They made it fun and relaxing. I went looking for a car and really rather have a tooth pulled and a lady meet me outside (Mayra Payan) and just started chatting and made me feel like a friend came to check things out. She was not the tipical hard sell salesman that never shuts up. She just sat and listened, a great experience. Showed me the differences between the CRV I was interested in and all in all it was great. The guys came and help out with the leasing and the finance guy (PJ) was wonderful and helped me decide the differences in things I needed to take care of the car. I am very pleased.

The customer service here is great and great you very well their is no doubt they really want to help you anyway way that can. I purchased a Honda Pilot 2016 we made the deal on one but it had to be driven in from out of town from another dealer ship. So I had to wait the next day, when the next day came around they had told me the car had been sold but they would find me a new one, and it took two more day for them to get me another one and we had to do the paper work all over again since it was a different car. The car is great and everything but they should really secure the deal and the car before anything. It was really inconvenient calling them and going back and forward to see what was going to happened. Luckily everything worked out in the end and we love our new car.

A breakdown and subsequent repair can be a stressful and fearful experience due to the unknown issues that may be discovered and costs that may be occurred. The people in the Yuma Honda service department made this breakdown a stress-free repair; furthermore, they continued to "keep the trust" that many fear from the unknowns and "being taken advantage of". Our shopping experience for a new vehicle was good. We had our two young kids with us and were received and treated very well. It was very hot outside, the salesman did a very job at taking us inside an AC vehicle around the lot and offered cold water bottles. We got a fair deal with our Honda Odyssey, they negotiated with the sale price.

My nephews car died while he was here visiting over the holiday weekend. He had to get back to CA so he drove my truck and I had his car towed to the local Honda dealer. I just showed up with no appt and Anthony was very nice and said they would take care of it. They fixed only what was wrong and gave me a list of other things that need to be taken care of, but said my nephew could take care of those items at his Honda dealer in So Ca. Anthony did bring up that there was a recall and they would take care of that while they were checking out the battery/A/C issue

Just moved to Yuma. Brought my 10 year old Element in for the 93,000 mile lube. Had never been to this dealer before. Brought the summary of what had been done to my car at the 90,000 mile maintenance workup (which cost me $1500). The service representative actually took the time to go through this report. Despite all the work that had been done in November, there were a few things that had been overlooked or that had worsened significantly since that time. The representative clearly explained what needed to be done today, at the next lube, and in the near future.

Took my car in for new tires. Anthony G once again got me a great deal, and albeit being a very busy day at the Service Center, he was able to process the paperwork ASAP so I could get on my way. Once my tires were installed, Anthony noticed that I had a dent on my passenger door from a previous parking lot mishap, and he offered to take the other vehicle's paint transfer off of my car. I was done, he didn't need to do that, yet he did, and my car looks better at least until I make my insurance claim. I highly recommend Yuma Honda for your service needs.

My experience with Yuma honda was a waste of time You guys lied and claim you will match Phoenix, AZ pricing then claim Yuma tax rate is lower. which is another lie..after leaving Yuma honda I drove to Phoenix ,AZ and saved approximately 8,000.00 compare to Yuma pricing. The day before you sold a 2016 accord sport to me friend for 29,000.00 while he could have purchased the same vehicle in Phoenix.az for 21,000.00 out the door tax ,title,lic,doc fee ..needless to say my friend is pissed. off...I will tell everyone at my work (approx.1,000 employees ) of my experience and will recommend Right Honda in Scottsdale, Az.

I just bought a used truck here and even though i paid cash - they wouldn't let me buy it unless I filled out a credit application and give them my social security number. The truck was well below the $ 10,000 patriot act requirement which they said it was for. I should of known better than to come here, last year i bought a 2015 CR-V and this dealership wouldn't deal with me. I ended up going to another Honda dealership, paid cash and wasn't required to give them a credit application with my SSN.

as usual, the service writers are friendly and fantastic. Service is always completed in a timely manner. I always forward to the visit. I gave 5 stars, but would like to say that it took a really long time to get an oil change because there was only one service writer, and he was swamped. I waited probably 30 minutes after the service was done to get checked out.
