Great overall experience at Wynne Volvo & Ford. Our semi-new Volvo XC-90 was totaled with our entire family in it. Simply, it saved our lives. We turned to Wynne Volvo to guide us into the right new XC-90 and we overnight tested two XC-90s including a top of the line T8. Bobby, Tony and Gene bent over backwards to guide us through our new purchase and Alan in service followed up to ensure the pre-flight operations check passed with flying colors. Without a doubt the best, sales, service and follow-up auto experience we've ever had. One more shout out to Michelle (on the Ford side of Wynne) who ensured our XC-90 was protected with the best after-market exterior, interior and undercarriage products available. It's easy to say we're Wynne / Volvo for life!

The service was completed in a timely manner, walked across lot to eat breakfast. Car was sitting in service bay waiting. On my dashboard was a vehicle check-list on the health of my XC90, surprised me but was appreciated. Thanks for looking out!!!

Great overall experience! This is our third Volvo and each time the purchase experience has been great from test drive to delivery. We have used the service department for both of our previous vehicals with no problems and will be having the new one serviced there as well.

Great experience buying my new XC60. The dealership was very accommodating - made sure they had the vehicles in which I was interested available to test drive (I was considering an S60 wagon as well as the XC60). Based on my research, I got a great price on the XC60 plus a great trade on my 2012 S60 (also, based on my research). And, they accommodated my pickup of the vehicle on my way out of town for business. I've emailed a number of questions since my purchase and the salesperson has been remarkably responsive, researching information he may not know. I really couldn't ask for more.

Do not use Wynne Volvo Service department in Hampton Va. We have owned 5 volvos . We have a 2013 xc60 and have had multiple issues with parts on this car. The dealership has on 2 different occasions told us they repaired the parts only to find out that they did not. Be aware. Poor display of integrity on their part. Will be going to a Volvo dealership in Virginia Beach next time.

After moving to VA from out of town with our third Volvo we have used this dealership for service which we were not impressed with AND NO LONGER USE THE SERVICE DEPT.Our lease was coming up and we had already built our new Volvo on line with our original salesman from out of town.This dealership was close to us to turn the old Volvo in.My husband had found how this needed to be done with the bank and we went to Wynn Volvo and dealt with Manager Tony Schultz who on arriving told us that he had been told by his GM for us to park the car by the fence and he would take the keys.We refused to do this as we knew the car needed to be grounded by him.He refused to do this and we made him call the bank in front of us to verify that was what he needed to do,he insisted on using his cell phone instead of the phone in the office to try and avoid the call being on speaker for us to listen in on. Tony Schultz had no idea how to do that and even asking how he grounded the vehicle from the bank refused.The GM was not on site. After going back to the showroom Tony proceeded to go outside and call his GM who continued to want us to park the car by the fence and give Tony the keys. We have never had to deal with the incompetency of any dealership as we did with Tony Shultz and his GM .We live in Smithfield and had no other choice but to go to Freedom Volvo in VA Beach where the GM O.E. Burke grounded our Volvo without hesitation and where we picked up our new Volvo after the Overseas delivery.Service will now be taken care of at Freedom VOLVO.This incident was discussed in Gothenburg on delivery of our new XC60 and we were advised to write this review about the incident.On leaving the dealership Tony was quite discourteous towards both my husband and I. The GM at Wynne Volvo was know to O.E.Burke at Freedom and without commenting it was apparent that he was not surprised how we had been treated at Wynne Volvo.
