They're amazing in the office! So nice and helpful! Ali helped my boyfriend with not so good credit, get into a vehicle that very day. Then after seeing how they treated him, I went myself and i had the best first time buyers experience! In no rush they let me decide which vehicle would fit best for me and what I felt comfortable with. No peer pressure on buying a vehicle I didn't want! Ali even recommended us cheap but reliable insurance! Moving from a different state and meeting people like Ali is always an amazing experience! Everyone in the office is awesome for helping me. My husband and I came here after being turned down by another used car dealer and feeling rather discouraged to say the least. However to our surprise and delight we not only were approved by their finance company but we were able to drive away with the make we were hoping to get for a price that could not possibly be better! All of this plus very pleasant and professional staff that got us all set up from a 60 day tag down to full coverage insurance as well. This place is top notch and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great deal!! Thanks again A&A Auto you are awesome!!

My experience at A&A auto was great!! I’ve know them for about 18 years now, and they have been the best dealership to get cars from. They really do care about they’re customers, and make sure they can make us happy. And give us great deals with cars. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND A&A Auto to anyone!!! Keep up the great job guys!!! I bought a 2016 Dodge Dart from them 2 years ago (I know this is late but hopefully this helps someone). I took it for a test drive and everything went smoothly, it wasn’t until within a week of buying the car that the very well hidden issues arose. My shifter cable bound to the car, I learned I was missing three types of sensors (tire pressure, rain, and humidity) and the wires were tucked in above the roof, the wrong windshield was installed, major body damage was not reported on any database and was not advertised. Also the check engine light has been going in and out on its own and none of the repairs I’ve had to do have been covered by the warranty I bought from them. The only good thing about the car when I bought it was the price was decent for being 3 years old. My advice only buy if you’re looking for something at a decent price that you’ll have to pay for repairs in the near future.
