Although I purchased the 2016 Malibu at Mountain Chevorlet in Colorado, I have since brought the car to Dallas. Young Chevorlet preformed the first oil change and service. Everyone at the dealership treated me like I bought the car at their dealership. The service was prompt and I will be bringing back my car for future service and repairs if needed.

well to be honest the the first hour of being there was rough. i called on a car that i had been searching for awhile and i was told it was there then i got to the dealership(an hour later) of course they told me it was sold, the run around Really? I had already been through this with several other dealership, but this dealership was different. Turns out the car was there, they just had difficulty's with their key system. they found the PERFECT car i was looking for and Gave me the BEST DEAL of a lifetime. it was a steal! Clay Cooley knows how to take care of its customers,they treated me excellently the financial process was fast, the manager was friendly, and at the end of the day i got MORE than want a expected. I even did a celebratory gong show (which they like to post on Facebook)at the end which i loved! special thanks to Jeff,John Jason,and Ken, you made this experience rock! It was a pleasant experience. No sales pressure. Our salesman Ralph showed us how to use all the features. He connected my phone to the Traverse. I didn't even know I had Bluetooth on my phone. My husband plans on returning later in the year to purchase a truck.

I used to highly recommend to people to go to Young. Every aspect of before, during and after the sale was excellent. The past 4-5 years the experience has changed and not for the good. My self and other family members now take our business to another local dealer.

I had a good idea of what I wanted and what I was willing to spend. Steve was able to quickly rule out non contenders and had me test driving the perfect truck within a few minutes. Despite my less than stellar credit, Bob in finance hunted down the perfect finance plan for me. I will never buy a car from any other lot as long as Steve's at Young Chevrolet. Thanks Steve!

I have a 2003 Silverado. It wouldn't pass inspection due to the tires. I bought a full set and inspection. I trust Gary in the service department. I can't afford a new truck at this time but Young will be the place I come to for that purchase.

Went in Tuesday morning at 7:00 a.m.for the repair work. Courtesy car took me home and when my car was ready, in about 4 hours, they called to let me know and a Courtesy car came and picked me up. Was very happy with the service and everyone was very courteous.

We are so impressed with our buying experience with Mr. Vic Fuentes and the staff at Young Chevrolet. We found the car on cars.com and everything written online about the car was accurate. From our first call to Young Chevrolet we were dealt with in an honest, efficient and gracious manner. The service team did a beautiful job of cleaning the car and making it as close to perfect as you could hope for. Scott listens to what you want and need and finds the perfect fit for you. I will not buy another vehicle from anywhere but Young Chevrolet.

I have had a 2006, 2009 and 2011 Avalanche. I wasn't needed a new one, but Chevrolet has stopped making the Avalanche and I wanted one more. Young Chevrolet had 3 of them. I went to but a Fairway Metallic color, but instead bought a Black Z71. Internet Sales Professional Barbara Choate was great to work with. I would recommend her to anyone.

i would rather be punched in the nose than go here. david lenamond has told me he didn't have a certain part. i called another dealer, got a part number. when i called backwith a part number, david lenamond then smart-aleckly asked me how many i wanted. david is flat out too lazy to look up parts,and baldfacely lied about it. i went to commercial desk to see david horton about a wrong part. he offered me another wrong part, then said if that wasn't it he couldn't help, no effort to try to find the right part. these parts guys are lazy, apathetic, incompetent. the question below about why i was there does not show my option. i am a technician and i was there to exchange the wrong part for the right one. i did not get the right part or anyone who cared about finding it.

I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle for my granddaughter and Young Chevrolet is in my area. I went online and looked at the pre-owned "specials". I found the 2012 Ford Fiesta and it the perfect car for her, including the color! Xavier was so helpful and the process was simple. The only downside - they don't take checks. I was at Young the Saturday before president's day, so I had to wait until Tuesday to get to the bank for a cashiers check. Other than that, I am totally satisfied with the service I received.

I called several dealerships and Young Chevrolet had the one I was looking for. Very easy process in purchasing at a fair price. They were not the closest Chevrolet Dealer to my house, but had the vehicle I wanted. Sales staff was very knowledable and polite.

Mr. Sibrizi was right on when I showed up after our over the phone coversations. We drove the LTZ Avalanche, he worked me through all the controls, and had my pregnant wife and I out of there in less then 2 hours. Best car buying experience I had ever had.

HORRIBLE! Purchased a used Toyota Sequoia from them in February 2009. They didn't even clean the vehicle for pick up, left the gas tank on empty, had trash inside, didn't fill the tires with air even though the TPMS alert was on and offered me a freaking CHEVY HAT when I complained about all of this. Great Car - HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP - STAY AWAY!!!
