I am very impressed with the customer service this company has. The management and sales team work so well together. They care about what you want not their bottom line. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. We had the pleasure of working with Nikola and he was amazing great communication and even offered us to take the HRV home for the weekend to make sure it’s what we wanted. Ben Toro is a great agent. I highly recommend him. The reception desk and the mechanic are also highly recognizable! The manager of the place has room for improvement on his countenance that doesn’t necessarily match the rest of the team. But overall great experience ! It has been a pleasure doing business. This dealership is by far one of the best in the state of Vermont. When my boyfriend and I walked thru the door we were greeted and was taken to our salesman. The sales man Nikola greeted us, shook our hands and was very pleasant. If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would. The team that we worked with went above and beyond, they even stayed past closing time to help us. Needless to say, I would recommend 802 Honda and Nikola to anyone I know. I also must give a shout out to Britney for her help in setting us up with Nikola. Thank you 802 Honda for the great service. Look forward to future purchases!

I just leased my first car with 802 Honda. I had gone to a completely different dealership for a different manufacturer and was not helped very well. When I messaged 802 Honda, Melody messaged me back right away and she was so helpful! She knew this was my first lease and gave me the (actual) numbers right away, which made it so easy for me to know whether or not I could afford the car I wanted. Melody was responsive with emails and phone calls, helped me with anything I needed and was excited for me, too! When I picked a car, there was a small recall on the Hondas, so they had to keep it there for inspection, but 802 Honda paid for me to have a rental during that time so I wouldn't be without a car. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice, and I didn't feel pressured to get something I couldn't afford. They made my first new car experience exciting and easy!!

I've bought all my cars, over the past 20 years from Mark Lewis at 802Honda (previously Town & Country Honda). Though I only see him every 5-8 years, he welcomes us in, helps us find exactly what we want, never pressures us and then helps make sure the sale happens. We've returned to have our cars serviced as well, and the service staff are fabulous. Just leased a brand new 2016 CRV and couldn't be happier. We've purchased new and used vehicles from 802 Honda over the last 20 years and have always had excellent customer service. We recently purchased a used, 2 year old, certified vehicle with low mileage at the right price. We did a lot of research within 250 miles of our location and found the best option right in town. Our salesperson, JJ, was great and very knowledgable. He even called us a few days after our purchase to ask if we have any questions about the car.

I can't say enough positive things about this dealership. They went above and beyond to find me the HR-V EX-L with navi that I had my heart set on; a car no one that i called from Connecticut to Maine could get their hands on! I had an incredible experience with 802 Honda. I came in looking for a 2016 HRV and although they didn't have one on the lot - J.J. Norway was incredibly helpful in showing me the CRV and the seats/interior of the Honda fit to give me the best picture of what it would look and drive like. Both J.J. in sales and Dan Demar in Finance were straight forward and upfront about all costs and worked hard to find savings where they could. They were extraordinarily friendly and knowledgable without being pushy. It was my first time buying a car and J.J. was there to answer my plethora of questions in person and via email. Before going to 802 Honda I tried the dealership in Burlington - as that is where I live and the dealership did not even begin to compare. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a new car!

JJ was incredibly patient with our process of determining whether to purchase the 2016 Pilot. He meticulously reviewed all of the cars specifications, and was willing to speak with us in person and on the phone as often as we needed, as well as numerous test drives. All of the 802 Honda employees we encountered were kind and made our entire family feel comfortable. We're so happy that we're able to keep our business with a local dealership and still get a great price! We will definitely shop at this dealership again, as well as the other 802 family dealerships.

My wife and I had been shopping around at many dealers both online and in person for about 2 weeks looking for a Odyssey or Sienna Van. We had been to many dealers in Vermont and New Hampshire. We made it clear that we wanted to lower our payment and get a fair trade in on our Civic. But it seemed like every dealer we went to wanted to make our payment higher by trying to sell us something that we really couldn't afford but make it look like a great deal. I had stumbled across a 07 Honda Odyssey when we first started looking so we decided to go check it out. When we arrived at the dealership I wasn't sure to what to expect. After taking a look underneath the car I saw minimal rust for a 2007 in Vermont I couldn't believe it. Also the price was just right to keep us in our budget. So we decided to go in and see what we could get for our civic in trade. JJ was very professional and not pushy at all. He made the buying experience great. They gave us a fair offer on our civic and not only did they lower our payment but the shortened our term. That's just what we wanted and now we have a great Pre-Owned Odyssey that our family can enjoy. We would recommend this dealer to anyone! We shopped around at 3-4 dealerships in Vermont/NH looking for a lightly used/new van (2015 or 16). To avoid lots of traveling, we resorted to emailing dealers. Some did not respond or were unwilling to negotiate via email ("your presence is your best option") while others were open to negotiation. However, JJ not only was open to rounds of e-negotiations, he also responded quickly to emails and was available via the phone. This made the experience effortless... no need to wait 24 hrs or two days for returns. After 24 hours (3 rounds of negotiations), we had settled on a price. The next day we drove from Burlington area to 802 Honda in Berlin to see the car in person and "shake hands" with JJ. Arriving to the dealership, my wife noticed that it could use a kind hand (i.e., windows could we cleaner, pavement could be better maintained), but what they lack in beauty they make up for in efficiency and pragmatism. Our kids enjoyed the section of books and toys while the parents concluded business. There were enough toys to keep them busy for the 2 hours it took from arrival to departure (we financed through 802 Honda too as their rate was better than our bank, so that added some waiting time). JJ was busy but available when needed and Eric B. checked in on us from time to time. Dan D. closed the deal with us and softly "convinced" us of the value of an extended warranty -- we are still not sure if it was the optimal decision but it costs < 5% of the cost of the car and doubled the length of the warranty... could be worse. After jumping through the final hoops of the signature-signing ordeal, we shook hands and received our set of car keys (or fobs as JJ called them). JJ then took us through a short tour of the car and responded to our minor concerns about some marks on the leather seats. He came with ArmorAll and wiped them off. Easy peasy! We drove off with balloons for the kids and felt great about our experience. It was a pleasure doing business with 802 Honda!

No pressure from start to finish. 802 Honda was a very laid back but professional car dealership that answered all of our questions and gave us the best prices for our trade and purchase. We are very happy with our purchase and will look back to 802 Honda when we are ready to purchase again. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and staff to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

It was our first visit to 802 Honda and I therefore I didn't know what to expect. I have grown to expect that dealers will be out "hounding" you with high pressure and persuading you one way or another. JJ came out and greeted us and I could immediately tell he was not going to be high pressure. Instead he "asked" us what we were looking for - I was impressed :) This is such a simple concept that most dealers don't get... I'm the customer, ASK me what I'd like. Kinda like going to a restaurant and you sit down and they give you what they think you want??? So, right from the start I felt comfortable. I was with my daughter buying her first car and we had done some research and we gave him the information and he offered a vehicle that fit those needs. Then he had us sit down, offered us coffee or waters while we waited... came back within 5 minutes with a print out of information on that exact car with financial information that met our needs (that we had explained to him). So yeah... he LISTENED to us and provided what we needed. Even if we didn't want that exact car - I wanted to buy something from him and this dealership. As it turned out, it was the exact right car for our needs and we bought it :)Now came the financial piece and paperwork... yes, the dreaded paperwork!!! Well, I can say that went as smooth as can be as well. It couldn't have been easier and just what we agree to... I didn't have any worries about reading every single word - I felt comfortable and trusted it was as we agreed... what a relief!And then the exciting pick up day :) Due to everybody's busy schedule, it ended up the pick up day got moved back a day by us. That day happened to be JJ's day off - he offered to come in... we purposely didn't confirm with him to make sure he got to enjoy his day off... he'd done his job and well :)We met with Ben and he was very friendly and fun - showed us his moves with the soccer ball my daughter had with her from practice... very cool experience.Hats off to this dealership for being a unique and pleasant experience from a customer that feels most of the time that I'm expecting too much (from other dealerships) by expecting somebody to listen to what we need. Glad to see there are still old fashioned values with high quality service and low pressure to get us what we NEED :) THANK YOU!!!

I spent a long time comparing the Honda CR-V with the Subaru Outback, and talked to several dealerships on both sides. I found JJ Norway and the rest of the staff to be the most down to earth AND very helpful without pressuring. Surprisingly, Twin City Subaru, which gets high ratings for customer service, was overconfident and less helpful; I did not have a good experience. JJ kept in touch initially by email, and again, was helpful without pressuring. It was a pleasure to decide to purchase my new vehicle with 802 Honda and would definitely recommend this dealership. The final paperwork experience was also very good. Thanks to the entire gang!!!

I know just what I wanted -- I had done the research and knew the model, color, and interior that I wanted, so no sales pitch was needed. JJ got right down to business and found me just what I was looking for, let me take it for a drive, and helped me craft a custom lease with no fuss. When I picked up the car the next day, he gave me a full tour of the controls and helped me link my phone to the bluetooth. He was very patient and professional. Then Dan helped me with the business details and also was very professional and helpful. I brought the car back the next day for the protection package (superwax and scotchgard, basically), and they loaned me a brand new car to go to a meeting while that work was being done. Well, five minutes after I left the dealership I drove over something in a work zone and got a flat tire. I felt terrible, but they were so nice -- they came out to change the tire and just let me go ahead to my meetings, and I paid nothing for the flat. The guys in the shop were totally nice about it -- just said "well, this has been tire week." So, all in all, the experience was just great, and so much more mellow than the experience I had at the dealership in Shelburne, where the pace and the pressure were more than I wanted to deal with.

The rust on the rocker panels of my '07 Ridgeline was pretty bad. I took the truck into 802 and Bob Meservey was extremely helpful in getting Honda to evaluate the problem and then pick up some of the repair expense. All the guys in service are very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I cannot thank Bob and 802 enough for their courtesy and professionalism.

We were kind of on the fence regarding getting a new car at this point, but the reviews on the new Pilot were overwhelmingly positive and I wanted to take a look. I showed up one afternoon, and J.J. (a former student of mine!) was there to show me a model that was exactly what we wanted. As I told him then, I felt like I was in excellent hands! He new the vehicle very well, and walked me through the leasing options very clearly. He also made the trade in process fair and easy to follow. My parents and I purchased my first vehicle, a 2015 Honda fit from 802 Honda and my experience was extraordinary! The salesman, JJ was very friendly and informative while not being too pushy. He did a great job showing off the features of the car and clearly knew a lot about the car as well as other comparable models. The sales manager, Eric was also incredibly friendly and understood when we needed more time to decide on whether we wanted to purchase the car. When we came back to purchase the car, JJ was very accommodating and had everything ready to go when we got there. Dan, the rep from the finance office was also incredibly helpful and stated the facts without pressuring us into buying extra insurance. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend 802 Honda.

I bought a 2009 Honda Civic Ex with manual transmission from them. I am from Massachusetts. I had been searching for a very specific type of a car since August 2014 and had talked to several dealerships close to where I live. Then one day I accidentally stumbled upon this dealership on the internet (~120 miles away from my place). At first I was skeptical about buying the car from them because of the long drive, but after talking to J J Norway (their salesperson) I made my mind to go check the vehicle out. J J is the most polite salesperson I have ever met. He is very sincere and I liked his enthusiastic, honest, and friendly approach. The car itself was in superb condition. For a 2009 vehicle I was expecting heavy wear and tear but actually it looked, smelled, and drove as if it were new. I learnt that they have very stringent inspection process and that they make it a point to sell only the very best of the lot of used cars. I had J J's full assistance during the entire process of buying the car. After all the document formalities, I received my car in a clean, and fully detailed condition. J J went over and explained all the functions and controls of the car before I drove it away back home.The kind of friendly, honest and endearing customer service I received, buying the car from them was worth the 3 times ~250 miles drive away from and back home. Now I recommend this dealership to everyone. Andy Talbert was instrumental in helping us locate our new CR-V. We have purchased several new vehicles over the years and this was one of the smoothest and most straightforward transactions we have experienced. Andy helped us locate the vehicle that we wanted and in concert with Eric Bashaw, we reached an agreement swiftly. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Dan Demar helped us to finalize our sales paperwork, and he very enthusiastically described the warranty coverages available, but we declined and that one part of the process could have been shortened in my opinion. I cannot comment on the financing process, since we did not require those services and no trade-in vehicle was part of the deal. After the paperwork was completed, our new vehicle was waitingfreshly washed and immaculately clean inside and out. Andy went through the vehicle to make sure we were aware of all the features and again told us to contact him anytime with questions. If we lived closer to Berlin, I would definitely have our new vehicle serviced at 802 Honda. Andy has contacted us several times since to make sure that we are still satisfied with our vehicle. Andy Talbert was very friendly and helpful in finding and showing us the CR-V car for which we were looking. This was our first ever new car purchase and exceeded all of our expectations.Andy was also good at involving his manager to discuss the price with us in order to try to lower it as much as possible. Manager Eric Bashaw was very skillful in convincing us that he was giving us the best deal available, including taking from us an old car in trade. Although things were busy and it was necessary for Jim to wait a long time before signing the financial papers, yet the actual paper work was done in a very friendly and helpful way. Dan Demar was very helpful in doing the extra work to put the ownership into the name of our Living Trust and to make sure that the best warranty coverage was put into force for us. When the Honda was ready to drive away, the car was newly washed, the plates were on it, the gas tank was full, and it was ready to go. I have been using 802 Honda for service and repairs ever since I bought my Honda Odyssey Minivan from the dealership. They have always maintained and repaired my vehicle to the highest standards, with fair pricing and very friendly service. Bob, Jim, Michael and all the crew seem committed to making my maintenance and repair experience the best it can be. My most recent visit was this week when one of those mysterious car noises of uncertain origin made me panic. I also had lost a dust shield off of the bottom of my car when I went over a particularly vicious pothole. They were able to reattach the dust shield and they remedied the mysterious noise by fitting my Honda with a part that was under warranty. I went from worrying about a big repair bill to feeling even bigger relief that these problems had been resolved so quickly and cost effectively. I strongly recommend 802 Honda and their amazing service team!

I would not recommend this dealerships service department to anyone. I left and went directly to The Automaster after dealing with a very rude service advisor who was very lazy and started degrading the competitors with nothing but lies. Very bad business to support.
