Where very up front and honest about the terms of leasing and financing. They went out of their way to assist me in getting a car and getting the best deal possible. I had forgotten to bring the necessary paper work. As in pay stubs and or copy bills as proof of my residence. I didn't bring the pay stubs and I couldn't remember me email password so I could at least print them out my bank statements. I actually didn't think subcontiously I would be able to even get a car. I only went to look. They helped me Renew my insurance. Efrain fournier and his colleagues treated me with the out most respect and patience. He was very upfront and explained to me up front the costs of the Car and even gave me a lot of insight. He explained the terms and left it up to me to make the decision. I ended up driving off the dealership with a big smile with my New keys of an auto manual 2017 kia sorento AWD!!! Yes what an amazing experience thanks guys ....

Not all dealers are the same. While shopping for a new Optima I interviewed five Kia dealers who are category leaders in Yonkers, Stamford CT, Bristol CT, White Plains NY. and Danbury CT. Pricing was basically the same but Yonkers Kia won my business by a landslide. Their sincere efforts to provide me the very best consultation on which car would be my best choice for my lifestyle, budget, and needs were far and away superior to all other competitors. Unbelievable follow up day and night, prompt return phone calls, tireless attitude in answering all my product and financing questions, and a relentless work ethic in a team effort. Kudos to Steve Fortune, Efrain Fournier, and Sal Mayorga.

Great experience overall. My salesperson, Levi, was great. No pressure whatsoever and he definitely knew the features of the automobile and made sure I knew them, too. He even made sure I received the lowest rate possible from my insurance carrier. If you're in the market for an auto, make sure you see Levi at Yonkers Kia. My initial contact was with Linora and she was extremely pleasant, courteous, and attentive. Andrew assisted with my final purchase and he was friendly and professional. Finally, I want to recognize Sal for his efforts. I decided to purchase my vehicle on the weekend after the banks were closed. Sal worked it out where I could take my auto home for the rest of the weekend, then pay the balance on Monday after the banks had opened. I can't say enough about my experience. I would recommend Yonkers Kia to anyone!

The car and paperwork were ready when I arrived in Yonkers, and their service department even did a last minute replacement of a tire pressure sensor so I could get on the road to Florida with all systems go. I agree with the previous post . I haved financed my car pre owned 2013 Optima in 2014 year. I went into this not wanting to get an much older car to not have any technical problems. I have no accidents.My car has been stuck not able to move and has problem with leaking inside the car. I went 3 times for the leak problem inside, you will get your feet wet.That's not normal. I was told by services I don't know what's the problems where the water coming from. I did not take another foreign car for them not to know. Is very frustrating when 3 people tell you that this will the include the manager. It felt like a sense of avoidence at this point. Also I just refinance this car.Currently I have 2 years with this car in my first year it gave me the shift problem which I was stuck for this month which will be the 2nd time with this problem. Being a fulltime employee and student this take away a lot of your time.

I went in looking for a new car so I could trade in the Honda civic I was financing I got the car value but there was still a large lump sum remaining so the sales person worked with me to get a reasonable monthly number. I go back to finalize everything just to be told that I had to speak to someone else to go over my contract fees and taxes. Once I was done with the long process I ended up having a much higher monthly payment then what was originally agreed upon. Can't wait to be done with lease that person didn't communicate the best that he should have

When i went to yonkers kia for the first time i wasnt too impressed from the service i received but i was shopping around for a car then i went back on the site and saw a car that i was interested in i called and they said it was available me and my friend went check the car out it was perfect and then we spoke to steve he was the best sales rep ever he said we could leave with the car that same night i got excited we did all the paper work and everything but time was winding down and we couldn't leave with the car and the manager/owner of the auto mall gave us a brand new kia cadenza to keep for the night plus a voucher to get something to eat that night that was the best car buying experience i ever had the next morning all i had to do was bring back the kia sign my papers and i was on my way they the car i bought was a 2011 bmw 328i xdrive and that car has been awesome but i just had to let everyone know that this dealership is a good place to buy a new or used car it worked out well for me and i hope anyone else who goes there just see steve this guy isna good guy thanks ...

Stay away from dealership ,especially Michael Del Valle.Guy is soft spoken slick salesman. I paid in full to get a car with million dings on hood if whole staff had a dance on the hood .Went at cold wintry night time to see a car which they didnt have on lot(told me typically, it is available but wasnt),so i decided on another.Paid deposit & picking next morning.Guy would keep asking me for signing paperwork whereas i want to see the vehicle.Whenever i asked where the vehicle is,their answer was "its being washed,detailed". Hmm..why you need to detail a brand new car? Few items were missing (2nd Key FOB,fuse panel cover,trunk mat etc) which i was finally able to get it .(2 months later though) .Shame on me that i didnt inspect the vehicle thoroughly & its only a day later when i noticed a million small dings on hood.Now which unsuspecting buyer will thoroughly check things especially when its a new car.(Do you weigh if 250g bag is indeed 250g as advertised ? or check if each egg in tray isnt broken at grocery store) Shame on salesman Michael Del Valle who knowingly passed on the vehicle onto me.Detailing guy whispered fully in his ear that car has visual issues. Slick and smart but i am not sure how does that help these guys in long run. A potential buyer reading this review will be smart going into this dealership or smarter yet,avoiding totally.This review is being posted on every single social media outlets . I am a social media savvy and indeed intend to let others know my true experience. I would have posted very positive raving review if my dealing was better and i also would urge all other buyers who have had issues with this salesman or delearship to share reviews (dont we benefit from same kind of product reviews on amazon?).I didnt run this issue by manager Sal who seemed to be decent guy although i had only a 2 word talk the night of contract( i am not sure if Sal would have helped better ).Michael makes commission ,so this was his job.Guy is smart enough to come to work on off day to complete the sale but not smarter to reply to my emails describing the issues along with images. Mike i hate to do this kind of review but i gave you enough time to rectify which should been done long ago.Since its a brand new vehicle and i dont even feel comfortable to show it to friends & family from front angle,i let this guy know that i am even willing to pay to get this "new" hood cover changed at my expense.Its dealership's job to get new hood .I would also urge buyers who had issues to call Kia coorporation.Make a whole report,call them or send registered mail to kia.The whole game runs by nos. Manufacturers dont like too many complaints originating from a dealership either.Their incentives are based on nos.Apart from this,i am not sure how this shortsightedness helps dealership or Michael Del Valle. I had 3 guys lined up to atleast visit and see what they had on lot .My vehicle has no mechanical issue and i am fine but it will hurt delaership more than they could have imagined by trying to brush me off.If you past clients had issues,just post your issues and thoughts and share it . Bad or good,spread the word on every single social media and there are many out there .Call Kia and have them look into your issues if these guys ignore you.I will be thoroughly posting/sharing my experience(and my blog) so that some of you could be more vigilant.Check thoroughly even a car with zero miles.To begin with,avoid this place altogether and Michael Del Valle

If you're looking for great sales assistance when buying a car then make sure you head over to Yonkers Kia! I was delighted to have been helped greatly by Steve Fortune who by far did everything in his power to help get me into a brand new 2016 Kia Soul, him along side Linora Torres with her great patience and assistance left me with a smile on my face as I rolled out in a brand new Kia Soul. Steve never once got tired of all the questions my mother and I had to ensure everything went smoothly. Linora was great in making sure the Soul I was purchasing was in stock for the day I arrived so I could get myself moving! All in all, it was a heck of a process but well worth it. Make sure to speak with Linora and Steve when you hit up Yonkers Kia and I can assure you, you will leave happy in any car! I know I did!

Bought brand new Kia Sorento from Kia Yonkers. Sales Reps Julio and A.J. were great. Spent as much time with me as I needed, were very helpful explaining car features and overall very supportive and not pushy. The experience was marred though by Sal, the manager, who practically accused me at one point of trying to cheat him and overall behaved like he was pissed off at someone or something all the time. I was ready to walk out of the negotiation because of his attitude.I also did not appreciate the overall atmosphere at the dealership. They have small hot salon with cheap tables and chairs, playing loud pop music all the time. After spending 5 hours in the dealership going through the sale, I had a splitting headache from the constant sound assult.

LEASERS/BUYERS BEWARE: If I could give a zero, I would. ALL all of the NEGATIVE reviews pertaining to YONKERS KIA are warranted. I DO NOT recommend anyone leasing/buying from YONKERS KIA at all!! They are DISHONEST, will fail to communicate anything pertinent/YONKERS KIA will LURE YOU in with BOGUS coupons that they do not honor, and they are only concerned with hitting monthly goals. Unfortunately, I participated in an "early lease termination event" where they promised to pay my remaining monthly payments and to cover all of my lease return costs, which include: No lease termination fees, NO DISPOSITION FEES, no charge for excess wear and tear, no over mileage fees. The only part of the coupon they honored was paying $620 (my remaining monthly payments). The coupon was valid for $1,500. I exchanged my 2013 Hyundai Veloster for a new 2017 Kia Sportage. Is the vehicle nice? Yes! Have I enoyed it? Absolutely not! Why? Because Hyundai is now saying that I need to pay $435.50 disposition fees. I've contacted YONKERS KIA and they had the audacity to say that because they gave me such a great deal, they cannot pay the disposition fees. Wow, really? That's what you promised, that's what is in the coupon. I have contacted Kia Consumer Affairs, Hyundai Consumer Affairs, and next will be Jacoby&Meyers. This has been a headache! A nightmare! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL KIA/HYUNDAI customer since 2010 and I will NEVER EVER enter an agreement with either NOR DO I RECOMMEND A HYUNDAI/KIA TO ANY HUMAN BEING THAT CAN DRIVE! Again, BEWARE OF YONKERS KIA!

If you're looking for a new car, I highly recommend Yonkers Kia. Although I live in CT, I found a used car that they had in stock there that I went to check out, and although it did not end up working out with that particular USED vehicle... I ended up leaving the day I went with a 2017 instead. Lana Speidell dealt with my hard bargain and got me the deal I needed/wanted, and she was the FIRST car sales person the not ask more than once if I had any money to put down; she didn't harp on it, took all my very specific details (because I can be a little "difficult" since I am a very strong, detailed, independent woman) and made something work so I could leave with a new vehicle regardless! She also explained all the details of the vehicle I ended up with, as well as the lease details. She also, explained how the pull back program works which made me more comfortable on leasing since I've always been so reluctant due to the amount of miles I drive annually! Lana kept her cool and made me feel comfortable; and her, Darwin and Bennie Campbell did all that they could to make this deal work, and to get me in and our quickly!!! So in summation... regardless if you live in CT, NY, NJ, anywhere it the tristate area; I highly recommend heading over to Yonkers Kia and asking for Lana to get you a great deal & give you a wonderful car buying/leasing experience!

I walked into the Yonkers Kia dealership last weekend, not fully planning on committing to a vehicle (I wanted to shop around some more before committing to any one car/brand). The dealership was very busy and we were shuffled around a bit, but once we were setup with Bennie, it was smooth sailing from there out. Bennie was very attentive, explained everything thoroughly, took his time with us, and went above and beyond to make our experience great. By the end of the evening, I was sold. Came in the next day to finalize the paperwork, which was lengthy but efficient. I would definitely recommend anyone to consider Yonkers Kia, and specifically Bennie when car shopping.

I came in just to check out my options as Im currently in a lease and dont need a car. While I ended up not buying a car, the attention that Jennifer Velasquez gave was simply unbelievable and amazing to say the least. Never once did I feel pressured to do anything, in fact, she took the time to show me a couple of options. While I didnt come out with a car, I came across with wanting to buy my next car with Jennifer and the folks of Yonkers Kia. I plan on visiting Jennifer again by next Summer when my lease is up. I did not expect this type of experience. I love new cars, but shopping for them can turn into one major nightmare, which usually happens by the time I am ready to sign the papers. It's like swimming with the Sharks when trying to get a new car, but Jennifer Velazquez made my car shopping process so enjoyable. Her smile and warm personality makes you totally forget about headaches that come with car shopping, actually my experience was very fun. I've driven premium to used cars, KIA cars really really really surprised me, and did I mention the really word? Jennifer dedicated a lot of time to me, and I have driven what ever car I was interested in, and wow, really? If I knew I can get so much and pay so much less, I would of turned to KIA long time ago. Victor Sulca my sales rep and Jennifer Velazquez made my experience like a walk in the park. For someone who has purchased fifthteen cars this was truly the best experience I've ever had. I was referred by Harold Need who recently purchased a car and told me to ask for Victor . Victor gave me VIP service and explained all my options after my test drive because I was unsure whether or not I wanted to purchase or lease. After completing all the paper work and signing my life away..lol.. RONNIE:I phoned Yonker's Kia after having visited a creepy NJ dealership. I expected more creepy men and women however noticed on my initial phone call to Ronnie that she sounded genuine and immediately was able to "hear" me. I was asking her about a specific vehicle and expected to hear, "you'll have to come in, we have many cars." Instead, she was thoughtful enough to go look at the car and answer a few basic questions--had the car ever been hit or dented, did the vehicle appear clean, and what features were included. I was in NJ on that day and frankly didn't feel like schleping to Yonkers unnecessarily. Ronnie offered to take photographs and email them to me. I thanked her but at that point, decided to take a ride. Ronnie mentioned she was leaving for the day but assured me, Julio would give me the attention needed.I thought to myself, "I bet his Julio will give me the creeps." JULIO: I arrived at the dealership expecting a smooth, annoying, slickster that I would have to fight off with a stick. Nevertheless, I did as Ronnie told me and asked for him at the desk. Julio was anything but creepy, he was a "regular down to earth" guy. He answered every question I had and he did not ask any of the intrusive questions one expects to endure when speaking with a "pre-owned car salesman." Julio walked me through the two-day process of buying the car--I hadn't been ready to receive the vehicle the first day so the following day, to my astonishment, he offered to pick me up--in NJ. Once back at the dealership, Julio stayed with me when I needed him every step of the way, even after I paid. During that time, several additional people worked with him to get the title and other paperwork signed for me as quickly as possible --I wanted to beat rush hour traffic especially given I would be driving home my newly purchased vehicle, sunroof open on a beautiful spring day! THE STAFF: The additional people who assisted Julio were just as sweet as he and Ronnie were. I ask a tremendous amount of questions and am aware I can be a trying customer as I am extremely detail oriented. Instead of acting as if I were bothering them, the dealership staff seemed to adjust to my sometimes difficult personality. They gave me what I needed (and wanted). On that second day, Ronnie had been in her office in another building, the car had been paid for, and Julio said, "Ronnie wants to get to say hello before you leave." I thought to myself, this is the way it's suppose to be--nice, normal, pleasant people who like seeing their customers happy. I purchased the car on Thursday and today is Sunday. I wanted to write this review thoughtfully and put the most salient points forth. In summation, my conclusion is that the experience went well for the following reason most of all: I wanted to buy a car. Most people who speak to salespeople at the "for sale" section at the car dealership want to buy a car--I would think that's why they are there! Sadly, many dealerships treat their customers as if they don't want to buy a car or must be coerced. This is anything but sensible, because the way I look at it, the customer must talk him or herself into going through with what they want to do. In my estimation, the salesperson is there to answer any objection the customer might have, hence the consumer makes their own informed choice. I was able to sell myself the car I wanted which was just great. Perfect, because they were there for me as I needed them, and left me to my own reasoning as required. I came to Yonkers Kia to buy a car, as I had done at several dealerships the week prior. Julio and his support staff let me sell myself on the car I wanted. There's something uplifting about that feeling of bringing home the car and having enjoyed the process .Imagine that! I would recommend this dealership to anyone reading, and Julio is a cool guy who let's you buy your own car in peace. Good experience!

We went to Yonkers Kia to purchase a 2016 Sorento Limited as that dealership participates in the Costco Auto Program. Lona Speidell was our sales associate and we found her to be very professional, knowledgeable, and personable in her dealings with us. She provided all the necessary information to make our final selection. She answered all questions, followed up on requests, and returned calls promptly. She gave us an excellent demonstration of all the features of the car was was very patient in explaining the many technical aspects for operating the car. Several weeks after we purchased the car, she facilitated the purchase of a cargo cover with our discount coupon from Costco by communicating with the manager to get approval. We would highly recommend Lona to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from Yonkers Kia.

I bought my Kia on July 31, 2015 at Yonkers KIa. I couldn't be happier, Every time I visit (which is not often) the staff is completely helpful, kind and wonderful. I visited today and Darwin. the manager, walked me over the service department and explained my issue to the salesperson there. He didn't have to walk me next door, but he did. That went a long way with my comments about their helpfulness and their going out of their way to accommodate their customers. I have recommended this Kia dealership to all my friends. Also I would buy another Kia as I am so happy with my car.

I'm honestly not one to write a review but I feel that after going to Yonkers Kia, I needed to share my experience with anyone who is a first or several time leaser. I have been to many car dealerships and leased different vehicles within the past ten years in all 5 boroughs and honestly never had a smoother and more joyful experience. In the past and for those of you who never experienced other car dealerships, you usually spend more than half the day there between looking then negotiating for your vehicle that for most of us can be stressful. For those that watch movies or follow comics, there is not a better combination, tag team or dynamic duo than Sal Mayorga(Management) and Joseph Gambao(Sales). I went into Yonkers Kia with absolutely no idea what I was walking into! I had no idea what car I wanted to get or even what car I could actually afford! I was looking at the Kia Rio that my sister had and thought to myself Kia might be what I'm looking for price wise, but I knew that vehicle wouldn't be able to fit my four children as well as myself! At Yonkers Kia Efrain, who happened to be standing outside with a couple, whom had just purchased their Sorento, greeted my son and I and introduced himself as the manager of Yonkers Kia! After he helped the couple move their stuff from their old car to the new one he came to my son and I, and asked what could he help us with. I explained my situation to him and he couldn't have been more happy to help us out! He walked us in and asked if we needed anything to drink and set us up with a young man named Aj. A.j was extremely helpful and assured me that he would help as much as possible! We figured that the Sorento would definitely be the way to go! I fell in love with the Sorento 2016 and what I fell in love with the most was the third row seating!!! I could tell Efrain and a.j worked very hard to get to my price range and they did!!! Efrain even took my son to the waiting room and bought him juice and made sure he was comfortable knowing that it was going to be a process! I didn't mind the wait only because they made the wait seem timeless! Once I got into the finance room Efrain assured me that everything was going to be ok knowing how much of a nervous bug I was!!! I can't believe how great my experience was with Efrain and A.j!!! I can't thank them enough! And I can't thank Yonkers Kia enough as well! Even Darwin came over to see how everything was going with us! I've heard bad things about dealerships and Yonkers Kia definitely doesn't fit that category of a bad dealership! Last week my brother and I went to LOOK at the new Kia Sorento. We were automatically approached by Efrain. He showed us the Sorento and immediately set us up with his salesman Julio. There were no gimmicks and no back and forth when we asked about pricing! They were straight to the point and even gave me and my brother a great deal for both of us. We both ended up buying a 2016 Kia Sorento each. I couldn't have had a better experience with Efrain. Even the general manager, Darwin, came out to check on our experience in his dealership! We had went to Jeep before Kia and I was immediately unimpressed by a salesman and was more unimpressed by the manager at jeep as well! But with Kia second to mind, I went there expecting the same kind of experience. I was wrong! I would proudly recommend Yonkers Kia to anyone ready to buy a vehicle! My Husband and I have been shopping for a new car for a few months now. After visiting over a dozen dealerships, we finally found the right place...and most importantly...the right people. After looking at and test driving many different cars at previous dealerships, we stumbled upon this dealership based off of a recommendation of customer satisfaction. The place is Yonkers KIA. I'm not sure about anybody else, but from what I know about KIA cars, it's not something I would have ever thought about purchasing. Low and behold, they have some of the best quality cars that I have test driven...hence, why we now drive one! Although purchasing a KIA car was great, that was just the beginning. From the beginning of our experience, my husband and I were confronted by a young gentleman named Michael Troiano. Mike showed a lot of expertise and most importantly professionalism to my husband and myself. Mike and his managers, Efrain and Sal, worked extremely well with us, with patience and pricing. They told me i needed 2 repairs to leave my car there for 2 days and that they needed to charge a 175 diagnostic fee. I took it to another kia dealer who did the repair in one half day said the second recommended repair was a lying scam and charged me much less and no diagnostic fee. I called to complain. They called me back to document my complaint and said gen manager would call me. He never did.

I bought car for 15k. Asked about trade up value 8 months later for SUV they offered me 5k. Went in for repair. Diagnosed 2 problems. Problem is i went to mechanic before who diagnosed only one. So i went to another dealership for 2nd opinion and they said it was a lie. They fixed my car at other dealer it runs great. The quote was much lower. Yonkers kia lies. They are also fake and rude.

We went to Yonkers Kia based on all of the reviews we read about the Kia Sorrento. We had been driving a Toyota Rav 4 for over 5 years and were relatively happy with it, but looking for a change. Bennie helped us at the Kia dealership and he could not have been any better. He was patient and let us ask all of our questions. He gave throughrough answers that were very helpful. Bennie took us on a test drive of the Sorrento and we immediately liked the ride. Bennie went over the different options that were available and gave us the the scoop on what the best deals would be. We knew we wanted to lease the vehicle so Bennie gave us all of the leasing options. We took a few days to look at some other cars at other dealerships and kept coming back to the Sorrento. We decided to go with it and Bennie walked us gently through every step of the way. Everything from the initial test drive to driving out of the dealership with our new car was excellent. The finance guy Ali is also worth mentioning as he was also great. We are very happy with our choice and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. It was the best car buying experience we've ever had.

I've never had a better experience buying a car than I did last week with Lona at Kia of Yonkers. Lona was extremely professional, very polite and she got me in the vehicle I wanted for a reasonable affordable amount! She was so courteous and friendly, not to mention extremely knowledgable about all makes of Kia vehicles. Extremely helpful, very straightforward.. she even called me on her day off to answer a question for me when I was in the process of buying the car! Doesn't get much better than that. So 3 days ago I walked into Yonkers KIA to gather information on purchasing a new vehicle. Had no intentions on making a purchase. Upon walking in I was greeted by Joseph Gamboa, he was very nice and answered all my questions on purchasing a new vehicle. After everything was said and done, I ended leaving with a brand new KIA sorento which I love alot. So this was my first time buying a Kia, previously I had a Camry and I had a lot of car troubles. I've been to other dealerships and feel like a lot of sales reps don't listen to you, they're so busy trying to get you to commit to something, which gets annoying. So I go into the Kia dealership and I meet the sales rep Hamza. Explained my previous car troubles, what I was looking for, and what my budget was. Hamza was extremely helpful in helping me choose a car that fit my budget and explaining how I'd go about any repairs or issues, if I had any. It was reassuring to have someone actually hear what I wanted instead of pushing me into seeing cars that I might not be interested in. Outstanding service!

Bought 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Yonkers Kia. Check engine lights went on after an hour. Brought it back to them. They told me that they would send it to Jeep to fix since Kia mechanics aren't familiar with Jeeps but I could have a loaner car until I got it back. Car sat at Jeep for over a week while both Jeep and I made hundreds of phone calls trying to get Darwin Oliva, the incompetent little general manager, to approve the $1400 repairs. Jeep told me once the car was fixed by them it would be fine. Both Jeep and I were very frustrated. Jeep called him 18 times one day and they even called his cell phone number in front of me. My Jeep was just sitting there in the bay waiting for Darwin to authorize necessary repairs. On Friday afternoon I went to Yonkers Kia and of course Darwin wasn't there but they said he would be in and he would call me. I said Im losing my patience. Of course he never called me. After 6 days on Saturday I went back to Kia and Darwin told me he spoke to Jeep and Jeep said that the car isn't worth fixing. What? Where did he get that from? The funny thing is I had last spoken to Jeep on Friday afternoon and they said they just needed to do the repairs and the car was good to go but they never heard from him so I was skeptical of his story. He said he would do something that no dealership would ever do and either give me my money back or have someone get me another car or if I wanted jeep could do the repairs. I told my salesman I would give him until Monday to see if he could get me another Jeep but that I didn't believe Darwin's story and I wanted to talk to Jeep Monday morning. Monday morning I called Darwin to tell him I decided to have Jeep fix the car. Of course he wasn't there so I left him 3 voice messages and called and texted my salesman to say fix the car. He said ok that he would tell Darwin when he came in. Then I went to Jeep. They told me that they never spoke to Darwin at all and that all of a sudden on Friday at 5:00 after I left Kia a girl from Kia called them and said that they were giving me my money back and not to do the repairs. It's ironic how that happened before I even spoke to Darwin. I texted my salesman and told him what happened and he said that when Darwin came in he would have him authorize to fix the car. Monday afternoon my salesman called and said Darwin wanted to see me. I couldn't go in so he said Darwin would call me. He never did. Tuesday I called Kia again for the thousandth time looking for Darwin. He wasn't there so I left more messages for him to call me to tell me when I could pick up my car. By 4:00 I haven't heard from him. I called and they said he was supposed to come in but didn't and they gave me his cell phone number. I texted him and asked him when the repairs would be done and when I could pick up my Jeep. He tells me that the jeep has been back at his lot for days unfixed and now he wants his loaner car back. I said what are you talking about I left you so many messages to fix the car and he tells me I'm disturbing him while he's with his family. So I waited over a week. Jeep waited over a week. We made hundreds of phone calls. Darwin is a sneaky, lying, incompetent, little man. Now a jeep that I paid over $10,000 for and drove an hour is sitting in his lot unfixed and he told me that if I don't return the loaner car that he's going to charge me for it. this is THE WORST experience I ever had in my life. DO NOT TRUT DARWIN OLIVA FROM YONKERS KIA. He tries to make you think that he's taking care of something but he's one of those fast talking liars who's trying to cheat you. Both jeep and I know that he doesn't want to pay $1400 for repairs on a car so he's trying to get out of it. WHAT A LOSER!

I have seen a lot of bad reviews on yelp about this dealer and I thought it was fake. I saw their deals online and thought wow they have good deals. But at a terrible price. When I mean customer service is so, it truly is so bad. One minute a salesmen is with you, the next minute he is with some one else telling you to hold on. None of the salesmen sticks with the customer, they multi-task and juggle customers around. I even saw a whole family storm out in anger, I thought maybe they were over reacting until it was my turn to see what it really is. My salesmen was nice and on my side of things, but not the financial manager SAL. People watch out for this guy he will bait and switch you and treat you like xxxx. I was at the dealer for 4 hours for him to tell me there's no way I can get into the car I wanted. Which is the KIA optima Hybrid. They are going to know exactly who I am and I want them too. He comes back saying there's no way you can get into a optima today your best bet is a used car or a cheaper new car like the KIA soul (which I hate). I told him no I'm only interested in the KIA optima. He says that's not possible I can only afford a car in the 14000 dollar price range. I said but you guys have a used KIA optima one for 12000 and another for 14000. He gets annoyed, calls over the salesmen and tells him to show me the used optimas. In my head I'm thinking so you are telling me you knew the car I wanted was available in the price range and you wasn't going to tell me? At that point I knew what it was. I see the car I decided to take it. The agreement was with 4k down and after the apr, monthly payments I'd only be paying 323 dollars. I was ok with it, and it's the SOLE reason why I considered it. They tell us to come the next day to finalize the papers and take my car and go straight to work, so while I'm with the finance lady Stephanie. I'm signing papers anxious to drive the car I want. She tells me the car note will be 557.14 a month. I stop my tracks and said why the xxxx is that. It's suppose to be 323 dollars. Apparently SANTANDER bank put 2000 banking fee which makes no sense because the computer does all the work really, and 2000 dollars for a warranty that was mandatory and SAL said there's no way out of it. And we was never told this. I call santander bank and asked then is this regular business practices, they said no, we legally have to inform you guys. I go back to the dealership to talk to Stephanie and she said she was able to take off the extended warranty. xxx but your boy SAL said no. I decided to back off the deal and request the refund, Stephanie than calls SAL back in and tells him how we backing off the deal and he gets upset saying just give these guys their money back, I don't have time for this. So is this how you treat your customers? I went all the way to Yonkers from Brooklyn for no reason wasted two days of my life. How they are able to keep their franchise I really don't know. But what I do know is I want them to know it's me Ricardo. And I will write this same review on any conceivable review site so people can know. When I accumulate the funds I'm going to buy the car and specifically request that SAL hands me the keys to the car he didn't want to sell me. People do NOT waste your time here. If I could give them no stars I would. If you guys are thinking about going there think twice shoot even contact me if you will. It was not a pleasant experience, they do bait and switch, and will hide things from you whether it's what ever hidden fees or not telling you the car you want is available at a cheaper price. Update 8/17/15 What I wrote above is the original review. They saw all the reviews and called me back the next day and I let them know about the reviews. They said woah we can work things out. I originally wanted a brand new Kia optima hybrid fully loaded that was listed on their website for 23000. That was a steal! and the only reason why I considered going to Yonkers Kia from Brooklyn. The car MSRP was at 32000 for all black fully loaded. They said with the 4k down and 21% interest the monthly payments would be 570 but I had to change bad reviews to good ones. Now hold up for the 14k kia optima with 4k down and monthly payments would be 557 a month. Now clearly something doesn't add up. But I was happy and anxious that I was getting it my way without even realizing what they had did. So I realized what they did was even though I got the loan for 21000 after I dd they 4k deposit. They made it that the interest I pay would be for the MSRP at 32000. Now I accepted the 21 percent interest because I know I'd be ahead of my payments (which I still am) and that I plan to refinance after 8 months. But the 570 I pay now only 230 dollars of that goes towards principle and over 300!! dollars goes towards interest. When I refinance that will all be cleared up. Do not buy anything from them. Went into Yonkers kia after stopping at a few other competing dealships. From the moment I entered the door the vibe was different from all the other dealerships. My salesmen A.J cared about my time and money and wanted to work hard with his fiance department to work out the best deal possible for a new driver. I had previously leased a Kia Optima and came down again to Yonkers Kia to meet with a gentleman named Julio. The first time I met him with my grandmother he was very welcoming and helpful with any questions I had. A month goes by he stayed in touch, but not to the point where it was annoying. I had looked at other dealerships, but to me I want someone who isn't going to be pushy and I need someone to be upfront and honest with me and that is exactly what we got when I came here. One of the main reasons I bought a car at Yonkers Kia was because of Julio. When we came back down he went out of his way to help me and another family member with a sticky situation, which I appreciated. He was upfront and honest about the whole process and I couldn't ask for anything else, that is why I did business with them. Also, when Julio was busy doing something for us or talking to one of his managers, the rest of the staff was very attentive and friendly and repeatedly made sure my grandmother, my mother and myself were getting taking care of. I would recommend this dealership based on what I experienced there. The process is long and grueling but he made it as comfortable and as easy as he possibly could.

I would like to take this Time to say that Yonkers Kia is the worst car dealership that I have ever dealed with!!!!!!!. The service sucks!, The staff is unprofessional!, I walked in not one time was I asked do you need help? I stood in the sales floor for 20- 25mins finally I was seated and the sales rep helped for about 5mins and walked off leaving me sitting there for an hour. returned with no apology but only with insults. I honestly don't know how this place is even considered a serious competitor in car sales maybe it will be one day but my visit there was a complete waste of time 3 hours! which all started with a guarantee of a brand new car send your staff back to basic training maybe even middle school place is a joke!

I hate to leave a bad review for a dealership, but the way I wastreated makes it 100% necessary. I called Kia on Tuesday Evening andthe receptionist told me no one could help me, I waited a half hourand called again, still there was no one who could help me. I assumedthey were a busy high volume dealership, so i proceeded to do myresearch online. I was finally called back after three hours by aninternet sales representative. She was very sweet, which is why I amnot including names. She made me an appointment for the following day,we discussed numbers over the phone as well as packages in thevehicle. She told me to ask for her manager, which she provided me thename of. The following day, when I promptly showed up for myappointment no one was expecting me. I met with a different salesperson, and when I asked for the manager they acted as though I wascrazy.Regardless, I decided to give them another chance because someone wasable to help me. We went through the entire process again, spoke aboutnumbers and vehicles because there were no notes on my account, andthey had no idea what I was looking for or doing there. Again, we cameto a final decision and I was ready to put a DEPOSIT!!! on the car! Itold the salesman I would call him as soon as I arrived home with mycredit card that I wanted to use for the deposit. When I arrived home,the same receptionist answered and told me he was busy. I did not wantto leave a credit card with her, so I waited and called back, ofcourse she told me the same thing & this went on until they wereclosed.I called the next day, and the salesman had his day off. I asked for amanager to leave my credit card with, again she told me NO ONE wasavailable to take a deposit on a car.Three days go by, and I hear nothing. I try one last time, with mylast ounce of patience and I finally get in touch with my salesman, heacts as though I was never there, and he has no idea who I am. Heclaims to "remember me" and calls me "brother" but remembers nothingabout the deal we made. He tells me the numbers have changed, which weall know they haven't, and he can't do the deal unless I come up withanother $2,000. I have not heard anything from them since. To say theleast, we will not be getting a Kia, and especially not from thatstore.Thanks for nothing.P.S. The people I dealt with, some of them can not even be found onthis site, because they don't update it!

I rented the Alien green Kia Soul from enterprise and fell in loooove with it. I was in the market for a new car and knew exactly what I wanted. I reached out to the Internet sales rep to get some more info and after a few emails were exchanged, I scheduled an appointment to visit the showroom. Going in I thought I knew what I wanted. Until I sat down with Bennie Campbell. He was very knowledgeable, nonchalant(I expected a pushy car salesman), and genuine. He educated me on the engine, car maintenance, and most importantly he turned my wants into reality. I pulled off the lot that day with my first car with everything and more.
