Dealt with Janelle Noe while I was searching for a RAM 2500. I emailed 6 or 7 dealers that first day asking for prices and she was the first to give me a price and was one of the few to actually give me what I asked for. No pressure and seemed very honest. Didn't have the perfect truck for me at the time, but wouldn't hesitate to try Janelle again in the future.

I was searching for a late model car for my son. I found several on Autotrader and Alford had the best advertised price on similar vehicles. I called the dealership and spoke to Whitney. He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in. I drove down from north Louisiana that same day and found the dealership to be extremly clean and friendly. The car was exactly as advertised and was exactly as Whitney described. I purchased the car that day. The finance manager was extemely helpful and thanks to her strong negotiating skills I got a great finance package. I'd definitely consider buying another vehicle from Alford and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Wonderful place all the way around! Our salesman Jason Karamales has sold us two vehicles ! Both times we were treated great and got the deal we wanted...he worked for us and didn't make us feel like just another customer. He made us feel like what we wanted mattered and he done everything in his power to make it happen! The staff also accommodated our children, which was so helpful.....i will defiantly recommend alford motors to friends and family!

We were searching for a "new" used car, meaning we wanted a very late model with extremely low milage. Just did not want to take that deprecation hit of driving a brand new vehicle off the lot. We found exactly what we were looking for at Alford Motors Inc. in New Llano.Loving the "new" Dodge Journey! Thanks Wayne Trotter (our salesman who worked to get us a deal/terms we can live with!)

I had wanted to find a Tahoe LTZ (I wanted some specific options) I test drove a vehicle there, loved it. So I shopped around many dealerships throughout Louisiana and Texas. I gave them a chance to earn my business and gave them a number to beat and they offered me a price on a Yukon with all the options I wanted at a fantastic price. My experience with Jason K. was great, he is a wealth of knowledge and very friendly. I would definitely shop here again.

What a great experience I had at this dealership. They worked really hard to get the interest rate really low. They even bought our 2 cars payed them off. We bought a 2013 Chevy silverado. I will recommend that if your looking for a new/ used vehicle this is the place to go! Thanks everyone for your hard work!!!

We are very satisfied with our 2004 Ford Truck & the 2013 Chevy Malibu. I don't think we could have had better care and service any where else. GOD IS GOOD.
