My son and I went up there today 08/10/21 we were looking. At 3 Vehicles The experience I got Was not what I expect He act like he did not want To do anything for us Very rude And made us feel Like we were wasting his time we not go back

Owner was very nonchalant and distant. While discussing the cars he was on his computer, zero eye contact, and didn't seem interested in answering any of my questions. Maybe the budget that I quoted wasn't enough for him, Im not sure but I told him maybe I will come back when he wasn't so occupied. I didn't feel welcomed.

Had me drive over an hour after I commited to buy.. assuring me the truck would be there. Sold it out from under me as soon as I pulled up. Communication is key.. The owner's son looked like a puppy running to hide behind his father... Cussing and running his mouth in front of customers.. What a way to do business...

Sold me a car with a bad motor, had to have a timing chain replaced. They cleared the check engine code & told me car was good when I purchased. If you purchase a vehicle here, I’d recommend a mechanic look over the car before driving away.

My mother purchased a van from this business. The day she drove away with the vehicle, the salesman stated that of the 2 keys that came with the van, one would be kept in a file at their office in the event it had to be repossessed , and that upon payoff she could come by and get the other key. My mother and myself have purchased vehicles in the past with the same condition, so we had no issue with that. Yesterday, my mother dropped by with her proof of payoff and title. A gentleman in the office immediately to the right as you walk in looked at her paperwork and the 1st red flag was when he ask her if she wanted her title back. After an "extensive" search of about 2 mins, he returned and said that he had no idea where the key was because they dont keep up with stuff that is there that long. He had an attitude almost as if because he was not making a commission he had no use for us. I could have accepted if he said to please give them some time to find the key, but he had one of those "oh well" attitudes that people who lie have. I know its a spare key, but its a key that costs $90 plus to have copied and I could have accepted him saying that they lost it, and was sorry it happened, instead of looking around saying oh well in a very disrespectful manner to my 81 year old mother. Just be aware that the moment you drive away with one of their vehicles, there is zero customer service.

The sign in the window of the car said warranty 30 days/ 3000 miles but when i was signing paperwork they said As Is. THEY have the same guarantee on their bargain trader ad. They told me that the car had been serviced but the oil was filthy and low. It was 3 quarts low on transmission fluid. Coil for spark plugs had to be replaced. Brake fluid had to be added. Antifreeze had to be added. The car drove fine for 3 days but by Saturday, a problem. Sputterring and hesitating and paid cash for it. Be weary of a fast talking salesman that constantly says "Hey, I'm gon treat you right, hey, I'm gon look out for ya". If you are in the market for a used car, buy a certified used car somewhere that actually services cars.

Too much commotion in store, called in from another location asking about damage on exterior of vehicle, not all was mentioned over the phone, sales person that we talked to one day was not there when she said she would be there to meet us there and did not call to tell us she wouldn't be there, price agreed on was as-is and then when we got there car would not start without jumper cables, and almost did not replace battery, other sales people were getting in the way during sale of vehicle, commotion all over office, etc.
