I stopped by Atlanta Auto Brokers during my lunch break to look at a 2015 Camaro. I wanted to see if it was something I was interested in buying and really had not plan to purchase it today. The sales person, Ryan, showed me the vehicle and explained the buying process to me. He was very professional, collected my information, and let me get back to work while they processed my paperwork. It was probably not even an hour later when Ryan called to let me know they were ready to complete the paper work. I came back and about 45 minutes later I was driving away with my new car. The finance manager explained all the paperwork and I felt really comfortable about the deal after everything was signed. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and I feel this was by far the best experience I have had with a car dealer.

Worst car dealership. I actually traded a newer car in that was in tip top shape besides a cracked windshield thats easy to replace in which THEY knew when they inspected it, for a 2008 Audi that actually had a lot of unserviced things that I was unaware about. Not to mention I paid money for the difference of the car since they didn't even give me what Carmax quoted me for. The next day after I took it home noticed the brakes were very bad , had to keep calling them for them to fix it. After that a couple days later the low oil pressure light came on. I checked the oil in the car and it had barely ANY oil in it which could have messed up my engine. I called them they said there was nothing they could do which resulted in me having to come out of pocket when I just got the car. Im a college student my mom talked to them before me made the purchase to make sure the car was reliable for me, in which it wasn't till i got it maintenanced by Audi.

I went to this dealership to buy my daughter whom is in college a nice dependable car! We bought a 2008 Audi looked nice drove nice. Then the next day after we bought the car we had to take it back because the brakes were bad. It needed brakes and rotors. The next week the oil light is on saying low oil! You would think a nice dealership like this would inspect their cars before selling them but not here! Couldn't even do a oil change on a luxury car they were selling! My advice if you want a nice dependable car stay away from this place they will take your money and run!e

I am one who holds on to cars 7+ years. It's not a light decision for me to make, and I came in with plenty nerves and questions. Their patience with me was unbelievable, but most importantly they got me excited about purchasing my next vehicle! I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, and they had (4) RX350s to choose from. I also had a very good interest rate at 4% from my bank coming in, but they were able to get me an interest rate of 2.99%! I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service. It wasn't just 1 salesperson that provided great customer service, but the WHOLE team here did. From walking through the door, everyone working the lot, and the finance team. Such a great experience. I'm so excited!

What a great experience! This dealership makes it easy to buy a rebuilt wreck. They have a huge selection and rebuilds are what they specialize in. The fact the car has been rebuilt are not disclosed to you but it becomes evident in the fit and finish. They have facilities that do a fine job of covering up damage. For example I was picked up in one of their cars from the airport, the seatbelt did not function and there were greasy fingerprints around the airbag. I should have been more skeptical from the start. The car I purchased had 60k miles and a clean car fax report. The tires were said to be 40% worn. when I got there to pick it up I found them to be at the wear bars. The cabin was deodorized to cover the stench of smoke and both CV boots were blown out. There was no review of the mechanics of this car done by this dealership just a clean and detail. Guess being clean and overly smelly is what some look for in a car, I wanted it to last as it should. The car was not represented as the poor condition it was in and I will likely pawn it off to another sucker in a couple months as they did to me. Before I do that I need the title which they have not provided now that the temp tags are expired and they have been paid in full. If you are local to Atlanta and don't care if the car is junk underneath check them out, if you are buying based upon pictures and their representation be prepared to waste your time buying a reconstructed lemon.

I would highly recommend Atlanta Auto Brokers to anyone looking to purchase a used car--they're the only truly honest dealership I came across during my car search. I stopped in one evening and immediately found a vehicle I was ready to buy; this dealership doesn't overprice their vehicles and I felt like I was definitely getting a good deal. I still needed to work out my financing options so I decided to wait until the next day to purchase the car despite being warned that two people were already very interested in the car (I figured this was just a tactic)...turns out it was not a tactic at all--I went back the next day on my lunch break and the car had been sold that morning. My salesman, Adam, understood exactly what I was looking for so I decided to ask him if there was anything else he would recommend for me. Surely enough, I drove away in an immaculate Audi A4 just a short time later. Awesome experience, good people and great vehicles. At no point did I feel pressured into making a purchase and feel great about the purchase that I did make. Would highly recommend.

Called for an appointment to look at a car I had seen on their lot and liked alot. Salesman I spoke to on the phone never appeared. Someone else finally came to help me. The car was filthy and the transfer case shifter was broken. The salesman offered to repair it only if I purchased the car. Fat chance I'll do that. It was disappointing because I thought that car was going to be one I would buy on the spot and enjoy.

This dealership will lie to you!!! They had a 350 z that they claimed was built by forged Performance(which by the way is a great company) Forge is also located across the street from the dealership...FYI. it took me one day to confirm Forge did not produce this car but they still say the car was produced by them...Really Forge is across the street from them! They will lie to you!!!!!

JD you're awesome! And so is the rest of the staff at Atlanta Auto Brokers. After shopping for used cars for two weeks, I realized half of these used car dealerships seem not to care about selling a car and the other half don't even have cars worth buying. Then I came to Atlanta Auto Brokers while actually on a test drive from another car lot. Thank God I did, because from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by friendly helpful people. My car salesman, JD, ran around bringing me car after car until I was happy and found the car I wanted. Finance department was Great also. No one was pushy or displayed typical, unlikeable used car salesman tactics..Bottom line is everyone was extremely nice, helpful and bent over backwards for me. Defiantly recommend AAB to everyone. And ask for JD!

I came to Atlanta Auto Brokers for my 2nd time to trade a vehicle I originally purchased 3 years ago bc not only has that car been great but I was very happy with their process and bc they treat you very good as well. So I decided to come back and possibly purchase another car. And I did!!!!! I bought a 2005 BMW 545 that I am absolutely in love with, and like my first visit, they made my experience very easy. I reccomend them if you are in the market for a nice used vehicle. Robert was our sales person this time and he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I purchased a 2008 Volvo S40 on 5/9/13. Before I left the parking lot with the car after completing the purchase the car would not move out of park. I called one of the employees over. They determined that a piece had broken that covers the shifter, removed the broken pieces and told me they would order another part and call me in two weeks. The car was driveable then so I left. I called them three weeks later because I had not heard from them and left a message with the receptionist. No one would ever return my call. Two months after my purchase my car breaks down. I had a repair bill over $3,000.00. I thought I was glad that I purchased the warranty with the car but the warranty that I was told was bumper to bumper only covered $1,200.00. My portion of the bill was $2,200. I was told by the mechanic that the damage that was done was something that happened over time and was not something that could happen in the two months that I had the car. I was also told that there were aftermarket parts on the car by the mechanic which is one reason the warranty wouldn't cover all of the repairs. I was told the day I purchased the car that there were NO aftermarket parts on the car so that I would think the warranty would cover any problems that should arise. Guess what? They won't return my phone calls.

Been looking for a car for a couple months now and been to a couple dealerships. I purchased my 2005 Acura Tl from here with zero problems while other dealerships made it seem as if I was going to need a large amount of money down or a co-signer. They were able to exceed my wildest expectations! My sales person Robert was VERY knowledgable of all the vehicles on the lot and treated me as a person and not just a dollar figure. Brian the finance director was extremely professional, explained all the details and answered all my questions. It was just nice to feel like I wasn't pressured into buying something. Robert was our sales rep and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Brian, the finance guy, earned our financing and we had already came with preaproval from our credit union and he beat the rate that the credit union gave us. Highly highly recommend atlanta auto brokers and ask for Robert.

I have purchaded cars from atlanta auto brokers in the past. I had not been there in over a year and I was not impressed by the new management. Everyone that had been there for years was gone and the new staff was not very professional. The cars smelled were dirty and most of them had lights on. I was unimpressed and kinda felt bad that a company that had been around so long had fallen apart. I will not purchase another car there agin and the sad thing is I had purchased 3 from them in the past and many of my family members did also. So I guess all I can say is beware .Make sure that you take a car of interest to be checked out before you give them your money. They do not stand behind their cars!

I worked with Dave, Jeremiah, and Sean, and could not have been happier with the service in my first venture of buying a car on my own. They did not try pushing me into something I didn't want, and I didn't get the feeling I was getting pounced on like I did with other dealers being a young female customer. The car was clean and in great condition, and they were beyond fair on the trade-in value of my car ('02 Honda Accord). I have already recommended them to 3 friends that are looking for cars, and me and my family will continue to use them moving forward.
