Silver Spring Audi is some of the finest people in the automotive industry full stop. That's say a lot because most of the time stepping on a dealership lot is a harrowing experience. Not at Silver Spring Audi. I've purchased and serviced my Audis here for over 10 years and they've always treated me and my family like valued customers. Their staff is kind, customer focused and genuinely appear to enjoy the value and professionalism they provide. There isn't a sense of pressure from anyone at the location. They're honest to a fault and work quickly to insure you're experience there is pleasant. They start with the customer relationship and develop an excellent buying and service experience as you spend time there. To put a finer point on this review, this experience isn't true for all Audi dealerships in the Metro D.C. area. Some are better then others, but, in particular, one dealership in Northern Virginia is terrible and should be avoid at all cost. Avoid all that nonsense and take your Audi over to Silver Spring Audi. Silver Spring Audi is an exemplary dealership and you'll honestly have a great experience there. Ask for Tom in sales, he'll make you feel at home. If you're in for service or repair, they're all great there, but Dimitra in particular is awesome, ask for her by name if she's available.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience when going to this dealership. I purchased my car from here and the salesman was great. Each time I take it in for service, the way they talk to me and treat me is always extremely pleasant. I also love how they provide videos of the car after the service is completed with an explanation of everything they’ve done and checked for. I highly recommend!

Fantastic car buying experience with Audi of Silver Spring with special mention to Kevin Soltwedel who made the process so easy and relaxed. The whole team was amazing too. They all made us feel welcome and there was no pretentious attitude. Our questions were answered with patience and in a relaxed, knowledgeable atmosphere. Our daughter spilled her hot chocolate drink and it was everywhere! It seemed like everyone was there to help us clean the mess up and no one made my daughter feel bad about the accident. My recent car buying experience with Audi Silver Spring was a highly exceptional one. Salesman Julian Collins made the process very easy and comfortable. Any and all questions that I had for him he answered in a very punctual manner. When he didn't have the answer himself he made certain to let me know that he'll get back to me after consulting with someone that does. I appreciated the genuine care and thoughtfulness with which he conducted his interactions with me before, during, and after the sale. As with any endeavor there were some minor hiccups here and there but he made sure to fight for me to make certain that my experience with Audi Silver Spring was nothing short of stellar. Marty Zellhoefer was very helpful and patient with me when I purchased my Audi Q5. When I initally stopped at the dealership on my way home from work, he took the time to meet with me while others were not busy but did not acknowledge me. The receptionist greeted me and was friendly. Marty came and showed me some cars. I went back the next day and made my purchase. I have had to go back for him to help me "learn" my car and he was very patient. As an older female making a purchase alone, I was confident going into the deal. After falling in love with the A4 and talking to Tom, I never made it to the other dealership. What stood out with this experience is the fact that I felt no pressure from Tom. I gave two stars because I got the car I wanted but the customer service experience was horrible. I know I was looking at an Infiniti on an Audi lot but damn, it was bad. First, the salesman, who I assume is the only employee that knew anything about used cars, wasn't there when I showed up at the agreed upon time. So I got setup with a really pleasant gentleman that knew nothing about this car. At one point, he told me "I've never even been an Infiniti." Luckily I had done plenty of research and know a decent amount about cars so after the test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle. The car wasn't ready yet so I had to wait a few days to take delivery which wasn't an issue. Upon returning to take delivery and pay, I was informed someone will show me the features of the car. Again, no one knew anything about it and they basically said good luck. Two weeks after taking delivery I noticed my previous car hadn't been paid off by the dealer. I called the finance manager and he explained my payment was stuck in accounting because of an account number. Was anyone ever going to contact me for my account number? After sorting that out, 3 weeks later my trade in had finally been paid off. At the same time, I hadn't received my new title and tags. I called and reached the woman in charge of tags and titling and she hadn't processed my information over two weeks after purchase. It has now been almost a month since I purchased the car and still no title and tags. Long story short, go here if you already know what you are looking for and if want to be inconvenienced by having to micromanage them.

Service is worst, Took more than 3 hours for regular service,didn't provided loaner car because it is regular service. None of issues are addressed.Promised test drive with service engineer that didn't happen.No place to sit in service lounge.Service Consult's has time to talk to customer dogs and they didn't have time to answer customer questions.

I recently purchased a certified pre owned 2012 A4 Avant with the help of Stephen Saunders. I did this sight unseen as I had it shipped to Colorado, where I live. Purchased my first Audi after being a Lexus owner for many years. Audi Silver Spring was a friendly and easy experience- no pressure at all but lots of information provided. I worked with Tom Schweiss, who is their internet sales dealer. Tom was fantastic and the sales experience was a breeze. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful - and no fake "manager meetings" where you endlessly wait for no reason! I have not used the service facility yet so can't yet comment. Recommend Tom and the dealership highly.

My experience at Silver Spring Audi was phenomenal. James Chase was our sales rep, and went over and above in ensuring our experience was pleasant with no wasted time. There was no pressure, and he was very patient with our two separate test drives and almost three weeks between our first meeting and final decision on which car to go with. They went to great lengths to ensure everything was done, and when I couldn't find the Roadside Service pamphlet in the glove compartment, on his own volition, James went by my house and dropped one in the mail box. now that's service!

I recently purchased a gently used 2014 Audi S4 with very low miles (8,500). I live in Florida and for approximately 6 months I have been researching these cars. I didn't want to buy new and I had a very particular color combination and technology features in mind as well as desiring a 6-speed transmission. I monitored all of Florida's Audi dealerships as well, but the car combination I wanted never came up available used. I initially dealt with Mike Mazak, but finally dealt with salesperson, Thomas Schweiss. I have never bought a car out of State, but I was willing to secure a deal over the phone and make the trip up to purchase the car provided I could come to terms. My experience was very pleasant and Thomas even picked me up from the airport. The car was WAY better in person than in the website pictures and I was able to complete the purchase in less than 3 hours (which is very fast, in my opinion) and drove the car to the Auto Train station on Lorton, VA same day to get the car to Florida. One thing I found very pleasing was that prior to making the trip, I had worked with their financing team to secure financing terms that were to my satisfaction, but when I got there, they were able to get me about 0.75 basis point lower than the financing terms I/we had agreed to. This lowered my monthly payment. I thought it was a very good touch for them to do this as I don't think they really had to since we had "agreed" to terms prior.

Our transaction was pretty uneventful. I chatted back and forth with Thomas Schweiss for a day or two via email. We struck a deal contingent to my trade-in. My wife and I liked the deal so we drove 2 hours and 45 minutes from Ocean City, MD to Silver Spring. We go there at 8:15 PM, test drove the car around the block, did the paperwork, got a really fair price for my trade ($300 more than I was expecting), signed the financing, and drove home. Their team stayed until 10:30 PM to get everything done. Other than that, the facility is nice. The staff is very social and friendly (at least for us it was), and the follow-up communication was there the next day. Not much to review for me which is good I guess.Shawn (Ocean City, MD)

I bought an 2014 Audi Q7 , I had a great experience. with my salesperson Scott, he was awesome. after a while I I realized that the DVD headphone was missing, I called my salesperson few times, but I the sales manager forgot about my headphone which he is no longer work there and I did complain about my issue , as soon as my voice was heard, the general manager Mr. Michael DiGiovanni called me right away and reached out to me , he handled the matter so professionally and immediately ordered the missing headphone. I have a strong faith in the management team to run the business in the right way. I'm considering to trade in my 2013 Audi to the new 2015 Audi A8L 4.0T . I am glad I did not purchase the used Mercedes C300 from them.Unfortunately I had to drive all the way to the dealership to discover how incompetent this dealership really was. They will change the pricing at the finance room without your knowledge!!! Although I had completed a credit app, sent a copy of my ID, Insurance info, Trade info with current mileage and pay off amount I had to wait 2 hours before they even tried to help me. They had my app sitting with nothing initiated!! Although my sales rep Xeni was friendly, he had no clue about the car he was trying to sell me - when a few things like the back curtain, rear speakers and the rear seat lights was not working his comment was " we are not a Mercedes Dealership so we have no idea why this is not working and have any knowledge of fixing it unless I will pay for it""!!! And his managers including the finance rep Prasad (he was the most unfriendliest person I have ever met!!) never seemed to understand what was needed and not once did anyone from the dealership try to compensate for their failures. This dealership just is not worth your time. Do not go!

She was being quoted a price way over MSRP and so I decided to surprise her by calling a bunch of dealerships in MD for her in hopes of surprising her with a good deal. I had recent experience for negotiating my own car deal so I wanted to help her out.I am located on the west coast, so as soon as I began calling a couple of dealers telling them I was looking to broker a deal on behalf of my sister, they didn't even want to work with me. Not Johnny. He assured me from our first conversation that he was going to help me get a great deal for my sister since she had budget constraints. I had a great feeling about Johnny from the first time we spoke.Johnny and I spent a week going back on forth between numerous emails and phone calls, and we finally came to terms on an amazing deal. My sister signed a new lease with him last night. Overall, Johnny was one of the most courteous and obliging sales people I have ever worked with, and the best part is he was never pushy or rude like other salesmen come across. If you go to this dealer, make sure you ask for Johnny. You won't regret it!

I purchased my Audi from Silver Spring, but I live in Lorton. At first I took my car to them for service, but the distance (45 min to 1 hour) was becoming an inconvienence. So I decided to go to a closer Audi dealership. The same dealership that I chose not to buy my Audi from because they were too pushy. But being that I was only going for service, I figured I would be safe. WRONG! I took my car to the Arlington dealership on 2 occasions. For various reasons, I have chosen not to go back to them and take that hike to Maryland! Each experience with the Silver Spring Audi dealership has been awesome. In particular are Evan, Cragg and Aaron. Those guys are always so nice and helpful. They never pressure me about anything. I am greeted by name as soon as I pull into the service center. I have no hassles with getting a loaner or anything. I have a warranty on my car and I have no issues with whats covered and whats not covered. With Arlington, there was always and issue of "maybe" its not covered. That is not a good feeling to take your car to a dealership, knowing you have a warranty, for the dealer to tell you "maybe". Silver Spring has never said this to me, they inform me immediately of any out of pocket expenses. Which so far, has been none :-) I do not mind my 45 minute drive to Maryland anymore. Its worth the treatment and expertise of the Service Department at Audi Silver Spring!

I purchased a preowned Audi Q5 6 months ago and I've gone back to the service dept for vibrations in the speakers. After 3 visits I was told by the service manager that although they can hear the problem, they can't fix it and my only option is to go to a "third party" outside of Audi to have it fixed. Although I like the vehicle, I'm pretty sure that I won't get another Audi if this is the norm. I'm hopeful that any other issues can be fixed as they arise as the Q5 ages. There's no option to choose "maybe" for returning to this service center so I checked yes in hopes of any other issues being taken care of. I'm already considering a Porsche Cayenne bcause I'm sure the speakers don't vibrate.

One word, Amazing, I have dealt with a lot of dealers in the past and I can honestly say, this has been the best experience I have ever had. They went above and beyond in helping me get into my new car.I was on a phone with 2 local dealers in NY for a car that i wanted, I was on the phone with them for a whole week going back and forth about price and such, after all was said and done, when I was ready to get the car, they tried the typical "oh your credit doesn't look so good so your monthly payment will be higher" nonsense. I checked my credit a week before car shopping and know for a fact that I had Tier 1 credit. I had no time for games so I moved on.I did some more research and saw that Audi Silver Spring had the car and color combination that I was looking for, I called late on a Friday night and spoke to Scott Veneziani, just from the way they spoke to me over the phone, very professional, very informative, never felt pressured, to the point, didn't waste my time (unlike the salesman I was dealing with at my local dealer). I was sold. I called back Saturday afternoon and discussed the terms and the deal was done over the phone.A testament on why Audi Silver Spring deserve your patronage, I drove 3 hours from NY to Audi Silver Spring and was running late, they stayed late after closing so that i can take deliver of the car. When i got there, I was greeted with nothing but smiles from Scott Veneziani and Frank Gomez. Everything was smooth sailing from thereon out, from signing the papers to the run through of all the car features. I never felt rushed even though it was way past their closing time on a Saturday.I highly recommend Audi Silver Spring, Scott Veneziani and Frank Gomez. We just bought our new Q5 2014 from Silver Spring yesterday. We were starting off from the internet inquiry and it went really well. We can't say more good thing about this dealership and our salesperson Jacob Jay, he is very professional and dedicated (Note: we were emailing back and forth on a Sunday- his off day). He listened to our needs and find the solution that best fits our need, he is attentive and straight forward and offered us a very reasonable price for a 2014 model. He is also very patient in explaining and demonstrating the functions of our Q5 even at late hour. We really enjoyed doing business with him. We would definitely refer him to our family and friends.

I chose this dealership after reading the reviews on delaetrater.com and I'm glad I did. There were two Audi dealerships closer to where I live but they didn't have very good customer service ratings and I saw why after going in to just look. After seeing the 2010 Audi Q5 that I was interested in online, I requested more info and rec'd a response from Jacob Jay rather quickly. Over a few days he answered all of my questions and I arranged a test drive. Once I drove that baby, I knew I was going to buy it. Jacob was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and demonstrated all the bells and whistles. While on the test drive he didn't try to convince me to buy which was nice. He just gave me info about the vehicle's performance and specs which was all that I was interested in. I actually enjoyed the test drive. Before going to Audi Silver Spring I hated going to dealerships because they always tried to convince me that I needed extras. Not so at Audi Silver Spring. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. My next Audi will definitely come from this place. They know how to treat their customers and I appreciate that.

Absolute worst car buying experience imaginable! If you have any kind of deal in place, even if its in writing, they will change the numbers and tell you it your fault. They agreed to have the car that we were buying shipped because it was not on there lot. During the course of further talks we got them to lower the price of the car another $200 to cover the cost of the inflated documentation fees. Come to find out they had planned on driving on driving our new car up and putting 130 miles on it without our consent. When questioned they told us the taking out the doc fees changed the deal. None of this was mentioned to us at all. we told them they were going to have to compensate us for doing this as it was not agreed to. We called the dealership it was coming from and they confirmed it was their intention to drive it up the whole time. When getting our deposit back our salesman (Jacob) tried to place all the blame for the deal falling through on us. We went to another dealership and got what we wanted and had a great experience!

I had a great experience working with this dealership and with my sales rep. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. Not only was the price very reasonable, but they helped me get my Zip Car back into the city so that I could drive my new car home with me that day. Just that extra bit of service, the extra hour he took out of his day to help, really made me impressed with the work ethic of the dealership. All the paperwork was well explained and taken care of almost effortlessly and I am confident that any time I bring my Audi in for service or inspection I will get the exact same treatment. It's the atmosphere they inspire and it makes purchasing a vehicle, which can be an arduous task, a pleasurable one.

The sales man was extremely helpful with answering any questions. The sales man Jacob was great at explaining all the information regarding the features and pricing of the purchased automobile.

I brought my Q5 in for scheduled maintenance and happened to see a S4 that piqued my interest. Took a test drive with Jacob (also sold me the Q5) and I was smitten. That specific trim did not fit in with my current needs, but Jacob managed to acquire another S4 that fit my specific needs the same day! After about a week of exchanging emails back and forth we reached a very comfortable deal and I came back to take the S4 for a spin. Purchased the car later in the week and am very happy with the decision. I have worked with Jacob on the purchase of two cars now and will certainly continue to go through him in the future. Jacob's manager, Mike, was also very helpful and accommodating during the entire process. All of my interactions with Audi Silver Spring have been great thus far and I look forward to future encounters!

After a thorough search for the perfect Audi S4 I finally landed at Audi Silver Spring and was helped by Scott Veneziani. The dealership is well manicured, friendly receptionist, complimentary water and snacks and a beautiful R8 in the front window! Scott greeted me and introduced himself and quickly returned back for the anticipated test drive. The car was great, hence why I bought it, but it was also very refreshing to talk to a sales rep who actually knows the product he is selling, and knowing it well. After a quick negotiation, we agreed on a number and the rest may have taken a bit over an hour(not terrible for a dealer!) Scott was generous enough to order me new S4 front floor mats, fill up the gas tank, find the manual and get the car detailed in a short period of time. Any future Audi purchases I will strongly consider Audi and Scott, thanks again!

Best dealership experience I have ever had. Several area dealers responded to my internet inquiry. I tried one closer to home, but when that didn't work out, I responded to Jacob Jay's email invitation to give Audi Silver Spring a try. One phone conversation with him was enough to convince me to brave the Cabin John bridge and the dreaded beltway "S turns" and drive all the way over to MD to buy the A6 I knew I wanted. It was the right decision, because not only is Jacob a courteous, knowledgable and highly professional salesman, he was backed up by a great team. The facility itself is first class, but it is the staff that really impressed me. I was treated like my business was important to them, not only by Jacob, but by his sales manager Frank Gomez, and the finance manager James Wang as well. They didn't waste my time. They took the stress out of the pricing process with their straightforward approach. You never know if you got the best "deal" possible, but I'm convinced I was treated fairly and honestly and they were in line with what the internet said they should be. I knew I would love the car: Jacob was able to find exactly the configuration I was looking for. But, I usually sort of dread the buying process and was very pleasantly surprised by how well it worked out with these guys.

This was a great experience. I initially found the car at this dealership on the internet while I was vacationing abroad. I contacted the dealership and got a very prompt reply from Stephen. After I couple of emails, I settled on the car. He offered me a very fair price. I tried calling him to get paperwork started, but my phone service was horrible. We couldn't hear each other. But Stephen was willing to work with me and again promptly emailed instructions so that I could secure the car. Once I arrived back in the states, I headed over to the dealership. Meeting him in person, he was just as patient and courteous as through email. We got the paperwork done and he then gave me a thorough overview of all of the features of the cars. I was jet lagged and tired, so he did thus quickly but efficiently. This dealership is about an hour away from me and there are other closer ones, but I plan on making any future Audi purchase here because of Stephen. Knowledgeable, courteous, patient.

I knew what options and car(s) I wanted to test drive. The Audi Brand Specialist (Thomas Schweiss) called based upon my a referral from my Audi A5 Service Consultant. Tom was great, he did not pressure me to added option and let me drive the S5 and Q5, both great vehicles. I had a great buying experience and got the car for the price I wanted. Overall, I felt like I was treated with respect thru out the process. I really enjoy working with Audi Sivler Springs

The price was also below that of five other Washington DC Area Audi Dealership offers. Audi Silver Springs ordered my vehicle, kept me informed of its progress (ordered, built, shipped from Germany, transported to the dealership, and its final arrival). My intial contact with the dealership was through the internet. Jacob Jay was very responsive with all questions and was very reliable to follow through on all communication. In person he was very respectful and efficient at coordinating all of the departments involved. The whole process was stress free and even after the sale, he had excellent follow through on all remaining details. Very good service. We were consistently offered snacks and beverages while we waited, and never felt coerced or forced into making a decision. Our salesman was very friendly and patient, and never gave us "the go around" in order to make a sale. We set an appointment and had everything waiting for us and ready to go as soon as we arrived. They even moved us into a separate office in order to speed the process along. We received a very fair price, and could not be happier with the product and service. If I am ever in the market for another vehicle, I would not hesitate even one second to return to Audi of Silver Spring.

I had a very positive experience with Mr. Jay and most likely would have not purchased the car had it not been for him. I felt that he was very fair an honest. In addition he was able to help me with some unusual needs. I needed to trade in a car which was physically with my son at college out of state. I did not want to go get the car only to be given an unacceptable price. I sent pictures and was able to get a fair price before I went to bring back the car. This was extremely helpful. With all my needs met, it was difficult to say no.

My first Audi and of couse my first A3. Jacob Jay made buying my first A3 easy. We did everything by email, so no waiting around at the dealership to get the best price! Once I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, it was everything Jacob told me it would be. I was in and out within an hour! My kind of Car Buying. Although I was utterly dissatisfied with Audi's failure to offer me a reasonable trade in value for my vehicle, I can not fault the salesman, Tom Schweiss for that. He is extremely knowledgeable of not just the Audi A5 I purchased, but of many vehicles. His broad based knowledge really allowed him to "compare and contrast" as he worked with me. He is patient and trys to be really helpful. I especially appreciate all the follow up he has done since I purchased the A5.Thanks Tom!

The car was late in coming but more importantly Jacob did not keep us updated on progress. We had to repeatedly call him for a status. I also provided authorization to pull my credit bureau for financing more than 15 days before we took delivery. The report was not pulled until the day before so I was surprised at the low FICO (not Audi's fault by any means) Score and becasue of the last minute nature of the inquiry it did not afford me an opportunity to fix my bureau so I was stuck with a 3.9% rate instead of 2.9%. And as Jacob laid out in his email that inlcuded this survey link it was crazy at the delaership when we went to pick the car up. Jacob had specifically told me 6:30 and yet had another customer at the same time.More generally on the servicing, the cost of parts is outrageous. $350 for light bulb, seriously?

We do not usually give superlative ratings to a car buying experience because the experience does not usually match the expectation. With Vince O'Donnell and the team at Audi Silver Spring, the experience of buying our vehicle surpassed our expectation. The negotiations were extremely fair and open, the facility was exquisite, and the customer service was simply outstanding. Vince answered all of our questions, enabled us to take a detailed test drive (alone), and made spot-on recommendations on maintenance packages. Vincent was by far my favorite sales associate I have ever dealt with at any dealership. Not once did he try to sell me something I didn't want or even push me into buying what I did want. Set a service appointment and dropped my 2011 Q5 3.2 off at 7:30 am for a 10:30 am 25K oil change - service (pre-paid).... dealer did not get to the car till 1 - 1:30 pm. Finished it at 3 pm. The service advisor called and stated that the car needed front brakes pads and rotors at cost of $905.00. To say the least, this is very early for a car to need this work (blogs on line state that there is a premature brake wear issue with 2011 Q5's - will contact AudiUSA Headquarters in Herndon, Va to address this issue.) and the price is very high(most dealers are $700). I did some more research and this dealer has a current $100 coupon on line for brake pads-rotors that was not offered to me at the time of the quote. Had a Maryland State Certified Inspection Station look at them today and they stated that I have 5-7K more miles on them. Note:warning light did not go on nor any brake noise. My 2006 BMW mechanic that he would do the job with Audi OEM parts for $467+ tax-just about 1/2 the price quoted.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Audi Q5. Tom was attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, including finance, receptionist, and the manager. It was the most pleasant experience we have had buying a new car. Even though the dealership is about a 45 minute drive for us, we would go back there again despite the fact that there are a couple of Audi dealerships much closer to our home. I had gone to two Audi dealerships in the area before Silver Spring and found both of them to be pushy and more concerned about getting a car out of their inventory than finding me the car that I wanted. I went to the dealer to accompany afriend. I actually found the vehicle for her on the internet. I had previously purchased an Audi A3 at Len Stoler Audi in Owings Mill.Jacob was frienly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in meeting our needs for the purchase. His explanation of the vehicle's features helped me understand some of the features I didn't even know I had in my own car!We had been to almost every Audi dealer in northern Maryland, even going to Virginia in search of the perfect car for my friend Amanda. It was frustrating for herthat many dealers would address me, the man, even though we made it clear that the car was for her. jacob and the Silver Spring staff did not do that. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable the entire process. I would definitely reccommend this dealer to my friends, and specifically to Jacob.

I'd been looking for the "perfect" car for over a month and when I finally found it at Audi Silver Spring I also met the "perfect" sales person. Jacob was wonderful from the start. He is incredibly knowledgeable and also easy-going. The whole process was very low-pressure and I got a great deal on my 2010 A4. It was exactly what I was looking for and the customer-service could not have been better.

Audi Silver Spring was the smoothest, least pressure dealership I have ever dealt with. Have purchased more than 10 cars in past 15 years. Jacob was friendly, knowledgable and upfront from the beginning. Dealership looked clean and streamlined. Jacob worked his hardest to meet all my demands without even flinching. No games. Honest and trustworthy. Will definately recommend them to everyone I know and will return when I'm ready to trade up.

We found the staff at Audi Silver Spring to be friendly; very professional; honest; able to listen to our concerns; helpful to us in clarifying our automotive needs; and very patient when answering our questions. My initial conversations and test drive with Mr. Olsen were helpful and informative. He was particularly attentive to my 92 year old father who accompanied me to the show room.Thomas Schweiss, who further helped my husband and me, could not have been more attentive, informative, patient, and honest. He was exceptionally professional.Joanna McCarthy, too, was very helpful and patient as we went through different finance scenarios for different warranty options.At no point did we feel pressured, or that we were being "handled" and at the end of the transaction, we did not feel that we had "been worn down". In fact, we both commented when we returned home that we did not have those lingering doubts about the "deal" we were able to get or not; nor did we feel exhausted from the experience. While this will sound like cliche copy from a billboard ad, it was the most pleasant experience we have had in purchasing a car.

Then I had an unrelated mechanical issue with the car which was fixed quickly and everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. Thanks!

Tom was very friendly and helpful from the first time we made contact. He worked with us to get the right pricing and a solid financing plan. The car was given a through inspection and any issue was addressed and fixed before we drove it off the lot. He even threw in new floor mats and a full tank of gas. Definitely would come back to Audi of Silver Spring for my next Audi.

Tom Schweiss had the car spotless when I arrived.We went on a test drive and he explained all the prominent features of the car. We struck a fair deal. everyone was happy.the car had 29k miles on it. Among all the Audi dealers near DC, Audi Silver Sping might not be the one that offers best price, but it is the most trustworthy one.Thomas Schweiss is a wonderful sale representative. Johnny Franco was the BEST. I visited the Audi dealership in Rockville first and was VERY dissatisfied with their service--they were very rude and didn't really offer to help me. They actually told me I would need an "appointment" before I could test drive a car. I decided to drive 30 minutes out of my way to visit the Audi Dealership in Silver Spring and I was very happy with everyone that I interacted with at this dealership. They are very professional and accommodating. Johnny is not the typical car salesman--he's not pushy at all and he really listens to what you're looking for in a vehicle and offers some great suggestions/advice. He gave me the opportunity to test drive several vehicles and not once rushed me into a decision. I ended up going with the 2012 A4. The color that I wanted was not in stock but he was able to find the color I wanted and made a great deal with me. I love my new car and I'm glad I didn't give up on Audi because of the other dealership. Johnny was extremely helpful. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in an Audi!

Tom was extremely helpful and this was one of the easiest and most pleasant sales experiences I have had. He worked with me while I was still in Afghanistan and was extremely knowledgable on the A5 and made the paperwork process very efficient. I worked with Johnny Franco at Audi Silver Spring to purchase a new S4. I found the car via the internet and got the internet price on it. When I went in, he handed the keys to me for a test drive, and we came back to negotiate a deal. The price we struck for the car and for the trade in were both very fair. Johnny and everyone in the dealership were very pleasant, cordial, and professional. There was no attitude, of the type that you might expect at a German car dealership. I recommend this dealership.

It had been close to 10 years since I had been in a dealership and I cant explain how impressed I was with how professional and courteous Tom was. Having worked in sales, customer service means A LOT and goes a long way with me and I was very impressed. He wowed me with his knowledge of the A3 and explanation of the A3 and it's features during the test drive. I think what stuck out the most to me was the fact that Tom was genuinely concerned about my needs as a potential customer as opposed to closing the sale. After visiting 20+ dealers in the DC metro area, Tom Schweiss at Audi Silver Spring remains THE MOST awesome sales manager to deal with. He not only gives the best prices, fair trade-ins, but also has good knowledge of Audi AND competitors' products. Tom is also very straight forward and communicative and NOT pretentiously overdressed like Lexus sales. I just bought my 2nd Audi from him and I'd definitely buy another Audi from him again.Audi Silver Spring's service department is decent too. Courteous and professional people. I was given a very thorough description of every aspect of the process, at a pace that was easy and comfortable. I was introduced to service manager and the assistant manager, as well as provided information about the rating of the service department in comparison to other Audi dealers nationally. Management, sales and financial personnel were very friendly and sincere in their expression of being willing to help -- not to just get a sale. The price was fairly and openly negotiated; additional services were explained carefully. I was provided a good introduction to the car and my phone was set up to work in my new car. I was oriented to the NAV and radio/sound system, with a recommendation that I come back for further training. The payment process and the various components of the bill and document process were carefully addressed. In general, I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the interaction with everyone.

My wife and I have each bought an Audi from Audi Silver Spring. Tom Schweiss was our sales manager each time. Both buying experiences were excellent.Weve liked Audis for a while, specifically the A5, and finally decided to go look at some last March. An internet search showed that Audi Silver Spring had the A5s with the options we were looking for, so off we went. (Its a 2 hour drive from our home in the central Virginia area.) The staff at the dealership was very nice, especially Tom who took us on a test drive. The car was everything that we thought it would be. Out of curiosity, we also test drove a Q5 and were very pleased with it.We did not plan on buying a vehicle that day, so after exchanging contact information we left. There was never any pressure to buy; Tom understood that we were just beginning our search.Over the next week, Tom traded emails with us on available A5s and pricing. When we mentioned that we were also interested in purchasing a Q5, he threw in an additional discount for the A5. The deal became too good to pass up.The A5 was ready as promised and completing the paperwork was simple. We decided to finance through our bank and there was never any pressure from the dealer to use their financing options. The experience was so positive that I ordered a Q5 on the spot. Tom tried to find a Q5 that had all the options that we wanted, but none existed anywhere on the east coast, so we ordered one from the factory. Due to timing of Audis production runs, we ended up buying a 2012 rather than a 2011. The Q5 was delivered in July -- two months before we expected it. It must have been on one of the first ships delivering the 2012 Q5s. As with the A5, picking up the Q5 and completing the paperwork was fast and efficient.After driving the vehicles over the past few months, we couldnt be happier with them. Both the A5 and Q5 are outstanding vehicles. Our toughest decision when travelling is deciding which vehicle to drive!

My advice is to not order a car from Audi Silver Spring. Without the customers knowledge, the dealers take it upon themselves not to order what the customer wants instead ordering a car that is more convenient for them. I ordered a car back in early July with several packages that I wanted included. There was a problem with the titanium package that would delay delivery of the car an additional 2-3 months, but it was a package that I wanted to have with the car so I was willing to wait. I was fully aware of this delay and the dealer and I joked the day I ordered it that the car would be a nice Christmas present. In August, I was wondering if I could change a minor detail with the interior trim since I thought the car had not yet gone into production. I tried to contact them but the salesperson never returned my email or voicemail. In late September, I finally got through to them but the dealer informed me that the car was done and would be at the dealership the following week. I was surprised that it arrived so early and that they never informed me about it, but then I discovered that THEY decided not to include the titanium package that I wanted because THEY didnt want the delay. They never bothered to consult with me but took it upon themselves to modify my order. I lost three months to this dealer and I took my business elsewhere.

We visited this dealer (without appointment) one Saturday afternoon looking for a 2011 Audi A4 we had seen on their web page. After we looked at the car on the lot, Khoroush came out to see if we needed help. We took the car for a test drive and said we would think about it. A couple of weeks later, after I had test driven some other makes of cars, we revisited them and test drove it again, this time with John Hicks since Khoroush was not there that day. We also made some inquiries into financing options. This particular 2011 A4 drives like a dream, although used was almost brand new and although a Premium package, had most of the options I wanted, so we decided to buy it. When we went back this last weekend, all the paper work was completed with James Wang, despite it being after 6 PM and we could take the car home with us that night (much to our surprise). The customer service was friendly, efficient and excellent and at no time did we feel pressured to add on something that I didn't want. They have ordered me some all-weather mats (that I requested) and I will go back later this week to pick them up.I will be taking my A4 back to this dealer for ALL of the required services and I have read that the Service Department is as well managed, efficient and friendly as Sales. I really look forward to dealing with them all in the future.

Vincent had the greatest level of knowledge of any sales-person I have ever spoken with and I've bought more than 20 cars from a wide variety of dealers. It was a pleasure driving the new A4 and used A3 we looked at and no question went unanswered. I am still in the deciding which type of car to buy phase, but this experience has definitely elevated Audi in my list.

My husband and I showed up without an official appointment. Our sales representative helped us while he juggled two other customers. He did a great job. The experience was excellent. We went in with a USAA pre-negotiated deal and the dealer fully understood the process. We are also Navy Federal customers and the dealer offered the same interest rate we could get through Navy Federal. They also gave us the trade in we expected from our previous vehicle. It was a one stop shop and this made the buying and selling of our vehicles manageable. I would definately recommend this dealer and sales representative to our friends and family.

The prices seem well within reason and if something doesnt quite fit the bill you can be sure they'll find SOMETHING for you to drive away in and work their hardest to make it happen.I'm an Audi Man and this is probably the best Audi dealership I've dealt with, definitely in the DMV area.

My biggest concern with this review is that the ratings top-out at "great", which hardly does justice to the team at Audi Silver Spring. Even prior to my setting foot in the facility, the individuals whom I encountered were very courteous, helpful, and positively professional. I will recommend Audi Silver Spring to any and all of my friends and absolutely will not hesitate to again make the one-hundred plus mile trip in order to purchase my next Audi vehicle.

I had test driven 3 other cars that I considered in the same catogory in terms of performance, technology and price. I was considering a Lexus, BMW, CTS and an Audi. I have not owned an Audi. I test drove te A4 and the A6 (as well as GS 350, 5 series and the CTS). The A6 out performed the others; the price was unbeatable, the service very personal, and I feel the A6 was the best choice. The salesman, Johnny was knowledgable, the General Manager was the most knowlegable and willing to do whatever it took to make me a client. I was VERY satisfied and would gladly refer any member of my family or my friends to Audi of Silver Spring (part of the MileOne Group).

They both represent Audi's award winning brand name and top notch customer service with their friendly and prompt service. They took the stress of purchasing an automobile off and were right ot the point, which I much appreciated. We were the last customers out of the store on a Friday night and they stayed with us after hours to make sure we were ok. Questions/concerns were answered efficiently and effectively and I enjoyed my experience. Steve has the most laid back and stress-free personality that I really enjoyed. I envy you! Excellent experience all the way around - far better than other Audi dealerships visited in the DC-MD-NORVA area! Sales person was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the features of the vehicle both before and after the purchase. Comfortable, low-pressure atmosphere from the moment we stepped foot on the dealership until we drove off in our new vehicle. One of the better, if not the best, car buying experiences we have had.

I called ahead to let this dealership know I was coming and when we arrived I told the front desk person I was there to inquire about a new Audi A3. The front person said she would get a salesman. I sat with my friend. No brochure was given. We actually went and got it ourselves. As we sat, numerous folks came and went and we did not get any help. We asked the front person and she said she would check. NOthing. No one came over during a whole hour that we waited to even say, "someone will be with you, or we haven't forgotten about you." It was a very disappointing experience. When we left, I mentioned to the front person, "I have to leave." She said. "OK, bye." She didn't even ask for my name so someone could call or try to stop me and get someone to help me. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. I am glad I purchased from another, because if sales is this bad, I would imagine service dept. would be awful.

Went out to buy a Mercedes GLK, at dealership disliked salesman and wasnt thrilled with the GLK. Decided to look around and found the Audi Q5 at Audi of S.S. John the saleman was warm, friendly, low pressure and extremely knowledgeable! He along with James and Frank made the whole process a pleasure. We did feel like part of the Audi family and were treated as such. I would highly recommend this dealership and particularly John the salesman.

My experience was great with Audi Silver Spring. Johnny Franco treated me as if I were a family member. Although the car was being shipped form overseas, he kept his word and held the car for me. I knew I was getting a great deal on the price as he used the same pricing structure that he did with a previous customer (a friend).

Audi of Silver Spring was by far the best dealership I have ever purchased a car from. Our salesman Brian Keys is such a down to earth person and made the entire process very easy. He was our comic relief while we waited for everything to process, so if you are looking for someone with a good sense of humor he is your guy. We were able to pick out the car we wanted, do a test drive, and drive the car off the lot within a few hours. We both want to thank the entire staff for doing such a great job and making this experience a lot less painful than it could've been. We'll see you guys again in a few years!!

I would say my main reason for thinking so highly of Vince and Mike was how they showed their concern for my travel distance. I did travel from Hershey PA to buy my car at Audi Silver Spring. They answered all my questions about my A6 and were right on with those answers. The car looks as good as they said and was worth my trip to Maryland. GREAT JOB GUYS...............

I must say this is the best car buying experience I've had, and I have been purchasing cars/trucks a very long time. Johnny Franco was on top of his game when it came to listing to me and giving me the pitch about the car I wanted to buy. He worked with me and help me to understand about Mile One Audi Dealership committment to customer service. It was Easter weekend, and Johnny was set to come into the dealership for delivery if I could not make it in on Saturday. Things worked out, but just his willingness to come in was enough to say that I will return when I'm ready to purchase another car. I will also give great reviews if anyone ask me about Mile One Audi. Thanks guys for a great car buying experience.

Johnny gave me a fair price. When an Audi with the options I had chosen was not available, Johnny helped me order the car that I wanted. He provided great service and quickly returned phone calls and emails. I would recommend Audi Silver Spring to my friends and family.

Customer Service was great, the service advisor kept me well informed on the status of my vehicle by calling me every other day. He provided a Audi loaner that was clean and a new 2011 model. The service dept advised to replace the water pump with a new and better one, it was still under warranty.

I've been in the market for an Audi R8 (v10 coupe model). I was thinking about ordering one but the wait time is just too long. Just by chance I came upon Audi of Silver Spring and they happen to have the exact R8 I wanted. It was even discounted :) I contacted them via internet and they got back to me within minutes which I liked. My main contact was Johnny Franco. He is a very nice guy and was looking to make my experience very easy without problems. I arrived to the dealership not knowing I would actually buy the R8 but when I saw this beautiful work on art sitting in the showroom.. well lets just say it was love at first site. I came in a rental car from Enterprise and Johnny made life easier by taking the rental out of my life and sent me on my way in my new Audi R8. I am new to DC, and was looking to have some minor service done to my 2011 A5. I called around to the other Audi dealerships in the area, but I found their service departments unfriendly, unhelpful, and unwilling to take me on short notice. Luckily, I was able to reach Service Consultant Evan Singham at Silver Spring Audi, who told me to come in immediately as they would fit me in.Upon arriving, Asst. Service Manager George Ayoub greeted me and worked to make sure he understood exactly what needed to be done. Both George and Evan had excellent "customer first" service mentality that made me announce to the entire showroom "Silver Spring Audi is like the Ritz-Carlton of Audi Dealerships." Within an hour of arriving, both of my issues had been resolved, and they even hand-washed my car for me. Having had a great experience buying my A5 convertible this summer (they went WAY out of their way to get an "ungetable" car that no other DC area dealer would help me with--and gave me an amazing price), my 5,000 mile service was due. I live and work and Virginia, so Silver Spring is not exactly "on the way," but one afternoon last week I found myself scheduled to visit a convalescent client at 2:00 p.m. in her home in Silver Spring. At 12:45, I walk into the dealer (unannounced--didn't call ahead) and ask, "I know this is an unfair question and the answer's probably 'no,' but is there any way I can leave my Audi here for its 5K mile service, borrow one of your cars for the afternoon, come back at 4:00 and pick it up?" The guy behind the desk--Aaron--just smiles and says "no problem." Ten minutes later he's got all the paperwork ready, I sign my name four times, and I hand over the keys. "They're bringing out a Q5 for you; it will be a couple minutes because they wanted to fill it up for you first." I get nervous because I assume "a couple minutes" is going to be half-an-hour. Meanwhile I see my car going into the service bay. But a minute-thirty later, a spotless Q5 pulls up. I take the loaner to lunch, see my client and come back at 4:00. As I get out of the loaner car, they're opening the door for me with "Welcome back Mr. Collins, how was your appointment?" Within five minutes I've been briefed on the service, I'm back in my own car, ready to fight traffic. In a world where "customer service" has become a string of 800 numbers and "cant get there from here" excuses, I was blown away. I was amazed by the buying experience here, but the service has me babbling in euphoria. And as I tried to express my heartfelt thanks and amazement to them, they just casually said "that's what we're here for" like it was just business as usual. These guys are amazing. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Buying a Car from Audi of Silver Spring was a pleasure and a great experience. Johnny Franco is the most friendly and accommodating auto salesperson I have ever dealt with. Together with his Sales Manager, they quoted me a price which they honored, even though the car I wanted was no longer in stock once I got back to them. Then they found the car I wanted, told me exactly when it would be delivered, and helped me obtain the financing I needed. They also gave me a great price on my trade in. I passed two other closer Audi dealers to buy from them, and I am glad I did. It was totally worth the extra 20 minute drive to work with them to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I am very happy with the overall experience and would encourage others to make the extra effort to buy from them, and especially to work with Johnny Franco. What a Class Act!!!!

Finding a 2011 Q5 with a 2.0T engine is extremely difficult, and after visiting all the Audi dealers in the Baltimore/Washington area- we chose Audi of Silver Spring primarily for the efforts Johnny Franco made to earn our business. He was extremely helpful, knew the product well- and there was nothing that he would not do to earn our business- all the while without exerting any undue pressure on us. It was the best experience we have ever while purchasing a new vehicle. Johnny diligently researched all my questions and was quick to respond with accurate answers, and while negotiating the final purchase price was extremely clear in exactly what the vehicle was going to cost- and gave me a full breakdown on how the final number was determined. (I had trouble with another nearby dealer who would never break down the final cost- VERY ANNOYING). Everyone I met at the dealership was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable and made this process painless. I came to this dealership initially to have a diagnosis of an used Audi A8L that I had purchased at a CarMax. Aaron Klimchuk was the service representative who handled that transaction promptly and professionally. During the diagnostic test, I was shown two CPO Audi A8L's and test drove one that I eventually purchased (I returned the CarMax vehicle to them).This dealership was very fair with regards to my trade-in dollar amount, explained the advantages of trading it in versus selling it privately, and even beat the pre-approved loan rate I had previously secured through my own bank. The end result was a cumulative, non-intrusive and smooth transition from my vehicle to a CPO vehicle from Audi Silver Spring. I would recommend this dealership to family, friends and co-workers and look forward to a solid relationship with my car (which I happen to LOVE!) Give them a try - you will not be disappointed!

Me and MY Husband had an wonderful experience with Audi SilverSpring.We both travelled upto silverspring from virginia to buy a car.Johnny Franco who helped us to buy what we want and been extremley patience,friendly and easy to deal with.He is very helpful regarding the price negotiaton.Johnny Franco was very informative,extremly patience gives us enough time to think about the deal never pushes to buy immediaately. They found me the vehicle I wanted and had it re-directed to their dealership. The buying process was fairly easy although I would not recommend picking up on Saturday as they get very busy!

I actually began the process of purchasing the car I picked up a few days ago, months ago. I wanted a very specific car, but did not have stellar credit. Tom was patient with me throughout the entire process, and when my dream car came in--well, I am now driving it. He continually followed up with me and never wrote me off as someone who might have been wasting his time. I received a thank you for him and the general manager, who came by and spoke with me personally. But, I could not have thanked Tom more for believing in me and hanging in there with me. Everyone was so professional, yet personable. I must add that Anthony Lucas exemplifies the definition of true professionalism. In fact, he set the bar so high, I cannot image that another finance manager that I may encounter in the future could come close. As long they maintain the high caliber of staff that they currently have, I am a live-long customer.

With Q5's in short supply, Micheal went out of his way to find me a car as quickly as possible. Johnny worked with me on several issues and was very helpful and professional. Parnie had my car ready to test drive as promised and Mike Mazak politely and courteously talked numbers with me. I never felt any pressure from either Parnie nor Mike. They were and continue to be true gentlemen. The outstanding customer service did not end with the purchase of my car. A few days later, I returned with a few questions and Jason spent time with me making sure I was comfortable and knowledgable about all of the car's features. When I brought the car in to have a paint chip fixed, both Mike Mazak and Stefano graciously assisted me with a transition to a loaner. Lastly, when my oil light came on and the car needed service, Evan kept me 100% informed and my car was ready on time as promised. Charlie greeted me (steps up from Audi of Alexandria), I was immediately introduced to Johnny, and everyone I met at Audi of Silver Spring was extremely friendly, very helpful, and made the car buying process as easy as possible. I came in knowing what I wanted and they didn't try to sell me something else. The entire process was fully open and disclosed and I never felt uncomfortable, thanks to Johnny and Mike. I recently moved here from NJ and was looking for an honest, reliable Audi dealership for my Audi needs. Audi Silver Spring is the closest to my home so I decided to give them a try. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Aaron was my service advisor and was extremely courteous and great to work with. He kept me informed during the entire service process and made the experience a very positive one. This service department is top notch and is made up of a great team of individuals. It's obvious that customer satisfaction is important to them, so I will be happy to return here for all of my Audi needs.

I recently purchased my first A3 over the weekend and I just can't say enough positive things about the entire process. Johnny Franco made it a wonderful experience, everything was straight forward (no haggeling over the price or anything else) which made my decision easy. The funny thing is we live about 1 mile from another Audi dealership but we drove an hour to Silver Spring b/c the level of customer service is so much better. I would buy my next Audi from Johnny!

Working with Aaron Klimchuk during my service experience was a pleasure. Previously, I had worked with the Audi dealership in Arlington VA and experienced terrible service, this was definitely not the case with Audi of Silver Springs. Further I had a problem with the starting of my car which I had mentioned to my service advisor in Arlington VA and it was not taken care of, this time around I explained the problem to Aaron and he fixed it to my satisfaction. I would defintely recommend Aaron Klimchuk and Audi of Silver Springs to anybody who is in need of service on their Audi.

Tom Schweiss was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the cars. No pressure selling, opaque pricing or shell games. He stayed way late after closing time to help us, let us test drive multiple cars, answered a ton of questions and was responsive to our request for a competitive price. This was my first car purchase in about 10 years and Tom Schweiss made it a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. Audi of Silver Spring's pricing was better than competitive (they wanted my business and it showed), their facilities are beautiful, the customer service was outstanding not only when I ordered the Audi A5, but also as I had questions while I was waiting for it to be built and shipped to the U.S., and also upon delivery. The sale didn't end when I made the commitment - Tom proved that he (and Audi of Silver Spring) want a long-term business relationship with me. I already have recommended Audi of Silver Spring and Tom Schweiss to some friends and did so without hesitation. Since I've had the car for only a couple of weeks, I'm unable to rate the service department, but I have high expectations and am confident they will meet or exceed them when the time comes to take my new baby in for an oil change and other scheduled service.

They shopped financing aggressively and got me a rate that beat Audi finance's rate. The business manager was professional and quick. Johnny tied up a couple of loose ends after delivery right away.

The Sales people listed above were knowlegeable, friendly and extremely cordial. The dealership was immaculate and beautiful.The only problem was an inordinate wait for the finance manager who was held captive by a couple for about two hours. The young couple who had ordered their new car were analyzing eveything and insisted on scrutinizing the finance contract from top to bottom, calculators in hand.A contract tht was rather straight forward and not terribly complcated. It may have been prudent to make them comfortable in another room allowing them to read the contract quietly together and jot down any questions or concerns. The dealership generally closes at 8:30 and we left at 9:30 having driven from Richmond Virginia arriving at 5:00pm! That being said, the finance manager was ultimately very helpful and pleasant, despite having been worn out by this young, couple rendered insensitive by their insecurity.So although eveyone gets a solid 5.0. The overall experience was a GOOD rather than a Great.

This was the best service experience I have ever had. My car was with the dealership for three weeks with a major problem. The service dept. let me use a loaner vehicle for the entire time and even delivered my vehicle to me when work was complete. I am very please with the way they treat their customers. We purchased our Audi from this dealership. My first experience with service here serveral months ago was not a good one. The service took a lot longer than expected, and there was no dealer-initiated contact concerning the reasons for the delay. When the car was finally returned four days later, it had not been cleaned. In contrast, this was our second experience, and it was hard to believe it was the same dealership. The service technician we dealt with this time addressed all of our issues, and was as responsive and courteous as I could have ever imagined. The 5,000 mile service was done in about 1.5 hours (faster than I expected) and my waiting in the service area was pleasant. Based upon this experience, I will continue to use this dealership for our ongoing service needs.One thing to keep in mind: this dealership does not offer all services on Saturdays. For example, bodywork including minor touchups, cannot be done on Saturdays. But this is a minor point.

Everyone from the sales associate to the finance manager and the general manager were friendly, professional and treated with the utmost respect. I never felt like a walking wallet. Instead of trying to sell me one every available option, the salesman suggested fewer then I first thought I wanted. And I couldn't be more pleased my new Audi.

My wife and I were in the market for a large SUV and decided on a Cadillac Escalade. We test drove several at a few Cadillac dealers but nothing really jumped out at us. I came across a well priced 2009 listed online from Audi Silver Spring and called and was connected with Tom Schweiss for a test drive. The truck drove and looked great and was very reasonable price. Initially we really wanted to buy from a Cadillac dealer but what really sealed the deal for us was Tom's knowledge of the Cadillac Escalade model. He actually knew more about it than the Cadillac dealer we had gone to. This gave us a level of comfort and it has been two weeks and we extremely happy with our Escalade. Also the Audi Silver Spring finance department was able to save money by getting us a lower interest rate than our credit union, which was a happy and unexpected surprise.

My purchase experience with Audi Silver Spring was fantastic. After I got the run-around from a local Detroit-area dealer and had nearly given up, I found the exact Audi A3 TDI I wanted on Audi Silver Spring's website. I called to see if the car was still available, and was quickly put in touch with Internet Sales Manager Tom Schweiss. I was, of course, apprehensive about buying a car from another state. But Tom exceeded my expectations on every level and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. He answered all of my questions about the car, the price, financing options, and the details of an out-of-state sale. I asked if he would take additional pictures of the car, and within a few hours, I had several in my e-mail inbox. And he quickly adjusted my price quote after I'd completed Costco's Auto Program wizard (which I hadn't known about initially), and seemed genuinely pleased that I'd get an even better price on the car. Tom's e-mails and phone calls were always friendly and helpful. And when he was out of the office one day, he made sure I knew Frank Gomez was keeping the purchase process moving along in his absence. When we arrived in Baltimore two weeks later, Tom picked us up at the airport and drove us to the dealership. I was shocked when he offered, but so grateful. That's just one example of Tom's willingness to "go the extra mile," but it really made a great impression. At the dealership, Tom patiently explained all the features of our new car. I only wish I was able to remember half of the things he showed us! In just a few short hours, we'd signed all the paperwork and were on our way. My experience with Audi Silver Spring was, by far, the most positive sales experience I've ever had, thanks to Tom Schweiss. Black Friday, after shopping most of the day, my niece accidentally dropped a quarter into my gear shifting panel. She didn't tell me & I didn't notice until I attempted to put my car in park. I was in Tyson's Corner so attempted to contact Tyson's Corner Audi. Their phone system was down so I just drove directly there. It was approximately 3 pm. I put the car in neutral & put on the emergency brake. I went inside & approached the assistant service manager, Kevin Ross. He did not greet me. I simply explained the problem & rather than even try to assist me, he said that he didn't have anyone who could help me. He told me to leave the car in neutral, put on the emergency brake, get my keys out, & lock the car until I could get it fixed. I asked if I could make an appointment to get it fixed in the morning. He told me to call the main number to schedule an appointment. I told him that the phone system was down. Rather than taking me word, he dialed the number himself, & then said,"Our phone system is down, just keep trying." I immediately left!I called Silver Spring Audi and was greeted by my regular service consultant, Evan Singham. I told him of my Tyson's Corner experience & the problem that I was having. He told me to come immediately & he'd have one of the technicians waiting for me. I drove 30 miles from Tyson's to Silver Spring & as soon as I pulled into the service bay, I was met by Evan & Derek Wilkomm, the shop foreman. They immediately started working on the problem & before I even got out of the driver's seat, had taken the shaft apart. They got the quarter out, replaced the shaft shield, cleaned my car & had me out the door within 45 minutes. They literally made my day. Although I live about 15 miles from Tyson's Corner Audi, in the future, I will continue to drive 45 miles to Audi Silver Spring. The customer service is amazing & the advisors have been trained to go out of their way to satisfy the customers. Another happy ending.

In these economic times, we had the most unusual Audi purchase request BY FAR. We wanted to purchase an Audi Q5 for our parents as a retirement gift. They live in Maryland. We live in Singapore. We (the kids) were financing it. They were driving it. It was a surprise. The car/combo/colors/exact specifications we wanted were not on the lot. The Q5 had to be ordered in from Germany, requiring two months of lead time. We were only going to be in the DC area for a week, and the car had to be delivered, picked up, and special packaged on the date we arrived in from our 22 hour flight. And we absolutely REQUIRED honesty and transparency with the car representative with whom we were dealing to have any semblance of doing this multi-national, multi-currency transaction. After spending a few months reaching out and speaking to the numerous dealers in the region, often not being able to communicate our needs to them, getting the response to come into the dealership and "pick one out", we found our man in Tom Schweiss. He spoke patiently to us, listened to the massive logistics plan, and worked out a schedule to have our parents surprise ready and delivered in time. No other car salesperson could have even come close, no one else would have even earned our business. When I told him we were going to arrive on a specific date to give them the car, he made sure it was ready. When we had numerous logistics problems -- as always the damned Maryland MVA!!-- picking it up, he patiently worked through it with us. We deal with high-level clients all the time in our own fields, and DC has a large share of big egos, and we understand that CRM is the MOST IMPORTANT factor in completing a deal, and the differentiator in choosing a partner in a transaction of this amount. Tom and Audi Silver Spring are the people to go to when you want and demand the levels of professionalism that you expect associated with one of the finest cars on earth. Thanks Tom and love the car!

I came across Audi Silver Spring by way of an internet search. I then communicated via email with 5 Audi dealerships in my surrounding area. My decision to work with Tom Schweiss was based on his ability to listen to me and meet my needs. I was not interested in a get-her-in-here, close-the-deal type of sales pitch. Tom answered all my questions and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Audi Silver Spring was the furthest of the dealerships I was in contact with. In the end the service made traveling the great distance well worth it. My dealings with Mike Casey could not have gone any smoother. He was very understanding of the time constraint I was under to get the paperwork completed. Like Tom, he listened to my needs and did not try to sell me something I was not interested in. Two days after the purchase of my new vehicle I had to return to the dealer for an additional service. Again operating under a tight time schedule Mike came to the aide of Tom and got me in and out in no time flat. I would HIGHLY recommend Tom Schweiss and Audi Silver Spring to anyone who asks.

Recently bought a New 2011 Q5 2.0 TL. Absolutely love it. My experience with this dealership has been very good. There was a small miscommunication but was very well handed by Larry, showing some great leadership qualities, when brought up to his notice. Michael Hayes is an amazing guy. I went in and told him my interests based on the inventory listing on their website, found that the vehicle was sold just the day before. As we were wrapping up, he rechecked his inventory and then checked their unloading dock to see if any of the newly arrived vehicles that were not yet in their inventory system matched. Guess what? He found it and we bought it. He never forced or did any of the typical sales pitches. He also gave us quotes on a similar 2010 model for price comparison to help in our decision process. He walked through the features in detail and was very accommodating to our requests and interruptions from my twins. They have a great sales team and are willing to work with their customers on any issues. I really appreciate Michael Hayes and Larry for their efforts to make the purchase experience wonderful.

I am pleased with my new car purchase, but the personal car delivery to my office by Tom Schweiss made the experience particularly enjoyable and rewarding. He was super knowledgeable about the car, and on delivery he enthusiastically gave me an orientation of all the cars technologies and features. I work long hours during the week, so I otherwise would have had to visit the dealer to purchase the car on the weekend. Since Silver Spring Audis team already prepared the paperwork before his arrival, the transaction was completely effortless, and since Tom delivered the car to me at work during a weekday, my commute home that day was a blast with the new wheels. I would recommend Silver Spring Audi to anyone, and I plan to inquire with them again, if we decide to get a second car for the family.

I originally went to Audi SS because my boyfriend encouraged me to look at the new A3 TDI. In the beginning I really wasn't interested in the car, but that quickly changed. Not only was the dealership exceptionally clean and friendly overall, but the salesman I worked with was stellar. Brian was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to several dealers who seem interested in making the sale than they do in creating a long-term customer. This place is superb! I would not hesitate to refer or return to this place. Additionally, they didn't "haggle"- just gave me an up-front price that was great. I am now very pleased with my '11 A3 TDI, and look forward to returning for regular service visits.

Superb purchasing experience. I had read positive reviews of the dealership and, in particular, very positive ones of salesman Johnny Franco. That's why we went to this dealership, even though it's not closest to home. Our pleasant experience with Johnny is why we found no reason to go elsewhere, and why we ended up buying from Audi Silver Spring. I asked specifically for Johnny when I went to the Automobile Blvd dealership. He was extremely pleasant to deal with, both on-site and online. He let us do extensive test drives of several models, which was key in our being happy with our choice. Even though he had a very close substitute on the lot and was clearly interested in moving it, once he understood that we wanted a specific color/interior/options combo, he made the special-ordering process a pleasure. Based on what I read on other forums, the price we negotiated was reasonable. After we signed the papers, he kept us informed till the car was delivered, and at delivery he painlessly took care of a minor issue. Overall, I recommend him most highly. The dealership itself is nice to visit (only had sales exp. so far -- no need yet for car fixes, luckily!). A major positive point is that they keep manual-transmission cars on the lot. A stick is a must for us, and being able to test-drive a stick-shift car makes this dealership a must-visit.

I drove 100 miles from Harrisburg, PA to look at a 2009 A4. By the time I left the dealer, I was the new owner of that vehicle. From the moment I got to the dealer I just felt very comfortable with Stephen Saunders and Mike Mazak. The reason I drove 100 miles in the first place was because of the competitive prices I saw on their website. At no point did I ever feel pressured to close the deal that day, that was strictly my decision. Can't beat the look of the all wheel drive A4 and the 27 miles per gallon on the highway. I would recommend this dealer to my friends.

Kourosh Nadali is very respectful and listens. If you have a question and he does not know the answer, he finds out for you instead of blowing you off or doing a song and dance to throw you off asking. He offered the option of ordering the exact car I wanted (no dealership within a reasonable distance had the model and options I wanted and no other dealership offered to order the car for me - they just tried to get me to buy what they had on the lot). I did find another model on the lot that I was interested in and when I showed up for my appointment a few days later to test drive it, saw that there was a sign in the car saying it was reserved for me. No worries of them selling it off the lot and trying to push something else on me! It was quite a drive for me, but I plan to take my vehicle there for service just for the customer service and the feeling that everything will be done the right way.

It was a pleasure dealing with Thomas Schweiss at Audi of Silver Spring. Tom was very knowledgeable about the Audi line of cars and went over every aspect of the 2011 S4 with me. He worked with me initially through email which involved the quoting process and even sent me multiple pictures of the car before I made the drive from Northern VA. Bottom line, it is rare to come across a dealership as customer oriented and accommodating as Audi of Silver Spring. Be sure to ask for Tom Schweiss, you'll be glad you did!

I ended up in the Audi dealership on a sort of whim, having really been thinking far more seriously about a BMW 3-series car. Kourosh Nadali was my salesperson, and he showed me a couple of certified pre-owned 2007 Audi A4 Quattro autos. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the cars and explained, in terms that I could understand, about the engineering of the cars, the Quattro system, the safety features, etc. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns, both during the test drive and after. Most important, he was extremely courteous, not overbearing, and very attentive to what I was looking for in a car and in a car payment. He was actually really listening, and he did not use any of those horrible hard-sell tactics to try to "convince" me that I must leave in that car that day. I left the dealership after my first visit there, went to a BMW dealership to test drive a car, mulled things over, and made the decision to go with the Audi A4. This was largely based on Kourosh and his manner of selling the car (thoroughly explaining its features and the benefits of driving an Audi, listening to my concerns and questions, not doing the hard-sell, just really being very nice and courteous). And everyone else with whom I dealt at the dealership - Mike Casey (business manager), Mike Mazak (used car manager), Frank Gomez (new car manager) - was similarly courteous, pleasant, and interested in what I was looking for both in a car and in a monthly payment. There were no hard-sell tactics from any of these gentlemen at any time. And my payment ended up right about where I wanted it, with no difficulty. Everything was very straightforward, there was no haggling for hours on end, and it was very smooth. Hands down, this is the most pleasant car-buying experience that I have ever had. I would expect to remain an Audi driver and to return to this dealership when I'm next in the market for a car. I highly recommend this dealership. Go see Kourosh Nadali at Audi Silver Spring!!!!

My fiance and myself had a wonderful experience at Audi of Silver Spring. The salesman, Steve Saunders was very professional and easy going. We didn't receive the standard "thousand" phone calls pressuring us to purchase the vehicle. They let us dedide at our own pace which was appreciated. Didnt feel like the vehicle was "sold" to us. Rather, we purchased the one that was best fit our needs. The open concept dealership is also an added plus. Gone are the days of locking you in a room unitl you give up the money.

I am in Canada and chose to purchase a 2009 Audi S5 from the US. After scouting via the Internet and finding a few potential cars, I started making contact with several dealers and individual sellers. I whittled the choices down to two, one being with Audi Silver Spring. I dealt with Michael Hayes and I must say, he acted as the perfect proxy for my eyes and ears on the ground. Not once did I feel that he was acting solely on behalf of the dealership. He walked around the car and gave me a detailed description of any little flow he might have seen, which did not show up on the pictures posted online (after receiving the car, I can vouch that he was accurate in his description). This was not my first time purchasing a car from the US, but Michael made it easy with his eagerness to get the requisite information for me to satisfy the network of service providers used in getting the car to my door (e.g. transport company, customs broker, insurance, licensing, import registration). While Michael said it was his first time dealing with an export to Canada, he handled it like a pro.I'm in the service business, where a key rule is that people like to do business with people they like. I have to say that Michael made it easy to like him, right from the start. He gave me all the info I needed, without being pushy. He let me take my time in making a decision, and once the decision was made, he took charge in making the process as easy as possible ... especially with the added complexity of exporting to Canada. I would recommend Audi Silver Spring to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle; I would also send them directly to Michael (though I'm sure that they have several qualified, friendly sales reps). We gave a rating of 5 across the board because the customer service at this dealer was the best of 8 dealerships we visited over the last month. Everyone was honest, kind, and welcoming. I can not stress how honest this dealership was, our sales representative Kourosh Nadali was excellent, and the sales manager treated use with respect.

Outstanding. Dealer had a good inventory, receptionist immediately helped us, and salesman Michael Hayes knew everything about the cars, was courteous, and very responsive. Everyone else associated with the process from sales managers to financing was equally helpful. As good of an experience as you can have when buying a car!

I have been a service customer of Audi Silver Spring for years and always been impressed with the professionalism of the service staff but now I am even more impressed with the sales staff and my salesman in particular, Johnny Franco. Johnny represents everything good about the Audi Brand. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the brand. I truly enjoyed my interactions with him. He has always been a great friend and advisor. Buying a car from him is an enjoyable thing.

I'm very pleased with my new 2011 Q5 and my experience at Audi Silver Spring. Prior to coming to this dealer I went to a dealer closer to DC and waited for an hour standing around. The dealer flatly told me to come back later even though my wife and I wanted to buy two cars. We simply drove to Silver Spring, met Johnny and the team, and everything was a breeze (and they were just as busy, if not busier, but they went out of their way). What a night and day experience! We got good prices on our trade ins and the price quoted by the sales manager was up front and fair from the get go. This was one of the smoothest experiences I had and I will likely come back to this dealer.

We had visited another Audi dealer in our area and were not impressed. Although we liked the Audi we just did not feel comfortable with the dealership. We found Silver Spring Audi through Costco's auto buying program. We had a response within a few hours of submitting our request. Our sales associate, Jason Loraw, was very professional and seemed very interested in meeting our needs. We simply told him what we wanted and he found the right car at the right price. The day we picked up the car, Jason took the time to explain how to use all the new high tech features. We were treated very well and dealing with Jason was a pleasure. Two weeks after the sale I wanted to see if I could get a front bumper that did not have a place for a license plate. Jason found one, shipped it to us, and we were able to swap it out...excellant customer service! In fact, any time I have a question or concern I know I can call Jason and he will find the answer. We tell our friends it was well worth driving the 100 miles to Audi Silver Spring.

I had a fantastic experience with Brian Keys at Audi. There was no hard sell. The customer service was the best I've had. This is the 5th car I've purchased and the easiest, smoothest experience yet. Brian located the car I wanted in another state and got it here in a matter of days. The paperwork went quickly, the audi dealership was very comfortable and modern. My only disappointment was a price audi gave me for a trade in vehicle. But otherwise it was great - I highly recommend this dealership and I will probably only get Audi's from Audi of Silver Spring from now on.

I went to Zag.com to get a price on the new S4 I wanted. Audi od Silver Spring responded quickly, with a great price. It took Audi 3 months to make and deliver the car but my sales rep, Jason Loraw, kept me in the loop the whole time. New Car Sales Manager Frank Gonzalez also introduced himself and was very friendly. Really, I don't see how they could have done anything better. I would definitely recommed this dealership to friends and family, it was actually a very pleasant experience buying my car.

I cannot say enough superlatives concerning the service and the knowledge of my new Audi 5 vehicle by my salesman Tom Schweiss. When I picked up the car from the dealership, Tom spent at least 2 hours carefully instructiong me on the operation of the vehicle. He was extremely thorough but I had some personal family distractions that totally prevented me from comprehending all of the wonderful features of my beautiful new vehicle. Consequently, Tom so very graciously offered to come to my home today to not only program my Garage Door Opener but to once again in great detail and with abundant patience review the entire features of my Audi once more for more than 1 1/2 hours. His caring and service above and beyond his duty as an exceptional Salesman is extroardinary!! I am so fortunate to have him as my personal guide for my incredible Audi 5.

The dealership provides superb customer service in a warm,welcoming manner. This my second Audi Convertible and I reccommend them highly to all of my family and friends. Their knowledge of the car is outstanding and both the manager and salesman took hours to thoughly explain the operation of the vehicle. We never felt rushed. The finance dept. explained every document that I was signing and made absolutely sure that i understood all of the charges. My new car was waiting for me and sitting right out front of the show room for me to see. Without hesitation, I would never buy or lease a car from any other dealership than Mile One.

It was a WONDERFUL experience working with both Tom and Mike. They each went out of their way to make sure we had a car that we wanted in a price range that we wanted. Tom was incredibly patient going on test drive after test drive and answering a barrage of questions regarding policies, plans, financing, and car specs. Tom is one of those rare car salesmen that actually make a genuine effort to get you a car you want at a price you want rather than pushing the car he "needs" to sell you. Mike was the best car sales managers I have ever worked with (and I have worked with more than my share). I didn't have to play the "let me talk to my manager game" that we all hate. After Tom's first couple of trips to the manager's office, Mike came out to speak with us directly. This is very different from other dealerships where I never met the manager, almost a Wizard of Oz kind of thing... ignore that man behind the curtain.... Luckily there was no Oz setup at Tischer and the experience as a whole was wonderful. Thank you so much, Mike & Tom! I only wish my family lived in this area so I could send them all to you when they need cars.

I found a new Audi S4 on Cars.com that was the color and options I wanted in the DC area. I also had a hankering to get out of Colorado and thought it could be fun to fly to D.C., buy the car and drive it back. Turns out, it was!Jason Loraw was tremendously helpful from first contact through giving me a good overview of the car before driving it back across the country. He was able to get the car tinted and a clear bra put on before I arrived. I was very impressed with Mick Casey in finance as well that got me approved for the loan and went through the paperwork with me.

Buying our car from this dealership was truly a great experience from start to finish. We located the car we wanted on their web site. Sales staff were excellent and did not pressure. They clearly wanted to make the deal and took steps to make it happen. Price was excellent compared to others as was the valuation of our trade. They were patient as we decided among other manufacturers, e.g., BMW, Subaru. After we made the final decision, the sales, financing, and trade-in forms were executed, and we were out of the dealership in the new car in ONE HOUR, a record for any car I have ever purchased. The showroom was beautiful and comfortable, there was complimentary bottled water, coffee, and other beverages as well as chips to snack on while waiting. We were able to get our new permanent tags on the spot. I can not think of any downside to doing business at this dealership.

I had been in the market for a few months and can easily say that Michael was the most professional car sales person I dealt with. He was courteousy, respectful, and knowledgeable. They gave me a fair deal and were extremely helpful. Plus he was very easy to work with and never made you feel like you were being "sold" or pressured.

Within 12 hours of my online inquiry I was contacted by Parnie. He answered all the questions I had over the phone and I was able to set an appointment convenient for me. I arrived 45 min. early with no advanced notice and he was able to meet me without hesitation. The entire test drive, finance portion, and sales meeting was very straight forward. I got an answer to every question I had, and thorough explanations of all my options for financing, warranties, trade-in. This was the most easy process I've ever had for buying a car.

Had a great experience buying my first car with Johnny. I told him the car and specs I wanted but there wasnt one on the lot so he found one at another dealer after some searching. That one got sold so he worked to find another one and the next day I had my new car. He showed me the invoice price which was what I expected after doing some research online and gave me a very good price. It was a pleasure to deal with Johnny and he took care of everything I needed.

This was the best experience I have ever encountered buying a car. I met Steve first expecting to look at an Audi TT. He showed me what he had and I was disappointed to find out the seats were too narrow for me. He didn't stop there and say Oh well, I can't help you then. He asked if I would be interested in a larger car. I really wasn't. I had my heart set on a sports car. So he patiently thought out loud about my options including other brands including BMW and the Boxter. Of course, the money was not an option for them. So he thought and then said he has a Mini Cooper on the lot and maybe I should look at that.. We took a drive in it and I fell in Love immediately with it! We went back to his desk and started the buying process. i didn't even have to ask if I could get it lower than the sticker price. He said right off the bat, "Lets look at the internet price" It was $3,000 lower! He made it so easy for my to save money without any haggling or talking back and forth and waiting for someone else to come in and talk to me and keep me waiting. i was SO impressed with him and the buying process. Then I met with Mike the Manager and had another pleasant conversation with him and how nice everyone was to me. He kept saying how they want the customer to get the best price without going thru hoops and hollers.I was laughing and smiling thru the whole process. I was continually saying I was having the best time!. Then I met with Michael to pay for the car. He told me about all the extras to get and which were really important for my type car. I got the extra hazard insurance for the tires and rims and he made it very simple. I was very impressed with his expertise and kindness.I enjoyed my experience there so much, I haven't stopped talking about it to all my family and friends! I truly LOVE my car.Deena

The less than positivereview, along with the other reviews on google that highlighted the preferrential service the sales and service assocites give to some customers vs others , have mysteriously disappeared. ??I took my business to audi of annapolis and audi of annapolis was excellent . Instead of addressing the practices of the dealership this dealership has chosen to erase all the bad reviews. ??THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM AUDI OF SILVER SPRING ...GO ELSEWHERE ..dont be fooled by new builidng..service is deplorable. ?

A very satisfying experience at Tisher. This is my third Audi but my first from Tisher. Tom Shweiss is very professional and courteous. He made all the difference. My experience with Tischer Audi was great. This was my first time purchasing a new car and they were very helpful every step of the way. Jason did an amazing job of explaining all the different purchasing and leasing options along with exactly what each fee was covering. I was not left unsure of exactly what I would be paying for. After taking the time to hear exactly what I wanted, Jason was able to take the time to track down the exact vehicle of my dreams and only a few days later we made it happen. We were able to work out a great deal on the car which makes it even better. The entire process from start to finish was very easy and Jason and the Tischer Audi team helped to make it that way. I will be headed back once I am ready to trade in my A5 for an S5!

Jason took the time up front to explain the different types of Audi automobiles and the different package levels. He also gave me ample time to test drive several models on more than one ocassion in order for me to determine which model was best for me and my family. He never pressured me to purchase the vehicle. He allowed the vehicle to speak for itself. I ended up with an S4 and am enjoying it immensely.Scott

When I went to the dealership lot to look at cars, Johnny Franco immediately came out to help me... with a smile. He showed me several cars. I told him how much I wanted to pay per month and he showed me the cars in that range BUT I really liked the A6.He graciously told me I needed to put down a lot more money. I said I didn't have it...So I left. I continuously called Johnny the next week, asking him to ask the manager to decrease the price and he was soooo kind. He didn't get annoyed with my calls. I visited the dealership several times and he was very pleasant. I was like a stalker...haha....I really wanted that car. Johnny advised me to get an A4 because of lower payments...BUT I wanted the A6. I asked again for a discount. He was very nice and patient with me. He could have asked me to stop wasting his time or he could have had a nasty attitude. I left feeling sad.Johnny talked to the manager...price was reduced. My daughter gave me money for the down payment and I was able to get the car. HALLELUJAH!!!Johnny took the time to thoroughly explain the meaning of ALL the indicators in the car. He told me he was there for me always...just call. He was so caring. He called me the next day to see how everything was going and again said I could call at any time. WOW....that's first-rate customer service!!!! I pray that Tischer appreciates Johnny because he is an outstanding salesperson. The entire experience was wonderful!I am overjoyed. I am sooo happy. I have been purchasing new Audi's from this dealer since 2001 when I got my first one; a 2001 Audi TT convertible. The sales associates and finance people have been great! And each time, I have been treated with respect and care after sale by the service department personnel. I feel safe and like I can trust everyone at the dealer and would recommend not just the dealer, but the brand. Audi's are gorgeous, artistically designed, and state-of-the-art automobiles. I have loved everyone I have had and am a loyal Audi owner for life.

My rating is based on the fact that I received excellent service from my sales consulant, the sales manager, and the business manager in the purchase of my new 2010 A5. I have been a customer at this dealership since 1986 and have always received what I consider to be the best assistance in leasing a new car. The current sales team is very professional and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing an Audi. By the way, I just leased my 7th Audi!! The service department is also at the top of my list.

A great product, great dealership, and a great experience working with Sam! We drove from Frederick to test-drive a "used" leftover '09 Q7. Sam was receptive right from the start; he treated us respectfully without any pressure or gimmicks. He knows his stuff, and if there was a question that he doubted his own answer, he knew who to call. Sam was willing to work with us when we found a similar vehicle at another dealership; we didn't get the Q7 for free, but we did not feel like we had been taken, either! We had heard that Sam is recovering from a fight with gravity; hope he is back on the sales floor soon!

I had a wonderful experience with Charlie Miller at Tischer Audi when I was shopping for a new A3. He was extremely friendly and informative, more so than any sales agent I worked with at any other area dealership. He answered all of my questions and since this was my first Audi and first time leasing a car he gave me additional advice that I did not even think to ask for. He gave me a very competitive price and made the whole car leasing experience stress-free (unlike many other dealerships in the area who made the negotiations pressured and uncomfortable). I would reccommend Tischer and especially Charlie to anyone looking to purchase/lease an Audi in the DC area.

As a Virginia resident I found my long rides out to Silverspring, MD to purchase my vehicle experience to have been worth my while. I received nothing but friendly, courteous and professional treatment by all staff members I encountered. Mr. Franco, listened to me and spoke to me on my terms and level which made it easy for me to understand the car buying process/purchase. I was initially indecisive in what I wanted switching from one model to another but still received the same courteous treatment. Mr. Franco, returned all my calls and emails within reasonable time period and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Mr. Franco put in additional and late hours to accommodate my schedule and needs. I have been looking for a new car for several months and this was my first venture into a new car purchase. My experience with MileOne was exceptional and defied all stereotypes of the car salesman. They were kind, helpful, did not pressure me at any point, and treated me with the utmost respect. I was looking into the new A3 TDI and they were very knowledgeable (especially in comparison to the other dealerships I visited). Parnie was a pleasure to work with and responded to my numerous emails promptly and with honesty. The key to a good relationship, even a relationship with your car dealer, is trust. Trust that they are providing you with the best price they can and that they are going to be honest and forthcoming about the entire car buying process. I also worked with Mike, the General Manger. MileOne was the only dealership where my car salesman introduced me to the GM, and on following visits Mike would come out of his office to shake my hand. The A3 is not the most expensive car Audi sells (by a long shot) but I never felt I wasn't getting their 100% attention.This is what I hope the experience is like for the rest of the cars I buy in life. This is the second new Audi I have purchased through Tischer Silver Spring. It is in a distinctly inconvenient location for me (several Audi new car dealers are closer) but my experience and treatment have been exceptional, which is why I have just returned again. Johnny Franco and Mike Mazak on the sales side are trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient and fully responsive--enough to give new car dealers a distinctly better name. And the servicing people (including my representative, Even Singham),are the same. A+ from me, all around.

My wife and I have been going to Tischer Audi (MileOne) for 30 years. In today's market place finding a business that consistently provides high quality service is nearly impossible or at least it seems to be the exception. While the service staff at Tischer Audi has changed over the years one thing has not and that is their professionalism, attention to, and care for customer needs, quality of service, and they get consistently high marks for their excellent workmanship. No one is perfect but in our opinion, Tischer Audi MileOne is among the best dealership for service. You can buy a car just about anywhere these days but when it comes time to have your car serviced, for our money, no one does it better than Tischer MileOne. After purchasing my Audi TT at Tischer Audi in Silver Spring, MD, I decided to take my car there for regular service because of the positive experience I had buying the car. Since then, I've continued to go to Tischer to service my Audi, even though I live in Virginia, due to the outstanding service and professional attention I have receive there. The service staff are VERY knowledgeable and have been excellent at diagnosing and addressing any issues that have come up with this car. Recently, they accurately and quickly identified the problem with a headlight that functioned intermittently. I was able to get an appointment quickly and have repairs completed smoothly and at a reasonable price. i was offered a loaner car to use while repairs were completed which was very convenient.In addition to the excellent repair work, I have been extremely satisfied with my service advisor at Tischer Audi, Rai Pollard. He knows these cars very well and has been incredibly helpful in advising me on the care of my car. He maintains regular communication to update me on the status of my repairs and has been a pleasure to work with.In sum, I continue to drive out of my way to take my Audi to Tischer for service because of the excellent service and staff there.

George has always taken the best care of me and my A4. He makes the whole service experience as painless as possible and I rave about it to all my friends. I've been taking my 2002 A4 there ever since I bought it almost four years ago. I've never had any problems and all of my questions have always been answered to my satisfaction. Their current location is a bit small, but they will be moving to a new building that's almost next door. From what I've heard, it's pretty state-of-the-art and I can't wait to see it. Honestly, I've thought about trading my car in for a newer model and am even considering switching makes. The main thing that keeps me from doing so is the excellent service that I receive from George and the team. I HIGHLY recommend the team at Tischer Audi.

Mr. Schweiss has tremendous service-ship from beginning to end of my car-purchase. It took for two months having my car from Germany. He coordinated the progress of my car updating its status via email and phone.Today, he showed his preparedness to complete my car-purchase process via step-by-step review for:1) how to finish paper work; 2) how to use the features of my car; and 3) emergency plan.I strongly recommend for my friends and family members for this dealer and especially, Mr. Schweiss.If I have to get another new car within 3-5 years, I will think this dealer as first option.

I visited three Audi dealers and I bought a 2010 S5 -- a sought-after luxury that no one discounts. I went through the Costco Auto Program and got a $1,200 discount -- just for filling out the on-line form (no additional costs beyond my Costco membership). The salesperson, Tom Schweiss, was very helpful, patient, and suffered through several test drives -- he was great to work with and got his manager to throw in a number of Audi freebies. One great thing about this dealership is that they have a salesperson focused on Internet sales. Because of the Costco registration my request for information came through email. Its great to have someone in auto sales who can deal easily with modern communication methods. I got responses to questions quickly -- and not just during business hours. The dealership also has a large selection. It was the only one of 3 Audi dealers that had an S5 for me to test drive. In fact, I went twice to drive an S5 60-days apart, and they had one -- a different S5 each time -- but, the other two dealerships did not have one, had no timeframe of when I could expect to be able to test drive one, and the salesepeople there expected me to simply buy one based on driving a different car model that they said handled the same.I am very excited to receive my new S5 -- it is being custom-built to my choice of features. I am leaving a Mercedes Benz lease, and highly recommend Audi to anyone who wants a reliable car with great features and good performance. My CLK350 Convertivle is a 2008 and is a car with few creature comforts with a horrible Navigation system (Audi has 3D navigation).

Tom Schweiss was my main contact at Tischer Audi and he was not only very professional, but was also easy to work with and true to his word during each step of the sales process. This dealer was further away from my house than 2 other dealers, but Tom proved himself to be very professional and an excellent salesperson. Frank and Tony were excellent as well. Though I fully intend on driving this car for years to come, I would definitely buy from Tischer again if I needed a new car.

Tom was very low key, but knowledgeable--exactly what I like in a car sales associate. Overall the experience was as smooth as I could have hoped. The current facilities are low rent, but the dealership is moving to a new facility shortly, so that should be a non-issue in a few weeks.

Everything, and everyone related to my purchase of my new car from Tischer Audi was pleasant. Johnny Franco was just the right combination of friendliness and respectfulness. It was clear he knew the cars. It was also clear that he and the dealership managers whom we met understand customer service, but in a way that is not ingratiating. Just friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend the dealership to my friends. And I would buy my next car from them, too!

We went to Tischer Audi looking for a new 2010 Audi A4 Avant. Johnny Franco took us on test drives with an A4 sedan and a Q5. There was an A4 Avant at the dealership, but it did not meet our specific requirements. When we let Johnny know that he did not have exactly what we were looking for, he did not pressure us to settle for something else, but instead took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for. Days later, we ended up ordering an A4 Avant with all the features we wanted and agreed on an excellent price. When we came to pick up the car everything was exactly as we had discussed - Johnny followed through on everything he said he would do. I would recommend Johnny and Tischer Audi to anyone considering purchasing an Audi.

Teamwork shows as they were busy when I was trying to complete my purchase and other salesman all helped with the paper work. Just a great experience. I purchased a new BMW 335xi from Johnny Franco, an Audi salesperson. The reason for this is because he is a top-tier, excellent salesperson, being extremely accomodating, patient, and very willing to work with me. I worked with several BMW salespersons, but most told me what I did or did not want, which I truly disliked. There are many BMW dealers in MD, but I purchased this car from Johnny Franco and manager Frank Gomez solely due to the pleasant shopping experience. I highly reccomend Johnny and Frank to anyone who enjoys being treated the way they should be treated at a dealership. I will continue to give these gentlemen my business in the future.

I have been shopping for a Q7 for a couple weeks and did not have much luck with the dealership that was nearest to me in Northern, VA. I contacted Tischer Audi (about 90 minuet drive from us) and was referred to Mr. Parnie Verenis, in new sales who said that he had the model that I was looking. He indicated that the following day was his day-off, but would still like to meet me the following day at my convenience. My wife and I met with Parnie and purchased our beautiful Q7, the price was grear along with the customer service. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Cudo's to the Tischer Audi organization!

I visited Tischer Audi yesterday to check out a new 2010 A3. The sales associate that worked with me was Johnny Franco. Mr. Franco was extremely laid back, professional, and courteous, which made the experience a lot more enjoyable rather than stressful. Mr. Franco also went out of his way to ensure that I receive a very fair lease offer (which it was). Although I ultimately purchased a different automobile (from a different dealership); I would highly recommend Tischer Audi and especially Mr. Johnny Franco to anyone who is looking to get into a new Audi. No pressure sales at its best.

I went to this dealer on 12 September 2009 after two disappointing experiences with Rockville Audi and Audi Alexandria who did not seem to be interested in selling me a car under the diplomatic programme. The sales experience with Tischer was excellent: Johnny was friendly and took the necessary time with me to look at the various options available for a A4 2010 Avant, with fair and adequate advice and absolutely no pressure, until he found a vehicle corresponding exactly to my demand arriving in the country soon. Unfortunately, problems occurred - for which Tischer was probably not responsible - as it seemed that another dealer in another state had put its hand on this very car when it arrived from the ship and got it. It took an additional unexpected month during which I was in a nearly permanent contact with Johnny who always responded to my messages. Yet, I had moments of doubts and at times lost patience to be told every week that the car should be here "next week". I could have been hesitant in rating Tischer so high in this context, until I understood the dedication and determination by Johnny to getting me THIS car and no other by putting pressure on the other dealer under he gave it back. I am very grateful to him for the tremendous efforts he has put in assuring this delivery. The delivery day was perfect. Johnny has the skills to congratulate you for your choice without flattering. He is a very good professional and this is why he get the 5 rating.

Sometimes it takes a negative experience with a dealership to discover just how seriously they take their reputation and commitment to customer service. My first visit to this dealership was not positive, and I wrote about the experience on this site. That's when it became obvious just how far the management of Tischer Audi will go to set things right. Following this paragraph is my original negative review. After posting it, Frank Gomez (the general manager of the dealership) contacted me immediately and went above and beyond to earn my business back. By that time, I already had a deposit on a similar car at another dealership, but I was so impressed by the response from Tischer Audi that I decided to give them the business after all. In addition, I absolutely won't hesitate to return in the future.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I went to Tischer Audi to test drive the new 2010 S4. After driving it, I decided that the one on the lot was close enough to my desired option combination to make an offer. To make things easy for both myself and the dealership, I was completely up front and honest and told them that I am a member of USAA and therefore could get my desired car through the USAA Car Buying Service at $1,000 over invoice. Although Tischer doesn't specifically participate in the service, my salesperson told me that matching the price was no problem and said to me, "the ball is in your court." So I agreed to buy the car and we shook hands on it.A few minutes later, Nate Whitfield came out of the back room to "help with the paperwork." He asked to see the USAA Car Buying Service certificate, which I showed to him. A quick glance at it, and he said very bluntly that they could not do that price after all, and he wanted an additional $800. When I protested due to the fact that an agreement on price had already been made, and a handshake had taken place, he launched into an explanation about how that particular car was worth more than $1,000 over invoice, and that "if you were a businessman, you would understand." The funny thing is, I am a businessman, and that was probably one of the stupidest and most damaging customer service decisions I have ever seen.The bottom line is, Tischer Audi decided to renege on a done deal over a measly $800. Frank Gomez, the general sales manager, called me the next day to apologize for what had taken place, but then he proceeded to reiterate the same poor reasons for the decision that Nate had explained the night before. Before we hung up, he promised to call me back later that evening and that he would do everything he could to "make it right." That was already 3 nights ago and I haven't heard anything.Funny thing is, I have several friends who are interested in buying Audis in the very future, including an A3, an S4, and an A7 or S7 when they are released next year. I have told them what happened, and they were all shocked. No doubt Tischer will NOT be seeing them in their brand new showroom. I will continue to share my experience with other Audi buyers in the DC area so that they can stay away as well.A man is only as good as his word, and at Tischer Audi, a man's word is worth nothing. We just purchased a 2010 S4 from Tischer Audi and have to say this was one of our best car buying experiences. Very professional and friendly sales/management team with a no pressure approach. Johnny Franco and Sam Ingenito were very well versed in the Audi product line and spent at least 12 hours with us during 4 separate visits to the dealership in which we test drove 4 different Audi models. Tom, sold me an Audi in 2009 which while I really enjoyed the vehicle it was just not the right kind of Audi for me. I came back to Tom to assist me in finding a more suitable vehicle and also to get the most for my trade in since it was fairly new as well. Tom worked hard to find me the right vehicle, discuss the options and virtues of the 2 Audi's I was considering and I feel he helped me to make the right decision. I am quite satisfied with both the sale experience, the financing staff, and the service department. In addition the vehicle is just the perfect match for me.

This is our first (and second...read on) Audi for our family but it is the fifth car we have purchased from MileOne Tischer Prosche/BMW/Audi (previous purchases were from the BMW side of the house). As with every deal we've been given at MileOne/Tischer, the sales staff, led by General Manager Larry Severn, was courteous and VERY knowledgable on the product. Our salesman, Johnny Franco was great (makes a mean pot of coffee!), answered every question we had and back it with fact. We originally went in looking for an A4 convertible for my wife. Not only did we get the A4, we also got a Q7 for myself.Purchasing 2 cars at the same time makes for a lengthy paperwork process but JoAnn McCarthy made this part of buying a car absolutely enjoyable as well as a learning experience. She was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable on the extended warranties, DMV policies and procedures and even provided some help with Dance Studios for our daughter!To make a long story short, my wife and I didn't just buy 2 new Audi's, we joined another family at MileOne/Tischer. Trust me, you will not get this kind of service or as good of a deal at VOB! No hassle, no attitude...straight up great deal and made some new friends in the process!

The dealership was outstanding. Mr. Franco was very friendly and helpful to all of my problems and concerns. I will say I left that night a happy man. I was able to get what I wanted for my trade in and able to get the car that I wanted at a lower price than any other dealership in that area. I will say that I've never experienced that type of professionalism before.

These guys were the most responsive to my inquiry from the start. I contacted 3 other dealerships and they were the quickest to respond and follow-up again and again. During my visit face to face they were both very customer-service oriented, i.e. make you feel like you're their most important customer even though they obviously they have many others. So they were friendly, courteous, and most importantly they gave me the best deal all around compared to anyone else.I would highly recommend Kenny and Tom to any of my friends.

My wife and I purchased a new Audi Avant from Mile One Tischer in Silver Spring, Maryland. Prior to the purchase transaction, the sales and management staff were extremely helpful and diligent in locating a this popular and hard to find car that met our color and feature preferences. The delivery ran as precisely as a swiss watch. All the paperwork was ready when we arrived, the car was prep'd nicely, and everyone we dealt with greeted us with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and genuine pleasantness. The agreed to price of the Avant was honored and we received a fair trade-in value for our old car. All-in-all, the purchase and delivery experience came off without a hitch. There were no last minute dramas or surprises. My wife and I will definitely buy our next car(s) from Mile One Tischer!

I have been coming to Tischer for about 30 years so I'm a very satisfied customer. Currently I have two very old Audis that they maintain and I just purchased a used A6 from Tischer. My salesperson, Tom Schweiss, is very personable, knowledgeable, and took very good care of me even after I bought the car, which had a few very minor problems. He had them fixed without any hassle. The price was very reasonable compared to the other area Audi dealers. So when either my '88 or '91 Audi is retired I will be back at Tischer and see Tom for a replacement.Ginny Whelan

We just bought the Audi Q7 TDI. Our experience with Johnny and the rest of the staff at Tischer was great. Everyone worked with us to get a great sales price and trade-in value during the process. Even the general manager took the time to talk with us and even took our new car to be detailed while we finished the paperwork. Everyone involved from the sales staff to the finance staff was very professional and friendly. We will definately buy from Tischer/MileOne again and we will recommend to all our friends.

Rick Lopez was incredibly helpful with the purchasing process of my Used Audi Q7.He welcomed me to the dealership and made the deal happen with great ease. I felt not just like another sale or deal. I traded my 06 550i and was incredibly happy with the price they put on the car. I just wanted to feel like I wasn't being taken advantage of or I wasn't making a good deal. At the end of the day all parties involved were happy. We purchased an A3 from Tom at Tischer a few months back. Tom helped us find EXACTLY the car my wife wanted at a good price. On follow up visits the service department has been outstanding too (they took care of fixing the sunroof for us at no charge). Highly recommended.

I bought an Audi A5 from Tischer and I could not be more happy with the car, the sale experience, and the service. The vehicle is quite honestly the most enjoyable car to drive, ride in, and just plain look at sitting in my driveway that I have ever owned. I had an unfortunate road hazard shortly after buying the A5 and I had some debris in my tire which caused the monitor to keep going off and the need for me to keep fillng it with air. I called my sales advisor and he arranged for me to bring it in on a Saturday when they have appointments only and made sure my car was repaired quickly and without cost. The A5 is a new model and I saw it at the Washington Auto Show in 2008 and knew that was going to be my next vehicle purchase. I went to the dealer and my sale advisor explained to me that I had to order it quickly to insure I would get one in 2008. He warned me if I waited too long I would not make the cut off for 2008. Unfortunately I did wait too long and I ordered a 2009 model which I waited for many months. The dealer kept me informed as to the status of the order, the beginning of production, and he expected shipment date. They even told me where exactly in Germany the car was presently sitting. I was always kept informed throughout the ordering and waitlist process. Once the vehicle arrived I was given a through review of the vehicles features and because I had to wait so long I was given a choice of a dealer installed option as compensation for my patience in waiting for my new car. Overall, I have had such a good experience with the vehicle and the dealer that I am sure I will be buying another Audi from Tischer. I am aleady in discussion with my sales advisor about what models are coming out in the coming years and photos they might be available.

I leased two A4s from Tischer. The price was good in both instances. The only problem during the first lease involved my brakes. Two weeks after I was in for service, I brought the car in for Maryland inspection. Maryland found that I had no brakes.As a result, I serviced the second car largely at HBL in Vienna Va. In the first eighteen months, I replaced all the tires and, despite a year of complaints from me concerning clutch function, during which Audi said there was no problem, the manual transmission failed. HBL, Tischer and Audi all insisted that I was responsible for the problem despite my lifetime driving manual transmissions.The car gave off constant electronic warnings, often engine warnings. Sometimes, leaving Tischer after a repair, the engine warning light would go off within two miles of departure. Extra cost of lease equals at least five thousand dollars and innumerable hours of driving and waiting time, time without car, time waiting for rental, etc. Nightmare.

My oldest daughter just bought her first car from this dealership today, and it was a very positive experience (which, in my experience, is rare).We dealt with Chas Conklin, Johnny Franco and Frank Gomez, all of were very friendly, perosnable and professional.My first conversation was with Chas Conklin (a sales manager), and I was very impressed with both his, and the dealer's approach to the used car buying experience. We arrived, met with Frank Gomez and then with Johnny Franco. The experience with these gentlemen was very pleasant. They had the used vehicle that interested my daughter and provided us with information about the vehicle and a clear answer to each question we had. The vehicle was in great shape and Chas showed us the inspection paperwork, as well as a record of the work they had done to the vehicle to prepare it for sale. A very nice touch was the "AutoBiography" about the car we were considering, which was a small book with pictures and details of the car, as well as the CarFax report and the CarFax BuyBack guarantee.The whole experience was very positive. And it was especially appreciated by my daughter because we had had less than positive experiences at other dealerships, and found every step of the process at Tischer AutoPark to be postive.Highly recommended dealerhip. I purchased a used Audi A6, still under warranty, and two weeks later the car shut off while in transit. I live in Alexandria, VA and looked at the average ratings and comments on local Audi dealerships and was none to impressed so I took my car 30 miles up the road to Tishcer instead of 3 miles down the street and I was not disappointed. The issue was diagnosed and repaired promptly and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.

I just bought my first Audi and I needed to have my first routine service done. I did not really know what to expect or what I really needed since I don't know much about cars. I found Rai when I came in and he was extremely helpful and patient with me. I will go back to Rai for all my service issues. This dealership seems to really care about their customers.

Mr. Winstead was extremely helpful with all the questions that I had regarding replacement parts and the servicing of my car. Not only did he recommend the best products, he also found me the best price.The customer service of this dealership was outstanding; much better than any of the dealerships that I deal with around the Washington D.C. area.I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Winstead to any BMW/AUDI/Porsche owner. Just a fantastic experience at Tischer Audi. I was blown away just how good the certified pre-owned cars were. The three year old A4 I bought had 4 brand new tires, brakes and rotors, the interior and exterior looks like it rolled off the showroom floor and still the price was way better than anywhere else. My family and I are loving our "new" A4. thanks Tischer!!!

My experience at Tisher Audi was an excellent one. From start to finish everyone on the staff was first-rate. My special thanks go to Tom Schweiss who sold me my new Audi. Tom was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took a great deal of time with me. He asked questions and I feel he was truly concerned about my needs. He took the time to find out who I was and what I needed. When I had a minor problem with my new car, the staff worked together to give me satisfaction. I was given a loaner car (an upgrade of my own!)and encouraged to use it as long as I wanted, or until my own car was repaired. The service department was polite, caring and knowledgeable. They did their best to explain to me what might be wrong with the vehicle, and how long the repairs might take. Then they told me that they would have a technician look at it right away. After examination by the technician, it was determined that more time was needed to find the problem and that is when I was issued a loaner car. I was particularly impressed that they loaned me another TT Roadster. I would recommend Tischer Audi to any of my friends when they are shopping for their next new car. We had a great experience working with Tom Schweiss, the internet sale manager and Frank Gomez the store manager. And we have been to several Audi stores, CarMax, and other used stores looking at used Audi's. Both of the vehicles at Tischer were as described, in near excellent condition, and available when promised for our appointment. Tom had them under their covered parking spaces to keep us out of the sun. He also gave us one of the best presentation that I have ever seen from a car salesman and showed me things that I did know about Audi. We were both impressed with his knowledge and friendliness. My dream would be to own there 2002 S6, but the wife said no! They didn't pressure or hassle us. They answered every question we had for them and we will be doing business with Tischer Audi in the near future. If you go to Tischer, ask for Tom Schweiss!

We had a great experience from making the appointment to actually buying the car. Everyone was helpful and helped us get out of there quickly once we had made our decision. Our Salesman Tom answered every question and was low pressure - Michelle in Finance made our time with her fun and fast, and the guys in the shop did a great job detailing it!
