I have been having my Audi serviced here for the past 15 + years, and purchased a new A6 here last year. All of the staff are fantastic. Mainly over the years I have been dealing with the service team, and they are everything you would ask for: friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, professional, fair. The same with my purchase experience. I highly recommend Napleton Audi - in 45 years of owning vehicles they are, by some distance, the best collective auto team I have encountered.

I had a flat tire and made an appointment. Robyn came out less than a minute after I got there and assessed my service needs. She also found out that I was due for service. I figured I would have to come another day, but Robyn got it done. Since it was going to take two hours, she offered me a loaner so I did some errands while my Q3 was being worked on. Talk about great service!! Robyn is AWESOME! And the young man who brought my (washed!) car to me was awesome too. Fantastic experience! Great dealership!! Thank you, Robyn, and Napleton Audi!

These guys give great customer service. I am usually not the one to do reviews, but I believe these guys deserve some praise. I was getting my 2005 Audi A4 repaired. Robyn called with great detail on the repairs I needed, once the vehicle was there, she called periodically to update me on the status of my vehicle. And when I arrived to the dealership to pick up my vehicle, they made the process very easy. Awesome work on my car, and awesome customer service.

Service was great. Service advisor, Jason promptly greeted me upon pulling in. Service work order was ready, noted additional work I wanted and communicated timely and informatively with me during course of vehicle service. Vehicle ready same day and returned clean. Great service...makes me feel valued as a customer.

As Usual, Dave is an excellent representative of Continental Audi’s service department. Everything was effortless, as seems usual for me. Over the last 11 years it has been a pleasure being a part of this dealer’s customer family, and it has felt like family. Since we are moving, we will miss them. The next Audi dealership has big shoes to fill.
