very easy. Had a minor issue with the vehicle however John and Paul took care of me. Repaired the oil leak, wheel bearing and installed new tires. Well 2 of the 4 but still very satisfied. Sure nothing's easy when buying a used car, but they have made it as easy as possible. Some minor bumps in the road but they made it all good, and that is what matters . They obviously care about the quality of the vehicles and have defiantly stood by it. First class thank you. My experience at Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett can only be described as exceptional, and that is still an understatement. I came in and spoke to Paul Miller about trading in my car for something they had and was just blown away at how fast and easy the process was. Not to mention the knowledge he possessed of the cars they had, and there was absolutely no pressure when it came to making a decision. They treat you with respect and at the end of the day, they just want to make sure you're leaving their establishment satisfied. That is exactly how I left and I would recommend anyone consider making a purchase here. Thanks again!

Not sure why these reviews are so good. I had a really bad experience with Mr.Miller. As a general manager he is one of the most disrespectful GMs you could ever meet. Completely ignored me as a potential customer. I walked out angry. I will NEVER go back to Auto Wholesaler of Hooksett again. They need to find new management..

We have been dealing with John Kelly and his staff for about 20 years. Mr. Kelly treats people fair and square. Any used vehicle can have a hidden problem, when we did have a problem it was always resolved promptly and completely. We don't go anywhere else for our used cars. They shop for excellent financing terms for their customers. We really appreciate the way we are treated. John Kelly is much more than a used car dealer to us, he is a close valued friend. Love ya Johnny!

I went there and talked with Paul Doane and he was very understanding of our needs. We had gone 3 months literally trying to buy a car at like 10 different places and no one could get us financed, its because we have a broken down car and the repaires are very, very expensive and they couldn't use it as a trade in and we did not have good enough credit. I had lucked out and came into a little money and I knew they had the in house financing and Paul did explain that those cars normally don't come with an inspection sticker or plate and you need an additional $500 or so to fix it in order to pass inspection etc, but he took a BIG chance on us and put us in a Great running Toyota van with an inspection sticker and plate. I'm very thankful for all Paul has done for us, if it wasn't for him we would still be basically stranded with no running car. I DEFINITELY recommend Auto Wholsalers cause they REALLY care about helping people. Thank you

After two and a half months waiting for a custom order Ford pickup from my local dealership (and, just being told it would be another six weeks at least) , I happened to check Craigslist. And there I found almost exactly what I was looking for, but, in an earlier model. I called Auto Wholesalers Of Hooksett, NH and talked with Paul Miller. He was professional without being obsequious. And, he seemed eager to please and make a deal.I drove the 180 miles from my home in mid-coast Maine the next morning. When I got there the truck looked very good - as pictured on the internet. After a little back and forth - give a little/get a little - we agreed. I bought the truck in, perhaps, an hour's time. Financing at the local Credit Union proceeded smoothly and cheerfully. The entire purchase went smoothly and cheerfully. And, I feel my used pickup is in top shape for my upcoming drive to Texas, hauling a camper. I want to enthusiastically recommend Auto Wholesalers in Hooksett - and especially Paul Miller.

I saw the car I wanted the night before when the dealership was closed. I went back the next day on my way to work. I was an hour early, I sat in my car for no more than 5 minutes and Paul Miller came out to greet me. An hour before opening! After looking the car over and driving it, we went to his desk. Now, I really hate the back and forth haggle in buying a car so I wasn't looking forward to this. I started by saying "Paul, I have a plan in my head. Here's what I want... Drop the price of the car by this much, I want this much for my trade in, I'll give you this much down and finance the rest." He paused and said "Ah, OK" My jaw hit the floor. I signed the papers and was out the door. Paul even set me up with a loaner car until mine was ready. In my life I have never had such an extraordinary experience at a DEALERSHIP.

Once again, John and his folks had the vehicle I needed for the right price. When John says he services what he sells, he means it. I have always had positive experiences at AW and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle. Just wanted to give the service department a special shout out for taking care of a few problems that were discovered after purchase. Those guys (and gals) know their stuff and seem to enjoy their jobs and the workmanship shows.

The salesman appeared to be pretty honest [on the phone] with the fact that the vehicle I inquired on line about had some issues before I went down to look. I appreciated that quality of character and had every intention of taking a trip down to meet him and take a look at the rest of their inventory. He named several other vehicles in my price range and preferred style he could show me. Fortunately for me and unfortunate for him I found a private deal I could not pass up before that meeting happened. I would not hesitate though to rely on them if and when I look for a used vehicle again.

Bought a car here and although it was a sort of "good deal" I have to admit it was an old overpriced car. I wish I had it to do over again. My mistake. BUT, that IS all they seem to sell. OLD,OVERPRICED cars.

After going back and forth with one of the sales people for a extremely long time I decided to give one final email to the management and Paul Miller took over and did everything possible to make me happy. I had given up all hope with them but he really came through for me.

I purchased a Vehicle in August and within a Month I was not happy with it and just wanted to trade it towards another one. The Vehicle I got had less than 50 miles since I got it and they told me I would get $4000 less than I had just paid them for it in trade. They refused to work with me on a resolution and just kept saying they did me a "Favor" on the price. They seem really great but all car salesman are alike.

Found a car I was interested in looking at and called to confirm it was still available. The salesperson was helpful and honest about the condition of the car. I drove 1.5 hours to look at it and it was just as he explained, defect he mentioned about he tie rod that needed replacing. Purchase was smooth and title was sent overnight to my house (original owner forgot to sign it). So far so good!

I was a first time buyer. The Salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable. Paul Miller, the General Manager even took the time to explain everything to me clearly so I understood exactly what I was buying. The Service Dept is A+ and is always there when you need them. I wouldn't buy anything anywhere else !!!!!

Sept. 24, 2014To: John Kelly; This letter to you is at least twenty years overdue, all I can say is, I'm sorry for taking all this time to finally write to you. Many years ago I watched your program, and heard what you were saying about other dealers not being honest with their customers, and figured I'd come on up, and see what you had to offer. Well, I've never been sorry for that decision, over the years my family, my friends, and myself have purchased many vehicles from you without ever having to worry about whether it was the right decision or not. I even remember once calling you on the phone and asking you to pick out a car for me in a certain price range, and that I would buy it sight unseen, and pick it up later that night. You told me nobody has ever done that with you before, and I said, I had all the faith in the world in you, and I knew that I could trust you, I was right, I owned that car for almost two years, and put over 75,000 miles on it. John, two of my children, Chris ( 42 ) and Briana ( 33 )have bought their first cars from you, and to this day, buy nowhere else, because of the honesty, and friendliness that you have instilled in your employee's, and the quality and price of your vehicles. It doesnt matter in which dept. we go, whether its the Recon dept. with Billy and his people, the Service Dept. with Brian, and his qualified technicians, or the front office, with Karen, and her staff, its all the same friendly, honest people that we're dealing with. What can I say about your sales department other than, they're the best. I have never worried about sending anybody to Auto-Wholesalers of Hooksett to purchase a car. As long as you are in business, and we are able, we will always purchase vehicles from you, and nowhere else. To the fantastic job that you, and your employees have done over the years building your business into what we feel is the number one used car dealership in New England, my family and I say, thanks, super job.John, it is with pride, that I call you a friend, thank you for everything, may you live long and prosper.Tom A.

I have never had an easier time buying a car then at Auto-Wholesalers in Hooksett. I saw a car I liked in Auto Solutions Magazine so I called the dealership. They promptly transferred me to a Sales Associate, Russell Knee, who confirmed that the Dodge Charger I wanted was still at the dealership and how many miles were on it. He said that it was outside and covered in pollen and asked when I would be down. I exclaimed I would be there in a few minutes, he said great Ill see you when you get here. So when I arrived I was expecting the typical wait 20 minutes, then finally get to see the car. Or even worse the" O well I have to run your credit before you can drive THIS car" To my surprise the car was pulled up waiting for me, glistening! It was spotless in and out. The salesman actually cleaned it before I arrived so I could see it in its glory. After driving the car I fell in love. They gave me about $1200 more for my trade in then the dealership I had gone to the day before, AND discounted the car $2000 to match the ad they had in the Magazine! Again I couldnt imagine being happier with not only the car, and the deal, but the dealership as well. I will be referring my friends and family to this dealership, even maybe some old enemies, the deal I got here could mend family feuds!!Thank you Ben, Russell, and Don, and the short guy behind the desk to with white hair, I forget his name but he seemed nice to the way he assisted Ben and Russell.

First i gotta say, this is the first dealership that i had the sales manager come to us after refusing to buy a car, telling us how bad there compition is.Also telling us that if the car was to break down, that we only pay their cost on parts to fix it. Trying to say anything so we buy the car. Also was the first to have the sales rep tell us hes tired of working with us, that were stressing him out.My girlfriend was looking at buying a car threw them and she wanted my opinon. We were looking at an 07 Suburu and she doesnt have good credit. This place caimed to be an honest place and they will get you in a car no matter what. After reveiwing the values of the car we found the car $2500 over booked, when we asked why the price was over booked the sales person gave us multiple excuses saying that its from the 30 day warenty and they went threw the car already and fixed all the problems. We told him to take off the warenty to save us money, he came back with we cant do that. i told him if i was to consider buying the car that i wanted my shop to go threw it. Which was when the sales rep told me, they now "havent gone threw the car." That now the reason its over priced it due to the dealer having to cosign. Also said if i was to cosign they would drop the purcahse price. I asked him how does that work. Thats descrimination, he came back "saying that its because its a high risk." After telling him we will think about it, and get back to him, he tells us that someone else is looking at the car. that if we were considering it, that we should put a deposit down. That the deposit is refundable. The next day he called up asking if we made our descision. I told him were waiting on a response from anouther dealer that has the same car 2 years newer with 2k less miles on it for the same price. If they were to go down on the price we would do it, He came back with if i was to cosign they could drop the purchase price, that the person buying the car has no buyng power. Again being descimated. I told him that this is a place to help people with bad credit and all they do is take advantage of people mistakes. They give you a high interest rate to make there money due to the high risk, but than on top of that over price the car to make even more money, and to say what ever to convince you to buy it. That i dont wanna do buisness with them, and i want my deposit back. He told me that now my deposit is not refundable and i cant get it back no matter what. In my opinon this is one dealership to stay away unless you wanna lose alot of money

I want to express how happy I was with my buying experience at Autowholesalers in Hooksett, NH. I was pleased that Paul Miller took his time explaining everything to me. I was not really looking to finance another car, but after talking with Paul and him doing whatever it was he needed to do to get me into a newer car that was safe and reliable I decided to buy. He was'nt pushy or over zealous. He was straight about my trade in and did'nt get me into something that I would have trouble paying for later. He was very polite and very helpful. I would hope that any future dealings would be with someone like him. I am very satisfied with my car and the payments. You have a very good man working in this company. Thank you.

Jan 3rd 2013Dear mr. kelly, I am writing you today to thank you and your staff for a wonderful buying experience as well as how well you took care of me after the sale.Let me explain, first i was a little top heavy in my truck with a couple of bumps in my credit. I wanted to get into a luxury car and the deal was going nowhere. You stepped in and made this deal work. The next day i picked up my mercedes benz and shortly after i picked it up it had an electrical issue. I brought it back to your dealership and immediately Brian took it in to look at. While i was waiting, my son got hurt at school, while i was still on the phone with the school, my salesman Larry and his manager Paul got plates put on a car so if i needed to leave i had a way to get there. Just that would have made the experience of purchasing from you amazing that you cared so much, but it continues.Being a mercedes the electrical issue was a challenge and you took care of me. While the car was out of commission you ensured i had transportation, transportation you usually dont supply, to do my job. You also ensured i had transportation to go to Paris Island, South Carolina to see my grandsons graduation as a Marine.I did not have to ask you for anything, you offered everything. You sold me a wonderful car, you stood by your sale, you took care of me while the car was being serviced. You have a great organization and again I thank you. Please feel free to use me as a reference.Respectfully yours,Kurt Hadfield

About 9 months ago I realized I needed a New car. My Uncle had just purchased a car from Paul Miller from Auto Wholesalers , and suggested I come with him to take a look. From the minute I walk in that door 9 months ago , and even to this day. I have hand nothing but honest respect. From Paul in Sales to brian and Joe in service.. They all take the time to get to know you and find the most cost efficient way to fix the problem. I am glad that I purchased my Mazda 6.This is my family's 5th purchase from Auto Wholesalers and i send every one i know to Auto Wholesalers for the best deal and people that really care about you! Stacy your customer for life!

I called on a vehicle I saw advertised and spoke with some rude man on the phone who gave me terrible directions. Despite the bad directions, they had the vehicle I wanted so went to this place anyway, wouldnt you know that when I got there the car was suddenly and supposedly sold (shocking)! Anyhow the salesman I got was like we have plenty of other cars its really no biggy, I was extremely upset that this wasnt told to me over the phone before driving all the way down there. He states well nothing we can do about that now so. I was thinking is this guy for real? I told him that the cars he has are not even close to what I was interested in, he said ah well thanks for stopping in then! I told him I was going to inform every media source about this scam of luring customers by false advertising and communication. I was told do WHATEVER you want! At this point I left this ridiculous place, and decided to make others known of my experience. BUYERS BEWARE, this place could care less about customer service, I recommend people send a message by NOT falling for this tactic!

I purchased a 2004 Chrysler Concorde Limited back in November 2011. I put down $1000,00 cash. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the car. They used the sales pitch, "if anything goes wrong we will take care of the issue because we help our customers".. This past Saturday (11-3-12) I was going to Concord, NH and while on the highway, my car was pulling 5 RPM's and going at 60 mph and was rattling (I only put 10,000 miles since buying the car)|. I had the car towed to the dealership". They told me that the engine blew!!! I did a Car Fax (I was also told that they do not print out Car Fax) and found out that back on December 4, 2009 the odometer read 145,000 and four days later said 125,000:.Yesterday, the finance office told me that I owed $455 (monthly payments were $180/month which is paid on time every month and I told them I have the receipts to prove my payment history)!. They told me if I had a check that they would deliver my car and I can clean it out|. This dealership screwed me and took the car back to the dealership?. Word to the wise..."don't buy any car from this establishment"!!!

I have been buying vehicles here for years. I have purchased 7 cars from Auto Wholesalers. Everyone there is very friendly and have always made my car buying experiences good ones. I will never buy cars from anywhere else. I have sent many family members and friends to Auto Wholesalers. They have all been satisfied with the vehicles.

Mr. Leslie J.McDanielGilford, NHDear Mr. Kelly,I am writing today so that I may Thank You and your staff for their professionalism and the "No Pressure" purchase I recently made at your Hooksett location.Actually, I had made an earlier purchase in 2010 of a 1998 Ford Expedition and found that the service I received then was a pleasant and no hassle experience so I returned to purchase my second vehicle, a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am GT, from Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett last month.I want to personally recognize my salesperson, Ben Rosado, as well as mention salesman, Michael Sullivan, who both demonstrated a sincerity and professionalism that I had never experienced before while making any purchase. Ben especially worked hard to make sure that I remained comfortable and satisfied with both my decisions to purchase. Ben was the reason why I returned to Auto Wholesalers. Mike assisted me in Ben's absence and also was very pleasant and professional making me feel like a valued customer. I don't think either one knows or understands the term "I can't" or "no" as they both seem to want to make the right things happen for your customers. They did for me anyway and for that I will continue to be a return customer.I would also like to recognize the cooperation I had from both Paul Miller and your service manager, Brian Heckbert, who together worked to fix any issue I had with both of my purchases. They remained cordial and extremely helpful all the while making problems disappear without stress to me.Is it obvious that my experience with your team at Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett has been a positive one? It has and I am so glad that I decided to stop by and see what your team could do for me. Keep up the great work. I am a very satisfied customer.Thank You, Thank You, Thank You from the bottom of my heart for having put together such a great atmosphere, sales culture and professional team. I tell everyone I know what a great experienced I have had at your Hooksett Facility.Happy Holidays!,SincerelyLeslie J. McDaniellt, Hooksett police dept.

Lemons all the way! The only people they treat with respect are the ones with all the money. The owner is never around I have tried to speak with him for months but I was told that he spends most of his time in his house in Florida. Anytime I have tried to trade out my car they just want more money. He needs to know what is happening with his business and how the employees are treating people, not very good. I will be calling the bureau next.Don't go there!!!!!!!!

I tell everyone I know what a great experienced I have had at your Hooksett Facility.Happy Holidays!Sincerely,Leslie J. McDaniel

I bought my car at Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett. The reason I went there was that I checked the Better Business Bureau and found they had a A+ rating. The sales people were helpful and my car has been great. I am sure I will buy my next car there.

Auto Wholesalers has great ratings from the BBB, and the salesmen are nice enough, but I would stay away if you don't have a lot to spend. I'm sure they're great for people looking to be financed and get something with a warranty, but they don't seem to pay much attention to their cheaper stuff, say 2,000 to 6,000 dollars. They will throw any defective heap on the lot and slap an arbitrary price tag on it (always well above Blue Book value), and tell you it's a great car. This happened to me, and the car I bought ended up needing $800 of work to pass inspection. I do praise them for working with me after I told them about it, because they are currently trying to get me into something else. I bought it as-is, so I understand they don't technically need to do anything. The problem is, it's been almost two months since I drove that car of the lot and they've asked me to come back in multiple times, and the situation has still not been resolved. Long story short, I do like these guys, but I only recommend them if you have a budget of $6,000 or so. I wouldn't trust them with anything lower. And if you do go, definitely work with Paul Doane. He has been very understanding and helpful even when the owner seems unwilling to.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO AUTOWHOLESALERS EVER SINCE I MOVED TO NEW HAMPSHIRE AND HAVE PURCHASED 5 VEHICLES OVER THE YEARS, MY CREDIT WAS BASICALLY A ZERO AND THEY NEVER TREATED ME LIKE A ZERO, THEY HELPED ME GET FINANCED THROUGH A GREAT BANK, HELPED ME FIND A GREAT INSURANCE COMPANY, AND PAUL HAS CONTINUED TO HELP ME GET WHATEVER I WANTED TO DRIVE EVER SINCE. I TOO WAS ALWAYS VERY PARANOID OF CAR DEALERSHIPS AND I KNOW THERE ARE SOME BAD DEALERS OUT THERE BUT AUTOWHOLESALERS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. THE OWNER ALWAYS FINDS THE TIME TO SAY HELLO AND MAKE SURE I AM HAPPY WITH EVERY PURCHASE.EVEN WHEN THEY DIDNT HAVE THE CAR I WANTED PAUL MILLER FOUND IT AT A GREAT PRICE, BOUGHT IT AND BROUGHT IT TO ME FROM MASSACHUSETTS, THAT SAVED ME ALOT OF GAS AND TIME, HE HAS ALWAYS MADE SURE I GOT OUT OF A CAR OR TRUCK I DIDNT WANT ANYMORE AND PUT ME INTO ANOTHER ONE THAT MET MY NEEDS AND BUDGET, AND THATS HARD TO DO IN THIS ECONOMY WITH A 5 PERSON FAMILY. NEEDLESS TO SAY IVE GONE FROM A 0 TO ALMOST AN 800 THE LAST TIME I CHECKED! IVE DONE EVERYTHING FROM BANK FINANCING TO IN-HOUSE (BUY HERE PAY HERE) TO BUYING IT AS IS, AND I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I ALSO WANT TO INCLUDE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, BRIAN HAS SAVED ME HUNDREDS ON MANY OCCASIONS AND BELIEVE ME IVE WENT TO OTHER PLACES TO SEE IF THEY WOULD DO SERVICE FOR CHEAPER AND SO FAR BRIAN HAS BEAT IT EVERYTIME. NOT TO MENTION THEY GIVE REFERAL FEES! WELL AS FAR AS I CAN SAY IS IF YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT AUTOWHOLESALERS I DONT KNOW WHY, GO TALK TO PAUL MILLER BECAUSE HE HAS DONE RIGHT BY ME AND MY FAMILY FOR YEARS, I HOPE THEY NEVER GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND I WONT BUY ANYWHERE ELSE, THEY DONT FEED YOU CRAP AND GIVE YOU WISHFULL THINKING, THEY TELL YOU HOW IT IS, AND IF THEY CANT GET YOU WHAT YOU WANT THEN I'D SAY NO ONE CAN, THANKS PAUL AND AUTOWHOLESALERS!!!

I just picked IJP my 20Q5 Chrysler 300 and felt I had to let you know about myExperience at Auto Wholesalers and particularly with your salesman Paul Miller.I originally stopped by in May and wasn't sure what I was looking for and Paulwas very patient and listened to what type of vehicle I was interested in and withwhat options. After looking and test driving a few differed vehicles I decided I wanted the Chrysler 300 Limited with under 30,000 miles. Paul worked very hard to find the exact vehicle I wanted within my budget and not once did he try to talkme-into buying- something- else. ln fact, at-one-point ~I said I.would settle forsomething less and Paul's attitude was he wanted me to be happy with what Ipurchased at Auto Wholesalers and said he would find what I wanted. Well hedid and I got a beautiful Chrysler 300 Limited with more than I excepted and eventhe color I wanted. I couldn't have asked for anything more if I custom orderedthe car. .Paul is a credit to his profession and to Auto Wholesalers. My son willbe buying his first car in the near future and we have already decided that he willbuy it at Auto Wholest1lers and from Paul. Like you say in your show 'Repeatand Referral' there were no gimmicks or hidden costs and the whole process wasvery easy. The process was no different when we sat with the finance manager,no games or hidden costs. He was great and very patient. Thanks,Joe Ignazi

Many years ago in 1997 I went all the way up 1 hour to Auto Wholesalers as every Sunday Morning for at least a year before I watched his television ad from my livingroom chair religiously... I bought a car that was lined up to go on the next Sundays show, Thank goodnees I was there the Wednesday before to snatch it up. It was in excellent condition and priced at exactly what i could spend and afford. I met Mr. kelly from the television and was treated very well. I received the extended waranty and did end up using it for a head gasket and new tires as they were not passable at my inspection. My car was repaired properly and quickly and I never had another problem with it. I believe that Brian is still there in the service department and I think that anyone who has a problem or thinks they need help should see Mr.Kelly and talk reasonable and explain the issue to him. They want your business for life and everyone you send because they treat people right and put themselves in your shoes. I think the few bad reviews here really did not effectively handle there situations and expectations, they are quick to say bad but like i said let Mr Kelly now you need his help and watch what a fair man he is... Thanks for all you did for me, see I never forgot...

Me and my husband set out on a Sunday afternoon in search of a Nissan Frontier. I had been looking for the PERFECT one in my budget for months. I figured i could only maybe get a 2004 with a little less than 100,000 miles on it in my price range after research. My husband works across from Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett so we thought we would start our search there. We drove to the back section where the trucks were and there it was, a beautiful 2006 Nissan Frontier, black, extended cab, six speed, all the things i had been looking for. Paul came out and introduced himself to my husband (of course were looking for trucks so it must be for the man) so i gently informed him the truck was for me. Paul asked if we would like to drive it and i figured just for fun lets take it for a ride. The sticker said 15995 which was way more than i wanted to spend. When we returned paul asked how we liked it and i said it was awesome and everything i wanted but i knew i couldnt afford it, told him all i could spend was 12000.00. Then he came back with, "Lets see what we can do" and i thought, no way, hes going to swindle me and push me into something too expensive and waste my time. But Paul did everthing he could to help me reach my price, talking to the manager, dealing with the bank, and trying to figure out alternatives for me. I have to say, i am one to HATE dealerships and sales people, they are rude obnoxious and pushy, i never found this to be true with Paul. My goal monthly payment was 220.00 and ill just say, i reached that, and picked up the truck on friday afternoon. I cannot say if Auto Wholesalers is a wonderful dealership and if you go in and speak to someone else maybe your experience will be different, but i would definately recommend Paul Doane as a car salesman and i will go back to him in the future.

I went to autowholesalers after my husbands truck was sent back to his dealer due to an outragous carpayment. I knew that my credit wasnt great, but we just had a baby and we had to try to find a vehicle and fast. We looked at the website and found a truck at a ok price, so I applied online to see if I could get financed. The next day Ben the sales guy called me, he told me that my credit wasn't that great and asked if I could get a co-signer. I told him no, he abruptly told me that there was nothing he could do for me and hung up on me!! My thought was, was a jerk. Then about an hour later he called me back, said he spoke with someone and they said they could finance me and I would have to pay them directly, so I was thinking wow...great, finally a break. YEAH RIGHT! So he informs me the truck we applied for is sold, and said they had a few other trucks, which were about $2000.00 more then what we were looking to spend, but beggers cant be choosy. So he said we would have to be there by three o'clock that day, and he had to know right there and then so he could have the truck in the shop for inspection, granted it was a friday and I didn't understand why they couldn't inspect it and we could pick it up on Sat. but, he was very firm it had to be that day. so I called my husband and told him that he had to leave work early to go get the truck. So we get there, with our 2 wk old son in tow. Ben greets us, gives my husband the keys to test drive and thats the last I see of him. My husband comes back, Ben appears asks him what he thinks, my husband tells him there are a few things that need to be fixed, (a knob for the radio, side mirrors didn't work, and the driver seat bracket is broke and the seat doesn't sit right.) So he says they will be fixed and then says go sit in the waiting room. The waiting room was cold and drafty. For almost three hours I watched people walk by including Ben and NOONE ever told us what was going on with the paperwork or if the repairs were done....nothing! So FINALLY the paper work is brought out and we are told that we need to sign our lives away to what I will soon find out is a life sucker of a vehicle. I was told the seat bracket would be REPLACED, but it had to be ordered....but on my paperwork it was only written up as repaired. So we sign everything and go on our way. Exactly 7 days after our purchase I had to replace the univeral joint ($88.00), then two weeks later we have a transmission leak ($295.00) fix, then the ac dont work, the belt is broken and still in the engine...nice hazard for driving down the highway with ($20.00) then the ac has to be recharged ($99.00) fix. Now we are told the shocks and breaks are no good, and the tires are all different brands. And apparently autowholesalers wont fix any of it because I am a buy here pay here so I have no warranty!!!!As if the costly repairs are not enough, we call them about the seat bracket, because noone called us and they say yeah come on this day, but it has to be by 1:00, so again my husband has to leave work early to have the bracket welded, even though it was done once before and didn't hold. So he gets home and tells me its still not right and a girl from financing calls me to tell me that I haven't made any payments and that I am weeks over due, even though my paperwork that they wrote up says my first payment wasn't due for another 2-3 weeks. I am more then pissed at this point, I start complaining about all the problems that we are having since only owning this vehicle for less then one month, I ask to speak to a manager. I leave a message and noone calls me back. So again I call two days later and I speak with Paul Miller, and he was very RUDE and basically said because I am doing a buy here pay here situtation that its not their problem. So I told him that I am driving with three children in the truck and if someone hits us or vise versa and the seat ejects the person driving, then we were going to have a serious problem. So he said to have my husband call and set up another time to again miss work and come in and they will fix it right. So again my husband misses work and goes in, sits there for a few hours and he is assured the seat is properly fixed....Well guess what..... Its broken AGAIN!!!!! If you want a lemon and disrespect then go to autowholesalers!! I plan on forwarding a letter to the owner and to the better business bureau also. Maybe with a flame under their a** they will treat people with some respect and understand we are in tough times.

i visited auto wholesalers right after a aweful experence at a another dealer, they wouldn't tell me the price, only payments. but only after they ran my credit to see if i was worthy of there time. i got very upset since so many dealers promise promise and promise and at the end you get nothing the salesman promised. i arrived at auto wholesalers and i was asked how much my budget was!! iwas stunned. i looked around and all the prices where right on the winshield, again another shock. i met paul miller he never asked my ss# only my budget and and what i needed out of my next car or truck. i told him, he showed me a few options but none where what i wanted 2006 ford with under 30k miles for around 20 thousand.. he took my name number we shook hands and i went to leave. i was thanked for coming in, then the manager bill stickney came over said hi, i thought here we go going to try to sell me something i don't want..he asked the colors i would not take..i told him i wanted blue but no white. he shook my hand and said paul would call me as so as he found one that passed there 56 point inspection...again i was very surprised over all this.. by the time i arrived home i had two messeges one from the other dealer. with a white 2006 ford with 35k miles for 24500 then i got a messege from paul. he found me a BLUE 2006 FORD FOR 19200.00 WITH 23K MILES. I called paul back i arrived about 2 hours later there was my truck and it even came with a 3year 100k mile warranty FOR NO COST TO ME!!!!!! i will never buy any where else. thank you auto wholesalers and paul was great. bill you did a great job finding my car....thank you again john mitchell

Have had nothing but trouble since day one with the car. Had the car in twice for the same problem and was never fixed. Called up the service manager who stated they needed to look up my claim and said he would call me back later that day. Never recieved a call. Called back several times to fix the situation and was given attitude several times and was told I would get a call back and each time I never got a call back. Now the car does not run at all and I still owe tons of money on it. I strongly recommend that you do not use this dealership as they do not honor their promises.

After picking up my new car, it broke down before I got home. When I called to let the salesman know he told me that everyone had left for the day and I'd have to call back in the morning and speak to the Service Manager, Brian. He said if I called by 8 they should be able to have someone out to Portsmouth to pick up my car by 10.I called Brian at 8 and was told that he would send someone out to pick up my car, and to drop off my loaner in Dover, where I work. He said it should be sometime in the morning and I should be able to pick up my car that night. As the day went on I kept calling Brian to check in to see where my loaner was. Each call was met with a tremendous attitude, and I kept being told that it would be "any time now." At one point he told me that I didn't have to keep calling, that they would call me when they were in the parking lot. I told him I just wanted to make sure I had the car before it was time for me to leave at 4:15. I called once again at 4, when I still had no rental car and no way to get home. Brian told me that the rental had been dropped off a while ago and that he would try to reach the tow truck driver so that he could tell me where in the (extremely large) parking lot it was. At this time I mentioned his comment earlier about my car being ready that night. He assured me that that would no longer be possible because of how late it would be when my car got back to them (even though it was their own fault it was getting back so late).About 15 minutes later (just at the time I had told him several hours before that I needed to be leaving work) I received a call from the tow truck driver who was sitting in the parking lot waiting for me. Brian had lied about the car being delivered earlier. At this point I was so frustrated I called and asked to speak to Paul, the salesman I had worked with, but he had left for the day. I asked to speak to Bill, the manager, instead. I explained to Bill all of my frustrations of the day, and the fact that I could not make another 45 minute trip out to Hooksett, and asked if he could send someone out to Dover in my car, and we could then exchange it for the rental. I reminded him of how many times during the sales process they had touted their excellent customer service, and how all they cared about was making sure I would be satisfied. I was told that, while customer service was very important to them, none of my issues were their problem. I again said that I couldn't make the trip out to Hooksett again and was told, "If you want your car fixed you're going to have to."Tomorrow is the day that I go to pick my car up, so we will see if anything good comes of this. Although I am not expecting anything. Overall I have to say, this has been the worst car buying experience I could ever imagine, and I would highly recommend that everyone STEER CLEAR of this dealer.
