Purchased a used car from Andy mohr with 47000 miles on it with bumper to bumper warranty til 125000 miles. Three week after buying car the window wouldn't roll up due to a defective window regulator. I talked to service and the sales manager about bring I the car for repair. When I got to service they informed me it was not under warranty and their sales dept would not repair it . They told me that there bumper to bumper warranty is just a drive train warranty. I feel they should fix the car regardless due to being only three week since purchase. Their sales manager was rude about the whole thing and said it no different than a flat tire. Their warranty they sell is misleading and they didn't inform me of the details of the warrant til after I had problems. I personally will never shop or have my car worked on at Andy mohr.

Purchased a used car from Andy mohr with 47000 miles and a bumper to bumper warranty til 125000 miles. I had the car 3 weeks when the window regulator quit working and the wind wouldn't roll up. Took it to service to find out it wasn't under warranty and they wouldn't repair it . Hey explained to me that bumper to bumper warranty was really a drive train warranty. I would not recommend buying a car their. I feel they should fix the car after only having car for 3 weeks

About a week ago, my wife and I decided it was time for a new car. I will spare you the details on our selection process and how we came to decode on Any Mohr. We arrived to the dealership early in the morning. We drove through the lot to get an overview of the inventory. We spotted several models that we were interested in, even exiting our vehicle to look at several. As my wife and I were looking at one particular vehicle, we were approached by a salesman. I was actually surprised that it wasn't soon that once "pounced." Nonetheless, he walked over as we were looking inside the vehicle. The. Ext thing that happened was the beginning as to why we ended up purchasing our vehicle. The salesman said: "Hello there folks! I can see you are looking at several vehicles here; I don't want to intrude on you at all. If you would like, I'll leave you my card and if you have any questions at all, give me or one of the other sales people a shout; my name is Rodney." And he walked away. This was a big change from other lots where you are hounded and the sales staff walk around the lot like buzzards over a carcass. My wife and I finished looking at the vehicles we saw and went to several other lots in the area. After looking at several lots, we stopped to review. We decided that we liked a few of the vehicles at Andy Mohr Chevy but, more than that, we said: "let's go see Rodney."We arrived back to the lot, found Rodney, and began telling him what we wanted. We told him year, mileage, price range, and payment. Rodney found us almost exactly what we had in mind. After a test drive, we were ready to make a purchase. After some negotiation and price haggling, we decided on a number. Rodney began preparing the paperwork and arrived back to escort us to the finance manager. This is where our experience changed. From the moment of walking into this young man's office, I was offended and disrespected. This finance representative, Jonas, was one of the most disrespectful people I have ever talked to. He belittled my comments, talked down to me, and spoke to me as if I had no idea or education on the car-buying process.After listening to this man for several minutes, I walked out of his office. I had to speak with my insurance company on coverage and options before completing the purchase. I did not want to continue to to deal with this man, however, my wife was set on this car and we were motivated (and the car was really a good deal).Knowing that I only needed to speak with my insurance company (USAA, customer service is 2nd to none with them and the conversation wasn't going to take long), my wife stayed in Jonas' office. Apparently, my conversation took too long and my time and business wasn't I'm important to him because he told my wife she needed to wait in the hall and he had other clients to deal with. To say I was furious would be an understatement. Rodney made every attempt to correct s problem he didn't cause. To be 100% honest, if it had not been for Rodney and the respect he showed me and my wife and the genuine attitude he had, I would have walked away. Rodney ended up speaking with managers and getting us in with a new finance representative and she was leaps and bounds better. We left with the car and the feeling that we got a good deal. And it was all because of our salesman, Rodney. I would only recommend this dealship to other if they have Rodney, or a salesman that is of the same mindset as him. If I was basing this off of my experience with the finance department, I would tell you to go to the nearest "we take your money" car lots and give them your business.

I made an appointment 4 or 5 hours before I arrived at the dealership. I was told whom to ask for. I drove 45 minutes to get to the dealer and arrived within my stated time frame. The person I was suppose to ask for was gone and it appeared that no one knew that I had an appointment. The assigned sales person was courteous and tried to be helpful but again she knew nothing about why I was there. Once we established what I had come to see, they had trouble finding the vehicle. Finally that had to take us in another car to a back lot to see the vehicle. The vehicle had been washed on the outside but the inside was trashed...literally if looked like someone had upended a bag of trash in the car. It was so filthy that I refuse to even get in it. I think the salesperson was embarrassed or at least I hope she was. She ask me if I would be interested in looking at it again and I told her not until everything they were going to do to it was completed. She called me some days later telling me it was almost ready if I wanted to come and see it. Again I told her, I was not going to drive back to the dealership until it was totally completed. I have not heard back and am not planning on going back.

I was impressed with all the sales people and how they didn't leave anyone hanging around wondering where their salesperson was at. Josh was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me get the car I wanted. I was at another dealership 2 different times during this past year and twice this year and the salesperson and finance just didn't want to work with me. Wanting to put me in a car I didn't want and left me sitting in an office for hours and wanting me to pay more for that car and it didn't even even have that much on it. Once again I would recommend Andy Mohr and my salesman. I have already told several people to check Andy Mohr out.

Boyfriend bought a used 2007 Chevy Cobalt, was told it was in good condition. One month after buying the brakes needed to be replaced, after three months the battery was having issues and had to replace as it had gotten so low that it actually froze over in November; battery issues again in March and found out it's because of the "GPS" locator the bank had them install and it was drawing power when the car was off. Andy Mohr claimed they couldn't fix or touch it without the approval of the bank, contacted the bank and they said Andy Mohr is responsible for all repairs on the GPS and they don't need permission since Andy Mohr installed it -- and they want him to pay $100 for a full diagnostic to verify it's that part, even though he showed them the findings on our diagnostic tool. Now, we've figured out that the fuel pump (which had a recall but not in our state?) is cracked, which is going to be a $700+ repair, along with the new battery that was $200, oh and when we went to a mechanic friend to do a diagnostic for free -- ALL FOUR struts need to be replaced. This car was $10k and he had to finance it, so we're stuck with it for a long time -- should've looked at the carfax report first because it lists the history-based value at less than $4k. This car is nowhere near worth the trouble it's caused, if he doesn't unhook the battery every night he'll have to jump it in the morning because it will be completely dead. I understand that people who buy used cars get the short end of the stick, but have a little pride in what you sell and let someone know if they'll need to put more money into actually fixing the car.

We pulled into the dealership looking for a particular truck. We were looking for a Silverado 2500hd gas 2 wheel drive. After looking for a few minutes a salesman (Terell) showed up and a couple minutes later Jerome showed up explaining that this was Terell'so first day as a salesman. I explained what I was looking for and there was actually one sitting right by where we had parked. Jerome took over and got us into it to see it up close and we also took a test ride. The rest of the process as you would expect. Here's my offer,here's our offer and so in until we met in the middle. They appraised my truck a little low I thought but by the time we were finished I got the deal I was after. Even the finance department side went well. I really have nothing negative at this point to point out.

The salesmen spoke to my daughter and me for 30 minutes.Took my information and gave it to the financial person.Made us wait for 30+ minutes. Came to where we were seated and told me the only way I could get into a car was with a large down payment and even then it would have to be a 2012 or possibly 2014...but nothing newer. My daughter asked about leasing, the salesmen said absolutely out of the question.The financial person did not even come out of the office to speak with us or to explain what the issues were.The salesman eluded to the fact that there was no other dealerships that would or could help me.Thankfully my daughter and me did not listen to him.I have been in a 2016 Ford Fusion with all the perks...it was leased.I will not ever go to a Chevy dealership again, nor will I ever recommend it to family or friends and Chevy has Andy Mohr's dealership to Thank for that.

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealership and she was so patient, making sure all of our questions were answered. When we were finally ready to purchase a vehicle, she set us up with salesman Ron Sharpee. We had our 2 small children with us and he was just as patient and it was very obvious that he payed close attention to what we were looking for. Once we found the car we were in love with, he went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be happier. I wish I caught the gentleman's name that did our insurance because he also went above and beyond, but our kids were over it at that point. Lol I highly recommend checking them out for your next vehicle purchase!

I was looking for a used car and was shopping around. Many dealerships/lots do not put prices online. Others will not give information out unless you go in person making it hard to do good research. Sean Benefiel was very helpful online and made my appointment. I dealt mostly with Austin. I did not purchase a car because those in my price range did not fit my needs. : Thinking I was encountering a come on, I called about online listing of truck. I called,spoke with Linda who said truck was still available. I arrived, Linda turned me over to Josh Cohen. I could not have dealt with a better guy.While showing me this older work truck he listened to my needs(gardening). I decided this wasn't it, a manual. Josh didn't just let me leave, he looked for another within my budget and needs. He did some work to get me an OTD price within budget. Salesman did a good job. Once introduced to sales manager Cooper, transaction went downhill quickly. He was rude and condescending. Unwilling to have give and take discussion regarding a truck purchase. Told us our thoughts on purchase price were basically "crazy". Very unprofessional they lost the truck that we had an appointment to test drive, should have left then but really liked the truck but left without it.

UPDATED! !!!!!!The service department is a JOKE!!!!! I took my 2009 chevy trailblazer in to have it looked at after putting a new motor in due to the old one going bad. It had a random misfire and was very hard to start. It also needed a sensor to be relearned and I did not have the equipment to do that. The first time I took it in they said they could not figure out what was wrong with it and to just drive it the way it was. I took it back the second time due to it getting worse and I was informed the next day that the engine was bad. Now being a mechanic for 16 years I tried to give them other options before just jumping to the engine is bad but he did not want to listen and said yeah we could do that but its not going to do any good with the engine being bad. He then asked me if it was still under warranty and I said yes so he told me to call the warranty company and see if they would cover it and if so they would put it in. After about 10 minutes of talking with the warranty company I ended up and gave them the dealerships information and had them call to verify what I was saying. When the warranty company called and talked to them the guy that they talk to they said was rude and very defensive when they started asking questions about how they did their tests and what tests they ran. The warranty company did end up sending a new motor and Chevrolet put it in but when I called to find out when they were going to mail the check for the labor reimbursement they inform me there was nothing mechanically wrong with the motor that it was in perfect condition so they would not pay for the labor. So I tried to contact the service department 7 Times with no call back so I took off of work and headed to the dealership to talk to them in person. As I started to tell the guy what the warranty company said he got very upset and very defensive and kept walking away from me. Then he basically said there was nothing that they could do and sent me on my way. When we went to pick up the truck my wife drove it and was taking our kids to a family member's house. About 15 minutes down the road all the sudden the truck was smoking so bad my wife couldn't see the car behind her. Come to find out they didn't hook up one of the transmission lines correctly so it was spewing transmission fluid all over the motor. By this time the service department was closed so we talked to somebody in the sales department and they ended up and sent us a tow truck and gave us a loaner car until ours got fixed. I got a call from the service department the next day saying that they fix the truck and that it was ready. This time when we went to pick it up I drove it and I ask them why it was still having the hard start issue and the misfiring. He said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and I said but the check engine light is on you can feel the misfire and you have to crank and crank and crank before it will start. He once again told me that everything was fine and they did not find anything wrong with it. We had this problem before the first motor went bad so I knew it wasn't anything with the motor itself. There is a lot more that i could say but I think you get the point. I filed the complaint with GM. After a couple of days of dealing with them they informed me that they were not going to help me because the dealer said that they we're not going to do anything about it so GM denied my request for help. So I have now filed a complaint with the BBB and I've also put my complaint on dealer rater and now on here and I will be putting my complaint on every website I can possibly find. I am currently another $3,000 in the hole on this truck because of the dealerships misdiagnosis and it still runs like crap.UPDATE TO THIS POST.....We have now found more issues with the truck that are related to the work that they did. My wife came home and said that the steering on the truck felt really loose. I went out and looked at it and the first thing that I see is the inside of the tires are bald. The more that I looked the brake caliper on the passenger side was VERY loose. Now on top of the $3000 they ripped me off for, I now have to get an alignment, new tires and brakes. I have been told over and over they can't and won't help. These CROOKS got their money and are trying to run. I think they got some of their mechanics out of a cracker jack box. I am sure that they will somehow say it is our fault. That they didn't even have to touch the wheels brakes or Alignment to replace the motor (and you do because the front half shafts go through the oil pan). I am looking into more options on what to do about this whole situation. I would suggest NOT using this dealer for your service needs. Go across the street to the Ford dealer. They will work on your chevy and make Sure it is right. (So I've heard).

I contacted the dealership, spoke with Alphonso Williams who helped me locate the exact vehicle I was looking for. I was on a budget and didn't want to go over it, so I explained to mr Williams what I was looking for. Within a week, he called me and said "I have the perfect SUV (which I wanted) he sent me pics of SUV inside and out....I knew the mileage, car fax report, details of previous owners, everything about the vehicle...... 16 months again we took out Pontiac G-6 in for an oil change, simple enough. Picked up car seemed fine. Next day car sounds horrible, have it towed back to Mohr's. They proceed to tell us the timing chain need's to be replaced, $1600.00. Months later having noise problems again, they say let's change the oil every month to be safe. Okay, will do. 3 months ago they say looks good, let's just go 3 month's this next time. Get a call from them Nov. 2nd reminding us it's about time. Wife is off election day so she takes it in for oil change. While she's there she talks to a salesman (Josh) about possible trade in for new car. He comes up with a lease deal, she say's she has to talk to me first. So the next morning she starts the car and once again it sounds like crap. Had the car towed back to them and guess what? It's the timing chain again! Now this car has 82,000 miles on it, seems strange this goes twice in 16 months? they say they can't guarantee it won't happen again, so I come in with wife to see about trade in and check out the deal that Josh told my wife about. It is now 11/4. So my wife had told Josh she wanted payment about the same or less than she currently had. He say's no problem. So 3 hours later he comes to table and say's "sorry, that lease deal ended on the first" Unreal, how does this guy not know that the deal ended 4 days earlier?? He then offers a deal that would have DOUBLED the car payment. We just kind of laughed and said no way, that's BS, got up and went out to our car. Before we could leave, Josh and I think his boss come running out to our car saying they would take care of us and to give them 24 hours. It is now 10 days later and not a word from either of them. This dealership is really poor for both service and sales. Went to Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg, got a car next day, they were awesome!!!! Will never go to any Andy Mohr dealership again!!!

The sales department seems to have it together. The service department on the other hand is a JOKE! !! Took my 09 traiblazer in after I put a new engine in it. The old one threw a rod. It had a random missfire and hard start issueand was told that they could not find what was wrong with it. (This was wrong with it before the new engine). I was then told to just drive it the way it was. I took it back when the problem got worse and they then proceeded to tell me that the motor was bad. long story short I had them talk to the warranty company and the company sent a new motor and Chevrolet put it in.the old motor was then sent back to the company to be tested. the warranty company called me and said there was nothing wrong with the motor. so therefore they were not going to the cover of the labor for having the new motor put in. I told Chevrolet about the warranty company said and as I was telling the guy he got mad and walked away and would not talk to me. he then basically just said there's nothing we can do and sent me on my way. I have since filed a complaint with GM and with the BBB. GM talked to the dealership and the dealership said that they were not going to do anything about it so GM said they would not help me because the dealership said no. so that is when I filed with the BBB and I am still waiting for a reply from them. I guess my next step is going to be getting a lawyer and filing suit. also when I talk to GM she said oh well they all know what they're doing because there ASE certified and I said I was a mechanic for 16 years 10 of which were in the military and all ASE certification is, is you spent the money and took the time to take some online test and they send you a certificate ASE certification is a joke just like being a licensed contractor all that is, is sending in money and they say okay you're a licensed contractor. anyway now I am $3,000 further in the hole with this truck and it still runs like crap.

They make you think your getting the chemical your looking at...and once your there make you feel like why am I here....They advertise they take any credit...when they really don't... When searching for a vehicle I was looking at by here pay here and they came up when they don't do this at all...They gave me a certificate excepting the deal and told me to come sign my paper work and drive my car home...To my surprise when I got dropped off there I wasn't getting a car they really hasn't even started any of the paperwork...and the sales lady that had been calling me nonstop and at least 50 emails wouldn't even speak to me she handed me over to someone else who then changed everything about my deal...and I was then stuck with no ride home... I HAD BOUGHT A AMBIVALence before there in 2007 and paid it off completely....this time they wouldn't give me the time of days after assuring me the car was mine....very disappointed....and come to find out they ran credit on me several different times so there was no excuse for this....

When difficult situations arise when dealing with new car repairs a dealership gets a chance to prove themselves to their customers and brand. Andy Mohr Chevrolet failed that opportunity today. The generous average rating comes from what I suppose we all expect from a dealership: surprise service fees, confusing policies (arbitrarily applied), rigid (yet absent) management, and faulty OEM parts that never seem to be covered or recalled. For me, "Buying American" now seems that I need to have an attorney present when buying a new car to getting an oil change.

Called and made appointment to look at a car. When I arrived I had to stand there at the desk for about 10 minutes. Finally a salesperson approached me. I looked a car on the show room floor and they opened the door drove the car out for me. I got in and started to drive away when a salesman hurried over and said he just got the paper signed to sell the car to someone else who had not even driven it yet. So he did this to make sure he got the sale. The sales person kept telling me that he could find something else for me. This poor customer service. I will not ever step foot in any Andy Mohr dealership agin for any reason. The next day I bought very similar car at Hubler and had the best service and car buying experience I have ever had. I am 60 and I have bought quite a few cars in my life. Never at andy Mohr.

It was on Feb 14th, 2015. The Experience of Joshua Cohen and Anglea were very helpful in purchasing the tahoe including the finance man who made it happen that day. I very impressed with all of them. I was concerned about the front desk girl you when you come into the door. We left for awhile because our vehicle was getting detailed and ready for us to take home and they sent us to chillis for lunch. We returned back and I let the girl know up front but she never let them know we had returned back. I had to find my sales rep myself Joshua Cohen. We sit in the lobby until about 3:30pm that day and we were there since after 9am on Valentine's Day. The only other concern was them calling and let us know our part was in for the vehicle so appt could be made. The tahoe is being serviced now but sometimes there needs more follow up on this. Once again I was lied too and told I would receive coupons and gift cards...yes GIFT CARDS plural that I did not receive and have yet to receive. I can take a lot of crap, but being lied too is not one of them. I should have went to Champion Cheverolet (formerly Dugan CHEVROLET) where I was originally going to go because this is not the first time I have been told something at Andy Mohr and no follow through and Champion was going to pay or include a spray in bed liner and give me 5 years free oil and maintenance where I only got 2 years from Andy Mohr. Need to follow through on what you say or tell people!! Just be very careful when dealing with this dealership, they will promise things that they will not follow through with! If you do go to this dealership just make sure you ask to deal with Tyler Basch. Even if you don't like what you are hearing he will at least be straight up honest with you!

I spent some time giving the internet agent my background and the information about my car. I was told "we have many lenders, and I'm sure one of them can help you." I arranged for a friend to take me to the other side of town to meet with this agent. When I arrived I was given to someone else and was told that there was no way I could get the car I wanted financed. It was a completely wasted trip. This was awful. I went there to look at a used vehicle. I asked to view the carfax, as the car looked like it had been wrecked. The salesman gave me the report for a DIFFERENT car. When asked about it he completely avoided the question. The morals of the salesman were completely low. I've never felt so disrespected. I will never return. Scheduled an appointment to test drive a used vehicle 24 hours in advance that I found on the internet. They knew I was driving almost an hour to this dealership. I even got a phone call 2 hours before my appointment to confirm I was still coming. Upon arrival, I was greeted and told to wait in the lobby while they pulled the car around. 5 minutes later the salesman (Greg) came back informing us the car had been sold the day before. He immediately asked us if we would be interested in something new for around the same price. We were told their system wasn't "sophisticated enough" to alert the front desk that a car had been sold. After dealing with him for almost 3 hours (with two small children under the age of 3) we finally left feeling like we were being forced into a deal. We were trying to be upsold. Needless to say, we wasted an hour drive both ways, gas money, and an entire day. Later that night, I was talking with a friend about my trip to the dealership. Before I ever told him about my experience with Andy Mohr, he told me about his experience. Astonishingly, it was an identical story!! Beware of this dealership and their bait & switch ways. I will never step foot on their lot again. STAY FAR AWAY & BEWARE!!!!!

Greg Short, my service advisor, was wonderful. I did not have an appointment as this was a case of the dreaded service engine light suddenly appearing. He immediately greeted me when I arrived, which set the tone for the whole experience. He clearly explained options and did absolutely everything he said he would do. At all times, he was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. Also, the technician had my car up on a lift when I needed to get some things out of the car before leaving, so he had to bring it down to ground level. He was so polite and patient, assuring me it was fine. I mentioned that I hated bringing the car in so dirty. When I picked-up the car after the repairs, the technician had had my car washed!! What a great and touching surprise. I don't know his name but Greg does. This experience epitomizes excellent customer service.

I bought a used truck from Andy Mohr in Plainfield. Coming home from a holiday weekend with my fiance and her family we got a flat tire while hauling the boat down the interstate. No problem, I thought. I'll just change the tire and we will be on our way. Traffic was very heavy and I told my fiance to stay in the truck with her seatbelt on in case another vehicle ran into us. I would hurry and change the tire. That was when I discovered the vehicle had been sold to us without a jack. There we were at night stuck on a Holiday weekend in heavy traffic. I had to pay for a tow truck to come and use his jack. It took several hours and the holiday rate for the tow truck driver. I called the dealership to let them know and they seemed to care less. They said I should have checked the vehicle for a jack when i bought it from them. Very very very disappointed in their service after the sale. Never buy a car from this uncaring dealer! They will NOT take care of you!

I bought a used truck from Andy Mohr in Plainfield. Coming home from a holiday weekend with my fiance and her family we got a flat tire while hauling the boat down the interstate. No problem, I thought. I'll just change the tire and we will be on our way. Traffic was very heavy and I told my fiance to stay in the truck with her seatbelt on in case another vehicle ran into us. I would hurry and change the tire. That was when I discovered the vehicle had been sold to us without a jack. There we were at night stuck on a Holiday weekend in heavy traffic. I had to pay for a tow truck to come and use his jack. It took several hours and the holiday rate for the tow truck driver. I called the dealership to let them know and they seemed to care less. They said I should have checked the vehicle for a jack when i bought it from them. Very very very disappointed in their service after the sale. Never buy a car from this uncaring dealer! They will NOT take care of you!

The employees at Andy Mohr was great to work with. My wife and I had 2 vehicles to trade due to some other issues but had to get done. The service department worked to get one of the vehicles going which was towed in while we looked at new trucks. The sales man (Ron Sharpee) was very nice to deal with and understood where we were at with this vehicles and worked us a deal that we could move forward with. Would do business with Andy Mohr Chevrolet again.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had thanks to my fantastic salesman, Will Crist, and sales manager, Joe K. I had visited 2 other Chevy dealers prior to coming to Andy Mohr Chevrolet and left both very disappointed in their ability to assist me in finding the specific vehicle I was searching for and provide me with a reasonable value for my trade-in. From the moment I was introduced to Will he set out to find the exact vehicle and features I was searching for and kept me updated every step of the way until we found the perfect vehicle. Once we found the vehicle I wanted to some slight modifications and add some additional accessories in which Will coordinated with the service/parts team at Andy Mohr and had completed in no time. Will was always available by phone and/or text to respond to my questions and provided immediate response at all times. This was our third visit with Andy Mohr and second meeting with Jim Simpson. Jim had helped us in 2011 to purchase a car with a very limited dollar amount, he put my daughter in a car by that afternoon and she was very pleased and drove it for 2 yrs. She felt Jim did such a great job helping her the first time, she went back to him again to buy her next car. Again Jim had us in a car by the end of the day and she drove off smiling! Bought a used vehicle on 08/01/13 the night we drove it off the lot the check engine light and abs light came on we documented it with them the next day and was told to bring it in the following week to get it checked out, the problems occured again and was documented with the sales guy who said bring it in as soon as we could! The vehicle was taken in to which there response was to have a used car salesman take a test drive in it and of course the car didnt duplicate the problem and was told to take it and drive it some more and see if it happened again, after a week it happened 2 more times at which time it was taken back and they said they would look at it but not cover the repairs to which i told them that there response was unacceptable and talked to there manager Jason Gilliam and he said he would talk to the used car manger and try to resolve the problem, after 4 days of him dodging my phone calls and not returning calls i went in and confronted him about it and he said he was under the impression that we wouldnt allow them to diagnose it to which i gladly agreed to let let them, the car was dropped off that night and diagnosed that the front hub assembly, the throttle position sensor and wiring harness where in fact no good, they said they wouldnt cover the full cost of repairs that we would have to pay $390 plus tax out of pocketto fix a car thats not even 3 weeks old, not to mention it wasnt disclosed at the time of sale that the car had previously been wrecked 2 times, I would never do business with or reccomend them to anyone BUYER BEWARE

Sold me a junk car that started having problems on the way home from the lot, called numerous times and got the run around till they finally diagnosed it and said they werent willing to cover the full cost of the numerous repairs it needed, also did not disclose it had been wrecked 2 times in a 3 month period, would never buy from or do business with again as there management condones these type of business practices!!!!! BUYER BEWARE

I will have to say I was so impressed with my Salesman (Dexter) that I promised him when my husband is ready for another vehicle we WILL come back to him!Upon explaining to Dexter my amount of funds (or lack there of) he did not blink an eye! I explained Ihad seen some cars online and wanted to know if any were still available. He took me to his computer and started searching, which was not as easy as one might think , due to I had forgotten to bring my list of cars and their lot #'s. Dexter found most of them and as he was driving us around the lots to find them he pointed out a couple of cars that had just been brought in that previous weekend and had not been checked out. We decided to look at them last if nothing else worked out.Some of the cars we checked on had some serious problems and Dexter would say, "Don't even fool with test driving them.We will keep looking." I believe he spent at least three and a half hours with us looking and deciding.The car I picked was one of the aforementioned cars that had not been checked out yet. In fact the radio was just laying in the seat. But felt and ran great!When we came back the next evening to pick it up the detail staff had done an excellent job of cleaning it and maintenance re-installed the radio. This car looked brand new and still feels that way to me.I would like to forward my appreciation to all that were involved in making my experience with Andy Morh Dealership the best I can ever remembering having in buying a car!!Thank you all,Karen Denewett

Was treated like a number rather than a customer. 2 hours of being there spent 15 minutes with a service rep from the dealership. Sales rep bragged about how well the vehicles are completely serviced and if there are anything wrong with them they are fixed. The brakes were bad and asked for them to be fixed. The salesman said with the price I got the vehicle for there was no room to fix it. 2 days later after buying the vehicle 650.00 to fix the brakes. Some service department. Would never go back nor tell anybody about the dealership. Want to be treated like a number, go to Andy Mohr. P.S. took any advertisement off of my vehicle

I have purchased other vehicles from Andy Mohr in the past and the quality of customer relation is above and beyond what other dealerships have. The knowledge of the salesman, James Mack was excellant. The package on the 2013 Silverado I purchased was way over my head compared to the 2007 I previously owned as far as all the bells and whistles. James knew everything and was very instrumental in making the transition very simple and understandable. He even offered to answer any future questions I might have but his walk through was very descriptive and when I left I knew I was in great hands. I will forever be thankful for choosing Andy Mohr and especially James for the friendly, professional attitude. Their customer service is above par and that is what will keep me coming back. I will refer anyone that is looking to buy a new vehicle either new or used to Andy Mohr and have them ask speciffically for James Mack. He made the experience a pleasure. I haven't owned my new truck a week yet and he has called and checked up with me to make sure I was totally satisfied. He is a Credit to Andy Mohr Chevrolet. Attitude is everything !!!!! The salesperson (Roland mccorkle) also didn't fully understand the terms of the deal that we had agreed to, which we had to repeat several times. Summary: Great cars, poor service.

The experience with our salesperson was good. He was friendly and courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle that we purchased. The dealership worked with us to get the deal that was acceptable to us. Over all the experience we had was a good one. The only part that was not good was that the price (13,900) advertised on T.V. we found out was for G.M. employee's with a G.M. truck trade in. The fine print in the T.V. ad was so small you would have to have a microscope to see it. The T.V. add should have been more clear on how the price (13,900) would have got to that price. Other than that I think Andy Mohr is a good and fair place to buy a new vehicle.

John was very helpful and concerned with meeting my needs in order to purchase this vehicle. I am very critical of salespeople but John made me feel like my needs and wants mattered and he helped to make this deal possible. I do not like pushy salespeople and John was not that way, he listened to what I wanted and helped me come up with a solution that would be satisfactory to both me and my husband. My experience with Andy Mohr Chevrolet in Plainfield was the best. I had gone to at least two other dealerships to discuss the possibility of leasing a vehicle and neither of them had great customer service like Andy Mohr did. The things that bothered my husband and I the most about the other dealerships is that they were only applying effort to sell, not to truly give the customer time or acknowledgement about what would work best for them. We also enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to get pulled into a crammed office with multiple staff personnel just to discuss options at Andy Mohr. At Andy Mohr we felt most comfortable and it took going to two different other dealerships to realize that we would only do business with them because of how magnificient they were to us. Thank you Andy Mohr we are very satisified with our Chevy Cruze and will see you in the near future to trade-in on a Chevy Equinox. Special thanks to James Mack. You are a great salesman and we really appreciate you caring about our needs.

We went to another dealership (Estes) and they did no make us feel comfortable. They were very pushy. The salesman even gave me a dirty look according to my wife when I asked about the mileage on a car.Jim Simpson at Andy Mohr invited us in out of the cold and snow and offered us a hot drink. then told us about 2 SUV's we might like and even brought them inside for us to see out of the cold snow. He worked very hard and got us the payment we could afford on a new SUV.He would introduce us to several salesmen and the Manager and everyone made us feel very welcome.I have already recommended Jim and the dealership and will continue to do so.We are extremely very happy with the deal we got.Jeff and Judy Morris

But sadly i didnt get get approved at the time so i left.This year in Febuary Jonas contacted me again and i was about to go with a other dealership to finance a car and he asked me if he was to late to change my mind and giving andy mohr a other chance. I was really was tempted to so yes that it was to late but i thought why not it cant hurt and i really did liked how he took the time with me by my first visit. So i told him, he be on a really tight schedule cz i wanted to get the car the next day. After a few hours i was going to tell him i will go ahead and take the car from the other dealership and that i am sorry for waisting his time but as soon as started to say a few words he told me he found a car in my price range and that it was the car wanted ( he remembered which one i wanted from the summer i was there ) i was hooked and i had to see what we can do. So i got there and we talked and went through a few things and couldnt get much done cz it was pretty late and the banks was closed and that he will call me as soon as he founds out more. The next morning Jonas contacted me via text and said that they are talking to the banks and that i shouldnt be nevous that it will worked out. ( Believe me i was really nevous ) He kept me updated on everything and was really patient with me too. I got a text from him asking me when i can be up there to get " my car " and that i need to bring a few things....Long story short Jonas Lewis was a wonderful help and i will tell everyone about the great experiance i got from him and Will. Harry Snyder was very friendly, cooperative and helpful in my buying decision. Was looking at a NEW truck, but, based on our informal conversations, Harry pointed me toward the 2012 Ext Cab Colorado which the dealership had just gotten in the day before. This was the type vehicale I had been looking for in the first place, but had not been able to find anywhere. While I spent a little more than what I had budgeted, the 2012 Colorado with the low mileage and accessories was a good value.

I went in for a typical routine checkup, and they found a transmission leak. Garry immediately told me of the issue, explained that it was covered under the warranty and they would set me up in a rental until the problem could be taken care of. He contacted me to let me know they had fixed the leak and inspected the transmission to ensure there was no internal damage. He was so nice, efficient, and helpful. I will never have any qualms about taking my car in for service at Andy Mohr-they will get ALL of my business from here on out! Garry should be commended for his professionalism and courtesy!

I have been extremely satisfied with the vehicle.I came back into the dealership in September to order a Corvette. The sales person I had purchased the Sonic from was no longer with this dealership. I gave the ratings of great in all catagories, because I have never had an expierence like I did at Andy Mohr. I was greeted at the entrance to the showroom. I was asked how they could help me, I stated that I was interested in buying a new car and I had planned on trading my car in. I was then introduced to Tyler a salesman there and he asked how he could help me with a new car purchase and I told him what I was interested in and he took me to the vehicles to look at them. We then test drove it and I fell in love with it, so we went in to the showroom and took a seat to fill out paperwork and to strike a deal that I was happy with. I would recommend this dealer because they made me feel like I really mattered to them and that I was important. Not just some guy looking for a car. They didn't have to do a lot to try to find me the car I was looking for because I found it myself online and then called them about it. However, they did do a great job when it came to getting me into this vehicle for the price I was looking for. My mother purchased two new vehicles from your dealerships. She purchased a new Explorer Sport Trac from your Ford Dealer in 2004 and then a new HHR from your Chevy Dealer in 2005. Each time, she purchased a refundable extended warranty. When the 5-year warranty was up on her Explorer in 2009, she promptly went to the Ford Dealer and received her $1,050 refund because she had not used her warranty. The warranty on her HHR was up 9/1/12. Toward the end of August, she went to the Chevy Dealer to initiate the process for her $2,090 refund, because once again, she did not use her warranty. She specifically buys refundable warranties and she does not purchase non-refundable warranties. This time she had a completely different experience. First, in August, she met with William Schooley. Initially Mr. Schooley could not find any record of her vehicle purchase. He finally found the information and said he had to speak to the warranty lady. When he returned, he said that for a warranty to be refundable, my mom wouldve had to pay an extra fee when she purchased it. She explained that that this was her second new vehicle purchased from Andy Mohr, and she only purchased refundable warranties. When she showed him her warranty card, he said he had never seen one like it before. He said the warranty lady would call my mom that evening. She never received a call. A few days later she called Mr. Schooley. He told her nothing could be done until 9/1/12 when her warranty expired. On 9/4/12, she went back to see Mr. Schooley, at which time he brought in the General Manager, Jason Gillium. Mr. Gillium informed her that he had to send someone to a storage unit to locate her file to make sure she had not used her warranty and that she had signed all the appropriate paperwork. He said he would call her that evening. Once again, no one contacted her. On 9/8/12, she returned to the dealership and spoke to Mr. Gillium again. She reminded him of her previous visit during which time he assured her that he would call her after the storage visit to locate her file. She explained that each visit, she was promised a call and each time, no one contacted her. Mr. Gilliums said he didnt call her back because they didnt find the file. She was amazed that he thought that was a sufficient response to no one following up with her. She told him it was common courtesy to call someone when you say you will. He then said that she should have a piece of paper saying that her warranty was refundable. She has every piece of paperwork that she was given. She obviously doesn't have anything that she was never given. It is not her responsibility to know what paperwork she is supposed to be given when buying a new car. He then said, he would have to send someone to the storage facility for a second time. Mr. Gillium said that someone would contact her that same evening. He specifically stated that he would not be calling her because he would be out, but he guaranteed her that someone would call her that day, which was 9/10/12. AGAIN, no one called. On 9/11/12, she called Mr. Gillium and was told he was out of town. At that time, she asked to speak to someone over Mr. Gillium. The receptionist told her she would transfer her to Nikki. She said this was Mr. Mohrs assistant. She explained the entire situation to Nikki. Nikki said she would look into it and try to call my mom back that day. Nikki never called. The following week my mom called again. Mr. Gillium was busy and could not take her call, so she left a voice mail for Nikki. No one ever returned her call. My mom is 72 years old and is now on a fixed income. She is meticulous when it comes to her vehicles and making sure she doesnt miss the limited timeframe to get her warranty refund. She has never been given such a complete run around, without the courtesy of even a single return phone call. When she purchased her second new vehicle from your dealership, she was assured that she was purchasing a refundable warranty just like the first time she bought one, a year prior. She would like her warranty refunded as your sales team promised when she purchased her new vehicle. She was also told that she only had 30-days from the time her warranty expires to claim her refund. The deadline is 9/30/12, TODAY. This experience clearly communicates exactly what type of value you put on repeat customers and doing the right thing. This is a lot of money to my mother and it is her money, not Andy Mohrs. She bought the warranty from YOU, not the warranty company. She paid the money and she contacted the dealership as required. She has done more than her part. I believe your dealership needs to do theirs.

I Loved the experience that we had. My husband and I had got to another dealership earlier that day and felt pressured to buy something that wasn't in the price range we could afford. So we decided to go to Andy Mohr Chevy and we were welcomed by a very friendly sales rep. I explained what price range we could afford even though the credit check would say we could afford more. We were looking for 2 new to us used vehicles with trading in the ones we had. Mr. Martin really listen to what the needs for me were and then what my husbands needs were and found us 2 used vehicles that was in the price range of monthly payments we could afford. Our two youngest kids was with us during the searching process and Mr. Martin was so friendly to them. He also worked with us as I had to leave to pick up our older two kids after school even thought we hadn't gotten through all the paper work yet. My husband stayed to get started on all the signing he could do and I finished up the signing after I got back with the other kids. Marcia Buis made the signing process so relaxing and she also very friendly to our kids with talking to them and allowing them to play with some toys she had in her office.Never once did we feel that we were being pressured to buy a vehicle. They were there to find what fitted our needs and in the price range we cold afford.The Hayden Family :)

Teresa Flowers: We bought and paid cash for a 2008 Colbalt on Friday 7-20-12. Teresa Flowers was our sales representative. She could not have been more helpful and accomodating. She was very attentive and listened to us. Teresa worked hard for us and with us. He was as rude and condescending to not only us (paying cash for this vehicle!) but to Teresa Flowers in front of us. We were genuinely embarrassed as the consumers but also for Teresa Flowers. This vehicle came with existing warranty left on it. He told us that it did NOT and we told him that yes it did, we saw the paperwork saying so. He told us "DOESN'T MATTER WHAT THAT PAPER SAYS, NO IT DOESN'T." He was adamant that it did not and berated Teresa in front of us saying "YOU'VE BEEN HERE LONG ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER, DO THE MATH, THIS IS A 2008, IT HAS NO WARRANT LEFT". We were mortified and had to speak up and back to him during this unnecessary and embarrassing episode. He wouldn't let us speak, kept "talking over us" and when she came back with verified information with that paperwork, she was soft spoken to us and to him, showing that INDEED it did have 6 months of warranty left. He never apologized to her or to us. He then tried to hard sell us extended warranty. We refused it and will obtain it on our own elsewhere. He should not be in a position to deal with the general public and he owes Ms. Flowers an apology for embarrassing her in front of us. We ourselves were embarrassed and told him so. After we were ready to leave and Teresa had already left, he mumbled a very insincere "sorry about that" to us to which we said: "You need to apologize to Teresa Flowers, and you made us as consumers, very embarrassed with your attitude" and walked out of his office. We would NEVER do business with this man again.

Patrick didn't listen to what the customer was telling him...1. We said we could not give any money down...yet he repeatedly (over the phone) kept asking for $500, then $100, then anything.2. The initial car we were wanting...he said was sold the next day when we came in...looked like a classic "bait and switch" operation...we simply didn't believe him3. We (my fiance) told him verbatim..."I hate Ford"...and he then brought her out a Ford to look at.4. When he brought out the car it was dirty and should have never been shown to a customer in that condition.5. The only reason we purchased the car was because I was concerned of my finace's safety in her current car. We actually ending up buying the car for me, and I will get her into a car she wants when we are in a better position to do so...AND I assure you it will NOT be with your dealership!!!

Came in just to look and test drive, feel out a deal I had seen in the paper. I went, test drove the two models I wanted to see, then asked to see the numbers for the deal I had seen and the cars I had picked. I had no intention of actually buying a car but they came back with such a good deal (including the trade in offer on my old car) that it took about a second for me to shake Harry's hand and tell him he had a deal. All the paper work was handled beautifully, explained intelligently, and I walked out with a brand new car, a damn good deal, and very happy customer! I went to Andy Mohr Chevy on Friday night looking at trucks. Jim was my salesman and helped me pick out a truck that I liked and helped me find one that was in my budget. He went over everything with me in detail and since it was getting late he said he would call me on Saturday morning and let me know what he found out. I went to Andy Mohr in Plainfield to purchase a new car. Wayne Martin was the salesman that waited on us. He was very nice and friendly. He was also very helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us what they had on their lot. Nothing they had was what we were looking for. He got on the locator and tried to find what we wanted. He demonstrated a lot of patience with me, for I am difficult to deal with. He finally found something on the locator that was suitable to what we wanted and said that he could get it. But we found out the next day that the one we had chosen was sold as we were talking with him. He offered to search again to get what we wanted. When the car came in. They picked up the wrong car. I told him at first I didn't want it. But the next day we decided to go take a look at it. I thought it was beautiful. I am very glad that we decided to take it. He never showed any signs that he was not wanting to deal with me. He stayed very friendly, nice, and cordial always. The dealership is very nice. The financial lady is very nice, but Wayne Martin sold me on the car. I would reccomend to anyone that wants to buy a new car and is hard to please to go see Wayne. I purchased my 2012 Canyon truck through Rick Stratton this past winter. There was really nothing on the Plainfield lot that impressed me that day. Rick took the time to ask me what options and vehicle styles I was looking for and then did a 15 minute search on Andy Mohr's car net and located three Canyons at the Noblesville lot. He went with me to the lot and he took the time to test drive all three of the vehicles with me that evening. He did an outstanding job of recalling facts and options that I wanted and crunching numbers to figure out what was in my ballpark. All of these things left an impression upon me. This and his calm demeanor through all of our transactions is something that Andy Mohr's dealership should be very proud of. I was so impressed I contacted Rick a week later and had him be on the lookout for a car for our teenage daughter who will get her license in two weeks. (God help us!) I found a really great price on a used 1997 Nissan Maxima so I came in for a test drive. The car was in great condition and I liked the price. There was a repair needed in the rear suspension and that as the reason for the discounted internet price. Rick Stratton was my sales person and was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He was great to work with. Unfortunately upon driving it home and putting a splash of fuel in it the check engine light came on. I headed right back to the dealership where I had them take a look. They did end up giving me a fair price to replace the O2 sensor as long as I got the rear suspension work done at the same time. We purchased our 2010 Camaro from from Andy Mohr with Jim Simpson going above and beyond to make our first time experience in ordering and customizing a car as easy and enjoyable as possible. He was so good at keeping me updated as to when the car went into production and when it was close to being shipped to them, we could not have asked for better customer service. When the time came to trade for a new more efficient vehicle (I am not referring to my Camaro, mind you!), we didn't even hesitate to return to Jim. And as with purchasing the Camaro, he was helpful, knowledgeable and did his best to get our payment in the area we could afford. We thank him, Jason and Doug for all they do. I had verbalized that I would be interested in a vehicle that would be better on gas mileage and my husband thought it would be a good investment to get an extra vehicle. We had discussed buying an extra car and keeping my van to use for family outings and his business needs,when a larger vehicle was needed. In the past 6 months I had looked at a few autos and gave him my opinion. When my husband decided he was ready to purchase new vehicle. He checked at a couple of dealerships in the Indianapolis area to see which of the smaller cars he would be comfortable getting in and out of, his comfort when driving, and what type of deal he could make on the pricing. He was down to making a choice between two different vehicles and his choice was made by his good impression of Mr, Wayne Martin. He liked the interaction and the way Mr. Martin presented himself, the business, and the auto of interest. There was a small difference in the cost of the two vehicles he was comparing. He was pleased that this dealership worked with him and he was able to purchase the 2012 Cruze at about the same cost as the other vehicle. My husbands impression of the transaction was positive overall. We are still discussing the possible advantages of purchasing the Zieban protection plan in the near future. The only negative part of the experience was the long wait the night we stopped in to complete the paperwork and provide payment. This was no fault of anyone involved, but we were purchasing the car for a total cash payment and did not have to wait for credit approval. Because personal was busy we had to wait over an hour to see Mr. Doug Curry to get the deal closed. That was frustrating to both of us, again Mr. Martin stepped up and because his personality was positive and he and my husband had similar background interest he helped the time pass in a relatively pleasant manor. So far the only negative thing I have found about the car is the head rest in the drivers seat. I am only 5 ft 2 and no matter how I position the seat to drive the sharp curve of the head rest hits me as uncomfortable. Just to sit in the seat when we looked at the car I did not notice the angle as being uncomfortable, but when driving the auto the angle of the head rest where hits me in the back of the head is annoying and uncomfortable. Hopefully I can get use to it or find some way to work around this problem. Thank You Larry and Diana Culkin

Called Andy Mohr Chevrolet based on the suggestion of a family member after having a terrible bait-and-switch experience at another Indianapolis Dealership. RJ was very forward and upfront, including running most of the numbers ahead of time while we traveled there. Despite what I imagine to be my incredibly angry and disenfranchised mood, RJ made the entire experience turn out pleasant and we left that day in the vehicle we wanted at a price we wanted. It was a zero pressure, zero hassle experience.Would visit again for my next vehicle, despite being located 2 hours away.

Rick made the entire process easy for me. My schedule is not always flexible and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Doug Jr. was patient with me in choosing the car that was best for my budget. Sold a car knowing there was something wrong,and did not disclose it till I called about the remote being in,in which I didn't get a call.when I told him what was going on he said ha knew about this it had done it to him.when I took it back to the dealer to have the remote program the car finally did it there,come to find out the shifter assembly was bad,$400 cost.they did it at cost but it still is not the right thing to do when he was aware of it.He wanted to stand out in the service area and argue with me,Till the service manager and assistant told him to leave.Dealing with him is the worst car buying experience ever.Plus he lost a NEW car sell from my parents.And I still have not heard from a manager!!

My husband and I stopped in without an appointment an hour before closing time. We new exactly make, model, color, and extras we wanted to buy. Don was assisting another client and introduced us to Rick. Rick was very friendly, not pushy, and has a passion for vehicles. He quickly got to work on estimate trade in values and showed us the vehicle we were dreaming of. We then negotiated the deal on trades which we were very satisfied with. Financing was competitive and we were assisted by Rick and Don in wrapping the deal and vehicle transfer. We left with our new vehicle that evening. Love it!!! Discovered my vehicle through an ebay listing made by the Andy-Mohr Chevrolet team. All contact with the ebay department at Andy-Mohr was kept short and matter-of-fact prior to signing the paperwork, so I had no true impression of the sales team before driving to the dealership (I would have visited before, but it is a nearly 3 hour drive there one-way). In all my dealings, I try to be as unobtrusive as possible so not to take up more of the sales team's time than need be...hence, the brief contact. Upon arrival, I was ushered inside and the appropriate department was paged. Due to the large scale of operations, I quickly felt like one of the many being channeled around there. I test drove my truck and directly inspected it, noticing a few seemingly insignificant things (squeaking brakes likely from sitting on the lot and a missing drivers door seat lever). While I liked the truck and was ready to finish our dealings, I made sure to mention (before signing the papers) that I wanted the missing lever to be replaced and was assured that it would be ordered and mailed to me ('not a problem') as it was NOT disclosed in the ebay listing as missing. In the actual signing of the paperwork (performed by a manager), I again brought up my desire to make sure the address/paperwork was clear for the mailing of the part and that it would indeed be done and he assured me that if the salesman told me it would be taken care of, he would do it. Payment was made and the truck and I made the trip home. Not sure how long it would take to get the part in, I gave the salesman a solid month before feeling that I could no longer give him benefit of a doubt and knew that I was going to have to make contact. When reached, I was told that he had forgotten it/hadn't ordered it yet and that I needed to call him back around lunchtime someday so that he could more easily get it ordered and sent out from the parts department. (This created a problem as I am always in the middle of performing surgeries/working with patients when it was convenient for this salesman). Albeit many weeks had passed since I had made contact, when I finally took a day off for personal business and called him close to 'his lunch-hour', I was quickly informed that so much time had passed that it would 'be easier for me to contact my closest chevy dealer and have the part ordered for me so I'd get it faster'. Sure I have always had the option of having it ordered elsewhere and of course would have received it MUCH faster, but the point being that the dealership had committed to the followup. I was even more surprised in hearing (when speaking with his manager), that it 'must not be too important to me as so much time had passed and he was not as apt to follow through'. It is a mere lever and so quite insignificant when it stands alone, but my entire experience with the dealership was tainted by the blatant lack of followup and inconsideration relayed through our phone conversations. Should I even have had to call to remind in the first place? Or call back yet another time when it was a bit more convenient for them? I just want future potential buyers to proceed with the knowledge that while the dealership seems to have an orderly system, there may need to be caution in acting with too must trust as you may experience a similar let-down.

I have had several Chevrolet vehicles in the past and I absolutely love them, they are so dependable! The general manager that was working at the time came along and kindly introduced himself and congratulated me, making me feel so very confident in my purchase. I had never been treated in such a polite and courteous way, no other dealerships service compares to the experience I had the other day at Andy Mohr. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go to this dealership.
