They made sure the entire process from test drive to signing on the dotted line was a smooth and easy process. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the car market!!

I came to 19 Auto Group seeking the car I fell for, the BMW 535i GT! I had been hunting this car down everywhere and they had a pristine one just waiting for me. There was awesome customer service and EJ was the best with answering all my questions. He took care of all of my concerns and even let me know I could call him if he could help out in the future since they guarantee customer satisfaction. I will be back when the time comes to upgrade although it may not be soon since I am completely satisfied!

I came here to check a 2007 BMW 328i. The ad on fb marketplace was so deceiving. The car was so clean almost flawless. It has black interior with sport seats. The first time I went in there they told me that the car was in their lot and I have to wait at least an hour for them to get it ( which I called before going in there and told me to come after an hour so that the car will be ready so I went after an hour). While waiting, the guy on the desk told me not to waste our time and asked me how sure I was to in buying the car. He wants me to decide without me seeing the car first. So I left and went back after 2days. I only went back because of the car but when they finally show it to me, it’s a totally different car, it doesn’t have a sport seat and the car itself looks like it was beaten. The only thing that’s true on their marketplace ad was the 68k mileage. The interior looks like they try to detail it but it’s falling apart. Far from the ad that they posted. To 19auto, please don’t try to scam people by false advertising. We customers are trying to spend a hard earned money.

I have to say this was the most hassle-free and enjoyable vehicle buying experience I've ever had. 19 Auto Group had been recommended by a friend who had purchased her vehicle here and, after going through the process and working with them to buy my BMW 330i, I can tell why. I traveled a relatively short distance but was treated with respect and fairness with no "buy now" pressure whatsoever. I setup an appointment and worked with TJ, who from the moment I arrived, concentrated on helping me find my next car. He answered all my questions and concerns with the 330 I chose and went through all available information on previous history of the car he could find until I was satisfied. He made sure he answered and addressed any concern I had on this beauty. I never felt pressured, and believe this was a great hassle free experience that anyone would enjoy. I would definitely go to 19 again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal and vehicle buying experience. Like
