The service department is honest, reliable and very courteous. Love dealing with Andre who is extremely good at letting you know your options and costs. It was great to see that they now have the mechanic who is working on the car go over what they did. Rob was informative and helpful. I really enjoy taking my car to Audi of Devon. It’s a first class organization.

This was one of the most painless experiences in buying a car I've ever had. Anthony was awesome at assisting me through the entire process and finding a car that suited my needs. They are the nicest group of people, and you'll definitely be treated with respect. I can't say enough nice things about Audi Devon and Anthony. Wonderful experience. Professional through and through. Love the video walkthrough of the services rendered and suggested. I'll continue to bring my A3 here and will certainly buy my next car here because of this positive experience. Update: Another visit and another pleasant experience. Waiting area is nice and drinks/snacks are a nice touch. Everyone is so professional it really is refreshing.

Visited dealership for a test drive. Excellent experience all around. Met with Pablo who was very knowledgeable and personable. I thought he was great. Likewise, Frank, the pre-owned manager. I Test drove an S5. Great car. Throughout the visit there was no pressure put on me to buy, no pressure from anyone. This was a 5star visit at a terrific dealership. Although I have decided to put off my purchase to a later date, I look forward to purchasing my next Audi from Devon Audi.

We had a wonderful, smooth, and professional experience in purchasing a new Q5 for my sister. Pablo Morachimo was our Sales Advisor and he was very knowledgeable of the product and features in helping us select the car and test drive it. He also was courteous and worked hard on our behalf in connecting with key managers in the dealership as we negotiated the trade-in and overall deal. The finance department was helpful in explaining add on service options, and the paperwork process to close the purchase went very well. This new facility is quite impressive, with first class display and waiting areas. From what we've experienced so far, It should be a pleasure to service the Q5 here.

Audi Devon has a beautiful, brand new dealership. They were able to get me out of my Audi Q7 lease early and put me in the new Q5 I had my eye on! Overall it was a great car buying experience, and the Manager Larry David was very professional and helpful.

I bought a new Q5 after researching the different options on Cars.com. The salesperson Saarah took plenty of time to explain the vehicle. The dealership is brand new and very nice. I didn't end up having to wait long for all the paperwork to be completed. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely do business with Audi Devon again.
