We really wanted a hybrid vehicle, and the dealership was running a great sale on 2016 hybrids. The price was fantastic along with a great warranty, that sold us. Our salesman never play down the competition, in fact he spoke highly of them. Price, quality and warranty was what made us buy a Sonata Hybrid.

The salesperson, manager, dealership, went out of their way to find a vehicle met our requirements.We wanted full size spare tire for our new vehicle. Knowing that most manufacturers have these "spares in a bag" was a disappointment. Well not at this dealership!! They found us the vehicle meeting our specific requirements....with a full size spare tire!! This was totally unexpected. We're sold on Zimbrick and will be back when we purchase our next new car.

I took my Hyundai in last December for an oil change and tire rotation. The person who was in charge of my service came into the waiting room after about a half-hour and told me that they couldn't balance one of my tires, and that I should replace it. I declined, having put only 12,000 miles on the "certified" tires, and had little money to spare.I thought little of this, but went on a trip a couple of weeks ago, and checked my tire pressure beforehand as a safety precaution. I have a very good bicycle pump with an accurate tire gauge. Three of the tires measured perfectly at the recommended pressure of 32 pounds, but the tire Zimbrick wanted to replace was overinflated to 40 pounds.I should mention that I only went to Zimbrick East because I had been upsold on repairs at Zimbrick West, and a friend suggested I would get better service at the Eastside location. So much for that. I was going to the dealership for repairs because I thought this would be the best way to stay in compliance with my warranty. Or, more accurately, warranties, since I was sold a second warranty on top of my first one when I bought the car. I guess they saw me coming.

After 2 other dealership visits, I was discouraged by the pushy arrogance of salesman. One even told me, "We don't make any money on this deal"? Really? why would you come to work then. We decided to try Zimbrick and SO glad we did! Our Salesman Johnny was kind and knowledgeable. He genuinely seemed interested in getting us what we needed at a great price! No push, no convincing, no oversell. .just good old helpfulness. We will be back for all our vehicle needs in the future! PS Johnny, Stay away from the Taco bell!

Wasn't sure if I wanted a 2015 or a 2016 Sonata. The sales rep (Ed Pamperin) had both vehicles in the drive in front of the dealership, let me look over both of them and explained the differences between them. This really made it easy for me to make a decision ( I chose the 2016 Sonata). Delivery was the next day and we sat in the new car for quite some time as Ed set up the Blue tooth, BlueLink, XM radio and explained the user selectable features and went over the many questions I had.

I used John Bridgman to buy a used Accord. The transaction was actually rather enjoyable. I was apprehensive buying from a dealer other than Honda but quickly realized that these people are fair to deal with. The dealer finance rep treated me good too. He explained the optional warranty and it makes a lot of sense to me so I am covered for the power train stuff until I hit 125,000 miles. That'll take me years. I endorse John.

I recently purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata hybrid car from this dealer. Everyone that I spoke to was courteous and seemed to respect my time. My salesman was John Bridgman. John was very easy to talk to and very knowledgable about the hybrid. I didn't come with the intent on purchasing a hybrid, but when John demonstrated all of the features of the Sonata , I thought that the techy stuff would fit my lifestyle well. Plus it's good for our environment. I am getting 40 mpg just like John said I would. It is a very comfortable car and drives great. My financial transaction went smoothly and the business director was Ed Koziel. Ed gave me a very fair price on an extended warranty, so my new car is covered for 10 years. I keep my cars for the long haul so I saw a big benefit in the warranty. My only gripe is that Hyundai doesn't cover oil changes or tire rotations. If you buy a car here, plan on being here for an hour because John is very thorough when showing off the features of the car. My entire experience with John and Ed went well. So far, so good. I'm happy I chose Zimbrick.

I called about the great deal I saw online, but by the time I got there it was sold. I did see the car with SOLD and watched it go away a few minutes later. John Bridgman got what I was looking for and most importantly, what was important to me. I my case - in service date, miles and of course price and interest rate. He quickly figured out the best car, got a good price from his manager and we started. By the time we were done, we finally figured out the warrenty and its transferability and got the interest reduced by over 35% working with Ed Koziel. Got a nicer color and saved $500 and learned some along the way. Not an unpleasant way to spend 3.5 hours.

Never in a million years did I think I would be driving a car this beautiful. When I went to look at a new and larger car I was first introduced to John Leung, he showed me all the features in the Santa Fe that I was interested in, so now three months later he still helps me whenever I have a question, he always has time to go over everything and greets me in a friendly way. My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan from Zimbrick Eastside at their Hyundai dealership. Our sales guy was John Bridgeman. The experience was splendid from the time that we set foot in the dealer till the time we left with our car. It did however take a while to get the car ready for us to take. John walked us through each step though and we are very satisfied. Car salespeople carry around a negative image with them but John taught us that there are a few good guys in the auto business. I will definitely recommend John to our family and friends that are looking for a new vehicle. We felt no pressure at all from anyone in the dealership. John gave us a tour of the building before we left and gave us a loaner car to use while they worked on ours. Great people to deal with.

I NEVER leave reviews. NEVER! But I am compelled to tell everyone that I can that Zimbrick Eastside Hyundai is absolutely the best dealer I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from John Bridgeman three days ago and just can't get over how great things went. Within five minutes of pulling into their lot John was outside to greet me, very courteous and seemingly very knowledgeable of their inventory and advertised specials. I actually showed up intending to look at a Hyundai Elantra but once John told me about the new body style of the Sonata, I was hooked. John showed me two different Sonata's and I fell in love with the second one. This guy is awesome. I ended up buying one of their "service loaner" cars and got a very fair deal. I bought a slightly used/new model with 2200 miles for a used car price. I was pre-approved at Summit Credit Union so the financing went very smoothly. John spent over 1/2 hour showing me everything on the car while his financing guy (Ed) got the paperwork done. I ended up leaving with the car about a hour and a half after I got there. The kids were kept busy in the waiting room with the big screen TV and WI/FI. I love these guys. If you're looking for a new car, you have to stop and check this guy out. And he's not paying me to say this! LOL. Really, he's easy to talk to. I will definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family. Now I'm off to drive my new Sonata.

The only decent part of this experience was buying the car at the Economy Korner , Zimbrick eastside, after that it went downhill fast! Beware! Make sure you check EVERY single part of the car or take it to your mechanic and have them check it out! Within a few days I found a problem with one of the buttons on the car not working. I called my salesman John Bridgeman; he asked that I bring the car in. I came looking for a solution to the problem but he was xxxx bent on blaming me for causing the problem. The way he dealt with the situation was rude, un-professional and degrading. Now I have to spend $200 to get this fixed. When I purchased the car, I was assured that I would be back there to purchase my next car, I guarantee I wont be!

I have done all of my service at Hyundai on my Accent for the past 10 years. Unfortunatly the transmission just went so I had to trade it in. However, I want to mention the top notch service I have received consistantly from this dealer. Randy has always been up front and honest with me. He has broken down big service bill's to repair parts in stages so I did not have a high bill when I had a big repair to do. I have received fabulous service consistently from the folks at Zimbrick's Eastside Hyundai dealership. They have gone out of their way to do whatever they could to provide great service. I feel they genuinely care about you and your experience with them and consistently deliver high quality, friendly service. They have been fabulous to work with and Dave even stayed late one night so I could pick up a car. Servicing your vehichle is not typically a fun experience, but these folks do their best to make it as postive as possible and I am greatful for that. I would (and have) recommend them.
