I recently bought a 2012 Honda Civic and I couldn't be any happier!! It is my first time buying a car on my own and the staff (especially Alex) made the process easy and stress free!!! They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease!! The staff were willing to do just about anything to help us out since I sold my old car and didn't have a ride. Alex even offered to pick us up at our home in Gridley. We had all the papers signed in a flash and they filled up my tank and away we went! I couldn't of asked for a better experience!! Best Experience I have ever had!

My car was on the verge of breaking down and I needed a car badly. I knew I had to get a new car, but had a limit on the payment that I could afford to make. John Guanzon from Yuba City Honda was able to get me into a car that was better than I expected for around a payment that I could afford. This was the best experience I have ever had! Alex Barrow was Awesome!

I have never enjoyed the "car experience" before and was determined not to during my recent search for a vehicle. I went to multiple places and ended up just checking in at Yuba City Honda. Never had one myself but I knew about its dependability. Alex Barrow helped me and he was very knowledgably and I never felt as though I was handcuffed to his desk like I felt at every other dealership. I ended up purchasing from Alex and Yuba City Honda not only because of the vehicle but also for the experience. I would recommend this dealership and Alex Barrow. Great service!

Alex Barrow was great and helped us extremely. The service of the sales team but the detail place is not great. Alex was wonderful and to the point and has us in and put in a couple of hours. He was great they gave us great rates!!! Great job just work on your detailing skills. I wanted a used car and ended up with a new one!!

Smoothe experience

Had a pleasant experience trading in my CRV for a Minivan. Overall the process was smoothe and completed the same day. The dealership even though does not belong to the truecar website matched the price and went out of the way to get the color we wanted and delivered it the same day to our home. Overall the process was smoothe. Would recommend the same.

Yuba City Honda and Alex Barrow

We found Yuba City Honda a great place to shop for a new car. It is in a convenient location on highway 99. We were greeted by several friendly staff. Alex Barrow was a great salesman. He was thorough and knowledgible. The lady that did the financing part was also friendly and knowledgible. Alex took about a half hour showing us how to operate all the options of the car.

Good experience

We bought a mini-van from the dealership. Overall the experience was really smoothe and I was very satisfied that even though the dealership is not on truecar website they were willing to match the price and work with me to help us buy the van.The color we wanted was not available at the dealership so they actually went out of the way to get one for us the same day and even brought it to our home the same evening.

Great service

I just bought a 2012 Mitsubishi eclipse convertible and love it. I just has surgery and could not drive it home. Alex the salesman at yc honda was gracious enough to bring the car to me to along with the paperwork to sign. Excellent customer service.

2011 Honda Accord

I went to this dealer looking for a Honda Accord. When I first came in I was welcomed with smiles and greetings. Justin, the sales person that took care of me, showed me a range of different options. He helped me through the whole buying process. They worked with me to give me the car I wanted. This was the first time I bought a car from a dealer and I was very satisfied with the experience. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Im not one to take the time and write a review on line but my experience buying a new Honda was not what one might expect when new car shopping. Yuba City Honda took good care of me, got me financed with the payment i needed and in the car I wanted. I love my car!!! Thank you Manny!!

I was looking for the best price on a 60K service for my...

I was looking for the best price on a 60K service for my 2002 Toyota RAV4. The Toyota dealership quoted me $450.00 and gave me a list of the things that would be done for that service. Larry Geweke Kia quoted me $895.00 (???!!) and listed the same things. Yuba City Honda quoted me $350.00, but the total bill, tax included, was $326.00. They performed the same things the other dealerships said would be done.In addition, I was able to drop my car off for Saturday service at 7:30 am and only waited 10-15 mins. while Bill prepared a service file for my vehicle. When I picked the car up later that afternoon, it was beautifully clean. There was nothing amiss, so I am assured that the employees are respectful of others' privacy.On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest rating, I would give Yuba City Honda a 10. No kidding. I can't say enough about the confidence I have in this dealership.Thank you.
