I had the fortune of finding 77 Auto while searching for a RAM 1500 on-line. I live about 40 minutes away, but the drive was well worth the experience. Jesse was my sales rep, and he was extremely helpful, courteous and very accommodating. I had lots of questions, yet he was very patient throughout the process. I was able to test drive a few vehicles until I decided on one that suited my preferences. The purchase process was very smooth and not the high-pressure endeavor you may get at other dealerships. The meeting with the business manager, who handles the majority of the paperwork, was also quick, easy and efficient. One impressive aspect of 77 Auto was that they willingly allowed me to take the truck to my mechanic for inspection prior to purchase, which is a perk that you likely won't find elsewhere. My mechanic found the truck to be in EXCELLENT shape and gave me confidence to move forward with the purchase. There were a few wrinkles to iron out after the purchase, but Jay (General Sales Manager) quickly and pleasantly took care of those issues. Without question, I am a thoroughly satisfied and very happy customer. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, look no further than 77 Auto. Awesome is an understatement.

I took my dad to look for himself a truck and we were greeted by the friendliest salesman named Alex Martinez. He was on the way out to lunch but stopped to help my dad, who is older to go through everything. He took his time and made sure everyone was well taken care of. My dad was so pleased with the service of Alex and friendliness of the team. We will be back again!! 😊

What a great experience! I pulled on to the lot with an idea of what I wanted, and Trevor listened and directed me to perfect car for my needs! The team worked with me on financing and made the process SO easy and, dare I say, fun! Very laid-back atmosphere with no pressure, they just asked questions to make sure any needs and concerns I had were answered and addressed. I felt the team was very honest. Trevor even stayed late to ensure I could come in around my crazy work schedule. I highly recommend!
