I recently leased my very first car at Zimbrick Honda. Robert Billig could not have been more knowledgable or helpful. We came in later in the evening and Robert took the time to give us an over view of each car we were looking at. He was extremely personable and treated us like friends. He answered any questions we had and made the process so easy. Not once did we feel like we were being pressured into buying a car. We will absolutely be returning to Zimbrick Honda for our next car!!

Working with Robert Billig was great. When I went to the dealership I didn't know exactly which Honda I would purchase. Robert took his time to explain the vehicles, answered all my questions, allowed me to test drive each one I was interested in and guided me through the new car purchasing process. My husband and I were referred to Bill Smith from a long time client of his. We quickly found out why he's been working with him. Bill squeezed us in for an appointment right away and was extremely easy to work with, and treated us like we were long time clients as well. Their certified used vehicles are by far the best in the area and they stand behind them 100%. Their facility is clean and impressive, and based around the customers. After car shopping on and off for the past year, we have never felt more comfortable and welcome than we did at Zimbrick. With my father being a mechanic, he always took the route of having me buy an older vehicle that needed work so that I could save some money. It worked well through high school and college but then I moved 3 hours away which made it very difficult for him to continue fixing my vehicle. A handful of my friends purchased and/or leased their vehicles from Zimbrick so I made an appointment to meet with Lynn Moldenhauer and have some car talk. I knew very little about leasing and very little about purchasing a new vehicle. Lynn was extremely patient with me and was always able to answer my questions. He probably worked with me for a good 3 to 6 months as I needed to take the time and figure out what the best option would be for me. He was professional in all my interactions with him but was also able to add some humor here and there - which I greatly appreciated. I ended up leasing a Honda Accord from Lynn and have been in it for about a month. I haven't had any problems with it but if anything does come up, I know that Lynn and the service team at Zimbrick Honda will stand behind the vehicle. I would highly recommend Lynn to anyone looking at purchasing or leasing a vehicle as he is a huge asset to Zimbrick Honda.

When I decided to purchase my first new car in 1979, I did some research and decided on a Honda from Zimbrick. Since then, I have purchased 5 new Hondas from Zimbrick and have been extremely happy with them because they are made with the utmost safety in mind and are very dependable. Zimbrick Honda sales and service people in Madison over the past 36 years have always been helpful, friendly, and trustworthy to me which is why I continue to go to Zimbrick Honda when I need a new car. When I first met Robert Billig at Zimbrick Honda in 2010, I found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful with a wonderful personality who listened to my wants and needs for a new car, did not pressure me at all, and found just the right Honda for me at a good price. Because of the great sales experience I had with him and because he has emailed me annually on the date I took ownership of my 2010 Honda, I decided to purchase my next new Honda from him again in 2015. He is still the same great guy I met in 2010 and the Hondas have gotten even better! If you need a new car, I highly recommend Honda Zimbrick and Robert Billig. You will not regret it!!

I've been a Zimbrick customer since buying a Buick from them at the same time they acquired the dealership in Madison. Since then I've purchased six Hondas, one Infiniti, and two Acuras. As you can tell, I very much trust them..........both for purchasing and servicing. Never once have I ever felt that they have been dishonest with me. When I was searching for a new vehicle in 2012 I went to the Fish Hatchery Honda lot to just drive through and take a look at what was available. As I was walking around I saw a salesman coming toward me. I thought "Oh great, just what I wanted to avoid in my early search." As it turned out it was the best thing that could have happened to me. Robert Billig was the sales person who approached me. Since that time I have purchased a 2012 CR-V and just took delivery of a 2016 CR-V Touring from Robert. He is very easy to talk to and so willing to help you after your purchase. He's a real plus for the Zimbrick brand.

Was told my vehicle had HID headlights and it did not. I'm in the process of looking for some after market units. It doesn't sound like a big deal but it was one of two must haves in my new car purchase. It is very upsetting. I also had a situation regarding how the financing was supposed to be handled. This is my third purchase from three different Zimbrick dealerships. My first two purchases I would rate without question as a 5 star.

The morning I started looking for a used car I had no idea what I was looking for. As I shopped around there were multiple car brands I was looking at, but with previous success in the past I was leaning towards a Honda as my new car. When I arrived to look at Zimbrick Fish Hatchery Fue Thao was there to assist me. He was very friendly and talked me through the different vehicle options and organized what I was looking for in a car settling on the Honda Civic. He explained all my options, talked me through budgeting, and explained the advantages of buying Honda Certified Preowned. Throughout all my experience working with Fue he was very considerate and professional, however you could tell he really cared about finding me a car. He was very patient working around my schedule, while I figured out my financial situation. Fue, along with business managers at Zimbrick allowed for me to purchase my 2012 Honda Civic. I could not be any more happy with my purchase from Zimbrick Fish Hatchery, and even further grateful for all the help the Fue provided. Although it will be some time until I need my next vehicle, I will without doubt be coming back to this establishment and Fue for my buisness. If you are looking for a car, Zimbrick Fish Hatchery is the only place I would recommend going to, everyone there is friendly, but I without question would suggest asking for Fue Thao. Because Zimbrick' prices are already in-line with prices we've researched, and there's never any high-pressure to "buy now", the purchase process can center on finding the vehicle that meets our needs and preferences. If the dealership doesn't have that vehicle, they have a wide network of other dealers with whom they work to exchange vehicles so we end up with the one we want. Service is a high priority with Zimbrick, so post-sale concerns are dealt with efficiently and courteously. Jon Wirth, our service rep, answers all our questions and always makes sure we understand what must be done now, what can wait, and what is completely optional. We recently purchased a Honda CRV 2011 from this dealer and from the start to finish, they provided a great service. Geoff Kox helped us and he was great and I especially love his honesty. We were trying to shop a used car remotely as we are from IL and we loved the CRV we saw online. It was a three hour drive however Geoff assured us and also trusted us that he would keep the car . He explained how great the car looked and I was little skeptical but when i looked at the CRV, I was extremely pleased and the deal was so quick and they offered us the best price and I was very happy withe the purchase. I recently purchased my second CRV from Kyle Valerio at Zimbrick Honda. Kyle is a great salesperson and easy to work with. I have dealt with my share of slimy, shady car salespeople and Kyle is a welcome sight compared to experiences with other dealerships. Kyle is very personable and friendly and remembers you and your vehicle or vehicles you have purchased from him. Zimbrick Honda is a great dealership. I have had good experiences in the car buying process and with their service department. They are vey helpful and honest - honesty is a hard character to find at many dealerships, but not at Zimbrick. They will take care of you and make sure things are taken care of right versus leaving you hanging. The buying process was straightforward and you knew the cost of the vehicle, no hidden fees or surprises when you picked up your vehicle. Kyle took the time to go through the features on the vehicle and has followed up with me several times to make sure I was satisfied. We consider Kyle our friend and know that we can trust him. We have given him feedback on various items and he always gives us his honest response to that feedback and offers assistance where he can. If you get the chance to drive a CRV you should do so. This is one great vehicle which is why I am on my second one. Honda makes a great product and there is no comparison in the small SUV market at this price point. They practically sell themselves with all the features and good gas mileage. Even though I had to wait for the CRV Touring model, it was worth it for the additional features. A big thank you to Kyle and Zimbrick!!

My daughter, a recent college graduate and I went into Zimbrick last Sunday afternoon to find out about the June lease deal they were advertising for a Honda Civic. It was pretty busy and when the woman my daughter had initially emailed wasn't available, Kyle offered to help us. He was friendly and informative and very quickly established rapport with us and went out of his way to show my daughter the exact model she was interested in. He answered her questions and addressed her concerns. My daughter was very impressed with the car after a test drive. When we brought the car back, my daughter clearly smitten with the car wanted to see some of the other interior/exterior colors. Kyle took us to a more distant lot to show us the various interior/exterior colors. Kyle thanked us for our time and encouraged us to contact his colleague when we were ready to complete the paperwork. My daughter, who is relatively quiet was so taken with Kyle's low pressure sell and kind personality that she contacted the dealer she'd had initial contact with and requested that Kyle be her new sales and leasing consultant. As of June 16th she haven't yet closed the deal, but the plan is to do so in the next week.

A growing kiddo necessitated the trade in of Mommy's sporty little car! Although we were looking at a 2005 Honda Odyssey, Mark Cambier treated us like we were buying a high end vehicle in the new car lot! My car purchase was the easiest purchase ever! I live 80 miles from Zimbrick and did everything except the actual pick-up through email. The reason I chose to purchase this far away is because it was the best price. I asked other dealers closer to home to match the price and they couldn't. When we arrived our salesman John Marks had everything prepared as we negotiated through email, we just had to sign the papers. I was impressed by the facility, my car was parked inside and all the features were explained to us in the warmth of the showroom. And to my surprise the vehicle included the all weather mats. I had been looking for a used CR-V for quite some time and every time I'd try to look at one, someone else had beat me to the punch and were sold, some literally just hours before. My girlfriend and I were shopping for our first car together and Fue approached us asking if we had any questions. We didn't know what we should be looking for so we asked Fue multiple questions about the different cars in the lot and he was incredibly helpful in our process of narrowing our choices. We left and did research on the two cars we had narrowed down to and went back the next day to test drive them with Fue. During the drives he was great about pointing out the differences between the two and asking questions that helped us pick out the SUV we bought. We went after work so by the time we got to filling out paperwork the dealership was actually closed but they stayed an extra hour and worked with us to get the paperwork completed. It could not have been a better car buying experience and Fue Thao, who we requested to work with again that second day, was incredible and extremely helpful for us. I would work with Fue again in a heartbeat and will refer him to anyone I know who is in search of a new car.

With Chads exceptional experience and expertise, he was able to help me choose the right model, whether to lease or buy, and if I should buy new or used. The day before I was to trade in my car and purchase the new Honda, I was in a minor accident. I had been shopping for a new vehicle for MONTHS before I looked at Zimbrick. I came close to buying a Jeep, but I really didn't like the sales rep so I walked away. When I got to the dealership, Steve was awesome! He already had the vehicle I was interested in pulled up and ready for a test drive. He was incredibly patient with teaching me all of the computer stuff..I knew an alarmingly small amount for being a 23- year old! In 2010, i was in a difficult situation with limited resources and needing a reliable car. I explained my situation to Chad, and he listened to what I explained to him. He helped me to get into a car i could afford, a new honda civic with a sign and drive lease - well within my budget. The 2010 civic was extremely reliable throughout my three year lease, with no mechanical issues whatsoever. My only expenses were gas and oil changes. Since the civic got 30 mpg, this meant money I was saving in gas could be applied to my monthly lease payment. At the end of the three years, since i had been so happy with my 2010 civic, i returned to chad and entered into another three year sign and drive lease for a 2013 civic! I was very impressed with the improvements in comfort, safety, and handling that had been made between 2010 and 2013. Now halfway through my second three-year lease, I have been nothing but happy with my Honda experience - and with Chad's experienced and helpful assistance. I am looking forward to getting a new honda next year - I can see this being a long-term relationship! He has given me great service and I can rely on John advising me on only the service that really needs to be done on the car. He never tries to have more serviced on the car then is necessary. This is important to me, as many Service Consultants try to take advantage of a women. I now purchased a 2015 Buick LaCrosse. It was the first car I'd ever bought from a dealership, so I was nervous about being pressured, rushed through the process, or paying more than I should have. (You hear stories, you know?) I had the benefit of knowing Chad previously, but I wondered if he'd be different in his "car salesman" mode. But I had nothing to worry about! Chad made sure I knew what my options were, answered my questions plainly (especially about the financing), and got everything processed promptly so I could get the low interest rate Honda was offering only until the end of the month. He didn't take advantage of our friendship, but conducted himself professionally and with integrity -- with his usual friendly, fun-loving personality, of course! Chad Schaal at Zimbrick Honda sold my wife and me our first Honda (and first brand new car!) back in 2008 and we still love it to this day. There were a few little squeaks around the gear shifter when we bought it and they had to tweak things 2-3 times to get it all silent but they always did it at no charge and with a smile. We were very happy with the service and would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future.

My 1999 Ford Ranger was run over by the Madison Fire Department on April 1, 2008. No, it's not an April fool joke. Their ladder truck took a short cut back to the station by going the wrong way down a one way street without any lights or sirens. I pulled out of my parking garage going the right way and the ladder truck clipped the corner of my truck bending the frame and totaling my truck. At the time gas was 4.50 a gallon and I'm almost positive that Chad paid me to drive the Ridgeline off the lot. I still have the truck and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The next time I need a new car I'll call Chad.

We bought Honda Fit in 2008 and then Honda Odyssey in 2009. Both time Chad Schaal helped us with getting the car we wanted. He was great at walking us through the selection process. For the Fit we had to special order it and the Odyssey was in stock. For the Odyssey they also matched the price to the quote we had from another dealer Zimbrick took care of the financing and everything else and had the cars ready on time. The Odyssey had some issues with the window closing mechanism and the issue was resolved promptly when we took it in for repairs. We would buy from them again.

Contacted the dealership a few days ahead of our planned visit, letting James Skolaski know what vehicles we were interested in test driving (2015 Honda CR-V LX and EX). James provided us with financing options and the trade-in value for my current car and we went home to sleep on it, with no pressure to return. We ended up contacting James a few days later letting him know we were interested in proceeding with a purchase. We setup a date/time and again, he had everything ready to go, no waiting! The paperwork process with Dan Westrate went smoothly and he was very thorough in explaining what we were signing. Once the deal was completed, James provided us with a detailed tutorial, talking us through all the bells and whistles of our new Honda CR-V EX. Zimbrick has been our choice for service of our slightly used 2012 Terrain, and Joe is always great to work with in the service department. While there in April, I wondered into the sales dept. to see the new Canyon truck for my husband that Id heard so much about. I talked to Matt, who explained they were so popular, they had none except a black one being used as a loaner vehicle. I told him we would be interested in seeing it, and Matt followed up as soon as the vehicle was ready to be sold. My husband and I test drove the Canyon, and would up buying the silver one that happened to have just come in. Matt was great, in both the follow-up and thru the process of getting the bed liner and topper installed before we picked it up, and said he or one of his co-workers would be happy to help me figure out my Terrains Bluetooth address book when I bring it in next time. Whenever I had questions about my lease Dave was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. If you get a car with Dave, he will take care of you even after you drive off the lot. I gave customer service four stars only because I had a minor issue canceling a roadside maintenance package with one of the business managers, but once I cc'd Dave it all got sorted out. John Marks at Honda was great to work with! The facility was very nice and the car we wanted was available immediately. I really enjoyed the test driving experience--initially, John took my family and me out in the car to teach us about all its functions. Later, I returned with my husband and we could take the car out without an associate, which really helped us get an idea of how it drove. John kept record of our family members' previous purchases at the dealer and made a point to show us pictures of them from years ago, which were great to see. He also gave us the friends and family discount. I never felt pressured to purchase at any time during the process, but I'm so happy with the car we got from Zimbrick. I would certainly recommend this dealership.

We found a use car online that we wanted to buy. Someone else took it home for a test drive for the day and brought it back an hour before closing stating they decided to purchase a different vehicle. We came in a half hour later for a test drive, upon returning we decided to purchase the vehicle. Two gentlemen stayed an hour after closing on a Saturday so we could drive home with the new vehicle. Such amazing service is hard to find but obviously greatly appreciated! On top of it we feel like we made off with a more than fair price.

My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle, and since we really dont enjoy the usual price negotiations with auto dealers, we decided to try Costcos car buying program. We have a Honda Accord and have been taking it to Zimbrick Honda for service since we moved to Madison, so we were pleased to see that Costco listed Zimbrick as one of their program participants. We went to the dealership several times to look at CR-Vs. On one rainy day we wanted to compare the EX and the EX-L. Jill Warren had the vehicles brought into the dealership so we could easily take our time and look over everything without having to deal with the weather. We returned on a sunny day to look at the colors and see the different interiors. It was Jills day off but another sales person (Chris?) took the time to show us around and answer questions. When we finally decided what we wanted, we worked with Jill to complete all of the paperwork. My wife and I were very pleased with how friendly the people that we dealt with were and we never felt pressured to buy more than what we needed. All in all, we were both happy with this car buying experience.

I have to say that a visit to Zimbrick is a pleasant experience, and I often stop by to say hello to my friends, Kyle and Amy, who keep us informed about the latest models, the newest features, etc. of their products. Their style is very friendly and laid back and there is never any pressure. But when a new car comes across their showroom, they are passionate about their products and it shows. Zimbrick is an outstanding company and it is reflected in the personalities, product knowledge and customer service satisfaction that is ingrain in the DNA of their employees. Wish there were more companies like Zimbrick! The rating system (above) is flawed and does not allow me to check of EXCELLENT for all four overall services.

Very flexible scheduling and a great first purchase! I am a new recent owner of a 2012 Honda Civic and couldn't be more pleased with it. Dave Moderow is one of the easiest salesman to work with. Not pushy with any promotions and lays everything out; no hidden fees or problems. He was realistic with price and went over any minute detail regarding the car with me. Couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend anyone to work with him for their next car.

I was looking for a good reliable used car but was not looking forward to the whole "shopping for cars" experience. My spouse and I saw the add for the type of car we had been looking for and called Zimbrick to see if the car was still available. We were treated well from that first call through the whole transaction. We met our excellent salesman; Dave Moderow and took the car for a good test drive. There was no pressure and good conversation so the whole transaction was very pleasant. Never had such a pleasant car negotiation. here was minor glitch when we picked up the car, it made a strange noise that was not there during the test drive. So we took the car right back and Dave and the service team were right on the issue. It turned out to be a very minor tweaking of the new tires and they took care of it quickly, while we waited that same day. Dave and the service folks made us feel comfortable and didn't "dismiss" our concern. Dave knew how excited I was to be picking up my new "preowned" car so he didn't want to have that ruined. Thanks Dave!!! I have three words that sum up my experience with Dave and Zimbrick: Kind, Considerate and Respected!

Before I came to Zimbrick Honda at Fish Hatchery in Madison, Wisconsin, over my life thus far, I had bought five new cars in two different states. Not ONE of these past five experiences were in any way enjoyable! Therefore, when I needed to replace my car this last time, I asked friends if they knew of a good Honda sales person. I refused to go through yet another horrible new car buying experience! A friend referred me to Ms. Jill Warren at the Zimbrick Honda dealership on Fish Hatchery. From the moment I met Jill, I felt my new car buying experience would be different, but, I was still reserved due to all of the bad past experiences I had gone through. However, once the deal was done and I scheduled the pick-up date and drove the new car off of the lot, I can say that things could not have gone any smoother or been more enjoyable!!! Some of the ways Jill made this a pleasurable experience was by listening to what options I wanted in a new car, making sure I could get these options at a reasonable price, helping me with my trade, explaining in detail the benefits regarding service, etc. that I received by being a Zimbrick customer, and by going over the internal/exterior features of my new car. I can't thank Jill enough for having more of an attitude of wanting to help a customer achieve a goal and establish a professional relationship compared to one of an auto sales person just wanting to sell yet another car and not caring if they ever saw that person again. Based on my great start-to-finish new car buying experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Jill Warren as a Honda sales person. Further, if I continue to remain in the state of Wisconsin, I WILL be going back to Jill for my next new car as well! Finally, I have had my new car serviced at this dealership and could not be more pleased with the customer service attitudes of the service writers and the individuals that process my payment. We have purchased and have owned 8 Hondas and soon will have number 9 in the family. Our first was a used 2001 Civic we sent our daughter off to the work a day world and the most recent a 2015 Odyssey we bought to be converted for our special needs grandson. We have benefited from a reliable Honda product line and service reliability that includes two Civics, three CRVs, three Odysseys and the soon to be delivered handicap converted Odyssey. Our two last vehicles were purchased at Zimbrick Honda in Madison were we benefited from the fairest prices we found in and around southeast Wisconsin. The sales person that was the most appreciated and helpful was John Marks who worked with us on our most recent purchase. His attention to detail and customer involvement made the process so much easier. He took time to offer advice on the purchase of the Odyssey to be converted even though it was to be purchased out of state and he would not benefit in anyway by its sale. We will start with Zimbrick and John Marks for our next vehicle.

Both times she gave a bumper to bumper "tour" of the vehicle to ensure we understand all of the features. Furthermore, she worked with us and the used vehicle exchange office to ensure we received a fair price on our trade in. Between her customer service and the facility, I have recommended this dealership and Jill in particular to numerous friends and family members.

If he is not catching criminals vandalizing cars, he is providing the best customer service Zimbrick has to offer. I am talking about Kyle Valerio. We have purchased or leased 4 vehicles from Kyle. He is our go to guy whenever we have vehicle purchases in mind. He is very knowledgeable, respectful and dedicated to our car buying experience. He is always the first person we reach out to when its time for a new vehicle. (and the last)... It does not hurt that Zimbrick Automotive has quality vehicles, competitive pricing and great service either. And on a side note - when Kyle has a few minutes during the day, he has chased down vandals who damaged cars in the nearby lots. It was estimated the vandals had done in excess of $75,000 worth of damage and it would have done more if Kyle had not chased them down - resulting in two arrests.
