Recently purchased a car for my mother-in-law. The staff was very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt! Great selection of quality pre-owned cars - all top brands. The longest part of the process was financing, as always, but from my experience the process was still faster than the dealership and other lots. Definitely planning on going back!

Excellent ! We are repeat customers, working with Frank at the Hanna Ave. location. The cars have been in excellent condition and Frank has been great to work with. He is helpful, trustworthy and always makes it right! I would highly recommend Z Imports., if you are looking for a quality used car.

I came to see a car I liked although I didn't buy one. The facilities were not splendid but had all it needs to be a good dealer -- a not big but big enough greeting room; and a garage with experienced mechanics. It's the place where you can find your dream car. It can't be compared to big dealers but I would certainly choose Z imports in terms of buying a nice clean used car. I talked to Rick and he had been helpful. And he said they would work out with credit card payment, which most large dealers do not. Although I didn't car this time, I would always go to Z imports and see if there's some good things like you're in an antique shop.

I had my first experience with Z imports this past week as I was searching for a particular Toyota vehicle. Inman and Rick were professional, courteous, and customer-focused. Although I didn't buy a vehicle I will definitely tell others about how well they treat their customers and how far they will go to make the process pleasant. They were prompt in communicating messages and offered a fair price. Who knows, I may be back someday searching for a first car for my son because of how the impression they left on me.

Everything was great, I love my 2007 Volvo, I also got a pretty good deal on it. Marco was very helpful and the buying process was very easy. The only complaint was I only received one key, due to the fact that this key is rather expensive to buy another one was a bit annoying. I am happy with my purchase so far.

The cars are good at z import, also the buying and registration process is quite simple and elegant. Bought a Honda Accord 2000, it been 3 weeks, the car seems to be in good condition. Have received title documents via email just have to go to bmv to get plate.

I was in the car business for 16 years! I had a hard time really trusting any of the dealers or wholesalers that I worked with in the past. I was looking for good and reliable car for my 24 year old daughter. I was fortunate to deal directly with the owner Zarko. He really worked with us on the price and we were able to make it happen. We picked out a 2004 VW Jetta with 91K miles on it, One Owner, the Jetta was in showroom condition. He wanted to make sure it was cleaned again. I am in a different line of work now, but I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!! It is really hard to find a dealership that understand the importance of finding the right car for one of your kids and Zarko listen and help us feel that this was the best for her and I can feel good that she will be safe and can afford it!! You cannot put a price on peace of mind for my daughter! Thank you Zarko, we will be back soon

I have sent them several emails on various vehicles they have posted for sale and have yet to hear back from them almost a week and a half later. I want to know the vehicle is still available and if there is a catch before I drive clear across town to look at a vehicle that might not be there.

My husband totaled our 2007 Chrysler Town and Country and we really wanted to replace it with a newer model. We found a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country at this dealer. We had cash from the insurance settlement and were not able to pay more than that amount. The dealer was willing to work with us and we came up with a good deal on the car. So far there are a few not major things with the van but that is normal when you buy a used car. They were very friendly and willing to work very hard to help us get this car. I would recommend this dealer if you only have a certain amount to spend and do not want to deal with a dealer. Kathy

I went to the lot on Hana Ave met With Rick test drove 2001 Chevrolet Silverado Extended Cab this was a very nice truck but had a couple issues which Rick agreed to fix and did a great job. I did not have to wait to get it fixed. I then noticed it was time for an oil change and was in question weather or not it had synthetic oil in it cause I have been told once you put in synthetic you can not change back to regular oil. I spoke with Rick and he went to the trouble to call other owner and check for me this was very impressive and I was astonished he would take the time to help me cause I have no payment on truck I paid cash.

I bought a car from these shysters a few years back. It was a Mitsubishi Diamante.... Picked it up and began to drive from Indy to Cincy and the car had engine problems, oil leaking, car would not shift correctly, etc. Prior to buying they had me bring it over to the Firestone across the street where they did a "100+ point inspection" and indicated that the car was A-OK. This Firestone is in collusion with this dealership as the car was aweful and any reputable mechanic would have found the issues. I had the car towed back to the lot where I was basically told "tough luck pal". My wife then started to call the local news station and remarkably the owner did a complete 180 and refunded the money. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Terrible cars, terrible service, terrible experience. I'm writing this review now as I'm shopping for another car and saw that these shysters are still in business. STAY AWAY!

I found a car I liked online and called first, as it was going to be a 2.5 hour drive from where I live. According to Kelly Blue Book, they had the car over-priced $1500.00. The salesman they directed me to was HORRIBLY rude and refused to come down in price at all, even though it was seriously over-priced. I offered him a cash deal that was closer to the value, and he LAUGHED and told me their prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE for any reason. He then laughed again and told me if I wanted to try and find better to g "go ahead". LOL!! OK!!!

They do not negotiate at all not even if you're paying cash. They sell the cars above cost. That's why they have so many cars on the lot.They're part of Tom Wood which is not good very sarcastic pushy people. These employees themselves weren't too bad though but just matter of fact like. Tom has allot of money so if they lose buyers or money they feel it's ok. I test drove their 2003 green Honda Accord 2 door v6 purrs like a kitten, very clean, no rust, no stains went to a certified mechanic the air conditioning does not work come spring it will be your $800 problem even though they have it in the features that there is a/c. The transmission he said is obviously bad and ready to go. May last 30 days and said they over filled the transmission fluid by 3 quarts so they obviously know this. It then again becomes your $3000 problem not theirs.

Wouldn't negotiate at ALL on price. Very rude. E-mailed back and forth for a while and was told the bottom dollar was one thing and in person it was another. Terrible customer service...recommend going somewhere else.

the cars this dealer owns comparatively have the lower prices than those of big dealership, and they renewed normal parts like brake pads or oil filters for free before the cars are ready to be sold. But you need to carefully check other big potential mechanical problems about engine and cautiously observe when you drive. They might not provide the inspection report, however if you proposed any problem you have seen, they would offer repairing issue as cheap as possible. They did provide free Carfax, so you can know the history about the car without cost. I bought a comparatively cheap car last week from there, so far this car performs a good condition. I hope this car, first car of my life, would be a good, safe, and comfortable car that drives the rest of my college life.

We have bought 3 cars from z-imports. All three were excellent values. They do not just buy cars and throw them on their lot. They do some work on them first. We are on a first name basis with at least two of the salesman. This is the first place we look when we need a car. Great selection. Great follow up after sale.

I had a good experience with Z. Looked at a car that wasn't my color preference but right in every other way, Price was below blue book. Location among many other used car dealers put me on guard but the co-owner was friendly and helpful...one of those guys that might seem a little gruff at first or on the phone but quickly became friendly and obviously passionate about selling good cars at a reasonable price. I will definitely go back. Had a good suggestion about where to find financing and would've save myself a lot of grief had I started there. Finance company knew him and spoke well of him too.

I called to ask about his finance requirements to save myself a trip and the man had no knowledge at all and before I could ask my next question he said fill out the paper online in a rude tone and then hung up! well Z imports won't be getting my money and I will let all my friends know and co workers know of the the horrible service.

Bought a used car from them on a Wednesday and by the weekend our mechanic told us it would be over a $1000 repair bill. Called to speak with the man that sold it to us and he hung up on me and was nasty. Also the manager didn't care what i had to say. I will never in my life even look at their inventory or purchase a car from them again. Worst decision of my life! I hope people see this and don't give them the time of day.

Cars did not start , I guess they all had bad batteries. The Engine light was on in one of the two we drove . They do not negotiate with price or repairs .
