My purchase was unplanned but had to happen. So needless to say, because I needed to quickly replace my failing vehicle I was feeling uncertain. I found the perfect vehicle for me online. My inquiry was answered within minutes of clicking submit. I spoke to Kristy (and Kelly), who was polite and efficient and made an appointment immediately. Had a great experience from the moment we arrived at the dealership. Chris met us at the door and offered his assistance. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in and offered us the opportunity for a test drive. When we returned from our test drive, he had the next vehicle pulled up front and ready for us to test out. We ultimately decided to take the second vehicle. The paperwork went smoothly, along with the closing of the deal. The entire sales process went well, I did not feel like I was being pressured into buying the Jeep that moment being we were thinking about taking the rest of the weekend to think about it. In the end, I decided to complete the sale that day.

I went in this past friday (black friday) with every intention of buying a used car, but never thought it would be so easy and painless. I have to say my overall purchasing experience was pleasant. After some back and forth with both Kevin and Brianna we were able to agree on a price. Brianna was open and honest with how they came to the monthly payment after I explained how I came to a price. She explained everything and was very clear on the process. Kevin was very helpful in explaining the options in my new car and wasn't pushy or in "salesman" mode while I was dealing with him. He made the experience very personable and relaxing. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the detailing of the car was lacking. The windows still had a film on them and the car had dry water streaks on both the windows and body. Also after inspecting the car the next day I noticed that the windshield washer reservoir was practically empty. It's these small but important details that sets the good dealerships apart from the great dealerships. Overall I had a pleasant experience and already recommended someone to visit and she ended up buying a new jeep as well

I called the Service Dept. at WORLD JEEP two days before my visit. I was having a problem "pairing" my cell phone to the UConnect system. I moved out of the area, so Carmen told me to stop-in when I could, and someone would help me. I got there a couple of days later, and Carmen tried to get everything to upload with no success. He said he would have to bring the car into the shop to see what was wrong. Since I did not have an appointment, it would be close to an hour, before they could look at it. Forty minutes later, the car was brought into the shop and they worked on it for a couple of hours. I had the opportunity to observe the Service Reps. the entire time, from the Waiting Room.I was VERY impressed ! Carmen and the three Reps. at the Service Desk were friendly and extremely efficient. They worked together like a SWAT Team, taking new customers, doing write-ups, and moving cars in and out of there like crazy. All the time, the mechanics, taking Que from Carmen, as to what vehicle is next, or resolution of special problems, as they arose.The entire experience was GREAT. They had to order a new radio to fix the problems in my car.Cudos to WORLD JEEP Service Dept. Who is better than them ?....................NOBODY !!!

I had always gotten my car serviced as world jeep despite living on Staten Island as their service dept was excellent. So I decided to try getting my next Jeep there. The salesman, Ken Cary , was quite knowledgeable, and not high pressure. In fact at one point I almost thought I had to convince him I was getting the car.lol. When purchasing my Jeep there some dings and scratches as it was per owned I also told him that the rear wiper and defroster was not working. The salesman said he would give me a call but didn't I called in myself and made the appointment When I came in to service everyone was great Servicemen told me he had to check about the rear equipment. About an out later the salesman calls me to tell me I have to pay to that equipment because he changed the Jeep from soft top to a hard top at my request. And it was my suggestion! There was a hard top on the truck when I test drove it two different times I never was a soft top and I have pictures to prove it. My check engine light went on to which their response was that it happens all the time... I was referred by a friend to world jeep. I have purchased and or leased at least 10 cars in my 52 years. I never looked forward to the process, because it was always stressful and time consuming. However, my last three cars, 2 were leased and one was purchased from Chris Ryan at World Jeep in Shrewsbury. He is very professional, never puts pressure on you and basically tells you the facts. He tells you the truth and works with you to get you the best car, at the best price with the lowest monthly payment. He is extremely nice, which is not usually a trait associated with car salesman. I just leased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went Monday night at 7pm, picked the car, agreed on the price and left at 8:30. Came back on Tuesday night at 6:30pm, met Bill Morgan who went over every feature of the car, met with the friendly wonderful finance women and I was on the road with my new car by 8 pm. It was a wonderful experience all around and I am in love with my new truck.

The 2013 Jeep Rubicon should have never been released to me, there was and continues to be issues. All 4 aftermarket Tires have flat areas and should have been replace prior to release of car to me, I was told entire car looked at and is ready to go, car was / is undriveable, wheel center caps are missing, fog light out, car was not detailed, scratches on doors, waiting for 17k check for sale of my vehicular to dealer, softtop not released. This is the 3rd jeep I've purchased from this dealership, by far this is the worst experience to date.

I was in the market for a used vehicle when I came across a 2008 BMW 335xi that had just arrived on September 20, 2016. The pictures online were an exact representation of the vehicle, both interior and exterior. I am located in Philadelphia, PA and the dealership is almost a 2 hours drive away for me. I immediately started looking for reviews and came across nothing but bad reviews on Yelp.com and that set off red flags for me. After continuing to scrutinize the pictures online and review the carfax report for it, I decided to call the dealership on Monday and request to put the car on hold so that I could see it. I was also concerned about this as other reviewers said they did the same thing and traveled far distances only to be told the vehicle was sold when they arrived or were shown something other than what they were looking for in the used car. I too had this same experience happen in past vehicle searches so I was extremely leery. I am going to be pissed if I drive to World Jeep Chrysler and this car is either sold or not what it is advertised to be.I pulled into the lot just after 4:15pm and it was a clear day. The vehicle was sitting off to the left of the dealership near the road for advertisement along with several other used cars. I walked over to the car and spent 20 minutes scrutinizing it in person and was extremely satisfied that the vehicle was in the appearance as advertised. I went into the dealership and was standing there for a few minutes as there was a lot of foot traffic.A salesmen by the name of Kenneth Cary walked up to me and asked if he could help me. We went for a test drive and the vehicle drove extremely smooth for a vehicle that came from New York. We went inside and I filled out an application for financing and Kenneth kept me informed the entire time while he worked with several other customers and deliveries. I told Kenneth what my budget was and he worked with the finance team and got me into the vehicle. After sitting down with him, he was extremely polite and personable. We ended up talking about baseball, ice hockey, and boating. Yeah yeah you will say that is what a salesman is supposed to do. This could be the case but Kenneth was very personable and I felt comfortable. I knew what I wanted and he helped out tremendously.A few hours later and I am driving back home in my new to me vehicle. I was extremely leery at first but once I got to the dealership, all of that went away. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from World Jeep Chrysler and especially from Kenneth Cary.Thank you very much.

I have no complaints about the service to my vehicle. I do have a complaint about me making an appointment well in advance in which I did request a loner vehicle when I arrived. Upon arrival no vehicle was available and I was informed that enterprise car rental would pick me up and take me to their rental site about a 10 minute drive away. Upon arrival at enterprise they only had one vehicle available, Ford Focus. Why did I bother asking for a loner well in advance of my appointment and had to be inconvienced with theEnterprise rental, which required a 250.00 deposit. In addition I was suppose to have the car washed by world jeep, the vehicle was dirty when I picked it up, all they did was run a hose over the vehicle which caused dirty streaks down the windows and car. Never again will I have world jeep wash my car. Disappointed with the service to me, not the vehicle.

I identified the vehicle I wanted on the dealer's website, reached out via email, established a meeting time/date, drove the vehicle and fell in love and purchased it a day later. Never once did I feel "pushed" into buying the vehicle. It was incredibly refreshing! If you do go, ask for Paul, low key, but very knowledgeable and great to work with.

Purchase a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and expect the following:1.Test drive and purchase with 21k miles and have it delivered two weeks later with 24k miles and be told that employees drive vehicles to make sure nothing is wrong with the vehicle. Note the 3k miles worth of test driving undetected failures listed below along with the heavy sarcasm in this statement regarding the explanation I received.2.Only receive one key fob. Seriously?3.Have no floor mats in the vehicle, complain and be told over the phone they would purchase WeatherTech mats to remedy, but actually pull used worn mats out of a different vehicle on the lot4.Sun Roof didnt work at all5.Screen for sunroof didnt work properly6.Audio for CDs / DVDs didnt work7.1 of 2 DVD screens dead8.Flashlight that is equipped in truck not there9.Be assured stains on leather seats will be cleaned and not have them cleaned at all (twice)10.Pay for security etching which wasnt pointed out until I called it out. Be told that you get a discount on your insurance. State you have X company and be told they definitely give a discount when come to find out they dont11.Have a tire with a slow leak12.Pulls to the left at highway speed (unrelated to tire leak)13.Trim peeling back from wheel well fixed with double sided 3m tape that is clearly visible and more so by the day because it is not holding14.Told that front license plate bracket would be removed and wasnt15.Told dealership badge on tailgate would be removed and wasnt 16.Have cigarette ashes along the driver side windows upon delivery when told that this was a non-smokers vehicle and no ashes or smell of smoke present when test driven17.Have your registration take 2 months. Why so long? Im told that there was a problem with the title that needed to be addressed first and if you get a ticket we will pay for it since temps expired after 1 month18.Have 3/4ths of the above issues resolved over the course of a month, but be told that At the end of the day this is a used vehicle. If we were going to fix everything that is wrong then we would essentially be selling a new vehicle and the price would have been a lot higherThough I appreciate that there was some level of effort to make things right, almost all of these issues shouldnt have been issues in the first place upon delivery of the vehicle. Certainly not after they picked it back up to address my above issues and then redelivered it. Actions didnt come close to the promises that were made. During the sales pitch you are told how there is a 120 something point check that the vehicles go through for their pre-owned certification. Well might I suggest that you increase that checklist to about 140. The entire experience has been pretty terrible. Buying a one year old high end vehicle shouldnt be a crapshoot. Corners were cut, upcharges slipped into the sale with false statements backing them up, and promises to address identified issues remaining unfulfilled were unfortunately all part of my buying experience. It feels like every opportunity was taken to attempt to pull the wool over my eyes and slip things by that I wouldnt either notice or care enough to follow-up with. Speaking of which, though I was told probably a dozen times that things would be looked into and I would be contacted "shortly", those calls never came and I would have to follow-up myself. Maybe my expectations are unreasonable who knows. After all, as pointed out to me I did just purchase a used vehicle.

I had called ahead to get a rough trade value. Reggie was very helpful. He did give a high value which i figured wouldn't keep once we got there. The trade value dropped $1000 when we arrived but was still higher than 2 previous quotes. The vehicle we bought was a late model/low mileage used which was priced reasonably. I feel we got a VERY good deal and Brianna (sales) was extremely easy to deal with and very pleasant. I would recommend the dealership.

Went in to lease a 2016 Renegade based off a referral from a recent customer of theirs. Did my research, and took print out of quoted lease price directly from the Jeep website. Went in with the specific car, TrueCar certificate, and Jeep price quote, and asked for the deal as outlined on their site. Online lease price was $215. After coming in from the test drive, salesman came back with a 'best we could do' price of $339 (yes, more that $120 over online quote). After he tried to explain why the difference, I said, ok, thank you, and was ready to leave. I did not need a car at a price more that $120 over what I expected. Of course he told me to wait, and the back and forth began, $280, $260, etc..still more than what was quoted. Finally ready to leave, he asked me what i wanted. I asked for $235..off he goes again....comes back and its a done deal. 2016 Renegade Trailhawk, $2000 on a trade in plus $3600 TrueCar savings cert, walked away with a $235/39 month lease.The real kicker is that when a person refers a customer to them, the they would receive a $200 referral reward. They told me that because my deal was 'too good' they could not give out the award. Very petty and unprofessional on their end. The other thing, which I understand can happen, but shouldn't...the Jeep came with the Uconnect service, which was outdated and needed to be updated. The car rolled off the lot outdated...that should not happen. Had to waste the next business day at the dealer while they updated the system (a few hours back and forth).The end result is that I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, but as I said, typical car buying 'experience'.

Brianna DiBella and Vanessa Obregon are by far the best sales people I have ever come across. I lease cars so this is the 6th car (6th time) I've had similar transactions; this occasion was by far the smoothest. Both were extremely knowledgeable, provided great service, neither were pushy or tried to 'pull one over me' and neither tried to sell me on stuff I didn't want. Brianna had ample knowledge on all the vehicles and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. Bill Morgan came in at the end and sealed the deal with ensuring that the transaction went smooth and that all of my questions were answered. This is truly an A+ transaction.

The down side of this whole experience was the car preparation and hand off. The cleaning of the car was a joke. The windows where not cleaned and their appeared to be a smoke film on the interior windows.Their was a dark beige wax pencil markings/writing on the tires that was NOT washed / rubbed off and tire shine was sloppily wiped on over this mess.Their was a rub /smudge markings on the right rear quarter panel that was not buffed out and on the hood as well. Overall extremely poor, unprofessional preparation for the vehicle to be turned over to the customer.For the amount of money being spent I found it extremely upsetting that the vehicle was in the condition it was in.

The buying experience at World Jeep was quick, easy and haggle free. I made it clear to my salesman, Barry Williams, that I had no intention to play the "Price reduction - Finance Manager" game and I wanted his best price initially or I'd go elsewhere. I had intended to visit 3 Jeep dealerships before making a decision but didn't need to because Barry gave me a fair price. I must also commend Customer Advocate, Bill Morgan, who went through all the features of my Grand Cherokee in great detail. Due to the distance between the dealership and my home Bill even went out of his way to personally deliver my license plates. He lives in the next town over and I appreciated his efforts.

So world dodge initially messed up and damaged my wheel when installing a tire. BUT- rather than arguing with me or trying to do a hack-job in repairing it- they stood by their work, owned up to the mistake and made it right. They replaced the wheel, gave me a ride home and were very respectful and curtious. Thanks world- mistakes happen but I'm happy to say you dealt with it properly and made it right. The service department has been terrible from the beginning. Our family has had several issues with them in the past. The latest lie they told us is that all of the TEN recalls on our 2014 grand cherokee were taken care of, just to find out that they weren't because a family member was driving it home from their dealership and realized the Electronic Stability Control was malfunctioning. This happens to be one of the many recalls they told us that they fixed. Mind you, the reason it was brought in is because the truck shut off while I was driving. Which happens to be another recall regarding the alternator that suddenly turns off. They really don't care about anything and they don't realize the endangerment that they are putting their customers in. TRULY DISGUSTED BY THE AMOUNT OF INCOMPETENCE THIS PLACE EXHIBITS.

This has been a horrible experience overall. This truck has been giving problems since day one and nobody seems to take ounwership of the issues. After i signed all of the paperwork to buy the truck, the sales person Chris Ryan basically didn't care about me as a custumer after that. I had to stop at the dealer several times to follow up with the problems the truck had and he seemed that he was running away from me. Very unprofessional. I tried to explain the problems he said i will Be back and just dissapeard. Regarding the service department the service has been even more frustrating. I first took the truck to have the Ac fixed because the passenger side was blowing hot air. Well when i went to pick it up it was not fixed and i had to wait there for them To repair it. I then had to bring the truck back because the check engine light appeared and also other noises i noticed while the truck was parked. So they basically said that those noises were normal from what i desagree on it. There is no way that i have to drive a 2012 truck with noises all over the place like an old car.I took the truck because i was so frustrated and didn't want to deal with none of your staff anymore. Unfortunately another noise came up. This time was the breaks, i made the appointment and while talking to the consultant he said that new breaks always make noises and that probably just had dust on it. Like seriously? I have never heard this before.I was so upset that made the appointment yet didn't go.Today the original noise that i had point out is even louder and i honestly don't even know what to do.I am a customer that bought a 25,000 used truck and with all of the intersts from the finance i will end up paying over 30k. I do not the deserve to be treated this way.Horrible experince ever. Will never recomend this dealer to none of the people i know. I don't want them to go thru the xxxx I am going thru.

Our salesman, TQ, told us he would get whatever vehicle we wanted, and he did. We didn't have to pay for any unwanted extras and got the price we were comfortable with in the end.
