Wonderful, wonderful experience! We would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area that is interested in a GMC! The process was so smooth. Our salesman, Ron Henriques, was top notch! This was my first service appointment at a GMC dealer since purchasing my Acadia last May 2020. I have had a couple of service appointments since purchasing my vehicle at CarMax. However, I always like the specialized service that you receive when you get your car serviced at a dealership that actually manufactures and sells the vehicle you drive. My experience was great nothing fancy, but the customer service was great and the people I encountered were all friendly...no complaints from me. I have already scheduled my next two service appointments...you officially have a new customer!!

Always love bringing my car here! Everyone is super nice, and don't try to up sell me. I really love that Kevin always gives you a "heads up" for things that will will need to be done in the future. Now I can start saving for my tires :)

My Yukon XL needed a whole new transmission, which took a few weeks to get done. Kevin Bacon went out of his way to make sure my family of 6 had a loaner that fit our needs. I got my car back a few days ago, and it's running great! I'm very pleased.
