Great and friendly service with a small dealership feeling. We saw a car we were interested in and drove by to look at it several times. We went to this dealer to look at a car that we saw on the lot. Unfortunately it was being sold as we got there. Luckily for us, they had a similar vehicle that was even better for a great price. Joe the salesman was super friendly and answered all of our questions. There was absolutely no pressure tactics used which I loved. They understood I already knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. They took care of every minor detail I pointed out with absolutely no attitude and seemed glad to take care of anything I asked. I could not have had a better experience at a car dealer. In the future I will come here before I go to any other dealer.

Went looking for a pickup listed on their website. Received prom, courteous attention and, NO PRESSURE! Although we paid a price somewhat higher than I'd hoped, they provide a detailed list and costs of repairs/refurbishing that they'd performed on the truck.Meagan is a STAR. I had the most unusual car trouble this past week, and electrical issue that was very tough to get to the bottom of. Thanks to 3 gentlemen in the service department, who did not rest until they resolved the issue, I was back on the road in no time. Byron - handled all communication with me and made sure I knew what was going on and made sure I was fully taken care of. Arranged tow truck transportation for me, completely dealt with the insurance company and I didn't have to lift a finger. Russ & Bobby - got under the hood and not only fixed the issue and made sure it wouldn't happen again. But went above and beyond with the additional preventative care my vehicle needed. All the way down to adding a little grease to my door hinge that was making a funny noise while opening and closing. Overall experience was incredible. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership a few years ago and take all of my service issues back to them exclusively. I just feel when my truck is in their hands they make sure to double & triple check anything & everything to sure my safety and well being while out on the road.True professionals all around in that service department.

I am a local florist that was in need of a delivery vehicle. I visited Joe at the Annapolis Car Center in Annapolis. First of all the hours were very convenient 10-8. Joe showed me the vehicle and took me for a test drive. He showed me where I would take the vehicle for service when I finally owned it. Very helpful!! My fiance and I bought a navigator from them in January it is now August and the Navigator is breaking piece by piece as the electrical system is completely jacked! something new gives up just about every time it's driven! The tag lights which was realized as soon as we got home from the dealership. They fixed that. 2 days later the cd player quit as well as the speaker in the passenger side door. 3 months later wouldn't you know it as soon as there warranty was finished, it starts sputtering and the check engine light came on. My father is a mechanic we hooked it up to the computer which we had to change the fuse for as it couldn't get a connection, it read that it had a misfire in cylinder 2. Change the coil pack and that seemed to fix the problem for about two weeks. Started doing the same thing again and again through the engine light, hooked it up to the computer and now it said misfire on cylinder 3 so this time we didn't mess around and we changed all 8 spark plugs and coil packs. Wouldn't you know it two weeks goes by and the engine light is on again and its sputtering yet again this suv has became nothing but a money pit not to mention two weeks back the air conditioner decide to quit in the middle of summer. So I now have a fancy lawn ornament for 5 years until I can trade it in for something that I can actually drive without the worry of the whole computer locking up and leaving me stranded! Thank you Annapolis car center for my 12,000 (24,000 after interest) not to mention more money to keep the xxxx thing tagged and insured, nice black lawn ornament. You guys turned what was supposed to be amazing Christmas gift into a nightmare and got over on 2 young adults just starting a life together. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

After going to a few other car places, my husband and I were tired of the pressure. When we met Joe we were so relieved to find him honest and low pressure! He listened to my requests (when other places didn't have hatchbacks they tried to sell me cars that did not meet my needs at all.) Joe was up front about the history of the car and explained how that could effect the value in the future. We found the car and got a great deal that met our budget exactly. It was truly a blessing.

I have never had a no pressure car buying experience until today, and to top it off patience and honesty. My boyfriend and I stopped by to test drive a truck. This is an excellent dealership to purchase a car from. It was my intention to just look around at the different vehicles. I wasn't planning on purchasing anything that day. I was impressed with the detailed information provided for each feature of each vehicle. The individual that helped me wasn't overbearing at all. He answered each one of my wife's questions with patience and kindness. And because of that, I walked away with a Sonata and Optima. They were masterful in providing the best deal for me and my wife. The cars were in great condition. I took my Kia Optima by a Kia dealership just to check it out for me. The Kia dealership asked me where I got car from because it was in such great shape. My fiancee and I had gone to Maryland.( car center will remain annonymous) from Virginia (where we live) to see a 2007 Cadillac Escalade that a salesperson had called us about several times. I was so appalled that we had driven over 4 hours and he was showing us an SUV that looked like that with a scratch that was inches long in a circular pattern that I got teary-eyed and went to the car. My fiancee still remained outside asking "what happened to the vehicle we were to see and he said this was it. To make a long story short I had printed out Annapolis Car Center Escalade which was advertised on line also. When we called ahead we got a salesman of Joe Elliott and he was gracious and when we got to Annapolis Car Center it was everything you ever wanted. It was a small lot but you would have thought you were in a candy store. We found our 1997 Pearl Cadillac Escalade and its almost flawless. Eric Crawford followed up almost immediately (on a Sunday) on my web inquiry through Carfax.The automobile was exactly as shown in all the pictures provided and his response to my request for an auto starter (which was greatly appreciated on my last automobile) was immediate. They quickly arranged the installation through one of their associate partners since they were busy in their own shop.I am extremely satisfied with their service and their associate's service (Insane Radio) and will recommend both to anyone.

I did not plan on buying a car, just looking. My mother purchased her Acura TL from Jessica at the Annapolis Car Center last year so when looking to purchase a vehicle for me she knew exactly where to go. When we pulled up to the lot we were greeted by Joe who sat us down to assess our needs and wants. We had an appointment with Jake who shortly upon our arrival greeted us and began to show me cars. Jake was friendly, outgoing, and made me feel like i could trust him. Trust was important to me because I did not want to feel like I walked away and got duped (like with my last car and dealer). The team at Annapolis made us feel like family, Jake was especially patient and I really appreciate that. I spent all afternoon there and it was like buying a car from my friend, there is no parallel for the comfortable atmosphere they set. We even had lunch with them, it was very cool! They definitely set the bar high for customer service, there is no other experience like it. FORGET CARMAX ANNAPOLIS CAR CENTER IS WHAT CAR BUYING SHOULD BE! I ultimately fell in love with my baby a Hyundai Veracruz (2011) it has everything I want and more at an amazing price (which they also worked with us on)! I love this place! He was also able to knock a few percentage points off the sticker price in order to "meet me halfway", which I thought was how you should treat a serious customer. We had the entire purchase process completed in under an hour, and they even gave me a full tank of gas before I left. So far, everything on the car I bought works fine, so may not actually need to deal with their service department. That's also a big plus! Yeah, the place could be a little larger, but in this part of town, extra space is simply non-existent. I found enough room to park, and the office was clean and relatively quiet.

First of all, I consider myself a very analytical consumer. I came to Annapolis Car Center because they offered my desired vehicle at the most competitive rate. Their prices weren't overly inflated like many other dealers I came across advertising comparable vehicles. I dealt with Joe Elliott and he was awesome. He took the position of a consultant rather than the "sales assault" type and thus the experience was pleasant for me. That in itself was a huge weight off my shoulders because the stigma of car salesman applied to every other dealer i visited, not these guys. The staff was also very professional and accommodating. Beyond my customer experience ,the product met my expectations in terms of cleanliness, performance, and it's worth noting that the warranty out the door exceeds that of ALL the dealerships I visited (5 total). Pay the Nap Town car center a visit if your seriously looking for a vehicle.

I made an appointment with him and as soon as I walked in the door he jumped up and came right towards my direction to greet me and shake my hand. I bought a used SUV from Annapolis Car Center the week before Thanksgiving and have had it back in the shop four times since. Although I think the service guys, Russ and Byron were extremely kind and did their best to help me; my overall experience was not good and is one that I think others can learn from. On the way home from the dealership we found that the vehicle didnt have heat, being too late to return that evening, we had it back in the shop to have the heat repaired the first week. Within the next two weeks, the tire pressure light came on and although we filled the tires up, the light did not go off. Back to the shop again to learn that the tires were in fact properly inflated, but they didnt have the capability of getting the light off as it was an electrical glitch. About a month after purchasing the car, the week before Christmas; something went wrong with the transmission. After being told to have my vehicle towed back to the shop, I was told that a transmission line had blown. After paying for the tow and the deductible to access my warranty, it cost close to double what it would have to have a line repaired locally. I should add that I live about an hour and fifteen minutes away, decreasing the mileage on the warranty each time I had to drive down and back. Believing that the transmission line was in fact the cause of my problems, I drove to Florida for the holidays. I felt as though the vehicle wasnt quite shifting correctly, but took into consideration that it was a new vehicle that I wasnt used to yet. In the length of the drive out of state, (due to the mileage) my vehicle became out of warranty. In continuing to drive my vehicle when I got back home, I found that the shifting concerns increasingly got worse. I took it to a local transmission shop where I was told that I needed a new transmission. I called Annapolis Car Center and confirmed that blown transmission lines could in fact damage the transmission, but there is no way be 100% sure. They asked me to bring the vehicle back in once again where they too found that it did need a new transmission. I felt that since I was not 100% sure either 50/50 chance as to whose fault it was/ when the damage happened, I would ask that only half the cost to re-manufacture the transmission was paid by them. (Less than $1,500) Although he would not speak with me directly, the owners response was that he would charge me an additional $800 over (what I was asking them to pay) to replace my transmission for a used one with 90K miles!!! Not much help, nor was it even what the employees in his shop recommended. I guess the final straw was that in one of my many trips back to the dealership, I saw the SUV that I had traded in sitting on the lot the one that I was told wasnt worth what they were giving me and was being taken to auction immediately. It was listed for over $8,500 more than they gave me on my trade. With such a profit, it is unimaginable to me that the owner of Annapolis Car Center wouldnt make good a transmission problem that went bad, even when brought in for a transmission concern under warranty. Although the actual employees and service techs were great to deal with over the past few months, I would not recommend this business to anyone and hope that others can learn from the troubles that I have been through!

Any time you buy a used car you are always taking a chance on an issue. The greatest question is how is the issue handled by the dealer, especially when the buyer is a picky 20yr vet of the automotive world! Eric and the Annapolis team did a great job taking care of my concerns. Always pleasantly .and without hesitation or reservation. So nice to hear "Sure, no problem, we got that!" as opposed to "its a used car, what do you expect?"The first dealership, new or used that I actually recommend to others.

My husband and I went in to look at a Honda Accord and decided to buy it. We discovered it had been in an accident, and when we sat down to talk numbers, we were surprised with a $1000 "reconditioning fee" that they place on all of their vehicles. When we no longer wanted to purchase the vehicle because of the fee, the manager came out and tried to push us into it. When we got up to leave, he began raising his voice at us (in front of our two young children) and telling us it is "simple math" how a $16,445 car equaled payments of $570/month. Unless this is your best option, or you don't mind paying hidden fees, I DO NOT recommend this place.

The Building itself you would not know that it is a car dealership, there is no where for you as a custome to park on the property you will have to find parking on the streets around the building. There is no privacy when speaking between the salesman/women and customer. The vehicle that I was interested in, yes it was ready for me to road test when I arrived, but it really was not READY to be road tested, you could not control the passenger mirror from the drivers controls, they did not fold in like they where supposed to, the reverse camera did not work, we could not confirm weather or not the DVD player worked. and when I told the saleswomen, her response was we just got the vehicle in last week or so and had not had a chance to correct the issues with it. That is the first thing that should be done prior to advertising it. Prior to going to the dealer I had ask the sales manager how flexible they where on pricing for this vehicle and he stated that "we are very flexible and competitive with pricing for this vehicle" I also informed him that I had a trade and the condition of the trade. He made it seem that it would not be a problem with it. He apparently ran the carfax report for it and instead of asking about what he saw on it, it was plainly stated that we will only give you $500 for your vehicle. Know I know that they did not have a chance to see the vehicle, but just $500. The scrap yard would give me more if I had scraped it rather than trade the truck in.

Many thanks to Eric Crawford for a very easy purchase. Everyone knows that car buying isnt the best of times we like to spend; Jessica and the Staff at Annapolis Car Center do their best to make the process as painless as it can be. I had already done my research and found the car that I wanted to buy at ACC and had set an appointment with Jess. I was greeted at the door and right away we were jumping into my potential 2102 Wrangler. I went on the ride with a nice young lady, and it was a long test drive through downtown Annapolis, so I got a great feel for the different driving environments. After we got back from our test, we started on the fun part! Paper Work and Financing! Jess and the staff at ACC were very informative and not pressuring at all during the whole experience. I got exactly what I wanted and understood the whole process and the staff had no issues breaking it all down, multiple times for me. I bought a 2012 Hyundai Veloster. They were able to put it on the road for me at the price I was willing to pay. I've been car shopping for about 3 months and I got terrible vibes from every single car salesmen I met, besides the salesmen at Annapolis Car center. They were a breath of fresh air. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, and most importantly they WERE NOT at all pushy. They didn't play games. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had at a dealership. I went there not knowing exactly what my husband and I wanted. Thankfully Jessica was referred to me from a very close family friend. She actually listened to everything I said and worked with my budget which I appreciate. I know now why my friend spoke so highly of her, she really made my husband and I feel very comfortable and welcomed. I felt absolutely no pressure from her or the management staff, every one was very friendly. They let my husband and I take an extra long test drive all the way to our home while Bill worked on getting us the BEST deal possible. She stayed true to her word in getting me the BEST deal possible and they got me such a low interest rate that I didn't think I qualified for. She was very informative and walked me through all the paper work step by step making sure I understood everything before signing. That was very helpful because my husband doesn't speak English and she went through it all in Spanish just for us (our 1st language). We are now very happy owners of a Chevy Tahoe. Came here a few months ago and purchased a SUV for my son. Received good service and got an excellent price. Later found that the Hemi engine was a little too powerful for a teenager. A few weeks later we returned to Annapolis Car Center, explained our issue and they really worked with us to trade in the truck for another vehicle. The price was good and the service was great. Three weeks after I bought the car, I got a slow leak in the tire. They found the nail and patched it for free. The whole office is really nice.

We had been looking for a used Lexus 430 Convertible and had checked with several dealers. When we saw the one at Annapolis Car Center we contacted them and they got back to us immediately. Joe Elliott called and said he would have the car ready. We traveled about 2 hours, so I wanted to know up front if there were going to be any hidden costs or problems. He assured me there wouldn't be. We got there and the car was beautiful. We said we wanted to buy it and was then told they did have a "detailing fee" which we weren't happy about, but we were able negotiate around it as I had the e-mail stating there were no additional fees. It took a while to get the paperwork done as they were having a computer problem. They car was detailed and filled with gas (premium as required). Whoever filled it didn't tighten the cap and this caused a check engine light to come on (on a 2004 Lexus it is not real evident what the problem is from the lights that go on). When I contacted the dealership they told me it was the gas cap causing the problem. Since it was their fault they offered to either fix it or pay to have a dealer nearby me reset the codes, but it turned out not to be necessary. They were very apologetic about the problem.We are waiting for the tags to arrive. They are sending them so we don't have to drive back up.Joe Elliott was great, he offered to drive down to deliver the tags. He was very pleasant to work with and went through several options on extended warranties and other items.I got a very nice car for a fair price and would recommend the Annapolis Car Center.

I found my vehicle online through cars.com and send an email to Annapolis Car Center. Joe emailed back and called me the next day. When I went for my appointment the following weekend, I was put at ease right away. Everyone was very friendly and not at all your typical car sales staff. Joe took me for a test drive and when I decided to buy the Kia, he took care of everything (with the help of the great people over in the finance department). Not once did I feel pressured to buy or sign anything I wasn't comfortable with. If you are looking for a great place to buy a car, this is it! If you live out of area, it is well worth the drive. Let me start by saying I waited to write this review until the checks cleared, loans setup, tags, inspections, etc. and all the juggling went through with buying a vehicle out of state. We purchased 2 vehicles within 3 weeks and drove close to 70 trucks and approx. 12 Volkswagens to get what we wanted for me and my wife. Needless to say, the wife and I haven't enjoyed a day off in a while. As you can imagine we have traveled 6 states and over 4000 miles to find what we wanted. Men take advice. If she ain't happy... you ain't happy. When we saw this dealership 2 hours away we left within 15 minutes. We know vehicles. We ran carfaxes. We did our homework. This car matched up. The price and value were there. We called and Bill answered. Said he had the car and he would make sure it was ready for us when we came. After gathering the kids to leave and plugging in the coordinates, Byron called. Said he would be waiting for us with the car ready to go when we got there. Explained it would take 2 hours and 5 minutes according to the GPS. We heard this story before. Almost 20 times out of the almost 100 visits around. 2 Hours and 7 minutes later we pulled into the lot. There was Byron. Standing next to the car in front of the showroom, keys at the ready with the car spotless. A quick few words and a copy of my license and we were off test driving. Their reconditioning department is absolutely awesome. For a used car you would never know it. We drove that car home that night. Everyone stayed late to make sure we were happy. They gave snacks to the kids and offered us drinks as we waited. They were hands down the best dealership I have ever worked with. We have owned so many cars over the years. We decided we wanted something that would last and hold value. That's why we wanted a TDI Passat. It's the same reason I wanted a cummins. Now me and the wife are both happy. I wish we could have bought the truck there too. They were honest about everything. Byron was the kind of sales guy you want. He won't BS you. If the numbers don't work or you have concerns he will tell it like it is and fix what it is you want done. I know our diesels will last for a long time. We had financing before we got there. So I can't comment on that. But we will be back next time were looking for a vehicle. Friends, family, social media, and general word of mouth will make or break you. If others are reading this check them out. Reviews other places are all saying the same thing. - I'm sure you guys will read this. Tell the gentleman with the hatch vw in the corner that we averaged 52.8mpg on the way home. Best is 53.2 on a 2.5 hour trip and 48.8 on the whole first tank. Car runs fantastic. I went to Annapolis Car Center after the decline of my much loved 1995 Toyota Avalon. I was looking for a used car with excellent gas mileage (that would last forever) and I was interested in a hatchback style as well. I worked with Byron Griffin at Annapolis Car Center, who accompanied me on several test drives. Byron was knowledgeable about the cars that I test drove, and also took great care in addressing all of my questions and concerns about each vehicle. I finally decided on a 2013 Volkswagon Jetta TDI (which I am in love with!). I was unsure if I could afford such a new vehicle, but Byron and Christina Talbott helped me get fantastic financing with very low interest. Overall, I found Annapolis Car Center to have a personable and welcoming atmosphere and I was impressed with the customer service provided by their sales staff. They were all very understanding and worked with my mother and I to qualify for the lowest interest rate possible! Best interest rate we have gotten on any other car. They made sure that the car was clean and to my satisfaction. After recieving my car I had it checked out by my local mechanic and he found some small issues I might have down the road with it being a old car. I called Jessica and she was able to help me order all the nessisary parts and have the shop fix it up and my car good as new!! Excellent service i would recommend to all my friends and family!! I saw the at Cars.com and then Joe Elliot called back and over the course of 2 weeks every time I called I spoke with Joe or Alan in regards to the SUV They both are professional and extremely courteous really and Joe Elliot was honest with my wife and I and explained so many things to me, that in 13 years Ive been buying cars I never knew, and Annapolis Car Center approach and really no pressure up front approach was and is different, Most dealerships never have everyone on the same wave length its always a great sales person and a dick manager this case was extremely different Alan was pleasant sincere and really working on a deal. There Numbers person you know the loan expert Travis was down to earth professional and all of us were working toward a goal of an affordable payment good rate and terms and let me add that I have a issue filled Credit passed they worked with me Joe talked to me in an understanding way not judging we had to be honest with each other well more I with them on my credit issues. This was the best I mean the best car buying experience ever they fed us pizza my four kids and My wife and myself ate and drank it was the fastest 4 hours ever we were driving the SUV around Annapolis while the worked out everything and got me an unbelievable deal. This is the second time I have purchased from Annapolis Car Center. I went with my son who was looking for an affordable used car. It was our last stop, after visiting 7 or 8 other places and I wish we had started there! My experience far exceeded any expectations I would have purchasing a used car. The salesperson and the owner, who both worked with us, were incredible. They were personable, helpful, and went much further than I ever would have expected in finding us a great deal. Not only was the car in great shape, the price was fantastic. My son does not yet have established credit and they were still able to find us financing at a rate much lower than I would have expected. They also provided a really great warranty I never knew would be affordable with a used car as well as gap insurance, which prior to this, I never even knew existed with a car purchase.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. They have a great assortment of cars and I was surprised to see the pristine condition they were in. Though this wasn't high on my list of requirements, they offered free Kurig coffee, snacks and drinks! None of the dealerships I have been to for a new car even offered bad coffee for free...!!Since we were there late at night, when the service staff had left for the day, they had us return the next day for a free tank of gas and to help us get the stickers off of the windows. They also replaced the floor mats that were missing (I hadn't even mentioned that to them) and are going to provide a tire jack since one wasn't in the trunk.Bravo Annapolis Car Center! I was in search of a replacement Expedition because my engine had went up in my 2001. I stumbled across this place in Annapolis on line that had what I was looking for, so I made the trip from Baltimore to see if the vehicle would be worth the purchase. To my surprise, ACC was by far, the best used car dealer I had ever been to. The 2007 was in excellent shape, it ran extremely smooth, they gave me the car fax upon request, they provided finance for the vehicle with a better rate then my bank, and there service was so wonderful. So wonderful that my wife traded her car in on the spot and bought one also. We came home with 2 cars and only went to get one... Great service will do that to you. Very accomodating and very friendly people. No high pressure salesmanship. Willingly accomplished minor repair (replace windshield washer fluid motor and tank). Qality of work was marked only "good" because it appeared that car restorers did not even wash, and did not "clean" the pickup truck roof. I had to personally white-compound and wax the finish. However,this critique has not been conveyed to the dealership. Generally the truck was presented very clean. Jessica was the sales agent and was very nice to deal with: very calm, cool, and collected and respected my offer. She knew her business.

I highly recommend this dealership, aswell as Jessica as your sales associate. Although I did not purchase here because they didn't have the vehicle I wanted to fit my budget. Jessica went above and beyond with me, she responded to all my silly questions at ANY time, even on her days off. She also remembered every single little detail about my son, the very first time. That Ment a lot to me. When she would follow up she would first ask me about my son and my self before talking about business. She really cared and I wish I could have done business here. I owned a H3 but wanted an H2 and lo and behold, there it was on the lot. I went the first day and glanced at it. I HATE used car dealerships, but the Joe Elliott was patient and non-pushy. I'm an impulsive buyer and waited a couple of days and went back. And guess what...I BOUGHT. Everyone was absolutely fabulous and gracious and I LOVE my car. They cleaned it and spruced it up more than it already was. The couple of issues I had with it, they promised to fix as it was around 8pm when we wrapped the deal up. The deal structure was creative and accommodating to my needs. I LOVE the guys and would do return business as well as recommend them to family and friends.

Annapolis Car Center is by far the best car dealership my husband and I have been to. We have been to many car dealerships in the past but this is the first time we experienced exceptional customer service. I recommend Joe and Travis to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive when I walked into the car dealership. Joe talked to us about his past car dealership experience and what led him to Annapolis Car Center. He told us when he walked in to interview he knew it was the place he wanted to be. You know...the usual salesman pitch, however, by the time we walked out of the dealership we understood exactly what he was talking about. I have to be honest I wasn't too keen on purchasing a new car and adding a 3rd car note to our monthly bills, however, after working with Travis, we were able to walk away with a new car and still have 2 car notes. Even after you purchase the car, you will still receive the same high level of customer service. For example, after a few days the engine light came on. I contacted Travis and he told me to bring it in the next day and they repaired it right away. At most car lots once you drive off the lot, all repairs are your responsibility. I still keep in touch with Joe from Annapolis Car Center and I would recommend them over and over again! Thanks again Joe and Travis!

Let me first say that this was my first ,in person, dealership experience in a long time...my last car purchase was via the internet, several states away, and was completed by email and fax in about 20 minutes...so I was a little hesitant to go the face to face, offer / counter offer / haggle route, especially since I had a late model trade in, which always seems to complicate the deal...but this dealer had the exact vehicle, exactly equipped, exactly as I wanted it...so, despite the fact that the dealership was about an hour's drive away, I decided to take the plunge...and I am very glad that I did...From the very start (my sending an email inquiry, since it was Sunday, and they were closed), the staff was friendly, informative and professional. I received a call back Monday morning, and a follow-up email, both efficient, but not pushy...that is when I met Joe Elliott, my salesman...throughout the whole process, Joe was upfront, down to earth, and responsive to what I wanted...from our first phone conversation (when he physically inspected the vehicle, and answered all my questions on condition, options and wear), to the test drive, where he met me at my car, in the rain, with umbrella in hand, to the working out all the details of the deal, he was a complete pleasure to work with...Every phase of the purchase worked out very well...the vehicle I bought was priced at less than book value...I received a very fair offer on my trade...Travis (I assume the sales manager), in addition to being very knowledgeable, was able to offer an interest rate that was well below the "pre-approved financing rate" I had brought with me that day...and the extended warranty they offered was priced well below what I had been quoted from my own insurance company...No pressure, friendly environment, straightforward business practice...I am in a service business where I see the same clients every year, and I will gladly recommend Annapolis Car Center...the are definitely worth the drive...

WOW! From the moment I stepped foot on the lot to the very moment I left I have never felt so comfortable! The Annapolis car center crew were so accommodating to my every need. They did above and beyond. What any other car dealer has done for me. They got me at a very comfortable monthly payment. Jessica was very sweet to myself and my kids. Hello, I purchased my car as a trade-in for the lease I had on my Volkswagen Jetta. I was jet-set on one car, but realized that it would not be functional in my life. Annapolis Car Center was very patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted. I am glad I ended up with the car I ended up with. I was able to get great financing through them as well. Also the car was immaculately detailed when I got in it. Too bad it was pollen season when I bought it!!! I hope to return to Annapolis Car Center this summer to purchase another car.

Made a deal on a 2010 Lexus convertible. I explained to Travis that I was driving over 5 hours to get the car and I wanted to be sure that I knew as much as possible about the condition of the car. I was assured over the phone that the car was in "showroom condition" and that "I would not be disappointed". After finalizing the deal, I packed up the wife a daughter and made the journey to Annapolis. Upon arrival, the car was being washed and Jessica met me in the parking lot for the test drive. As I approached the car, I was already noticing the blemishes. The first thing I saw was a dime sized mark down to bare metal to the side of the rear window. When I pointed out the mark I was asked to take the test drive. During the drive, I noticed some loud rattles which I pointed out. When we arrived back on the lot, my wife and I began looking closer at the car. We found long, deep scratches along both sides, three quarter sized dents in the driver door and clear coat peeling from the back bumper. Jessica went to get Travis who seemed surprised that I didn't like the car. When I pointed out all of the defects, he admitted that he hadn't really taken a good look at the car. He stated that "most of the customers come in after work when it is dark". He said that he felt bad that I had driven all of that way and wanted to make it up to me by buying my gas for the trip. After I arrived home, I emailed my receipts over to Travis (I have the received receipt from the email)..that was almost 2 months ago. If you are considering purchasing at Annapolis Car Center and you are a long distance away, look elsewhere and save yourself time and money!

My car buying experience at Annapolis Car Center was great! It was a totally laid back atmosphere with no real pressure. I bought a 2005 Honda Odyssey at a very fair price. They let me test drive the car and take it to my mechanic which was great. The only concern my mechanic saw was that the tires were at the end of their life. I requested that Annapolis Car Center replace the tires with 4 new ones as well as get a kool aid stain out of the carpet. They were more than happy to oblige and even brought in a carpet cleaner guy to do the work. Travis even hooked me up with 4 new sets of wireless headphones for the DVD player. Jessica was so friendly and laid back. Travis was very professional and tried to get me the best deal. I will definitely come back here for future cars as well as recommend my friends to them. Thanks for a great experience!

My experience at Annapolis Car Center was more than pleasant. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car and that says a lot. I purchased my last vehicle at Koons Toyota of Annapolis and ended up leaving upset (pissed) and without the car that I purchased because of various reasons (car not ready, lack of initiative by the sales people, poor management act). To Koons I was just another number and it showed through the way I was treated. I should have walked away!I would recommend Annapolis Car Center to anyone to include my family. Jessica Rivera worked on the sale end and Travis Talbott did the financing. They were both on top of things and were willing to accommodate my every need. I came to Annapolis Car Center in March of 2013 with the hopes of purchasing a sharp looking '04 Toyota 4Runner. My car buying experience was excellent. Richard, Russ, and Travis provided fantastic customer service. The environment and attitude was laid back and comfortable, yet very professional. I recently purchased a used 2008 BMW 550i from this dealership. Due to my unique situation, my sales experience lasted for a few days but it was not because the dealership was not efficient. It was because they were working with me to provide the best deal possible, the best car possible, and to meet my personal financial and cost savings goals as best they could. Travis is great to work with and so is Russ. Both of them were eager to meet my needs and keep me informed throughout the process. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted with smiles and most importantly, the vehicle that I was wanting to test drive was waiting for me and the keys were given to me to drive it. I drove the car and knew that I had a winner. I was very impressed by the caliber of cars they had on their lot. I must admit, that I was not expecting to walk into their lobby and be offered juice, soda, coffee, tea, donuts, and other snacks that they had available for customers. It was very clean and you could tell that everyone there worked together to provide customers the best experience possible. They took care of some aesthetic things for me before I drove the car away. The oil was changed, the minor aesthetic items were taken care of, and the tank was full of gas. One of the things that I will not forget is the fact that Travis and I had a miscommunication that I was initially upset about. He worked very quickly to fully explain where our communication experienced a gap and things were quickly placed back on track. He is honest and I felt as if the entire staff that works there was honest and eager to sell GOOD cars to people and not just there to push lemons off the lot to make a profit. Salesman Richard Murphy and Bill the Manager were the greatest! They were professional, friendly and did not pressure me. Pricing: I purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey EX-L W/DVD 36k, my wife and I were close to buying one of these on a couple of different occasions only to have them sold to a better deal before we could counter-offer. Because of that experience and our need for a bigger family vehicle we had to move on this particular vehicle once we decided it met our needs, we probably could have held out for a better deal or haggled for days to save some cash but I believe we got a fair price for an in-demand vehicle. I'm not going to discuss specifics but do your research prior to making an offer, knowing the value of the vehicle and what fee's (if any) are required by law and the cost of tags/titling in MD will help you decide where to negotiate. We financed through our bank so I can't speak for their financing options; didn't trade-in either so you're on your own there as well. Price Rating 4/5Customer Service: So enough about the money, what really sold me on the vehicle was the customer service. Everyone in the building was polite and professional, not once during the entire process did anyone seem shady or give off the stereotypical "used car salesman" vibe. Everyone from management down to the guys washing the cars seemed genuine and down-to-earth, there were no pressure packed in-your-face sales pitches, scare tactics, or chasing you around the lot showing you cars you don't want. They were friendly, answered your questions, and simply requested your information if you decided not to buy that day (we waited a day or two). They didn't try and force negotiation, just gauged my interest and waited for me to initiate the serious discussions. Extremely refreshing for a car buying experience! Customer Service 5/5Friendliness: Exceptional! Had no problem helping to keep our cranky 18 month entertained while we talked, I'm used to working under those conditions but Richard was the zen master, the guy didn't even break a sweat! He even knew what channel Nick Jr was! See customer service for above for further explanation. Friendliness 5/5 Quality of Work: There were a few things that needed to be fixed before we bought the vehicle. They painted both bumpers and fixed a nickel sized ding, both were done within a day of picking up the car and were exceptional in quality. They did break a bumper grille during the process but ordered a new one no questions asked. They also installed new front brake pads (id'd as close to worn during the MD state inspection but had plenty of pad left) and upgraded them free of charge. In addition to that they also repaired a 1" rip in the ceiling fabric and cleaned up a few paint scratches. I would have given them a 5/5 if not for one thing, when I picked the car up someone conveniently placed the spare tire bag over a 4"x4" stain in the trunk area, the mats were there when I first looked at the car so I never saw it originally...not a big deal in the end, I would have bought the van anyways, but covering it instead of just giving it a once over and letting me know seemed a little amateur. I'm sure had any of the salesmen or managers seen it they would have handled it a little differently. Quality of Work 4/5 Overall Experience: Overall I was very satisfied with buying my van from Annapolis Car Center, there were a few hiccups but the people there really help overcome the little things. They were a genuine group of people looking to earn your business, not just stuff you in a car and get you out of there. I would recommend them to friends and family, and if I wasn't moving, give them a chance to sell me my next car.

We bought a truck and the very next day the transmission died. We took to a garage who verified said problem and also could not believe had been legally inspected. Headlights bad, no catalytic converter, illegal window tinting, rusted out exhaust pipe, etc...had to play cat and mouse with owner to get the transmission fixed as i was not allowing anyone from their end to work on this vehicle...ended up costing us 250.00 to fix transmission and still have all the other not legal inspection stuff to fix.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Annapolis Car Center. The employees were friendly and personable and I was initially happy with my purchase even though they were unable to match the USAA certified military pricing I arrived with.I had a few issues with the Jeep I bought but the dealership was pretty good at working out an agreeable solution. I don't know that I will buy a used vehicle the next time I am in the market for a car, but if I do I would consider this dealership again.

Positive experience,yes. Completely satisfied,no. Overall, i would buy again from here, with more intentionality. (Impulse decision to stop in, bought that same day). I'll be specific as requested in the review and will explain my 3(Ok) rating for Quality of Work. Please read all of the other reviews as well because mine seems to be lower than average.My experience would have been 5 stars if not for several issues with the condition of my car because of the previous owner, causing extra expenses out of my pocket, (not from this dealer, also not from infiniti, even though it was still within warranty at both places). 1st issue = check engine light on after getting it home, they gave me a loaner and fixed this, but i just recently found out that 1/2 of the heat shield is missing from the catalytic converter, which was causing a rattling bracket, which i mentioned i could hear early on but it wasn't fixed.. and now i know the entire cat must be replaced to fix the issue (have not done it). 2nd issue = tmps light error, turned out to indicate all 4 sensors were missing. 3rd issue, badly needed wheel balance and had no weights at all on them. (also wheels have 2 different sets of tires, unmatched front and rear, in both sizes, brands, and condition, rears are nearly bald and slip in rain, not sure they are really inspection passable). Otherwise, car was near-perfect with low miles, impeccable 4 year old body/condition/color/paint. Because of these few issues, the dealer's Precision-Tune inspections a few doors down on west street, seem sketchy to me, plus my original inspection certificate was written up and dated several weeks after i had the car already and realized i hadn't gotten it, or ever saw it posted on the car and asked for a copy. As far as negotiations and interactions with the 4 people listed, everyone was extremely friendly and approachable with friendly smiles and were not-pushy, and this was refreshing and unexpected. The office is small and comfortable enough, with water and 2 televisions, dealer lot is organized, car selection is top notch. (in appearance and overall brand selection/quality). Prices are below blue book value. Basically, I would recommend this dealer and i would buy from here again but would feel better if i could pay for a third party inspection on my own.

I recently relocated from New England and needed to purchase a second car. After visiting several dealerships throughout the state, I found Annapolis Car Center to be the best. They worked with me to find the very best deal and sold me a vehicle at a price which was much lower than Kelly Blue Book value. The staff were very friendly and absolutely no pressure was added. I was provided with the Kelly Blue Book value, consumer reviews, similar vehicles for sale within 100 miles, etc. Christina was very helpful and provided me with insurance and registration regulations in the state of MD. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle at Annapolis Car Center; it has been my most pleasant car buying experience.

My experience at Annapolis Car Center was outstanding. I am a little late in writing my review...nevertheless I am writing it now. Bill and Christina were amazing!!!! They were very helpful and very knowledgeable on different aspects as far as the financing and making sure that I received the best deal possible. I was very nervous at first and Bill made sure that I was comfortable and reassured me that my experience with them would be a great one and it was! I love my car!!!! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Bill and Christina for making my experience an amazing one!!!!

Annapolis car center is a great car dealer shop, they are willing to help you as best they can and work with you to meet your needs. They are willing to work with you till you are satisfied. I tried different dealer shops but they where truthful, loyal and fast. If I had to do it again and am still in the area I will use them again.

Annapolis Car Center is the best place in the Annapolis area to buy a pre-owned car. I can say this because I car shopped for one month in the Annapolis area and by far they are the best! The people who work their are friendly, down to earth, understanding, and most of all HONEST. If Bill says he will do something,he does it. He wants his customers to be satisfied and it shows! I think they are a great bunch of people and I would recommend them with 5 stars! I really enjoyed doing business with them and their employees are great! Bill will work with you on prices, where frankly alot of other places just made excuses why they couldn't make numbers work, I know because I've been to them all on west street! I have NOT BEEN taken seriously at other dealerships. Annapolis Car Center will forever be my car dealership. Stop in and see for yourself, I promise you will not be disapointed!!
