Purchased a vehicle a month ago from ZRV auto and I keep telling myself I have to find time to get this review in. If you're looking for assurance in purchasing your vehicle from ZRV, well this is it. This is your calling and this is the place to do it! I had the pleasure of working with Zora on closing my deal. My dad thought he was the most genuine and honest car seller he's ever met and I agree! Why purchase a brand new car when you can get an almost new car minus all the extra tax and fees? I was growing out of my Scion tC and was looking for a bigger car. Well, unlike other car dealers, ZRV auto worked with their clients on a personable level. Zora was accommodating and delivered professional service based on my wants and needs in a car. They didn't have a lot full of cars when I arrived, it was a small office tucked away in a business office plaza. I found my vehicle online and and got an appointment the next day. Zora made it really easy for me to purchase my Mercedes Benz GLK 350. The vehicle was very clean and exceeded my expectations. I am very thankful and happy with my purchase:)! No pressure No hassle!

Found the car I had been looking for and went to zora. Customer service is excellent very laid back no pressure no hassle zora was very helpful and is very knowledgeable. The cars are kept in a warehouse out of the sun and rain and you can tell they are well taken care of. I was helped every step of the way and will go back to zrv from now on.

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic buying experience - zero pressure, great finance or up front payment options, accommodated my 2 year old son with toys and cartoons during a test drive, prompt response to multiple questions over a week's time, nothing but good comments to say about this business. Typical small repairs for a vehicle with 70k+ miles, no hidden surprises. Definitely consider ZRV Auto and the large cost savings over the dealer for a new/used vehicle purchase!

ZRV is the best! Zora, the owner, is so accommodating and understanding. I can call him with questions any time! Even now, years after my purchase, Zora still provides amazing customer service! no pressure.

Wanted to wait a month to make sure everything was that easy and it was! Zora helped me with a trade in and sold me a great car! I found the exact car I was looking for in such a clean condition. A warning light did come on shortly after I bought it and I called them and they were willing to service the car to make it right. Come to find out it was my mistake by putting in the wrong gas and it is running great. The buying experience is much different and may make you wonder but I found them to be easygoing and accommodating. I will return to help my kids to buy cars when they are ready. I financed from them as well and found them just as easy and fair. If you cringe at the process of buying a car, try them because there is no pressure. Thank you ZRV!

ZRV Lives Up to Its Great Reputation!

I was looking for a decent used Mazda Miata when I stumbled across ZRV Auto. When I read previous reviews I was encouraged, but wondered if they were simply too good to be true. I mean, how many people actually have positive used car buying experiences? I'm please to report that ZRV lives up the previous claims of quality cars and quality customer service. To begin with they offered a free carfax report which gave me the information I felt I needed before contacting them via email. Within a 24-timeframe I had received a phone call from Zora to setup an appointment to see the car. The office was easy to find and well maintained and the car looked just as I had from pictures on the website. The purchasing process was relatively painless and I felt like I was receiving a very fair price. Unfortunately, the day after I had purchased the car the A/C had stopped working and the check engine light had come on. However, living up to their reputation for quality customer service Zora was happy to take the car back and have the repairs made free of charge. It was refreshing to have someone in this line of work truly take responsibility for the product they are selling and value the long-term relationship with the customer. Highly recommended!

ZRV WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND

Zora and ZRV went above and beyond what is expected from a dealership. We recently purchased a used AUDI A3 from them for our 17 year old son. We did not purchase any "cooling off period" contract. About 20 minutes after driving off with the Audi, my son calls me and says a "check engine light" is going on and the car went into a limp mode. We called Zora, and he told us to bring it to his body shop. He proceeded to pay to have the gas pedal and an electronic indicator replaced at his cost. After we picked up the car from the body shop, another sensor immediately broke and again the car went into limp mode. We called Zora, and he was so apologetic, he offered to drive out to our home in Trabuco Canyon, pick up the car, and get it fixed at his cost. We just picked up the car and all is great. They also fixed a small dent in the car and replaced a door lock that was getting stuck. Zora and his brother are upstanding business men and I have the utmost respect for how they conduct business. I will absolutely refer friends and family to them for life. Thank you ZRV!

Dealer was not available upon arrival!

I was in the market to buy a mid-size SUV and came across this dealership. I drove down to go to see car and arrived at a office complex and no one was in the alleged office. I called them to see if I was at the right place and was told they had stepped out and would be back shortly. I waited for over 20 minutes and was told twice by the owner that they would be there shortly, but yet again it took them 20 minutes to show up! When they showed up I had to wait for the cars to be pulled out. I should not have to wait for so long to see a vehicle.

Great Service Great Car

I waited more than a full year to write my review. Now, I must say that I am extremely happy with my VW 4- Motion Wagon. Zora was very accessible and made the buying process very easy. He even delivered the car to me in Los Angeles after having it detailed. It's running strong and I would definitely buy from him again.

3 month follow-up

I am doing a quick 3 month follow up to my buying experience with ZRV auto. We are still so pleased with our purchase that I can't say enough positive comments for ZRV auto. It is always worrisome buying a used "as is" car from anyone and I have to admit this was our first experience purchasing a used vehicle. We did have an issue that we knew about right away and Zora and his team made sure we were 110% happy and satisfied and he would not stop until I was taken care of! Such a super experience and I know my husband and I will call Zora w/o hesitation if we need to buy another used car! For now we will just keep telling everyone of our positive experience ! Great Experience!!!

After visiting several used car lots and dealing with car salesmen who definitely fit the dishonest stereotype...ZRV was such a pleasant surprise. I was treated with respect and the whole experience was so easy. I found the car online and set up an appointment with Zora. He never pressured me to do anything, he only provided information so I could make an informed decision. He even made sure to point out a little glitch on the bumper, which I had seen but wasn't concerned. The fact that he made sure to show me the problem instead of avoid it gave me confidence in his integrity. I was a bit concerned at one point because I wasn't allowed to have the car inspected by my mechanic. I was told he was too far away. Zora suggested a local mechanic, which sent up red flags for my husband. Of course he's going to suggest a mechanic, it's probably someone he knows and will give you a glowing report regardless. After discussing this with Zora we agreed that I would research local mechanics and pick one for the inspection. When I checked online I found that the mechanic he had suggested was the highest rated mechanic in Brea...that was huge. This guy wasn't trying to pull anything over on me - he was steering me in the right direction. We got the car inspected, it passed with no issues, and we completed the deal. I have already told my friends about ZRV and if I ever need another used car...they will be my first choice. Zora, you're the best!

Buying from ZRV

A fantastic experience. I found the car I liked on this website and I made an appointment to see this specific car. They had it ready for me to test drive when I arrived. We made a deal, and then started the paperwork. I graded the buying process only as good, NOT because ZRV did anything, but I HATE paperwork with a passion. ZRV was fantastic. Exceeded my expectations. If any of my friends ask I will be telling them what an easy experience this was. If you don't want the typical hassles of a car dealer, check ZRV's inventory and see if you can work out a deal. They were great with me.

Pleasant staff but I had some concerns.

I have been in the market to purchase a used pre-owned vehicle and as I was searching for my desired car I came across ZRV Auto. I would like to make it clear that the sales representatives I dealt with were nice individuals and provided good customer service. However, here were my concerns with this particular dealership, which resulted in me in not pursuing with a sale: 1. They did allow the car to get inspected, but the process was not simple. I had to take it to a local mechanic because they advised me that the car could not be transported to my mechanic and the inspection had to only be performed by a local mechanic shop. 2. Scheduling a test drive was challenging. Their availability to show cars were extremely limited. 3. The facility address listed on their website is not where they have their cars stored. There is no signage on the facility indicating the location. Their location is in a huge storage depot with no proper signage or indication of a dealership. 3. I asked for a CARFAX and I was told I could locate it on the website. When I accessed the website to view the CARFAX I was not able to as the link was disabled and I had to pay for it.

BEST DEALER IN BREA

This is without a doubt one of the best dealerships in Orange county. It is definitely worth your time to check them out if you are looking for a used car. They were so kind and polite, and very helpful. They didn't pressure us at all. The car we bought was perfect and in very good condition. They gave us a great deal on our very rare turbo diesel mercedes benz. Highly recommended.

ZRV Auto is amazing!!!! This has been the only time that I have been satisfied with buying a car. I was treated so good by this company. They have great customer service.Easy financing that helps build your credit. It was such a smooth and easy process while buying my new car. Sunday night I saw my dream car online, I contacted ZRV through car.com and got a quick response saying the car was available and to come down to the office Monday (which was actually Christmas eve.) I met the salesman, Zora (VERY cool guy) in the morning and was driving my new car but the early afternoon! NO HASSLES! SUPER EASY! BEST EXPERIENCE! I will for sure do business with them again.

530i BMW Used

I purchased a really nice used 5 series BMW from these guys and so far I am very happy. They even worked with me on the price because I was paying in cash. It was the best preserved vehicle out of all the 2003 5 series that I test drove, and it even had a sports package for the same retail price that others were going for. I got the car in the month of may for a great price i thought but the car has giving nothing but trouble first came the battery, then oil leak then the motor and the radiator its only been four months and my money and my car is done!

Pleasant experience buying a pre-owned vehicle

I had been searching for several months looking for replacements for my aging vehicles. I had test driven a handful of potential candidates from both dealerships and private sellers when I encountered a listing for a pre-owned automobile from ZRV Auto Sales that interested me. I called to make an inquiry. My first contact with ZRV was in stark contrast to what I had encountered from other previous sellers. My inquiries about the the automobile were answered directly and honestly. They were very open about the auto and in addition to its attributes, they also volunteered some of the not-so positive details too. There is no perfect pre-owned automobile and I appreciated the honest approach which helped bolster my confidence in ZRV. I made an appointment to see the car at their warehouse. I was promptly greeted with the exact automobile I had seen in the ad. (I make this point because that was not my experience with another dealership I had visited earlier that day) The car from ZRV was carefully prepared and detailed. The Carfax report for the automobile was made available for my examination at no cost. As my interest in the vehicle became more than mere browsing--they were kind enough to point out some minor interior bits and pieces that would require repair. When we agreed on a price, they were gracious enough to source the parts and coordinate replacement/repairs prior to sale within the agreed price. We met after the repairs were made to facilitate the paperwork, registration, and title at a location that was convenient for me. They had driven many miles on a busy Friday afternoon to make my buying experience more pleasant. The vehicle was delivered to a location very near my home. How many used car dealerships will DELIVER an automobile to a buyer? --AT NO CHARGE! From my experience, I can say ZRV Auto Sales is honest, thorough, and professional. I would recommend ZRV to my friends looking for a Pre-owned automobile. Their prices are fair and competitive. Shopping for a new to me/used car with ZRV was a good experience. I got to test drive the car with no pressuring sales pitch distractions. I bought the car "as is" and on day two, the rear window stopped working, which made me feel horrible. I called Alex and they took care of it. I felt really good to see how much he cared. Since then I have referred 2 people to them because of their great services.

BEST experiemce ever with a dealer

Zora was professional and honest. He told me his mechanics said there is nothing wrong with the cars and that the timing belt had been changed but of course with no records. I went to see him at night and there were no mechanics around to take the car to so i took his word and yes, all checked out to be true.
