My husband bought a car from Audi McKinney. The sales person was very nice and helpful. But it's been downhill rapidly since then. First our trade-in was not paid off promptly, so the lender took another payment in the interim. Now we having to fight the lender to get that money back, which would have been completely unnecessary if Audi McKinney had paid off the loan immediately. Second, the car (a Q5) is already having issues with the electronics. The touch screen goes completely black intermittently. Sometimes it is black for several seconds, other times it's for several minutes. This weekend it was black for 30 minutes. And there is nothing that can be done to turn it back on when it happens. Now we're having to get the vehicle serviced with less than 750 miles! Very. Very. Disappointing. We would suggest you think twice about buying a car here.

The entire process from the showroom, to testing the car, to purchasing and finally serving the car, all very well done and well coordinated. True five stars dealership. While everyone there is great, my go to sales professional is Steven!

If you want to buy an Audi this is the place, Tucker and Ben the sales guys were amazing. I have never had such a pleasant biting experience. Tucker took close to an hour explaining all the features of the car to my wife. Truly a great buying experience

We own two Audi’s. A Q5 and a Q7 which was purchased from Audi McKinney. We have had both cars in multiple times to the service department and sometimes have had a positive experience, some not great. The most recent has been a terrible experience. My husband had a lane detection sensor issue. It was “repaired”, but broke again as soon as he left the dealership. The car was detailed and the sun roof that has had an issue a few years ago was pulled out and rebroken. They are told me it was our responsibility to tell them not to retract it. We had no idea that part of the detailing included pulling the sun roof back out. The associate we are working with is named Brian and both my husband and I have had negative communication with him. This has been a very poor experience.
