Poor service. Bough a used car that had 45000 miles with bumper to bumper warranty til 125000 miles. The window regulator quit working and the window would not roll up 3 week after getting car. They wouldn't cover it under warranty or take care of the problem. I will never buy another car from Andy mohr.

I can honestly say, this experience has been a good one. Adam was my salesman, not only did he get to know, he knew my vehicle that I traded in, when I pulled up, he was meeting me at my car, he took the time to see what my needs were, he was professional and friendly through the entire process, he walked me through everything, answered any questions I may have had, if he didn't know the answer, he found out very hands on, and he made me feel like my husband and I were more important than anything else. I was also pleased with Dion, Cindy, and the others that worked behind the scene on this deal, they were professional, down to earth, very easy to communicate with, and, connected like they were family, you can tell this was not just a job to the staff, it is their careers, which makes all of of difference. I had a not so good experience at this location before, but not with the sales department. I vowed I would never come back here again, I am very glad I did, the second chance has made all the difference. Thank you all, and great job team!!!!

I went into this dealership on a Facebook ad for 149.00 per month sign and drive Cruze's. The first thing out of the salespersons mouth is he needs to run my credit. Well, I tell him we are not that point yet, and I want to know the particulars on this lease. After spending several minutes with people at the desk, he comes back and tells me that I need to qualify for all these rebates that are mentioned nowhere in their ad, and to reach that price I need money down. I asked how much and he just shrugged his shoulders. I felt like the salesperson was not being straightforward with me, and I left.

We had to wait for over four hours to have credit pulled to buy a car and was told by a Manager named Joe that he would take care of us at the end of the sale. We had to come the next day and wait just as long for the same credit check only to be told that we don't qualify. Are you serious? We just felt lied too by these people.

Spent 2 and 1/2 hours at the dealer which was the biggest waste of my time in years! We went in to lease a new Chevrolet Malibu and had the payments set at $277. per month but they wanted to charge us extra for the floor mats! (our credit is excellent and was approved so of course this was never an issue) They kept dragging their feet on the paper work end of the deal (said they had only one computer terminal) and finally after about 2 hours the Gen. Mgr. came up to us and said he had our payments now at $250. per month including tax. We said fine and continued with the paper work. Approximately 5 minutes later the "finance manager" whom we had never seen before came out and told us he had put the financing through the wrong company in error and now that that was corrected our payments would be $350. per month!! We thought he as joking but he wasn't!! Also, interesting that when this happened that the Gen. Mgr. and the Used Car Mgr. had totally disappeared! We got up, took all the paper work we had filled out and signed and walked out! I have been buying and leasing vehicles for 55 years and never have remotely come close to the total screw up and waste of time this deal turned out to be!! I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealer if it was the last one in Indy and would not recommend them to even put air in my tires!! Terrible, terrible experience all the way around! We went out and leased a 2015 Ford Fusion the next day from Bill Estes Ford and are very happy with our transaction with them. Totally professional, no jerking around, smooth transaction and fair prices! Such a big difference and I would highly recommend Estes Ford.

I was looking for a car, probably used to replace my Malibu with more economy in mind. Sales rep Jon Meek got me to look at the Cruze and think new car with a good trade for my Malibu. The price was right trading for a new year old Cruze with features and mainly the economy that I was looking for. The whole buying experience went well due to good service by all Andy Mohr people espacially Jon. Very helpful answering questions and follow up has been great. Definitely would buy here again besides service I got in the past on my Malibu was always tip notch.

I wanted to see if I could get out of an older vehicle which I owe much more on than it's worth and which is starting to have several problems. I went here because it is close to work and a friend of mine knows Andy Mohr and said he had gotten a good deal at the dealership in Plainfield. Scottie Johnson was the first salesman I spoke to. He was very friendly and helpful. With my credit and with how much I owed on my current car I was told I would have to have at least a $1000 down and go with a new vehicle as the rebates would help offset the negitive value. I was fine with that. Then I was asked if I could go to $1500. Said I didn't think so but I would try. After that I was informed that I had been approved for a new Silverado. I looked at other cars there and decided that the Traverse suited me better since I have kids. They ran the numbers and said I had been approved for that but, like with the Silverado, the payments would be pretty high. Mark asked if there were anyone else that could sign on the loan with me because if so than I could get by without using my car as a trade which would lower my payments since the amount I owed on it wouldn't be added to my new loan. When I said I couldn't make two payments his suggestion was to stop making payments my car and let it be reposessed, that it was no big deal and that no one would ever come back on me to collect. I said I wouldn't do that. His next suggestion was to go ahead and get the Traverse and then after a few months I could file bankruptcy. That also was no big deal since so many people were doing it. I have had a vehicle repo'd and filed bankruptcy so I know how bad it can be and what it does to your credit. I feel sorry for the people who fall for this pack of lies. I asked Mark what he had me down for on the down payment, $2000. Twice as much as I had originally been told. He also had me down as having a family member who worked for GM for a family discount even though I had told him several times I didn't. I decided to go elsewhere.I went to a dealership in Franklin, found a Traverse which I liked and told the salesman I had already been approved a couple of banks. They ran the paperwork through the same banks which Mark told me had approved me and was declined. The finance manager in Franklin called the banks to see what the problem was and was told that my loan request for a new vehicle with Andy Mohr had been declined. The only thing I had been approved for a used pick-up, not what I need with kids. I wouldn't go back there even if it meant I had to ride a bicycle back and fourth to work.

After 3 or 4 phone conversations with the sales person and after filling him in completely about our credit situation, my wife and I went to see the salesman in person. After discussing 3 or 4 cars, he showed us a used ford escort and stated that we should have no problem getting into this car. He explained to us how they have many lenders that they go through, and if they cannot find a lender then they will finance the car themselves. I felt pretty good about what the salesman was telling us. He seemed straightforward and honest. After about 3 more days of phone calls back and forth, he told us that they were unable to find a lender, but not to worry, in cases such as these they will usually finance the car themselves. The next day he had us come to the office to "sign the paperwork" and finalize the deal. The "finanance officer", located at another andy mohr dealership, began handing us form after form to review and sign. Finally he handed us the finance paperwork to sign and I noticed that they had added around $2000 to the price of the vehicle. He explained it to me that since they were financing the car themselves and not getting their money right away for the car, like they would if someone else financed it, they had to add $2000 to the cost so they would make a profit. I asked him wasnt that what the high percentage of interest they were charging was for. He claimed no, that the interest didnt cover all the costs of a drawn out contract. I should have went with my gut feeling right then and there and just walked out on them, but my wife needed a car to get back and forth to work, and they knew that. Then, just last week on friday, the "new" finance guy calles me and asks me when can they take the next payment for the car. I told him that the following Monday would be fine. When I checked my bank online the next day after he called, Saturday, he had already processed the payment. This demonstrates to me that they are not honorable people and just do not know how to keep their word nor how to do honorable business with ciustomers. I have already stopped two of my relatives from shopping with any Andy Mohr dealership and I will do the same with all my relatives, my friends and all the members from my church. They need to have all their sales staff, finance staff and management staff watch the movie Flywheel. They may learn something!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! I have been an EMT with Indianapolis EMS (used to be Wishard Amb Service) for almost 12 years and I have dreamed about this day. A day when I would be able to purchase a truck/SUV. I have always driven cars and I love sitting up higher in the ambulance. I have learned to listen to my gut feelings although I do not always get things done fast enough. I have been having a strong urge to get another vehicle, but wanted to wait until after the holidays. God had another plan for me. He put the "wheels" in motion for me to get to meet the wonderful people I had the privilege of meeting today. I had a great experience working with Rodney and Cindy. Rodney had a great knowledge base of the vehicle and Cindy had a wonderful, upbeat and positive attitude. I will definately be a returning customer and I will refer anyone I possibly can to this location! I think I will get a little, fake Christmas tree and put it on the roof and take a picture of my most favorite Christmas present to myself EVER!!!! Thank you all SO much! JESUS has Angels in all shapes and sizes and I met some at Andy Mohr Chevrolet, Lisa Staton,Ryan Copeland and Cindy Stidham. They worked thru the night to make sure that I did not leave the dealership in the same slowly breaking down vehical that I came in with. When Lisa said 7 Banks would like to finance you, I was like yea right. However, Cindy called around for what seemed like hours to find me the perfect deal. As I waited they came back with a deal I shook my head. They went back ran more numbers came back again and again I shook my head no. But Jesus had the final say and it was a dream come true. I had just said to my Granddaughter Champaigne that I would love to have a brand new car one day. You see I had my mind set on a 2005 - 2010 pre-owed but MY JESUS said "Merry Christmas" and used Cindy. Ryan and Lisa as Angels. You know, Chevy has that commerical with the guy selling cars looking like Santa right. Well I just want you to know that he was NOT at Andy Mohr on West 38th street last night it was Angels in the form of lisa Staton, Ryan Copeland & Cindy Stidham . I have been BLESSED.. I give all the praise and Glory to JESUS first, then to Lisa 2nd for calling me and Ryan for holding my hand thru the process but most of all to Cindy for using JESUS'S POWER to make it all happen. So, if you are looking for a BLESSING .. and you are tried of driving around in the old beat up car/van with everything falling apart one item at a time, go see the Sales Women & Men at Andy Mohr. My experience with sales was great. When I had to meet with the finance manager, the whole experience went sour. Cindy Stidham was one of the worst people I have ever met. I felt like an employee that was getting fired from a job. She was treating me like a second class citizen. I had to stop and remember why I was sitting in her office, oh that's right, I was buying a car. She was rude to me the day before on the phone. She was adamant that my wife had to drive an hour to come back to the dealership. The salesman offered to bring the paperwork to my wife's job, but she hastily screamed at him, " These papers can't leave the office". The best part of it all, I had my own financing. What a jerk. I am simetaneously posting on every social media outlet that I can. she made my experience horrible. She would not explain why my wife had to come back to sign. My wife works at the BMV, but she wanted proofs of address when they weren't needed since my financing was being done somewhere else. The next time I need a car, I guess I will have to find somewhere else.

Went to see about a transmission issue that is covered under warranty, a warranty I purchased from Andy Mohr Nissan store, the service adviser immediately started questioning the quality of my warranty and saying did I read the fine print about it first and that not all warranties cover this type of thing, but mind you this is all his first response to me, after I told him well I purchased the warranty from a Andy Mohr store his look changed but was rude to me and not very interested it seemed in getting my business, I told him to have a nice day and I left.

This car is listed on Auto Trader.com at $6988, and the posting lists air conditioning as included. Upon arrival at the lot, I discovered that the car does no have a/c (the sticker in the car window also indicated that it did), and the price posted on the car was $7900. The sales rep's name was Rodney, and he was very friendly, courteous, etc. However, when I commented that not having a/c was a deal breaker, he informed me that he could have it installed for $999. Upon further investigation, he informed me that having a/c installed would in fact be closer to $2000. I am very disappointed in the way that this potential sale was handled.

Body shop repair reception area didn't have a rest room facility or TV for the customers while waiting. Also, there wasn't a coffee pot or vending area available. I KNOW THEY HAVE JUST TAKEN THE BUILDING OVER FROM A FORMER DEALERSHIP BUT, BASIC CUSTOMER COMFORTS AND SANITATION SHOULD ALWAYS BE ATTENDED TO. The sales area looked great. Are you sending the message that we doop you in to buy a product but our commitment to servicing the product you buy is not a continued relationship worth fostering?

Got the vehicle at 7 am and got it back at 10 am, had fuel level sensor changed out, oil change and break light changed, gm paid half. Did try to tell me my throttle body was goin out and they wanted 900 to fix it, my throttle body is good vehicle rides like the day I got it and there is no code for it showing, spent 5 minutes and cleaned it myself, feel like they tried to sneak one on me .

Walter was very knowledgeable and friendly. But the car I bought was not detailed, just a car wash. I found a hammer underneath my seat. Maybe it was because I bought the car before it was officially on the lot. If you tell somebody the car will be detailed, it should be cleaned inside and out.

I came to Andy Mohr Collision Center to get my bumper repaired from being rear-ended. Unfortunately, it was a hit-and-run, so of course I was responsible for the deductible. My first call to Andy Mohr was super friendly and welcoming. The first thing that impressed me was that they are actually open until 6 pm. This is great for people like me who work until 5 pm. I had plenty of time to get there without having to leave work early. When I got to the collision center to get the estimate, Susie was extremely kind to me and thorough with the estimate. She even called the rental car location and set up the reservation for me. I essentially had to do nothing except come back and drop off my car. During my wait, I had a friendly chat with Jon, one of the other employees. My car was ready exactly when they said it would be done, and the work was perfect! My bumber looked just as good as it did the day I bought the car. The customer service, timeliness and outgoing personalities of the employees was wonderful. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone in need of car repairs. They helped take a horrible and inconvenient situation and make it as easy and painless as possible. You guys are awesome!!!

When I arrived at the dealership I was met immidiately. The sales representative was very personalble and really cared about what I was interested in and my opinon. I never felt pressured into any direction, and felt that all my questions were answered professionaly. I have never had such an experience go so smooth and feel so stressless. I believe that the purchase of a new car should be a happy experience and it really was. All of the sales and management professionals really did a great job and treated me like a valued customer. I rated this dealership very very good because they were great helping my wife and I find us a family car. The GM was very very nice and set us up with a salesman "Walter" who helped us as well. This is the second car I have bought off of the lot and aam very very happy with the business and how it is ran. Wouldn't go anywhere else if looking for cars, nor do I recommend anyone else to go elswhere. This lot is the best as well as the people. The guys in the back detailed the car great as well. Looks very nice and we are very happy with what we got. Thanks to all the employees at the Speedway Andy Mohr Chevrolet for making us a great customer.

While I initially hit some snags with my trade-in at this dealer, the general manager Gary Weinbrecht made it right and then some. I came away with the car I wanted, feeling like Gary genuinely cared about doing right by his customers. I have dealt with over a half dozen dealers in the Indianapolis area in the last month, and Andy Mohr Speedway was one of the few that didn't leave me feeling like I was being bullied or like I was a walking checkbook.

I came in without an appointment, and with no clear cause for my truck's problem. Rob and the Service Department were able to get my 2003 TrailBlazer in and diagnosed the problem within a reasonable amount of time.I was provided with a shuttle ride to work, and then back to the dealership to pick up my truck (with nice conversations with the driver, Lonnie).The Service Department replaced the fan clutch in what I consider a reasonable time (very close to Rob's estimate), and my truck seems to be running like new.I don't know how the repair price would compare to other service providers, but getting my truck in and fixed in the same day, as well as providing me with a ride to work and back, is worth a lot to me.

I walked in looking for a used truck. I picked up my brand new truck on December 31st. Everyone that worked with me was fantastic. The Manager, Gary Weinbrecht personally worked with me to help me find a truck to suit my needs. Tim Torrance, the financial man, was very helpful. He explained everything I was signing and helped me understand the entire process. Bill Allen brought my new truck to the front, clean, gassed up and ready to go. My other care is Chevy too and I will be taking it to Andy Mohr Speedway for any repairs it may need. I would, and will, recommend this dealership to everyone. It was a very nice, quick and painless experience in purchasing a new vehicle.

Tire pressure light came on in my 5 day old Camry. Thought the issue may have been related to the weather drop. Come to find out there was a 4 inch screw in one of my tires. They fixed it quick and without issue. Overall the experience was positive and I would gladly go back for any future service.

DO NOT USE THE SERVICE AT WEST 38th STREET ANDY MOHR!!!! Very bad customer service - they DO NOT return phone calls! I had work done on 8/24 and even though I gave Ryan my extended warranty policy number, he couldn't remember when he called me back to quote the full cost of repair! The repaired and covered under warranty issue is not to my satisfaction.I've left two messages for the service manager and one for the general manager .... still waiting for a phone call.
