WORST DEALER I have ever dealt with. Sold a car to them 2 weeks ago and still have not had my loan paid off by them. Was told it would be finished the next day and here we are 11 days later. My lender has informed me that they sent part of what our sales contract states. WHO DOES THAT?! They are literally ignoring the signed contract between us and them, and paying when they feel like it. Meanwhile, the car has been in their possession for almost 2 weeks and is listed for sale on their website. That was done within 3 days by the way.

I HATE the process of buying a used car but Chris and team made it easy. They presented me with a couple of good options within the range I presented. Chris was friendly and attentive but did not try to force anything on us. That is part of the reason I purchased here instead of a slightly cheaper car across town.

We were treated with respect from the moment we arrived at Younger. Chris was fantastic. He did an excellent job during the test drive of making sure I knew just how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable with the car. After that, I knew I wanted to do business with Chris if at all possible. He helped us get into the car we wanted for a price we were comfortable with. With the help of Ed, we were on the road quickly. This team knows how to treat people with excellent customer service and does not pull any tricks. We would recommend this dealership to anyone. My car buying experience was a good one, Both My salesman David Fultz & finance manger Ed Beleznay were professional, low pressure and fair throughout the process, No games al all that you expect from a dealership. Younger Nissan has truly been a Gem. I walked in expecting the worst because I owed so much on the remaining loan that I had. But prior to coming in, Philip reassured me that it was his goal to make sure I was a satisfied customer and he would do all in his power to make that happen. Well his powers worked. My interest rate at the time was about 19% and I was paying $705 on my 2013 Nissan. By the end of my visit, I left with a New 2016 Nissan Altima, 7.99 interest rate and my new payments would be $150 less.

Had a deal worked out with a dealership 2 hours away. Decided to see if younger would try and match the deal because I didn't feel like making the drive. Well Chris was able to meet the deal and get me the color I wanted. Even with telling my salesman Chris Curry I had a very tight time line as the girlfriend made dinner plans he made the deal happen in a timely manner.

We have dealt with Jenkins/Younger Nissan for about 20 years now and have always been very satisfied, whether we are purchasing a new/used vehicle or coming in for service. I have been driving Quest vans for those 20 years and now have teen drivers. We decided to downsize to a Rogue. This is our second used vehicle purchased at Younger and I was very pleased with the Carfax information which allowed me to research the vehicles available and feel confident in our choice. We have never felt pressured to purchase by the sales team and Ed is great in finance. He explains everything as he goes through the paperwork. We also have our vehicles serviced at Younger and I know that when the time comes to bring in the Rogue for service, we will be well taken care of.

As soon as my wife & I met with her, we bonded with Shelley and it was like working with a close friend. There was no pressure, just friendly discussion and a lot of fun! There are not many businesses left that you can match your actual experience to their mission statement of service. Younger Nissan of Frederick however is a rare gem, a dealership true to their word; a "simple, honest and easy vehicle purchase". My salesman Steve, offered guidance to my family and I but was never pushy or in oppositon to our needs,wants, and budget. I was really stressing about the process of buying a new vehicle and also worried about being happy with my final purchase. My anxieties were relieved by Steve his management and Youngers Finance Team. I am completely smitten with my 2016 Nissan Rogue and love how shiny the Service and Detail crew made her for me. Very happy to say I have zero buyers remorse and I know I can continue to count on them for the servicing maintenance and upkeep of my investment. 10/10-would buy again!

What first drew me to Younger Nissan was their extended hours--I work odd hours and travel often, so a place being open past 5 is important to me. What sealed the deal for me was the price they offered, and the ease of purchase. This was my first car purchased from a dealer, and they made it much easier than I'd expected, even with out of state registration (I live in PA). Jim was helpful and considerate, without being too pushy. I am very satisfied.

My father has purchased 4 vehicles from Younger previously, and due to his recommendation my fiance and I planned to visit around the beginning of 2017 to look for my next car. My father went in for service on Wednesday and called me about the last new 2015 Sentra sitting on the showroom floor - "This is a great deal - don't miss it". I was worried about being able to afford the payment for a brand new car 6 months earlier than planned, and not being prepared well enough in advance to make the best decision. After some back and forth on the phone with the sales manager, finance manager, and my Dad, I made the trek to Frederick and I am so glad I did! Jim greeted me when I walked in and did not try to pressure me into something else when I told him my mind was made up. The car was beautiful, loaded, and marked so low I almost couldn't believe it. Staying within my monthly payment budget was key, but I also needed as much protection as possible, and Ed and the rest of the finance team worked all day to keep me in budget and happy with every aspect of my contract and additional coverages. The deal didn't take long at all, I didn't feel pressured, and since the purchase on Wednesday I have been contacted multiple times to ensure that I am still 100% satisfied. Steve even let our 7 year old son pick out a new camo Nissan hat which he loves (almost) as much as the car :) So glad my father recommended this dealer and convinced me to make the drive. We will definitely be repeat customers when it comes time for our next vehicle purchase. The whole team went the extra mile.

Had not planned on buying a new car, but my son's old car was beyond repair and we needed to replace it. Phil Sizemore was fantastic. He was helpful, honest, pleasant and respectful. This was my son's first real new car purchase and Phil very patiently guided him thru the process and took his time to make sure my son understood everything. Phil listened and understood our needs and got us a great new Nissan Rogue, at a great price. This is the 3rd car I've bought from Younger Nissan (all Rogues), but they were all for my kids. After dealing with Phil, I may be trading in my Ford when the time comes, for a new Nissan from Younger. I have never had such an easy time purchasing a vehicle. I did my research and reached out to several dealers. Only the Younger team was willing to negotiate with me by email without me giving my phone number. I only gave my phone number after we negotiated a deal. They never bothered me or put any pressure. When I got to the dealership, everything was ready for me to sign. Again, a fair deal, no pressure, no drama, no long waits at the dealership. My husband spoke to David Fultz by phone when we discovered that your dealership had the 2016 Murano I was looking for. My husband was getting ready to leave the country for a 10 day business trip so I needed to go to the dealer to buy the car by myself. I recently dropped my 2007 Frontier off for an oil change and AC service. First of all, Jay quoted me a cost of $129 for the AC sevice but when I picked my truck up the charge was $172. This did not include the oil change as I had 1 complimentary oil change remaining. Secondly, Jay insisted that I needed a complete brake job on my vehicle. This was odd considering that I had recently replaced all 4 rotors and pads. Additionally the truck was recently serviced by Younger for a brake system flush and there was NO MENTION of brake wear at that time (a few weeks ago). Interestingly when I looked at the lug nuts on all 4 wheels I could clearly see from the dirt on them that the wheels could not have been pulled for brake inspection. Ill continue to use Younger Nissan and in fact just bought another vehicle. However when it comes to service I will ONLY deal with Doug in their service department.

I went to Younger after spending the day at a dealership in Rockville and having a TERRIBLE experience. Although I live within miles of Younger, I did not start my shopping experience there because I didn't see the car I wanted on their online inventory list. That was my biggest mistake! We stopped at Younger on a whim thinking maybe they had new inventory that wasn't posted yet, or they would have another combo that I could learn to love. I am so glad we stopped in. We were greeted by Chris in the lot who immediately went to check the inventory to see if they had what I was looking for. He quickly pulled up a Rogue that was similar to what I wanted but wasn't the color I was looking for. Chris listened to what I was looking for and put Brian to work! Knowing I had a bad experience earlier in the day, Brian and Chris were upfront and open during the negotiation process. Brian was able to find the EXACT Rogue I wanted including the random quirky features that were deal breakers for me in under a day. Brian kept me in the loop with how his search was going and the delivery of the vehicle. Once the car was at the dealership, I stopped in after work to complete the process. We were in and our in less than 2 hours. Chris took us around the car and went through the features, Kyle took care of the financing and they car was ours! I really can't say enough about the customer service we received. They made buying the car I LOVE easy and painless. I highly recommend... even if you don't see exactly what you are looking for online, stop in. You may be pleasantly surprised like we were!


Don't Use the Body Shop-its a Joke

Customer service is horrible.Turnaround time is horrible.The General Manager (Steve) is rude and does not appropriately follow through with anything.The Manager of the body shop (Bill) is rude and incompetent.It took 2 weeks to repair my roof after a branch put two minor dents in it. The body shop damaged my driverside visor and interior grab handle. My car had black overspray all over it. The roof moulding on both the passenger and driver side was not properly reinstalled. It took over one week to fix the issues and their 'fix' for most of the items was glue. Most of the work was completed by the body shop Estimator and not a trained and qualified Technician. When I requested my money back I was told they would not do it because their (incompetent) technicians needed to be paid. Despite all of the issues and requesting repairs they still managed to leave the car in an unfinished state. The entire company is unprofessional and I do not recommend their services, go elsewhere for superior quality.

What a horrible customer service experience I had dealing with Jay! I will NEVER bring my car to Younger Nissan again - nor will I buy a new car from them. He was just extremely rude, abrupt and dismissive. I noticed that he spoke very professionally to male customers - but his tone and demeanor was very impatient and inappropriate with female customers. I arrived at 11:15 - but it took 15 minutes for Jay to check my car in, in part because he seemed to be having trouble operating the computer. He literally made me stand in front of his desk for a full five minutes while he did other work & ignored me. At first he told me it would be $115 for them to check why the engine light had come on in my car. I told him that sounded high - and that I had paid less in the past for them to run a diagnostic. Suddenly the price went down to $65. I have had previous issues at this dealership with inconsistent pricing. Jay told me there is a range. Really? Seems to me like the price should be the same for everyone - men & women. I waited from 11:30 - 1:30 with no word from Jay. I could plainly see my car sitting in the garage with paperwork on the windshield - nothing happening. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after me had come & gone. I tried to get Jay's attention a few times when he passed through with other customers, but he ignored me. Finally, I asked the man at the desk if he could find out what was going on with my car. I heard him on the phone asking if Jay had gone to lunch. He told me Jay would be right out - so I waited and waited - and waited some more. At 1:55 I approached the desk again, telling them I was still waiting. Finally, Jay appeared - and yelled at me! Yes, he actually yelled at me - telling me that he was looking for the tech & that I would have to wait. At that juncture I asked to speak to the manager. Soon Justin Barber, the service manager appeared. From the get go he was hostile & nasty. He told me that my car was "all jacked up" that the tires were off it and I would have to wait. Did I want to come see it? He was gonna show me! He marched me to the back - on the way I let him know that my car had been sitting in the bay - apparently finished - since before 1:30. I don't have the time to detail my ridiculous conversation with Justin Barber. Suffice it to say that he made Jay Rowse look like a prince by comparison. They quoted me almost $1,500 claiming there was a major problem with my emissions system. My car very recently passed the emissions inspection, so I find their diagnosis hard to believe. I had an oil change at their dealership May 19 - just two months ago. My car passed every test and I was told it was in good shape. Suddenly, today, my car mysteriously fails 8 tests - hard to believe. Justin Barber could not even be bothered to apologize for the fact that I waited hours with no word from Jay and he couldn't have cared less that I was treated rudely. When I asked who his supervisor was he pretty much dared me to go complain - implying that his supervisor would support his outrageous treatment of a customer. I paid $63 and wasted 3 hours of my time - on top of that I felt abused. I am taking my car someplace else for a second opinion. If their estimate does not mesh with the facts I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General's Office. Women Beware!

Let me just say that I am a woman and this is the first time I bought a car ON MY OWN! I just bought my second Nissan vehicle (the Murano) from Younger and dealt with Shelly Clark. She is amazing! I did not feel pressured to buy the vehicle or any of the upgrades and she dealt with me for over a week trying to decide on which model! She was very patient, friendly and kind! I also dealt with Kevin Caudell (who made made me a nice offer on a trade in) and Ed Beleznay did a quick and awesome job with the financing and showing me my payment options! I felt very welcomed and appreciated there! At the same time I was having my Maxima in for its scheduled maintenance and I dealt with Jay at the front service desk and Joe Asbury in the Maintenance department. Both of whom were very knowledgeable and friendly. I had been dealing with a loud clicking noise for about a year and any other place I took my maxima to have it looked at, nobody took the time to really listen for the noise I was talking about. Joe rode in the car with me and he finally heard what I had been talking about! Yay! And it is covered by warranty!! Philip Sizemore was also a help in getting my Murano cleaned up and ready for me to take it home! He was a definitely a team player and was a funny character as well! Great Staff there!

My husband and I recently purchased a car from Younger Nissan of Frederick, we were treated great. The sales person was very informative regarding the vehicle and trying to get us where we needed to be with our payments. We also interacted with the sales manager whom also helped calculate the figures and tried to get us as close as we could to our desired payments. The finance manager as well was very informative regarding the Gap insurance and the financial aspect of the warranties. After all was said and done we still received great customer service with our sales person whom took us through the car once more to give us detailed instructions on some of the features of the car. Overall we were very pleased with our experience at Younger Nissan.

I was referred to Younger Nissan of Frederick by my son and his wife who have been extremely pleased with their Nissans, and my daughter-in-law was well protected in hers during an accident. My priority was safety features (driving grandkids) and after studying many types of vehicles, the Nissan Rogue ended up at the top of my list. I left a message on Younger Nissans website and quickly heard back from Steve Latour, who discussed options with me, emailed information, and made an appointment with me for that afternoon. When I got there, to my surprise, Steve had the exact Rogue I was interested in (colors and safety features) ready to test drive, and it handled very nicely. I had not expected to drive home with a new vehicle that day, but the team at Younger Nissan made that happen in only a few hours...Steve Latour-my salesman, Brian Rogersthe manager, and Ed Beleznayin finance. I have been driving the Rogue for over a month and am extremely pleased.

Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was helpful and accommodating from the time we walked in, to the time we drove away in our new Rogue. Although I recommend this dealership to buy from I think they need to improve on their customer service. Sitting in the waiting area not knowing what was happening. They need to expedite their process quicker. It should not take up to 2 hours to complete the purchase of a vehicle especially since the vehicle was already cleaned up before I got there.

You have to admit, we all dread the idea of having to buy a car with the potential for being "on guard", dealing with high pressure sales and/or financing and having to spend an entire day at the dealer (and I have been there many times) - but NOT at Younger! They (once again) made the process of purchasing a vehicle seamless, comfortable, and satisfying. This is my second visit with Ed Beleznay (Finance) and Steve Latour (Sales) in the past 2 years. Both men were very courteous. I will never buy another car or take my Nissan Cube back to Younger Nissan because of Jay Rowse arrogant demeanor. He talks over you and keeps saying listen I'm not trying to start a fight. Just because I'm a women doesn't mean I don't know anything pertaining to cars. My cube decides to shut off when it feels like it which is very dangerous and they said that it didn't happen to them so they can't fix the problem. There will be a huge lawsuit if I get rear ended because of them not willing to fix the problem. There's also an issue with the transmission. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with it but said who ever flushed the trans over filled it. I told him it was Younger who did that back in 2014. Then he has the nerve to tell me that when place change your oil they top of fluids. I know for a fact no one is going to touch the transmission fluid. Very disappointed with Younger Nissan customer service. I will let everyone know not to buy or use there service department.

I had spoken earlier in the week with Sales Consultant Jim Burdis to set up a Saturday 9am appointment. Jim met me at the door. I explained what I was looking for & Jim took the time to show me several options & worked out the payments 2 different ways on 2 different vehicles. After decided Sales Manager Nick Dibiase worked with us with our trade in & getting the monthly payment to what I was looking for. Then Finance Manager Edward Beleznay made the signing process a breeze. Ed even tracked us down in the customer service area as the vehicle was getting washed & prepped to say he found a better rate for 75 months instead of 72 & this allowed me to get the 7 year 72,000 mile warranty for the same monthly payment amount that I wanted. This is the 3rd vehicle our family has purchased in the last year & half from Younger Nissan and every experience has been great & we are always treated like family. I'd really recommend this place to anyone. This was only my second time buying a car and as a younger person, dealerships tend to try to take advantage. This place did the opposite. They went above and beyond to trade in my old car and made sure I left with a great car within my price range. My salesperson Heather worked as an amazing liaison throughout the whole process. I was never once lost nor did I feel like I was being pressured into anything I didn't want. She was absolutely amazing, no questions. I went in expecting to leave without a car and feeling frustrated. But I left as an excited new car owner and I'll be back when it's time to trade this one in for sure. I've been to a lot of dealerships and this one is by far the best. They even clean the car for you before you take it home. Who does that? And while you sit there and drink great coffee. I went in on March 26th after inquiring about a Ford F-150 for my husband. Phil was so nice and pleasant to work with. It was not even 20 minutes after the test drive that the truck was mine. And it only took about 30 minutes to sign all the paperwork. Everything was so quick and easy. It did take a little while to clean the truck but definitely worth the wait. I got a beautiful 2014 Sentra and they made sure my payments were within my budget. I am a 19 year old who had just gotten her license that day, so I had no experience with buying a car. You often hear the stories of bad problems when buying a used vehicle. This is my review of a RESPONSIBLE dealer. Frederick Nissan sold me a used Nissan Frontier in 12/2012. I did the typical checks and also asked for a Carfax at purchase time. It came back clean. This last winter of 2015, a deer hit me. It was discovered at the body shop, that prior to this a shoddy body damage repair had previously been done. I went back to the dealer and they presented me a new Carfax that stated an accident had occurred in 9/2012 and it had not been reported to Carfax until 3/2013 by an unknown shop.. This report was three months after I purchased the vehicle.I was aware that Younger Nissan had no responsibility in this issue because it was a used vehicle sold "as is" and they did not do the repair and were not aware of it.When I discussed the new report with the Nissan management, they had an internal discussion. Afterwards,Younger stated they would perform whatever effort it took to make me Happy!My choice was to have them check for permanent damage and to do a body/frame alignment test. All went well. I'm impressed that Younger Nissan stood up and took responsibility to this agreement.

Your Sales representative Phil Sizemore was not only knowledgeable, but really listened to what mattered in a vehicle for me. When our experience started out.. I had been driving an Altima for last 8 years, but wanted to trade it in. I was used to no payment so money was an issue for me. we looked at several models and dealership had some excellent deals on the lot. I test drove a few cars, the Altima, Sentra and Finally Versa, Phil suggested early on that I would be surprised at the performance from the Versa.. I figured it was a smaller car and with it's price point that it wouldn't have that get up and go. BOY WAS I WRONG. not only did it have the leather wrapped steering wheel and a nice sound system, but the engine did not whine when I punched it and it really was able to go. Pair that up with the excellent gas mileage, roomy interior and SOLD. I needed a travel to work and back car.. lots of miles and with Gas Prices that is what was important to me. Thanks for listening Phil. Nissan has an excellent sales rep there!

Midday on a Wednesday, I called in and asked for someone in sales. I was immediately transferred to Phil. Phil was a very friendly voice, and asked me what he could help me with. I told him I was looking at a 2015 Pathfinder...and told him which one. I told Phil I may come by that afternoon to look at it.I did go there that afternoon. When I arrived, I was greeted, and I asked for Phil. Phil came over, and I told him I spoke to him earlier. Within 5 minutes we were looking at the Pathfinder, and Phil was giving me a no nonsense overview and talking about the specific specs of this particular car. Within 10 minutes I was on a test drive, and Phil encouraged me to drive like he was not there. Phil answered every question I had, and even offered some great advice. He obviously had a deep knowledge of both Nissan, as well as other manufacturers.It was a no-pressure experience, and the actual buying experience was smooth and efficient. This was the easiest car buying experience ever! I went to this dealership having already acquired my financing, a a very good rate, I might add. I thought I already knew what I wanted for a vehicle and within the first 5 minutes I was there, my salesman made a suggestion that ultimately ended up being a far wiser, much better choice for me. Even though I had already acquired my financing, the sales manager was able to get me an even better rate, and also ended up getting me more for my trade in than was originally offered. Typically the car buying process is a headache, but Younger Nissan made things quick and painless this time. We have been brand loyal to Nissan for years so when it was time to turn our Nissan Quest lease in, we went back to Younger Nissan to look for a something a bit smaller. Mike, the sales consultant, called and set up an appointment with us. He sent us specifications on two cars that we were interested in test driving prior to our appointment. Mike was prompt on our arrival and saw to our test drive of the Murano and the Pathfinder right away. He had a great route mapped out for us where we could test all aspects of the cars functionality. We settled on the Pathfinder. With other dealerships, the finance part can be the most trying. But, Mike, Nick (the manager) and Kyle (Finance Manager) made things quick and gave us a great deal on our Quest and the payment we were requesting on our new Pathfinder. We were in and out in about 4 hours with a brand new car. I can't thank Mike enough for helping us find the perfect vehicle for us. We'll continue to buy from Younger Nissan. This is our 4th vehicle purchase with Younger and I'm sure it won't be our last.

I had an accident on November 25, 2015. On Monday, 11/30/15 my vehicle was towed to Younger Nissan for repairs. Its my understanding that my vehicle repairs were completed just before Christmas. But for some strange reason - insufficient paperwork and communication with insurance company, Im still driving the rental car. Because im going through divorce and needed to save money I took off rental coverage from my insurance, which means I have to pay for my own rental. Not only did this dealership supply me with a rental at $30+ a day but they also received business from me by having my repairs done there. Last week I received a very rude phone call from the general manager requesting I return the rental car, before they received payment for my repairs which would have meant that I'd be out of a car. I have been very patient through out this entire process but making me pay for this sky high rental when my car has been fixed and sitting for upwards of 2 weeks is horrible customer service. Not to mention the fact that he made a comment about how I have "second chance financing" on my car, which means I can't possibly afford a rental. how rude. I was hoping to get in touch with the corporate office but no contact information is listed for them.

Jonathan was our salesperson. We needed a new used car for my 21-year-old daughter. But we could not spend more than 8K. Jonathan showed us several cars that met our budget requirement. He was knowledgeable and helpful the entire time. He did not use any of the typical pressure you normally get at dealers. We selected a 2012 Nissan Sentra that was selling for well below KBB value. I talked to Chris Curry in mid December about the Altima. Not really sure what route I wanted to take because of the holiday. I realized a new car might make a difference in my life. The phone rang and it was Chris. Saturday afternoon .... window shopping in the mall ... so I decided to visit Chris at Younger Nissan.Immediately, after we were intoduced I knew he was the right salesperson for me. He was very polite, not aggressive, informative but most of all he listened to my demands for the new car. I was very direct about the accessories and he proceeded to fulfill this request by checking the inventory. I chose the car Chris recommended for me ... it was perfect ( price, accessories, color and etc). The car had more features than I expected for the price .... Yes, I was thrilled! I was not hassled at all. My salesman, Nathan, talked to me like we were old friends. I told him exactly what I wanted and he got it done for me without having to haggle. They put me in a new 2016 Frontier with plenty of extras for the same payment I was making on my 2012 Frontier with no extras on it. I will definitely be getting my future trucks from here and will recommend to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle.

The sales department worked out all the details! I usually dread the car buying experience, but the sales team made it a good experience.

Had a good experience at Younger Nissan and happy with our decision to buy a 2015 Murano. My wife and I had done some research on a variety of vehicles to meet our family needs. We searched the Frederick area for dealerships. On the day of, we visited an "auto mall" off 40 and were quickly disappointed as we were not approached by anybody as we walked around the lot. Guess they didn't want a sale that day so we moved on. So, our next stop was at Younger Nissan. We arrived to the lot, walked around to the type of car we wanted and within a few minutes were approached. Jonathan was our salesman, he's very professional, took time to hear our concerns and answered questions, offered test drives on a couple of vehicles which we took out for a drive to ensure we chose the vehicle best for us. The team worked with us on a variety of options which takes time but was worth the wait. We made our decision, the process takes time but overall, we're happy, have nothing but good words for Younger Nissan. As for the other dealership, their loss or they can easily think we weren't ever there.

From the minute I went online to simply look at the inventory to the time I drove off the lot, the service and professionalism was above reproach. Having had financial issues over the past couple of years, and working hard to improve credit, their sales and finance staff worked to get me a terrific vehicle within my price range. Clearly everyone on the sales floor was having similar positive experiences. I can't say enough good things about Younger.

There isn't a better dealership anywhere!! From my first e-mail all the way to driving my new Nissan Maxima off the lot I felt like I was part of the "gang"! I dealt with a few top notch people, Travis Brown was my Salesperson, I test drove a couple cars with Dave Forcino, my Finance Manager was Ed Beleznay & Nick Dibiase was the ultimate Dealership Manager!! Did I ever feel uncomfortable, pressured or frustrated...the answer to all is no, not once! Not only did they help me with my car needs, I lost my lucky Redskins earring in the showroom and every employee there had their heads down looking for it, they found it!!!! Of course the Skins won that evening!! If you are ever looking into buying a car, this should be at the top of your list although you will find that no other place compares!!!! I have been looking for a Jaguar XJ for about six months now since my lease was nearing its end. They just happen to have my color combination on the Jaguar I was hoping to find, it was meant to be mine. Younger Nissan is my dealership no matter what kind of vehicle I'm looking for. Trading in a beloved suburban

We came in with the intention of getting a vehicle to replace my 2002 Suburban I was looking for the comfort in seats and ride as I had with my suburban but, smaller and with much better gas mileage. We were at Younger Nissan twice. The first time we dealt with Nathan. He showed us 2 cars. The Rogue and the Pathfinder. Nathan was great and patient explaining all about both vehicles and gracious with us trying out both. The second time we went we had driven 13 different vehicles of various makes and models at other car dealers. We had an appointment at Younger to drive a 2013 Pathfinder. That time Johnathan assisted us and we received the same accommodation and patience as we test drove 3 others. Even allowing me to keep one for the afternoon test drive around town. I was interested in a white with the Almond interior. When we returned the Pathfinder that evening and Johnathan was talking to us about what options we wanted on a vehicle he showed us an Artic Blue one with the features we were interested in. We fell in love with it. The staff could not have been more patient, understanding, accommodating us as I narrowed down my search for a new car We ended up leasing the 2015 Attic Blue Pathfinder SL. It was very late, past closing hours by the time we closed the deal and signed all the papers, yet the staff acted like it was mid afternoon and we did not feel like we were being rushed out of the dealership. Jonathan came out and showed us the highlights of all the technology the car offered and did not mind my questions in spite of the lateness of the hour. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Younger Nissan of Frederick.

You won't find a more friendly experience whether your touch point is purchase, service, sales or finance. My sales rep Steve has top-to-bottom knowledge of every feature the Nissan Rogue offers. Doug took care of the minor issue I had with my radio and nav system immediately. Definately a smooth and well managed staff of professionals.
