A 2 Z AUTOS is a GREAT place to purchase a vehicle. The sales reps are very friendly and helpful. I was in a situation to where I needed a car and didn't have a lot of money & don't have A1 credit but they made sure that I was taken care of and I left with a fabulous car. We bought our son a used car from A 2 Z Autos, but as most of you know young drivers can be hard on cars. It was not long after purchasing the first car, we were in the market for another used car. I did not hesitate to look at A 2 Z Autos stock on line. Found a number of possible cars for round two. My wife and I went down to Indy, explained the situation to Basim Saleh, General Manager, and he and his staff went out of their way to help us find another car. We purchased a 2005 Honda Accord, and are very happy with the car. They have an outstanding selection of cars, are very customer friendly, and are willing to work with you. We have recommended this dealership to many of our friends, and I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a car. Buying a car is never a pleasant experience, Basim and his staff made it enjoyable for me. I will never buy another vehicle from another dealership. A 2 Z Autos is the only place I will go. Great people and great service.

My husband looked long and hard to find a quality car for our son to drive. We found an amazing car at A2Z Autos and bought it. Due to unfortunate circumstances created by our son two months later we were in the market for another quality car. We didn't hesitate to look at the great selection at A2Z. We again found a car here and bought it. We could not have been more pleased with the service we got from Basim and one of the owners. We will most definitely be back for all our auto needs. Hopefully, not for our son anytime soon, though. We have recommended this dealership to several friends. I no longer dread the car buying experience!

Applied online, got a call 10 minutes later, and drove away with a new car the very next day!! traded in my old junker and got a reliable car. I want to rate this service A+. I placed a application on a Monday and Wednesday I was approved for 2005 Convertible 645ci. I cried because I found my dream car right here at AZ Auto. I start crying because I was so excited. The facility was clean, cozy. The Sales person made you feel comfortable. I walked away with my dream car, and a smile on my face. They found me a significantly better loan rate than my credit union, and the entire process was seamless and painless. The best statement I can make is, "I WILL go back there for my next car."

When I did my research about this lot before coming in I saw reviews that were good and I am thinking,"I wonder did they somehow create these themselves but the experience will suck"? Well I was wrong. These guys were upfront, honest and you could tell pride themselves on a great customer experience which was exactly what I got! I purchased a S550 Mercedes and all reports were offered upfront without hesitation. I would highly recommend this company to whoever is in the market for a WOW car buying experience! I am coming back for sure for my next car.

We bought a 2002 Mitsubishi Convertible that he has always wanted. The People there were very nice and not pushy. And they gave us the trade in value that we were looking for. They let us test drive the car for a really long time, like over an hour. They stayed late to help us. We are happy with our purchase. I am really surprised at how easy this was. I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and was extremely impressed with both the quality of customer service as well as the vehicle. I searched for vehicles online and their website was very easy to navigate and included carfax reports. I searched the blue book value on the vehicle I purchased and A2z had the car listed within the blue book fair purchase price, which was relieving since most dealerships drive the price up so high. I also purchased a warranty for the vehicle and it was reasonably priced and the paperwork was simple. The staff is genuine and knowledgable. The manager even came in on a Sunday to talk to me in person since I was unavailable during the normal business hours. I would recommend A2Z Autos to anyone that is looking to find a high quality vehicle at a fair and reasonable price.

I was involved in a car wreck and had to get a different vehicle and was dreading the whole experience. I was absolutely amazed at just how friendly, honest, and customer focused these guys were! I found a few vehicles I was interested in and drove several. The staff went well above and beyond my greatest expectations. They wanted me to get the car I wanted and could afford. Twice they stayed after hours as I couldn't get there in time. Not once did they even hesitate! I will not buy a vehicle anywhere else! I dread the typical process associated with buying a car. The quality of the vehicles on A2Z's lot is what brought me to them. The no-pressure professionalism and best-in-class customer service demonstrated by Basim and his team is what will make them my number one spot for future car purchases. I purchased an incredibly nice used Honda CR-V. Basim was very open, honest, and transparent with providing every possible piece of information throughout the buying process. I had not planned on trading in my current vehicle, but when I found out he took trade-ins, and when I experienced the speed and fairness of his evaluation of it's value, I felt completely comfortable moving forward with it. Basim clearly explained the purchase process and then executed that process quickly and efficiently. This has to be one of the best, fastest, convenient, and easiest car purchasing experience I've ever had. Basim and his team also responded to a quick fix I needed the day after the sale (a scratch that neither he or I had noticed the snowy dark evening before). He sincerely apologized (which was unnecessary as it wasn't his fault), dropped everything he was doing, and had his mechanic get it repaired to my satisfaction within an hour! The work was excellent. He even provided me with an envelope that I opened when I got home that had a gift card and a free oil change certificate inside for causing any inconvenience (which I had told him he didn't need to do). It's very apparent that Basim is a sincere, honest, genuine, hard-working professional who goes above and beyond what is required. It was my pleasure to do business with him. I'll be recommending Basim and A2Z Autos to all of my friends and family. Simply outstanding.

I have given a previous review of my buying experience, and had a return trip to pick up a some paperwork. I asked about the cost to run an engine diagnostic. Basim had his mechanic drop what he was working on and come look at my car. I purchased the car as is, and had no expectations of the car lot to fix it, however they spent a couple of hours diagnosing and fixing the problem at no cost to me! Basim and his staff truly operate with a customer first attitude!

I recently purchased a 2009 VW Jetta from A2Z Autos. The whole process was quick, easy and painless. Basim was helpful, respectful and polite. Because I was driving from Fort Wayne to Indianapolis and would not be there until after the dealership closed; Basim stayed and waited for me and also allowed me to wait in the dealership until my boyfriend arrived to take our rental vehicle back to Enterprise. Found this dealer online and visited them the following day. Basim (Sales) was very professional & explained about both the cars that I had liked. He also explained the procedure for registration with the BMV which was very helpful. The negotiation was practical & was made affordable. Documentation & after-sales service was great. Notable Points: - All the vehicles there were cleaned and well maintained. - On the day of purchase, every bit of the car was inspected by Basim. - 12 gallons of free gas :) - I felt like I was buying a new car. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from A2Z Autos.

My wife and I looked into a 07 Saturn Outlook, we test drove it the first day and fell in love with it. I really had a wonderful experience with the folks at Angry Cars (or A to Z Auto)! They were friendly and engaging as we entered and quickly saw to the car we were interested in test driving. We worked with Basim Saleh and couldn't have been more favorably impressed. It was clear that Basim thought highly of his product and worked to make our experience as painless as possible (and when car shopping, it can be painful). There was no pressure, and Basim made a strong effort to make things convenient for us as out-of-state customers. When I accidentally left my driver's license on his desk after purchasing, Basim went out of his way to ensure that I got it back in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I highly recommend Angry Cars for your next car purchase. I was treated so fairly and with a high level of professionalism by Basim and the team at Angry Cars in Indianapolis that I wanted to share my experience. The Lexus RX300 that I saw in their online add (with many pics) had been cleaned and had some mechanical items replaced by Angry Cars. After my test drive I noticed a front break was sticking so they replaced the right-front caliper and installed new pads on both front wheels. I came back the next day for a second test drive. The brakes seemed great and they worked with me on price where I felt like this was an excellent deal. This was the fourth RX300 I had looked at over the previous several days so I knew I was getting a clean car for a competitive price. Much cheaper than the north-side Lexus dealer. Now here's where it gets interesting - I bought the car and drove it home ( a 3-mile trip). Just before I pulled into my driveway the Check Engine light came on. At this point I figured the issue was mine and I went from happy to worried about repairs right out of the gate. I called Basim at Angry Cars and he and the team totally took care of me. They ending up replacing two oxygen sensors and gave me a loaner car to drive while they worked on it. Even though this is a smaller-size dealer they have an excellent mechanic, show a professional attitude with great customer service and they have a clean office and customer seating area. They are worth the effort to consider them for your next vehicle purchase.
