Though it was late(and freezing outside!) the staff was beyond welcoming, positive and helpful. It was by far the most positive customer service experience I had at a dealership. Our "Audi Specialist" was Alberto Meer and he was everything & more I could have hoped for, he was helpful, knowledgeable & just all around fun to work with... Even though we kept him (along with his Sales Manager & Finance guy) at work well after closing time finalizing our deal no one once seemed bothered or in a rush to leave and everyone was super GREAT!!! I can't thank all of them enough for their help, and FANTASTIC customer service.

I recently leased a 2016 A6 from Audi Tyson's Corner/May Chaijan. Having leased/purchased many vehicles in the past, this was easily the fastest, most pleasant car buying experience. May and Sales Manger Paul Jun were knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely accommodating even during the more tense parts of the negotiations. I have been a loyal BMW owner for my last 9 years, however they dropped the ball and Audi Tyson's Corner more than exceeded any expectation I could ever have. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market! I am very happy with my switch to Audi!

I did not even get to the dealer. When I asked if the car I was inquiring about could be Maryland inspected, the gentleman quickly said yes. When I inquired more, he said it could be MD inspected but I have to get it done. What a deceitful way to try to get you. I just skipped the car and purchased else where. Later the sales person called that they will do the inspection, it was too late.

I leased a new A7 from Audi Tysons Corner 2 years ago. It was simply the best dealership experience I have had. I just returned the car and the experience was equally great. No wasted time, they have a quick and efficient process. They stayed in touch with me unobtrusively thruout the lease period so I knew when to do service, etc. My sales consultant, Joseph Jay, is the most knowledgeable car guy I have ever known. The Audi has so many features that everyone needs a little training and he was superb. I would recommend Joseph to anyone buying or leasing a car. Finally, the A7 is simply the best car i have ever had. This is out of several Porsches, BMWs, Corvettes, even a Maserati.. I would take another A7, or maybe an S7 next time, any time.

I will preface my review with the caveat that I am one of those. You know, those pompous jerks that will never buy a new car or pay retail for a used one. With that being said, I had really high hopes for Audi; I had always had good experiences with V-dub dealers. Audi Tyson's Corner had a really good deal on a used VW Tiguan. I placed an inquiry online and received a timely response. The deal was so good that I was willing to pay what they had it listed for, but as any prudent car shopper would do, I gave a counter offer via email (to be fair it was a low-ball offer). I never received a reply so the next morning I set off for the dealership with the intent of doing a little onsite negotiation and buying the car. On my way to the dealership I received an email that stated: "Good morning! we are asking [xxx]but it is end of a month, and end of 3rd quaters. every reasonable offer will accept! Please come see the vehicle first to see if you like, if that is really the one you looking for and you want, I will do all my power to give .. unfortunately we can not negotiate the price over the email or phone calls" The first part, the whole "come down and check the car out" spiel, is usual dealer hub-bub. But the second part (no negotiating over email/phone), especially in this day and age, is utter nonsense and raises red flags. I replied to the email and expressed a similar opinion. A few minutes later I received a call from the sales manager who tried in vain to tell me how great his dealership was and how low his prices were. He asked me If I thought his price was inline with others I had seen online and if it was a fair market value. To his utter chagrin, I told him that did not matter. What mattered was what I was willing to pay for the vehicle. I gave him my offer and he said he would see what he could do. A few moments later he returned to the phone with his "best offer" which was $1,800+ more than my offer and only $300 dollars off the online list price. On the surface it was a fantastic deal. However, the sales tactic of promising the world if you would just come down to the dealership with no intention of actually doing any real negotiation,to me, is misleading and dishonest. To be fair, some might say that me giving them a low-ball offer when I was willing to pay more is misleading and dishonest. The bottom line is, I had higher expectations for Audi dealers. They are not bad, in fact, there prices were pretty good. It is just that there is nothing that sets them apart from your run-of-the-mill, sleaze-ball dealership.

I bought my first BMW, a 2005 Z4 2.5i from Audi of Tysons and it was absolutely the most pleasurable car purchase I've ever experienced, from my first conversation with Mo (my salesman) to the time I shook hands and waved good bye. I was only casually interested in a Z4, but, while on a business trip to the DC area (I live in Western PA), I decided to do some searching. I found a Maldives Blue over Beige Z4 at Audi of Tysons. The car had only 13,447 miles and the price was very fair. I made an online inquiry, got a quote, and Mo (Mo Akhtar) called me almost immediately. We made arrangements for a test drive later that afternoon and when I showed up, the car was running and ready to go. Mo is a true gentleman, as are all of the staff I met at Audi of Tysons. When I picked up my car about a week later, it was clean, polished, full of gas, ready to go and Mo was waiting for me. No pressure to buy anything, although I did purchase an extended warranty. (Hey it's almost 10 years old and BMW's are expensive to repair.) In summary, I would have never expected to buy such a nice car at such a fair price in the DC area. However, if you're in the market for a really nice car at a fair price - no matter where you live, give Mo a call and tell him Randy recommends him highly. It'll be worth the drive...

Was a little disappointed by the shape the car was in when I came by to look at it. I still saw a quality car under all the dirt. Zack promised to have it detailed and fill the tank. The customer service and selection here is great. I have purchaced a Porche Cayenne and Audi Q5 here and both times were very good. The only "complaint" is with the process of purchacing a car. It just takes too long anywhere one buys a car whether financing or with cash. Still, they did work to make it as nice and quick an experience as possible.

I had never use on line cars.com until a couple of weeks ago . We check out cars.com and found a Audi A4 at a very nice price . So we got the number and dealer information set a appointment to go check the car out. We drove 2hours and 10min just to go see the car. It sound it to good to be true . When we got to the Audi dealer I could not believe the prices of the cars they where so good . Every one was very nice and carrying. We ended buying the car we saw on line they clean the car, check car , and gave us a full tank of gas . This will not be the only time we go to this Audi dealer I know we will return in the further.

I was searching online & found a Pre-Owned Lincoln Navigator at Audi Tysons on Cars.com. It was a trade-in, 1 owner vehicle with only 94,000 miles on it! I sent an inquiry online, & got a call from the sales manager about an hour later! He said they could definitely work out a good deal & reduce their asking price and encouraged me to come out to see the vehicle! Ben Vater, the salesman who ended up helping me, also contacted me the same day! I went out there the next day. Ben Vater, was very helpful, as well as honest & up front about a few issues the truck had & what it needed to pass inspection! I ended up purchasing the truck that night, & although they could not release the vehicle that night without an inspection sticker, They had the mechanic come in the next day, Sunday to sign off on it. I called AAA, & Ben met with the driver & it was towed to my house that afternoon! I was very happy with the service!

He is friendly, straightforward, and has an in-depth knowledge of the Audi product and financing options. He will not waste your time not try to deliver you a product that you will not be happy with. I was looking for a very specific car to supplement my purchase of a new 2014 Stingray. I needed a "beater" car and was searching for a Subaru Outback in good shape. Using Cars.com to look at stuff in my area I found one that exactly matched my needs. The folks at Audi Tyson's Corner contacted me promptly and working with Pasha (my salesman from the Ukraine) was a pleasure. He was encouraging without being pushy, gave me a fair deal, and handled everything from first handshake to getting the car to my independent mechanic for a pre-purchase check-up, to closing the deal in just under 3 hours. Now instead of a beat-up beater car I have a 2003 Outback that it is in beautiful condition and will be just perfect for driving to work, the lumber yard, or anywhere else when the weather is less that perfect.

Bought a used 2002 Jag XKR from this dealership. The whole buying process went very smoothly but I'm writing this review to highlight the exceptional customer service and follow up provided by my sales rep, Judd Addy. I knew going in that the car was being sold "as is" so I looked it over very carefully to insure there were no major issues with the car. Everything with it was in good order. After we closed the deal I realized that I had not seen any owner manuals or second key set in the car. I brought this to Judd's attention and he said he would see what he could do to locate them and contact me later. (Think about your past car buying experiences...what would you have expected? Right...deal is done and I'll never hear from him again.) Over the next week or two I had messages from Judd saying he had had no luck locating the manuals or keys but he would keep trying. Then heard nothing for 2 months. Last week Judd called me and said he had located both items and would send them to me and I received a FedEx from him this week! Jag keys are not cheap, but the bigger issue here was Judd's follow through on his commitment. This man's word is his bond and what a great asset to Audi of Tysons! Thanks, Judd!

I had first contacted him via phone about a used vehicle I had seen online. He was easy going, professional, and able to knowledgeably answer every question I had. I was first dazzled when he asked if I would be available to answer my phone in the next 15 minutes. He wanted to personally inspect the inside and outside of the car himself and let me know if there was anything significant I should know about. He called me back promptly in the time frame and went into detail about the car to reassure my questions. When I got there the car was parked out front waiting for me. The receptionist was friendly and had me take a seat while I waited for Chris R. He was assisting another customer and noticed me, he came by and greeted me. We went outside to take it for a test drive. Everything he had told me on the phone was true and accurate. This had reassured me and put me at ease, and we left for a test drive which went great! None of it was over whelming, he's awesome, easy going, while staying very professional and respectful. We went back to his desk and filled out finance paper work within 10 minutes. Everything worked out and Chris R. figured out all the logistics for me. The management team and finance department is also amazing, I felt like they were on "my side" and watched for my best interest. Chris R. and the Audi team advised me accurately biased on what would benefit me currently and also kept my future in mind down the road. We went back to his office signed papers and it was done. I had never felt so right about a decision... I was so pleased and reassured. I went back the next day to pick up the car, which was waiting for me out front. The car had the tags on it and was ready to go. I noticed it had been detailed and washed for me. The staff was just as friendly and consistent as the day before. I feel that Audi of Tysons respects each client that comes to them. They understand that we have busy lives, they simply are able to go above and beyond to make it easier. The company is able to provide its customers with a pleasant stress free occasion. The company and staff are genuine and it made me feel very relaxed and happy to be there. Audi of Tysons and Chris Ross are AWESOME! So awesome that I went home and baked them cookies!

Audi of Tyson's Corner service is a ripoff waiting for customers with little car knowledge. They told Emmy transmission seal was leaking. It is dry a a bone back there + they never even cracked the case to check the level! They gave me a price of $1560 to repair when I told the service writer that all it needed was a new transmission. They priced replacing everything! Buying all the new parts from Audi would have been about $700 and would take about an hour to replace! I purchased an OEM transmission and had the repair done in 45 minutes! They told me I had multiple coolant leaks, but I drove the car 1200 miles round trip to Canada from DC the next weekend without loosing a drop! STAY AWAY. Audi America just quoted the service manager back to me when I complained to them. I guess selling new cars is all they care about. I am stupid to be surprised, but they have lost a customer for life. Too bad,since I loved my '99 A4!

Once my wife was able to come out with me we were able to finalize a deal and we walked away with a new 2014 Q5 TDI. We couldn't be happier. Emailed a request for information on a car I was interested in. The auto response replied quickly and Roman followed up with an email with in a few hours. He emailed me pictures of the car before it they were posted and gave me an detailed condition report on car. I was very impressed with his honesty. The dealership is about 4 hours away from where I live, so I will have to make it a long weekend to head there and see it for myself. I was thinking of using a paid inspection service for a second opinion, but am hesitant if the inspection service is friendly with the dealership. Keeping my options open. Not in a rush.

This was certainly not the first time I bought a car, so I knew what I was walking into, or so I thought. My experience with Audi Tyson's Corner was quite the surprise. I went to the dealership to look at some lease options on a new 2013 A5. As I was looking around I found a used A5 that fit all of my requirements. The sales person, Sam Alimi, was extremely professional and told me that he worked with the new vehicles and that he would be more than happy to refer me to the Internet Sales dept. That is when I was contacted by Mr. Ronnie Bounds. Mr. Bounds and I met and I immediately felt like I was talking to an old friend. Mr. Bounds (Ronnie) was extremely knowledgeable, professional and understood my circumstances and time schedule. We had a mutual respect as the seller and buyer as he walked me through the vehicle I was interested in. I wanted to see how the car felt, which you cannot do trying to drive around NOVA traffic, so he took me for a quick spin before I got behind the wheel myself. There was absolutely no pressure to make a deal that day. He was honest with me and I felt very comfortable telling him my needs and concerns. The next day I returned and the negotiation was handled without a glitch. Even through the financing took us past closing time, Ronnie stayed to make sure everything went smoothly. He did not follow up on anything that he said he would. He promised to wash my new vehicle anytime I wanted at the Audi dealership. Then when I came to get my car washes on several occasions he would not have time for me. He promised me 4 full tanks of gas which he did not do, he even called me at work to ask me to come over to the dealership so he could fill my tank with gas and when I got there he was nowhere to be found. I called him many times and he did not answer his phone. He then offered to give me the money in the place of the gas after he realized he could not keep his commitment. He promised me I could call him at anytime if I had any questions about my new Audi, every time I called he would not answer the for. it has been 5 months since the purchase of my new vehicle and he has yet to fulfill any of the promises that were made. I wanted to buy my wife a new truck from Audi but because of this experience when her lease is up in 30 days we are going to stick with BMW. I felt used and cheated by this salesman and would not recommended anyone buy anything from him. Thanks,

Great staff in all departments. The sales staff treat you like a real person, go figure! This is true even if you aren't buying one of the $100k+ new Porsches or Audis they offer they don't look down on you like some high end dealerships do. The facilities are in a state of flux as they are completely renovating the front end of their dealership. This is a Penske owned dealership like many of the high end brands in the Tyson's area. Don't hesitate buying a car from them.

I recently bought a used Acura at Audi of Tysons Corner. Ben Vater was the sales specialist and though Acura was not his specialty, he did a great job going over the features of the car I bought. Ben made the entire buying experience (Saturday - test drive and Sunday-purchase) efficient and painless. There wasn't any over-the-top pressure to "sign today" and the negotiations on the second day were completed quickly. Unlike other dealer experiences, we didn't get the high pressure sale of add-ons (tire replacement, extended warranty, cloth/paint protection, etc.) with the finance department. These options were offered, but in a straight forward no pressure way. If you visit Audi of Tyson's, recommend you ask for Ben.

Pasha was not only knowledgeable and patient, but also reminded us of one of our sons. A great conversation followed and we headed home happy to wait for just the right car. However, turns out we weren't quite as patient as we thought we were. We scoured the Internet and ended up returning to Audi of Tyson's Corner, but this time for a great deal on a new car. I purchased a 2012 Audi A6 in June. Prior to my purchase, I had also visited HBL Tysons, BMW Fairfax and Volvo Fairfax. Among the four sales team, Ben Vater at Audi Tysons was, hands down, the most helpful, most pleasant, and most personable to work with. There was no push or pressure. Ben simply made himself available to answer all my questions and welcomed me each time I returned for another test drive (three times over a period of couple months). When we finally sat down to work out a deal, I really felt Ben and his manager worked with me to offer me a great deal that would be a win/win for both parties. I had done extensive research prior to the purchase. So I felt confident that they were conducting themselves with integrity. During the price negotiation, they didn't try any questionable tactics to wear me down. Instead, they were upfront about where they needed to be which helped me to decide on what I knew would be a reasonable offer based on a plethora of pricing data that I had gathered from multiple sources. Six months later, I'm still very happy to have worked with Ben and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy an Audi. When it was time for my first 5K service, Ben contacted me and set up the appointment! What fantastic service! BTW, my A6 is pretty fantastic, too! (On another topic, I must say that Fairfax Volvo was THE worst place! When I walked in the show room, there were multiple salesmen and no customers. But not one person acknowledged me, greeted me or offered to help - other than glance at me w/ a blank stare. (Trust me, I'm not an alien.) It was bizarre! If they had been more engaged with me, I might have settled on a Volvo because I was extremely interested in their 4-year free service promotion. Too bad for them.)

I was already well informed on the vehicle (A3 TDI), and the sales rep (Ben Vater) provided excellent no pressure additional info and let the car sell itself. The unexpected availability of the new/used (loaner) 2012 + CPO seemed a good opportunity. I returned with my calculations and there were no suprises during negotiations. The financing / closing specialist (Brian)was expert and efficient. This was the smoothest dealer purchase I've ever made, despite a complex deal (I brought my own financing which took a couple days to line up.) Ben also took the rest of his afternoon to help me shuttle back and forth to bring (both) cars back to home port.

I just completed the purchase of a 2013 Audi A6 from Audi of Tyson's Corner and had a really great experience. I was waiting for the 2013 A6 2.0 with the Quattro option to arrive before buying. I went in to just look around in the interim and the 2013s had just arrived that week. I met the General Sales Manager, David McBrearty, upon entering the showroom and, after chatting with me to determine what I was looking for, he passed me along to Chris Ross. Chris did an excellent job of walking me through the features of the car and making the test drive enjoyable. He was very candid in recommending some options and dissuading me from some others that I hadn't really thought through. The car itself was phenomenal. Once I decided on all of the options and colors Chris and David found my car that day and went the extra mile to ensure it had all of the options that I wanted. The actual purchase process was very easy and lasted all of fifteen minutes. Chris was an excellent advocate for the car and was very helpful in getting me acclimated before I drove off the lot. His knowledge of the car and the brand was very imnpressive. David is extremely professional with the goal of getting you in the car you want at a fair price. All in all, the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have had.

Spent several weeks looking for the BMW M3 I wanted, and found it at Audi. The process couldn't have been easier. And every time it was great experience, from both service and new car sales department. There is another Audi/VW dealership closer to my house, but I continue going to the one at Tysons Corner

Ronnie & Robert(salesmen) you get an A+++ for the outstanding service that was provide to my husband & I. It was great to be able go to buy a car from a dealership that treated us with kindness and with a great professional attitudes. Outstanding service From the Salesmen, General manager and financial manager(awesome, made the process even better). It was also great to have it completed in timely manner. Got to the dealer by 10am was at home(100+miles) before 3pm.

Overall, I've had a very positive experience here buying a used car, but I'd advice anyone buying a used car (here and generally) to do your homework. I suspect that, had I not known the questions to ask and what comparable vehicles were going for, I would have gotten screwed. As it happens, though, they were exceptionally good at accommodating my requests, and things went quite smoothly.

I recently bought a new Audi A4 at Audi of Tysons Corner. Roy Palk on their sales staff provided great assistance in making this purchase as easy as possible for me. He is very knowledgeable about the technical details of the car and was able to answer all my questions. He also was very diligent in finding the exact car configuration that I was looking for. Once the car arrived, he gave me a very thorough orientation on all of the cars features, especially the navigation system. As a result, I have been able begin immediately enjoying the car and all its features.

I went to Audi of Tysons looking to buy my new A4, and not only did I did I find it there, I had a great experience throughout the entire process. Terence Wilson was a pleasure to work with. It was easy to reach him for any question I had, big or small. It was nice to deal with an individual in the car business that not only knew the brand but also didnt make you feel like you were being poached like fish in a barrel. I would recommend buying from Audi of Tysons and would definitely recommend working with Terence Wilson.

Very professional service from the dealer as we bought our new Q5. The salesman, Joseph Jay, answered all of our questions and we never felt like he was trying to pressure us. The entire experience was pain free, and he negotiated a fair price for the car we bought, a car that at least so far, we really love. Recommend Joseph Jay as a low-pressure, but well informed salesman.

I went to Tysons Audi just to do research on a S4 and find out what the changes were on the 2013 models. I did not plan on buying and told the sales people of my intent. I didn have an appointment and I was expecting to get a cold response after reading several eviewsof this dealership but I was determined to get the needed information. Chris Ross asked if I needed any help, I explained why I was there and on a busy Saturday he very politely helped me and answered all my questions. Chris also took the time to show me several 2012 models as he explained the changes that were coming in 2013. He talked to me for over an hour and never did he rush me or give an indication that I was wasting his time. I was so impressed with Chris that I returned the following week and spoke to him about one of the S4 we were looking at the week before, he very professionally showed me the S4 in detail and we were able to agree on a fair price for the S4 as well as for my trade in. I would definitely recommend speaking to Chris Ross if you are looking for a friendly yet professional Audi experience. * I placed 3 stars for facilities only because they are remodeling at this time, however, it did not hinder the quality of customer service.

I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Joseph Jay at Audi of Tyson's Corner. I have been out of the car market for a number of years and entered the process with some trepidation. Joseph and his associates were extremely knowledgeable about the Audi as well as the numerous changes from my previous automobile. The process was incredibly fast, easy, and rewarding - I walked in at 1:45 pm on Saturday and was driving the car off the lot by 4:45 pm. The staff was very much focused on making sure I had an exceptional customer experience and I can honestly say they exceed the expectation they set when we started the discussion.

I have been having my 2 Audis serviced at Audi of Tyson's for a few years. KONRAD MALINOWSKI (my service advisor) has made sure my visits to the service area have been efficient and professional. He gives me honest answers and I feel I can trust him. In this day and age- that is rare thing. I know that my cars will be clean, safe and taken care of as promised when I bring my cars to Konrad.

With the excepttion of my sales guy, who "got" it, the dealership is a total loser to be avoided. They simply don't care, can't be bothered, and resent the annoyance to provide service. Nice new shiny facility staffed with ignorant and arrogant and definitely not car nor consumer oriented yahoos.

I've never seen any sale person trying to rush customer out the door like here. We went to test drive the Q5, and during the test drive the sale person's phone rang none stop. Then after we got back, we asked him how much the car cost and if there have more options. He said he doesn't know how much the car cost or how many cars they have in their inventory then he asked me if we can make decision today??? Base on what? He told us to go online to check the price and call him back next day?!? Really?? If I do go back, he will not be my sale person.
