All American mtors took very good care of me. I went in trying to find someone who had a first buyers program which I found there. I had no credit and with there New buyers plan I got a car at 6.9%. Everyone was straight forward and honest and very willing to work with u high recommend anyone who is trying to buy a first time to go see the guys at all American motors

First time ever buyer and was little nervous to go and look at this 4Runner they had because of how hard it is to find a good 4runner but the whole process was easy! They didn't push me into buying they listened to what I had to say and helped me buy my first car without any problems. I had one concern about the car with the gas gauge and they fixed it with no problem at all with no charge. It has been running like a champ for how many miles it has. Scott and Brandon are the best! I would recommend them to anyone!

These guys are AMAZING! I bought a car from the last February and a second car 3 months later. was a comfortable no pressure experience. These guys are honest sell clean cars and keep the prices decent. Their goal may be to run a business and make money but they are also trying to keep customers coming back! I have recommended 2 family members and they both purchased vehicles as well. I hope they are around when my kids are driving and needing a car. would and will definitely come back if I am in the market for another car. not only am I happy with my purchases and the pride these guys take in the product they are selling.

I recently purchased an auto from the folks at All American Motors and couldn't be more satisfied. The people there are very courteous and helpful in every way possible. If you are purchasing a new or used auto I would highly recommend you visit these people and be prepared for a new experience in professionalism.

A excellent car buying experience. They have very nice sales people and a good selection of cars, SUV's and trucks. They were helpful, laid back, not pushy like some used dealers. I was able to look at a car and take my time to test drive it without pressure to buy. I came back twice and looked at the car again after visiting other lots. I found a very nice car at an affordable price. The paperwork was filled out quickly and I was on my way in a very short time. So many of the used car lots are in Seattle or north of there. It was so much easier to shop locally near Tacoma. I have already sent a friend to them. The All American Mortors website was well done and I used it to locate the type of car I wanted. Next time I buy a car I will return to All American Motors.

go to all American motors for your next car, truck or suv.......dave was an awesome guy seemed straight forward, and easy to work with. didn't get hassled at all like u do at alot of other dealers. I was shown what I wanted to look at. took my dodge ram 2500 v10 for a test drive, did paper work, and this guy got a car loan....if you don't think you can get a car loan, don't go every were else just to be told NO! go see Dave. I think the other guy was Brandon, hes a real cool guy aswell and they work hard for YOU.......even got me insured rite away, so I can drive my new rig home......I will be sending everyone I know to all American motors.

I highly recommend All American Motors to any customer! They are honest. They are more than fair. They care about their customers - and want them to be happy! They don't breathe down your neck with high pressure tactics. I have visited many used car lots in Tacoma, including the big boys like Titus Will Ford, Honda at Fife, South Tacoma Honda, Larsen Volkswagen, O'Brien Lexus in Fife. ALL OF THEM HAVE HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS AND ATTITUDES AND UNFORTUNATELY, I FOUND MORE THAN ONE SALES REP TO BE DISHONEST! I am relieved to know that there's one good, honest, caring used car lot in town - ALL AMERICAN MOTORS!

I bought a honda with a bad manifold and a check engine Light turned off by dealer with the scanner, as soonest I got in to the freeway the light came on, went to the dealer they said there is no check engine light...well they erased the code to get away with it. I went back to home and gest what?? the check engine light came on again now i have to repair the car. this is not a place you can trust

I bought a truck from All American Motors a few months ago, to start out with they were polite and weren't the stereotypical used car sells men that your dad warns you about. I told them what I was looking for and the price range i was willing to spend and they started to show me trucks in those frames which wasn't the case at some of the other dealers I went to. when I first got into my truck, it was love at first site and so the next day i bought it. the thing was that it needed a paint job, replacement locks on the bed cover and the poles that hold the hood up. They promises to take care of all the issues at no extra charge! when i bought it they immediately took care of the hood and Brandon the owner of All American Motors told me to just bring in the truck back whenever I wanted it to get it painted. A few days later I brought it in for his paint shop to take care it, it took a little longer than expected but Brandon would call me and keep me well informed. Once it was done he called me to come pick it up, Since he was the only person at the dealership when I came to pick it up he didn't have a chance to inspect the work of the paint job, the paint shop left the inside in pretty bad shape. When I showed him this he had some of his employees back, instead of having them clean it, he personally started to clean my truck and told him he would take care of a detail whenever i wanted from Metal Magic which also does good work. Bottom line is I am well pleased with how they treated me and I recommend this place to any of my close friends whenever they mention of wanting to get a new vehicle.

we bought a 2000 jeep grand cherokee last year cash ....they were very friendly and accepted our cash offer. we had the jeep fer a year then the engine started to overheat with heater core issues. we were quoted $2000.00 for the necessary repairs......didnt have the money so we went back to all american motors,told the whole story to them.they gave us a good buy back amount and got us into a 2003 dodge dakota........no money down.......they were very happy to take the jeep back even though it was having serious issues. the truck we got was priced way below fair market value.......we will always reccommend all american motors to any one looking fer a car....

Do not go here! This dealership is rediculous and only sells lemons! A truck was bought from here, we have already had to get 2 transmissions, new starter, new brakes, new tires, etc!! we havent even had it 1 year!! Stay away!!!

After a past experience with car buying I was very uneasy about purchasing another. However today after a month of searching I was able to trust. I must admit I was nothing but a little meanie.They looked past it and from the time I started looking and until the end they helped and stayed patient. If you ever purchase a car while in this area stop here first. The staff are a family of friends and they treat you like family too ( even the busy little kids ). Honestly I just feel lucky to drive a great car with a great deal from people that care. Now I'm off to drive my Infiniti.

I found a car from this dealer that I wanted to get online. The carfax report was free so I looked at it and decided to check it out. I checked everything out on the car an gave it a test drive. There was a problem with the door handle getting stuck, so they said they would fix it if we purchased the car, and they did. It was a little outside my price range, but they worked with me to get a price I could afford. I had them hold the vehicle and came to pick it up the next week. This was my first time buying from a dealer and they made it clear what I was signing for on all the forms. They also offer a warranty to purchase when you buy your car. I liked that they were open about their business and didn't push you into buying something if you weren't interested. I would definitely consider this dealer again.

My wife and I had been looking for a second suv for our family and were getting very frustrated looking around giving up hope. We stopped by and meet Brandon which right away we could tell he was a honest down to earth person. The process was amazing and Honestly it never felt like the same old buying a car process that everyone prepares them self for. I mean if theres something wrong with the vehicle they will get it fixed right away or if that's not possible they will put it in the paper work and get it fixed ASAP with out you even asking or haggling them. Over the years Ive bought a few cars and Im telling you If your in the Tacoma area GO TO THEM FIRST!!!!!!! They have made me a believer in the American dream again and I will recommend any and everybody to stop by there.

The sales people and technicians were so polite and respectful. It was nice to talk about buying a car and not be pressured or given the "hard sell". I am so happy with my purchase - I could not have hoped for a better experience. The price and financial conversations were honest and I was not dickered with on my trade in or on the purchase price of the car I bought. Straight forward.

I recently bought a car from All American Motors. While driving by I spotted a car that fit what I was looking for. I was instantly welcomed by Brandon and we began the process. Being young and a first time buyer I was a little apprehensive but felt comfortable with this dealership. After buying the car and driving it a few days the check engine light came on. When I took it back to talk with them they were very helpful. I was offered a loaner car in the mean time while their mechanic checked the car. I needed to bring it back another time for the same issue and again was offered a loaner car while they are took care of the problem. Brandon stayed in contact with me to check on how the car was running! All of the workers have been great! I would highly recommend All American Motors to anyone looking to purchase a car! I couldn't be happier with my experience at All American Motors. Brandon did a great job of making sure I got a vehicle that fit my needs. I needed a vehicle that would hold four adults and a wheelchair. Brandon showed me a 1988 Lincoln Town Car that was in like new condition, literally. Everyone who sees this car comments on how gorgeous it is. It is the nicest condition older car I have seen in years. Brandon made the whole transaction easy smooth and no hassle. I went into all star motors and the staff was great. not like in your face pushy salesmen. I told them what I wanted and the price and the payment that I wanted and I got the car that I wanted I got a 2005 Chevy Aveo not what the salesmen was told to push on the buyer. I am very very happy with all American auto and will go back to get my next car and if a friend or family member asked where I got my car I will tell them the truth all American auto and I asked for a car fax I got it and no bull about it is a clean car or a clean title i am happy with them and like i said i will be back to get my next car and tell my family and friends.

As soon as I started strolling around in the lot checking out the different vehicles, I was instantly helped by one of the salesman. He was very easy to speak with and went as far as to show me the Carfax of one the vehicles i was looking at without me having to ask for it. After negotiating the price of the vehicle, they helped me by offering me an amazing price. Being in the military, they helped me out a lot. I would definitely suggest doing business with them. They go the extra mile to help YOU out.

We recently bought a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. All their cars are really clean, their customer service is wonderful and they didn't lie to us about anything. They went above and beyond getting us financed. They all seem very young, but don't be fooled they know what they are doing. We will be sending our friends and family to them in the future. Overall, a very pleasurable buying experience with Brandon and Jordan.
